I am living in VPO Kohand near toll plaza and are exempted for paying toll at gharaunda toll plaza by presenting my vehicle RC as per policy of toll plaza. Today Rs 125 was deducted from my fast tag account registered with my Mob no [protected] vehicle no HR05BA9549. I have shown my RC at toll booth to concerning operater during my journey up & down, nothing information was given to me by operator about deducting toll charges from my fast tag account
You are hereby kindly requested to please refund my money to my fast tag account

Dear sir/madam,

It is brought to your kind notice that national highway authority of india has spent crores and crores rupees on construction of road and roadside drainage system. But the poor construction works elaborates the pathetic conditions of our national highways. Kindly refer enclosed photographs which are self-explanatory.

I am drawing your kind attention at hodal city (Between hasanpur chowk and dabchik tourist complex), district palwal, haryana where nh-19 roadside poor drainage system made hellish life of common man. There is no responsible person who looks after its serviceability. The entire rain water deposited on service road as the nh-19 drainage system does not work properly. The stagnation of water at the roadside (Nh-19) at this locality can be seen during all twelve months.

The common man of this colony compelled to live in the existing pathetic conditions. The school children are afraid of this water level. One can use this road if only having his own conveyance otherwise impossible to the pedestrians.

This is very tuff job for the local residents to eradicate the nuisance. It cannot be resolved without involvement of government agencies. Actually, it requires complete set of machinery and technical expertise who can resolve it permanently.

In view of foregoing, you are requested to depute a team of technical experts and resolve the problem permanetly. I shall be highly obliged to you.

Hello team,
There are a lot of potholes on the service road in wakad. We have already complained to pcmc however they have replied that since the road belongs to nhai we need to raise this issue to you.
Every year it rains the service roads in wakad (Between bhumkar chowk and hinjewadi bridge) on both sides of the highway develop large potholes. This year its dangerously bigger and deeper, which has covered the entire road.
All vehicles are getting stuck in the road creating a life threatening issue for daily commuters. Since there are a lot of hotels, residential societies and hospitals on the service road citizens have to deal with life threatening issues.
There are no footpath for citizens on foot to commute.
Every year it rains the water flows from the road and creates the potholes. If we had storm water drains on the roads the roads will not be flooded with rain water and regular potholes would not be formed.
Some builders and service station also dump water on this road.

I have been commuting from chennai to thirumazhisai to & fro daily the roads on the either side for a stretch of 200 Mtrs is totally worst. Even village roads are better than the National Highway which connects to Bangalore. Many Highway department vehicles passes through but no one pays heed to it. Inspite of paying road tax, toll tax we have to drive through such bad roads and in turn have to spend extra from our pockets to get the car suspension, balancing, tyre replacement etc due to bad roads. who will bear all these costs. Also the fly dust due to humpy bumpy road causes breathing problems. will the authorities take action on this.

This is to bring to your kind notice that large number of two - wheelers ply everyday over the badarpur (Faridabad)- delhi toll road. This elevated road commences from sarai chowk/ badarpur in faridabad (Over the nh - 2) till the aali gaon/ mohan estate area in new delhi. Myself and many other commuters, who use this elevated road by paying the toll charges everyday, have complained about the situation to the toll officials deputed at the site. However the said officials too have expressed their helplessness.

Hence lodging this complaint with you here. Kindly look into it. We commuters, who use the road on our car (Four wheelers), are paying for the service everyday or whenever we use it. But the two - wheeler riders, despite being unauthorised, are neither paying any usage charges nor are being penalised in manner for such unauthorised use.

Even after having my house at a distance of 4km from the amdi toll plaza at nh-233, i was charged for the toll fee...
Even after showing the i'd of my local residence, they refuse to let us go...
They asked me to make the pass but the date for registration of having the pass will be opened on 1st of oct...
So why was i charged for the toll???

On asking the employees there, they just gave arbitrary argues and intentionally started having debates...
They also threatened us to just pay and go away...

Dear sir,

I issued monthly pass of rs.265/- from pithai toll tax on 9 sept. 2019 from pithai toll tax office located on ahmedabad to godhra higway.

But from last so many days my money deducted from my fast-tag account instead i have monthly pass, same thing happen today morning due that i am sending this complain i will attach screen shots kindly review.
Registered toll tax office i visited twice and they said now onwards it will not happen because there is issue going on between idfc bank / fast-tag etc... But daily my money deducted and nobody is giving proper answer from toll tax now they insist me to visit between 10 am to 4 pm and my job timing id 9:30am to 6pm which is not possible for me.

I am attaching screen shot of some received messages it will help you that i am regular using this monthly pass but still they deducted my money.

I am requesting you to do needful for this issue, my monthly pass, my deducted money and also kindly take action to deploy 24 hrs service which is available before and last very important please tell them provide receipt of issued monthly pass because they not providing any receipt against issued monthly pass which cost rs.265/-.
And also phone is not working of pithai toll tax office.

Kindly take action as early as possible.

Please note national highway 166 e cement concrete road work from village vijaynagar to sakurdi, tal - karad dist satara - 415114 is very slow and everyone is facing major issues.
Kindly complete at least one side work on priority as it is in process from more than 3 years.

Today 24.09.2019... At bharuch toll.. The toll collector said every one who has not gj 16 car... They have to pay the toll charges even if they are staying to bharuch... This is totally not acceptable..
This is really very cheap action by toll booth manger or superior at bharuch toll...

Pl look into this matter and resolve asap...

Has l &t take permission to take tall from bharuch residence people??

Why they are not allowing light bill or companys id card in which it was clearly mention that the peraon is staying at bharuch!!

Hi team, i am using national highway 65 on daily basis. Mainly from undri chowk till katraj, pune.
Please note it is very much important to install new street light from khadi machine chowk to undri chowk as this area is not safe to travel in night and with missing street lights it becomes more scary to travel.
I had already raised the same request to pune municipal corporation however they rejected the same saying it comes under national highway authority of india and pmc is not responsible for it.

I usually travel from bangalore to belgaum & this road is naional highway. From bangalore to chitradurga road condition is good after chitradurga to hubballi road condition is not good. Nearly 250km road is under construction.
More than 70% road we are using service road and we are paying toll for this service road. One side toll amount will charge near by rs250/- hence we are using service road more than 70% why we are using toll amount.

Suggestion is to remove the toll amount when work will get finish or at least reduce the toll amount

I am travelling from srigangangar to bikaner on 22.09.2019 with my family. My car no. Rj13 ca 2150. On toll plaza hindior near rajiyasar due to long waiting lines of trucks on up side toll gate. The toll employee diverted my car on down toll gate for early payment of toll. But when i reached that side they said we will give you single side toll, not up down toll. When i asked that your employee diverted me this side, i did not come my self, then why you not give up-down toll, but after that they misbehave with me, and when i asked for complaint register they also not given to me and asked pehle toll receipt do, then we will give you register. And after 10 minute whwn i asked that now toll is free, please open the gate they said we were not open the gate, you can go after breaking the gate. But after giving toll, they not given the same to me. Hence i go to bikaner, also in return journey i give again toll towards ganganagar side.
Sir, i want to ask you why government make the rule for up down rule only for harassing the people or rules are for only citizens, not for toll vendor. Sir when i want to give genuine toll tax, then why it is on mercy of toll employee, not according to rule. Why you making such type of rules.

I was travelling from patiala to chandigarh on 21/09/2019. When i was crossing to ‘azizpur toll plaza’ at 8:25 am, then operator give me that my fastag card is blocked due to insufficient balance is rs. 106.25. After this i pay rs 50 in cash and take ticket no.[protected] for up and down at booth no lz4. Next i come back from chandigarh at 5.30 pm on same day and crossed toll plaza with same ticket after 10 minutes i was shocked, when received a message on my mobile that “your fastag a/c has debited for rs 35 for transaction by vehicle no pb31m1313 at dharer azizpur toll plaza on[protected] t 17:30:44. Balance amount is 71.25 hdfc bank ltd.”. Now i want answer if my card was in morning then how was unblocked in evening with same balance on same day.
I am dissatisfied from your service i pay doubled charge at single entry. I asked to toll authority about this but they didn't listen my complaint.

With due respect i regret to inform you that the value of my home was determined very less in comparison of others. Besides my home the creation of home made of only through bricks not cemented. That homes value is more than my home. But my home value is come around very less. I don't have any other alternatives for creating a new home. Please do reassessment of my home as soon as possible. My home is pakka house with well furnished with all facilities. It's value come around 2.12 lakh only. Same another home value come around 7.25 lakh. This totally not understandable. Please take corrective measure too. I forwarded same mail to dm sir jehanabad or nhai headquarter.

We had asked for a 2 way toll, but irreseponsibly the staff has given 1 way ticket. Immediately we parked 100 mts from the toll booth and told that we had asked fo 2 way pass and they have given 1 way ticket. The staff are so adamant and rude.. The staff spoke in singular language to the aged person my father.. And started to shout and a group of them and started arguing with us saying we asked for 1 way ticket.. This behavior is so in human and pathetic. Y do you ppl keep such fellows for work those who don't have min common sense of behaving with ppl... Looks like a group o[censored]ncivilized ppl are running this toll booth.. So unruly behavior. Finally they did not exchange the pass for a 2 way ticket. I insist you take suitable action on such fellows. The set of whole staff over there have made a mafia of this.. Give

Regret to inform you that my home value estimated around 2.16 lakh for acquisition of my home for creating nh 83. But 20 years ago i was created my home with cost of 5.50 lakh. And now value of each housemade commodities price touching to sky. Similarly besides my house which made of only bricks and not well furnished. Its price estimated around 2.32 lakh that totally unpracticed and not understandable. I don't have other alternatives to create new house. Please take corrective measure to solve my problem.

I am a shop keeper at located at gandhi nagar moka road, gopala swamy road, bellary -583102 karnataka. Municipality has dug up the road from past 2 years for 24 hour water pipeline, they have not patched up the road. I have made several complaints to the concerned authority, media. Due to this we are facing lot of problems with nh road breathing problem due to dust, drainage water, water borne diseases and many accidents have taken place in this area. P i have lost lot of business and other co citizens and business establishments are facing same problems. Please do the needful.

Junagadh by pass road make before 5 month or repair bridge but after rain in road big big pit due to rain or any other reason, same as before conditions, i think this pit are from last 2 or 3 months, nhai contractor fill that pit with dust and sand, so when again rain come, again pit are seen in road. This pit is so dangerous for bike, bus and four wheel, plz take necessary action to repair this pit on road., and please take care about road quality...

I wants to draw your attention at a very serious issue of no safety precautions has being followed by company which constructing hisar-chandigarh highway (Location-near jameetgarh village, silver oak palace). I am a citizen of village near ambala city where this highway crosses a link road connected to ambala. There is no over bridge or under bridge built for crossing. No speed breakers are built on highway even no sign board of any warning. The highway is not complete but open for vehicles. The vehicles passes this crossing at very fast speed without no knowledge of link road ahead. The vehicles coming from link road also no able to guess that any vehicles coming from side at full speed from highway. I am a witness of accident where a dumper was about to crush a motorbike coming from link road.
You are requested to instruct the company (Dilip buildcon ltd.) to make some safety arrangements before any fatal acccident happens their.
