I an traveling from bangalore to goa via nh4. During the travelling we faced so many toll gate again continuing in the mean while i am trying to write this complaint against this illigal toll collection.
Because the roads via jas toll road co. Ltd. Nelamangala - psl infratech pvt ltd hebbalu toll plaza - chelageri toll plaza - bankapur @km352.550 (Section - gabbur - devgiri) and continuing, and again in between that some toll plaza i don't have receipts to note here as because those were crossed under fast tag toll), were too bad conditions.. Some were in still road closures happened. But still tolls are continuing to collect from those toll plaza though there is no highway are there, we come by subway with very very bad conditions of road. As per supreme court decision regards toll plaza you can't collect toll if the road conditions are bad. But here in these cases many places there is no complete road for nh4, peoples are mostly depending upon subway. Take this a serious concern and kindly take necessary action against them.

    Dear nhai,
    Today. Dt[protected], i had crossed khed shivapur till plaza at 16.14 from pune towards satara side. At that time rs. 95/- deducted from my hdfc fast tag wallet. I returned on the same day and crossed same khed shivapur toll plaza from satara to pune side at 18.34. At that time again rs.95/- deducted from my wallet. And again at 18.46 rs.45/- deducted for same toll plaza.

    Here i returned on same day so the amount of rs.95/- which was deducted at 18.34 on return journey was wrong.
    Please credit it into my account at earliest.

      We have given the details to get a fastag but due to end of stock. We didn't get a fastag.
      Keeping this reason in shanthigrama toll plaza tp02.
      They are accepting only single trip payment not accepting double trip payment.
      For that the operator said that 'the manager told me to accept only single trip fee'.

      Please inform the respected toll manager to give good service to the publics.

        Till now there is no proper information of service road in area of premier nagar and othakkal mandapam. It's been an year of implementation of main road, officers from bhai had marked all the building which are going to be smashed off. But till now there is no information from the nhai officers. We are waiting for that and if there is no service road is implemented please inform us. But all the other area service road are implemented those all areas are done but only our area is having bad influence. It is very poor communication between the authorities and the people.
        Wrong drainge system design at malumachampatti near Kammalam honda showroom..Street access entry and exit from service road has closed becoz o[censored]nproffessional civil engineer and his team from NHAI and contractor.

          I was stopped today morning at the electronic city phase 1 toll booth as the faulty fastag scanner was not working. Toll booth guys argued that my fastag is faulty and i need to pay double toll and its not their fault. They harassed me for sometime as i refused to pay. Then finally they asked me to come through the next lane just so that i get irritated and pay them. But i agreed and took a turn into the next lane and the fastag worked instantly. Now the toll guys could not say anything and had to let me go. My complaint is that fastag is supposed to be for the convenience of people and certain toll booths are causing massive harassment probably by messing with the fastag scanners so that they can demand money from unsuspecting people. Kindly look into it so that this harassment stops.

            The national highway 716 (Formerly: nh 205) between tirupathi (Ap) and chennai (Tn) are not properly maintained. There are a lot of potholes and patchworks in many areas. And also there are so many unnecessary speed breakers are laid.in national highways, these many speed breakers are not suggestable.
            I would request you to remove the unnecessary speed bumps asap. Without completing the road work fully, how can you allow the contractor to collect the toll. The pending work is not completed since it started. But the toll fee is collecting without fail.
            In this regard, i would request nhai to resolve these problems as soon as possible.

Today i have crossed nallur toll at morning around 8.00am and rs.50 deducted and while returning evening at 8.00pm again rs.50 deducted instated of rs.25. Kindly return wrongly deducted rs.25 into my airtel wallet. Wrong amount is happening frequently.

                  I have applied for a fastag at sbi bank on 29th nov'19 and have received my user name and password to login to the bank fastag portal. Where i'm still waiting for the fastag to be received.

                  When i contacted the branch even the manager doesn't know the status and even don't know how to track my fastag now.

                  Could you please let me know the status of my tag? Is it possible to apply a new fastag from nhai?

                    My fastag account has been debited two times yesterday at a time when my car didn't pass any toll gate.
                    All the transactions happened at same time when my car was at my garage.
                    I happened around 9.27 pm on 22nd december.
                    I have already attached the sms i got regarding the transactions.
                    I am using my fastag almost for one year and this happened for the first time.

                      Staff behaviour their is not good, they were abusing and when we asked to give a receipt. H e closed the window and said"ni dena jao"
                      We are not hear to listen this kind of things.

                        I have crossed.Pundag toll plaza and return back on same day within 8 hrs.one side charge is rs.100 and both side is rs 150. But today we have paid rs. 200 via vastutah for vehicle no JH02D7504 at HAZARIBAGH-RANCHI EXPRESSWAY (Pundag). Fasttag is expensive for us.
                        Executive of customer care no.1033 has no any proper reply for this complain.

                          Dear sit,

                          I paid toll fee of Rs.85 for my car from Melur Toll Plaza ( Kathathapatti Toll Plaza). After that within 10 Km again i paid Rs.40 for maduri Corporation Toll plaza...what basis state or Madurai Municipality people collecting toll fee in NH38..The Toll Plaza in charge said that NH 38 is ended in Pandi kovil Junction after the Pandi kovil Junction Tamilnadu State Intercity road started...So where the NH 38, whether NH 38 is missing (Pandi kovil Junction to Thirumangalam kappalur bridge) means why NH authority collecting money towards kanyakumari lane vehicles.

                          Kindly resolve the issue.Whether NH 38 is present in Pandi Kovil Junction to Thirumngalam Bridge...

                            30kms away from coimbatore we got around 6-7 toll plazas with a distance of 8kms each.
                            Why would we have to pay the amount when you're not following the proper functioning and rules. We spent around 300 rupees within the maximum distance of 25kms. Had to wait for more than 5 minutes at each stop. As they failed to clear the line they should've waived off the charges but they didn't do so. Our vehicle number ap26cd6410.

                              My fastag account is debited with unauthorized way on 23/12/2019 with trip no[protected] at jatl nijjerpura on 05:47:55 with rs 25 and on same day with trip number[protected] at same toll plaza on 06:24:26 with rs 15 but at this time my vehicle at my home away near about 30 kms from toll location. This is 2nd unauthorized transaction. If you do this continuously please change the name from fastag to froudtag

                                I crossed jaladhulagori toll plaza on 19th dec. The system was down causing delay of over one hour. I was charged 105/- cash, but same amount still got deducted from the card.

                                On 22nd dec, i crossed it twice during onward and return journey from kolaghat to kolkata within 12 hours during day. The vehicles were being shunted forward and backward to enable scanning leading to delays. Also, both time i was debited 105/- where's during return journey it should have been 50/-

                                System need to be streamlined with proper scanning equipment to make it serve the purpose for which it was launched.
                                Dear sir I have been fined for non fastag as the fastag is not necessary for vehicle till 15 Jan 2020 then also they have fined for nonfastag at reengus sikar expressway NH-52 and the contractor name is sky lark private limited so kindly look into it.

                                  The toll plaza at narayanpura (Km 166 on nh-76) is collecting unfair tolls, first of all, the road stretch form mangalwar to udaipur is underconstruction with numerous diversion along side o[censored]nderconstructing fly overs, yet the toll is being collected at this toll which is not allowed as per the direction from honorable supreme court.
                                  Secondly, there is only one or two lanes for cash and rest lanes are reserved for fastag payers, it is understood the person with no fastag has to pay double toll upon entering in fastag lane. We were ready to pay the double charges but only for single journey but the staff at toll booth collected double charges on return fare, this is really unfair as we have entered the fastag lane only on single journey and not on return journey.
                                  I want strict action should be taken against the toll authorities and i demand full compensastion for this. The toll receipt is attached.
                                  Sir today i crossed hosur toll at attibele and i was charged both by cash and the money was also deducted in my fast tag account. I am not sure i how can you have such a foolish electronic osystem this is really not the right way of working...
                                  Handia-Rajatalab NHAI toll plaza people are giving toll tickets without vehicle number and apparently there fastag system is not working. Kindly enquire about irregularities.

                                    I was on my way to bareilly at the toll plaza 1 of the moradabad bareilly expressway the operator at booth number 23 operator no. Bpc2175 gave me a torn 200₹ note and when asked him to change it he told me that he cannot change it due to traffic and it can be used anywhere even at the next toll plaza i. E. Plaza 2 of the same way but on that plaza the operator no. Dsc3253 of booth 24 denied to accept the note and when i requested him he started misbehaving with me and abusing me. On my objecting it he threatened me. Kindly entertain my complaint so that others might not get in same trouble.

                                        In samayapuram tollbooth fastag lane used by the non fastag vehicles. We tn 49 ap 7755 having fastag we came towards trichy on 22.12.19 12.18 pm before our vehicle the non fastag vehicles allowed by collecting cash. Due to the delay in cash collection we have to wait some time. The purpose o[censored]sing fastag is questionable. I request to action against toll authorities.in future avoid such problems and ensure the service to the fastag holders. We expect your speedy action.
