I was on my way to bareilly at the toll plaza 1 of the moradabad bareilly expressway the operator at booth number 23 operator no. Bpc2175 gave me a torn 200₹ note and when asked him to change it he told me that he cannot change it due to traffic and it can be used anywhere even at the next toll plaza i. E. Plaza 2 of the same way but on that plaza the operator no. Dsc3253 of booth 24 denied to accept the note and when i requested him he started misbehaving with me and abusing me. On my objecting it he threatened me. Kindly entertain my complaint so that others might not get in same trouble.

In samayapuram tollbooth fastag lane used by the non fastag vehicles. We tn 49 ap 7755 having fastag we came towards trichy on 22.12.19 12.18 pm before our vehicle the non fastag vehicles allowed by collecting cash. Due to the delay in cash collection we have to wait some time. The purpose o[censored]sing fastag is questionable. I request to action against toll authorities.in future avoid such problems and ensure the service to the fastag holders. We expect your speedy action.

The condition of pune satara highway, specifically the stretch of highway extending before and after khed shivapur toll plaza is laughable. A rural kaccha road would be better managed that it's current condition. The contractor, reliance infra still does keep on charging toll charges even though there's no apparent improvement on this stretch. The traffic jam on both sides of the toll plaza just highlights the poor management and planning on the part of the contractor. Certain patches of the highway too are not at all well-maintained with no markings, no medians, no safety railings inspite of the toll collection.

Tasawade toll plaza, toll collected by sahakar global jv llp near tasavade at k. M. 694/000 on nh4 does not prints cars original registration no on the toll receipts they provide to customers. Instead they print 0 in front of vehicle no. For reference check ticket no - [protected]
This is the same case with most of the toll plazas in maharashtra

Sir,
This is bring to your notice and necessary action that a dangrous pathhole of aprox size 1'x1. X.08 inches deep. At very close to centre verge of the road approximately 400 metre after newly constructed oneway flyover of dhaula kuan (Toward ring road.).
The reported pathhole is most dangerousfor two wheelers. And an urgent repair is needed before someone is injured seriously or loose life. Picture is attached.

In nh7, the toll gate "kappalur plaza" is located very near to tirumangalam town (With in 2 km). People traveling from tirumangalam to madurai should cross this toll gate and will not use this road for more than 2 kms. Before fastag was mandatory, we used to show local id proof at the toll gate and will cross the toll gate at zero cost. Now with fastag the money (75 rupees) is detected automatically every time while crossing this toll plaza. I have informed this issue to
"kappalur plaza" and they told me that "please remove fasttag and show local id at the toll gate as usual, if you want to cross the toll at no fee. Otherwise money will be deducted". Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Very bad condition of nh 27 from ladpura to kota even there were causing accident in high speed of vehicles. Please take suitable action as two nos of toll plazas were there but no one is serious about the issue. There were so many heavy vehicle movement and it is very tedious to see potholes especially in night.

Either repair road or shut the toll plaza. Even i have been suffered from vehicle damage two times.

Sir, on 20/12/19 i made a round trip from delhi to mohalli on my vehical, it’s shocking to share that toll plaza at murthal & gannur (Karnal) deducted twice the amount through fasttag since some error in fasttag operation i paid cash rs125/, but still they deducted rs125 through fasttag. Enclosed is transaction summary. How to get refund please do the needful. Regards harkamaljit singh

On the arang toll gate we entered the toll line. The man standing there asked us for 50 rupees instead of the normal 25. They held up for 15 minutes there by killing my valuable time and arguing with us as if we are culprits. The organizations run by government are meant for good of the public but one person who was heading the team was very rude and authoritative. Such people only create dissatisfaction among the public and are an hindrance in proper and smooth implementation of various schemes. They should be properly trained before implementation of any govt program and policies. Thank you. If not forbidden he will go on harassing people and should not be allowed to continue in a supervisory role.

During my travelling from somnath to navimumbai by my own car it was found that at following toll plazas toll tax got deducted from fastag paytm account as well as collected in cash also: (1) charoti toll plaza - rs. 65 and (2) bharudi toll plaza - rs.40. Please find attached cash receipt of both the tolls and paytm statement. So please arrange for refund of rs. 65+ rs. 40 = rs. 105.

Since the first day of fast tag mandatory regulation, the fast tag deduction is malfunctioning and every time my tanklorries are stuck for atleast 20 mins before it can cross because the attendants of ormanghi pundag tol plaza doesn’t know or don’t want to get the process done for reasons best known to them, today also they deducted the toll twice, for one cross of the toll, this is highly unethical and deserves a so cause... We are from cidc vkt dhaulana, bsatpur road, dhaulana hapur - 245301. We are using our vehicle dl3ccm0402 eeco in commuting from ghaziabad. We have already submitted the relaed document and get fast tag for rs. 265/- in which rs. 700/- in which rs. 500/- was in name of toll charges for two month (With discount) dated 16/11/2019 and rs. 200/- was taken in name of security. But on 17/12/2019 we have receied message on my phone no. [protected] that your toll balance is low recharge it again. We have down load app and recharge it for rs. 300/- on 18/12/2019. Today our vehicle was stopped in the lane of fasttage showing message black listed. We find our charges debited per trip rs. 125/-
So you are requested to interween the matter and resolved.

I have bought fastag from amazon through fastag app. Am unable to register that tag to my vehicle.
Showing error code 420.
I have registered a complaint against it t nhai customer service on nov 13th 2019. Complaint number 918654.
When ever am calling 1033 they are disconnecting my call after listening.
I have xalled almost 8-10 time on the the same issue but problem is unsolved.

There are several barricades placed on the highway between bengaluru and chittoor (Nh75). While i understand that these have been installed with the view of increasing safety, i strongly feel that it makes the roads more dangerous. Cars travel at high speeds on the highway, and it is dangerous to have these barricades constantly on the way. Please do the needful and remove these obstructive barricades

Because of this lot of accidents are happening and slowing down the moving traffic, that too only one vehicle can enter in that barricade...

I would request you guys to check and remove...

Almost 20 barricades are there with in 180 km range

I returned the same evening at 9.23 pm and was charged rs.70 again though the return trip is only rs.30/00. I am attaching herewith screen shot of my transactions on sbi fastag and would request you to kindly credit my account at the earliest

I passed today by fastag line which is already non cash. One an authorized person came to me and forced me to go to cash line and the toll plaza person also supported him. When i argue, the green light became on, and then he allow me to go, but such persons are supporting to those people who have do not fastag and allow them to pass through fastag line without cash or wallet charge. When i tried to argue, the toll plaza people came to me and forced me to go from there.
