I Ravi Kant reside in Angul was travelling to Cuttack in night . While travelling I was feeling unsafe and was about to fell from my vehicle due to the bad condition of the road. As well as the roads passes through town which is a rush area and many heavy vehicle travel through the road and they drive very roughly which also make it unsafe to travel . Also due to NH their's no light on the road which makes it difficult to drive in night . My friend fell down from his bike in night as he couldn't able to see the damaged hole on the road as it was to dark see in night . People of this place also faces problem of traffic frequently due to which many times they have to suffer their every day life . So I kindly request you to look into the matter as please try to resolve it as soon as possible and at least provide the light on road which passes through cities and town region and is rush area.

Manager of chajarsi toll tax on nh-9 misbehaved with us and used foul langauge and tortured us with other handlers at toll tax.
Brought gunman who stricked at us.
Used voilent action against us.
Didn’t solved our problem instead tortured us.
Please remove this manager as soon aa possible and take strict action against them to save mankind.

I just cross the bhagan toll plaza which is at murthal, haryana. They charged me twice. 1 from my fast tag. They told me that my fastag is blocked and they charged me 70rs in cash. Bjt after crossing the toll, i got the msg that money deduced from my fastag. Now i charged twice. I asked to toll authority about this but they didn't listen my complaint. Beside this they blame me and they came to fight with me.

Let talk some truth...

I personally a supporter of modi but really frustrated with daily jam from kundli to bahalgarh sonipat...

A person waste around 30-40minutes extra due to this bad work on the development of this highway from the goverment... No work from last 8-10 months... This is one of the main highways of india but there is no focus to finish this project to reduce the frustration of people... Matlab hi nahi hai kisi ko... Chahe koi ambulance fase ya kuch bhi...

Khattar ji aaye the to unke liye saare raste band kar diye the taki koi jaam na lage... Yaar thik hai banao sarkar par ground level pe to kuch kaam karo...

We have bjp govt both at centre and haryana state but bad work...

Toll lena to 2 saal se start kiya hua hai... Daily huge amount of money is collected from the toll... To kaha ja raha hai ye paisa... Iska kisi ke paas koi jawab nahi hai... Agar hai to batao...

Ye flyover ki deewar khadi hui hai sirf posters lagane ke liye... Aur election prachaar ke liye... Mitti daal di hai... Plants have grown. Par...

Can any one help to take this point to the goverment...

I’m from City Khanauri District- Sangrur (punjab ) and we have a national highway on NH-52 but the toll plaza was not turning on the City lights at night and the people are facing many problem we many times call the toll plaza but they didn’t gave any response . kindly please check the Problem

I purchased a idfc bank fastag for my new car 4 months ago and 2 weeks back i recharged my fastag so that it has a balance of rs 1050/-. Today when i reached a toll plaza fastag lane, they said that my fastag is blacklisted and doesn't have enough balance in it and was not allowed to pass through. It is a idfc bank fastag which i bought for my car. The fastag was working during my previous rides across all toll booths.

This is to inform the government that all the national toll plaza from madurai tamilnadu to bangalore karnataka are creating nuisance at the toll booth by not accepting 10rs coins and it’s highly disappointing to see that the government toll booth are behaving this way i kindly request the government to make a strict order about accepting the coin as this the currency issued by the government and it doesn’t justify the behaviour of the staff at the toll plaza

I daily up-down between chorwad-veraval for my job in gsrtc bus. But from some days in road big big pit due to rain or any other reason, i think this pit are from last 2 or 3 months, nhai contractor fill that pit with dust and sand, so when again rain come, again pit are seen in road. This pit is so dangerous for bike, bus and four wheel, plz take necessary action to repair this pit on road.

I had written many times before regarding very bad condition of road between rampur bypass and joya. #pl ask concerned person to see the condition and do needful for the repair of road.., many ditches are there.. Sir/madam. I am a serving defence personnel in Indian Air Force. While going to tamilnadu from Bangalore I had given toll at Krishnagiri toll plaza. I produced defence ID card and toll exemption certificate to the toll collector but she denied to check the above mentioned id’s. I explained her about toll exemption mentioned in defence act and road transport and highway notification. But she even listen to me and collected the toll. Payment receipt is annexed to this complaint. Kindly educate toll collectors to behave properly and instruct them that toll may not be collected from defence personnel’s in future.

I sandeep soni councillor ward no-12, municipal council sahnewal, ludhiana want to say that road from jugiana to sahnewal and sahnewal to jugiana is in worst condition... Grass and extra roots can be seen easily.. People are in pitiable condition..
Please take some strong steps to improve road, otherwise people are going hv protest on highway...

An illegal contruction of a gate over highway is going to begin very soon by members of a community in sirsa, haryana. Nhai authorities must isure legality of the gate to be built over the highway before its contruction begin.
One can not do such construction without nhai
Approval so authorities must isure that contruction does not take place at all.

Hi team,

Today on 17 sep i had done a fastag recharge of 2500 from app my fast tag and the payment was made using upi.
My fastag is from hdfc and the payment also was debited from hdfc up. The issue is the amount based on below sms attachment has been debited from my account but has not been credited to my fastag i'd. Hdfc bank says contact fastag customer services and fastag says connect to hdfc. Irony is both the parties are not willing to register any comments.

Request you to pls help me in resolving the issue and either reverse the charges or get the amount credited to my fastag.

Thee is unauthorised cut on the nh 95 in front of axis bank as thee is no major road no cross road but god knows why they have open it every morning and evening there are accidents but by gods grace no body is dead my house is near by i have survived a major accident today

Just 50 feet further there is major vegetable market vardhaman sabji mandi why not put traffic lights there and open the road there instead of this unautorised cut please do something about this

My father is maharashtra govt police employee. Was travelling from indapur to pune. They ask to pay the toll as its not allowed for police in private vehicle. If this is the rule they have to show them written format of same. We met the supervisor for knowing the rules. Supervisor behaves in very bad tone& language. He doesn't show any kind of rules in written format instead of that ignores us by telling to complain about same.

Good morning sir we anandpur sahib brick owners association have requested you regarding overloaded bricks trucks has been come to our area the trucks are very much overloaded and breaks the roads and law the road is garshankar to anandpur sahib road so sir please check this matter soon as possible and save our roads and please checked by higher authorities

Pune solapur highway is in bad shape and is not worth paying toll for, yet there are 4 toll booths collecting on an average of rupees 60 for small passenger vehicles. Following are the problems
1. 1st layer of the tarmac is gone in most of the spots, at some places the holes are deeper, and at some places, poor patch work is done, which is adds to the bumps
2. Too much undulation on the road, the road had completely sunk into the ground in some spots
3. Poor radium work leading to poor visibility at nights
4. No sign for speed breaker at some spots
5. Poor management of fastag lanes, i had to wait more than 10 minutes at 2nd toll from solapur, and there was huge traffic jam

I am law abiding citizen of india and currently running my buisness on the name and style of choudhary transport.
On 15th september 2019 my tempo no - dl 1lm 3434 went to take the stock from faridabad but i m surprised to see the wrong details entered in the fast tag as my tempo is on cng but they mentioned it as a diesel vichle the date of insurance they mentioned is 21-jan 2020 which is incorrect. And my truck is single axle (4 tyres) and they mentioned it as 2axle (6 tyres). I went to the toll office to correct the details of my vichle but they refused to correct the information of my vichle and a employee named chagan started abusing me in front of everyone and said "itna bolega gaadi to yahi se niklegi ye yaad rakhio jha complaint kar sakta hai kar" and started shouting on me after that i have given complaint against the employee named chagan in badarpur police station against the misbehaviour and the statement in which he mentioned baniye zinda gaad duga. There officers refused to help me and said he is right i am taking legal agtion against the toll employee and request you to corperate with me. I am attaching the slip of the toll and rc and insurance of my vichle ankit garg-[protected].

I have used the the national highways frequently last 25 days between trichy and chennai.in this road there is no centre line & side line between trichy to ulundurpet. I can't drive the car, particularly night time and raining time because i can't understand my car is in which track. Already i had complaint all the toll plazas between this road, but no action taken till the date. Kindly rectify the issue as early as possible.

With reference to subject matter, i would like to bring in your kind attention that i was traveling with my family from amritsar to ludhiana via g. T. Road by car no. Pb10cm5155. The operator baljinder singh misbehaves and use abusive language with my father upon just asking that why next one from us took time for payment of toll amount.
The supervisor at there at that time.
We are paying the amount of toll to the government and these employees are misbehaves like anyone can't do nothing to them.

Kindly look into this matter via cctv as per attached slip.
