Hi,

Four tolls from hassan to nelamangala, bangalore, allow non-fast tag holders which is making us (Who have fast tag) wait in queue for significant time. When asked @tolls about the same, staff is very arrogant and ignorant of the facts. Please take required action.

Sir respectfully i want to state that yesterday i passed through toll at limdi i asked for return pass but the employee gave me single journey pass
When coming back i showed my pass the authority asked me to get once more single pass. I requested them at the time of passing i demanded return pass but by mistake your employee issued me single. I asked to treat with humanitarian way but they responded in marsh manner. Kindly take action against them. Tell them to listen customers demand carefully

Kasaragod to talapady road are like sludge big hole roads.. No one is responsible for repare it.. Wher the road tax ammont going?? I request and beg you to give us proper road to kerala border talapady-manjeshwar-kasaragod root.. Once you guys visit hear you will get to know how roads are damaged our vehicles are getting damaged when we ride in that poor road.. We are in india and why you people don't serve good service to us.. We give proper tax to government wher it's go??

I shaminder singh, hereby complains you that the highway connecting between ludhiana and jalandhar is damaged from many points & there are too many holes on the national highway also known as sher shah suri marg. The maintenance by the company is so poor and even they are paying rs-195 for up/down. The travelers experience a rough and worst driving. I request you to give attention towards this issue. I shall be very grateful to you if the would resolve.

My vehicle tata nexon with reg no kl 45 r 8538 has been debited many times wrongly from paliyekkara toll plaza, thrissur kerala and velanchettiyur toll plaza tamil nadu. These trips are fake and icici fastag team ignores my complaints while complained to their toll free number. My icici fastag customer id is 10924858.

In this on 13/09/2019 8.30 pm vehicle passed through paliyekkara toll plaza and same vehicle passes through velanchettiyur at 9.54 pm which is impossible. Its almost 215 km far from paliyekkara by google map.

When i contacted icici fastag customer care they told that my chasis number might have been duplicated. And by repeatedly informing the incidents also they told me that they are helpless in this issue.

So i humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and refund my wrongly debited amounts as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that national highway authority of india has given a contract for construction of highway between delhi to jaipur to pinkcity expressway private ltd. The pcepl company has been operating through its subsidiary company which is true value rock products private ltd. We are 20 contractors who have supplied the material to the tvrpl company.in the work order provided to us the terms of payment were 15 days from the date of billing. But now it has been more than 24 months but they have not made our payment which is amounting to approximately 15 crores in totality. They are intentionally not making our payments even they have been regularly receiving payments from the nhai. Further, when we demand our money, they threat to kill us. They even say that no higher authority can help us for getting our payments cleared. This is a mental harassment caused by that company. We have been facing a lot of financial problems. The bank are warning us to seize our houses because of non payment of loan installments, which we have taken for business purpose. We are facing hardship even in depositing fees for our children education.
We kindly requesting you to take some strict actions against that comapny and direct them to release our payments.

I crossed bhagan toll plaza km 29.300 to km 86.000 at 10.12 am on 14/09/2019. Operator user id 602. The operator denied for making paytm number written on toll plaza and was giving his own number for making payment through paytm and said that no receipt will be provided for such payment. As such i had to make cash payment. This is a fraudulent act on his part you are requested to look into the matter.

I am passing from nawabganj toll plaza in lucknow i m a serving Airforce personal they have asked me for toll which is unauthorized under Toll act (Airforce & army) 1901. As we all are aware that defence personal are not suppose to pay toll it is unauthoriz so I would like to kindly inform the authority to take some remedial steps on this matter. I am very thankful to them.

NH 66 Kasaragod district National highway which is an interstate connecting way is in such a worst condition that starting from the kasaragod town till the end of the road at Thalapady tollway it is full of potholes and dangerous pits all around!
NH 66 the highway passing through Kasaragod district is an interstate connecting highway through which the whole Kerala people travels to Karnataka!
It's taking 3+ hours to reach Mangalore from kasaragod!and this been a big issue and problem to people residing in Kerala who works and studies at Karnataka state! As the kasaragod district doesn't have any multi- speciality hospitals in town most of the patients requiring a higher treatment goes in search for a multi-speciality hospitals in Mangalore, but the fact is that it takes more than 2+hours for an ambulance to travel through this road!!

The Kerala RTC Busses and Karnataka RTC Busses were reducing their busses on this way and it's been a big problem to the whole people travelling daily through this NH66 of kasaragod - Thalapady highway!
Backpains, serious health injuries and Accidents were taking place everyday and People were suffering so much problems from this Improper Maintenance of National Highway!!

Kindly please take any action regarding this as soon as possible! Thank you!

I was moving from muzaafarpur - motihari, nh28. Toll plaza slip attached.
I moved to card lane only but person sitting inside the cabin said "card machine not available". This i argued why its not available as lane is for card customers only as written overhead. Then he said its available at other lane, you moveout from car and go there or tell your atm card password. I refused for both and said you bring card machine here.
I made a video of same conversation also. Then a person seemed in criminal apperance came and took my mobile and deleted the video by threatening me.
I told i will complain, then they told do whatever do.

I have hdfc fastag on my car reg no. Hr05aq6677. On dt.[protected], i take return toll ticket of rs. 60 at joya toll plaza uuttar pradesh on delhi mooradabad highway, but at same date same time 16.06 pm, rs. 40 also doubly deducted from my fastag. Similarly on dt[protected] rs. $0 deducted at chandigarh ambala highway. Also rs. 170 deducted for adjustment entry on dt.[protected]. Therefore it is requested to check and refund the amount please.

I am a state civil servant posted as additional tahsildar who is also an executive magistrate. Today while going to high court for official work in a hired vehicle the panikoili toll plaza collected fees who is wrong. Because as per govt guidelines executive magistrate are exempted from paying toll fees

The road of NH3 highway becoming worst day by day in indore region the service roads are not roads its a collection of pot holes only daily traffic jam because of reduction of riad size. On Main high way too their are so many damages on road. a person driving at 80 surddenly have to face such jerks could damage vehicle and result in big accident. Kindly look into the matter and do the need ful.

Dear sir, i am kunnal goswami and i am an architect. Actually i have my office in bundi & i lives in talera which is 18km far from bundi city. Nh 52 is only the way for talera & kota. From bundi to kota road is very rough u just visit once and look at the road how cheap maintenance you guys are providing to us. You guys took 130 rs. As toll on hindoli when we go to jaipur but why don't you guys work for highways. There is road broken on the bridge over the namana road while moving to talera to bundi. Today i saw a family was facing the problem when they were crossing to this route actually they faced the accident due to broken road. Animals are sitting over the road but there is no one to do side from the road.in between 40 km (Bundi to kota) i saw a accident regularly due to broken road or animals. Sir please help us & resolve the problems as soon as possible.

Poor road quality unauthorized speed breaker in national highway 8b (Rajkot - gondal (Shapar - veraval)

There is an non-structured speed breakers created on the road which is connecting with rajkot to gondal (Shapar).

The speed breaker is so high and causing damage to the entire vehicle.

There are chances of accident. These speed breakers are not built correctly & legally as cemented electric pole has been fixed to function as a speed breaker.

Please take the necessary action to prevent accidents. I request you to take necessary action and arrange to remove the speed breaker as soon as possible.

Hope a quick right action.

It was on 8th september at 11 pm, i was traveling on nh47 i. E from rajkot to ahmedabad with my wife and my brother. As we started seeing more and more potholes on the road, i decided to drive slowly on average of 50 kmph. We reached a point near a village limdi which sits exactly in the middle of rajkot and ahmedabad. We bumped into an pothole so big that it totally broke both my left side tyre making the car undrivable. Now we were stuck on a dark, road were there were no lights and not even a single building to see. We decided to call the road side assistance but they said that they cannot fix my car as it was sunday and they did not have mechanics to fix it. One guy even said that he cannot fix because i owned a hyundai car and he would only come if it was a maruri suzuki car. Imagine being stuck in a broke car in the middle of a dark night with no support at all. We tried calling many helplines but everything was useless. Few of the bikers were staring at us while they were going on the road. That made my wife really uncomfortable and frightened. So after waiting for about 2 hours on the dark road, a police car was passing by and stopped to ask us about the problem. We described everything and generously they told us that they will help us. We took out both the tyres and loaded them into the police car and my brother went with them to look for garage on highway while me and my wife were standing near the car. The police also gave us their stick incase we faced any emergencies. This was the best help that we recieved. I have only one suggestion, the rajkot ahmedabad highway is a busy road and these potholes are making our lives miserable. We are co operating with your laws for safety and you should too. Please fix the road so that it can be a smooth and safe ride. The garage guy also told us that it was good that we were driving at 50kmph, incase the speed would have been higher then we would have ended up crashing the car. The location is mentioned below exactly. It is on nh47 rajkot ahmedabad highway. The potholes are really huge and dangerous.

Dear sirs

I am a regular traveler between coimbatore to cochin international airport and cochin town.

The high way 544 between vadakancheri to thiruchur at the place called kuthiran is not being completed for years. The progress seems to be halted for the reasons unknown to public.
To cross this place it takes hours and with the result many times we have to miss the flight. For travel distance of 188 kms even some times takes 6 hours.

With the heavy traffic and long filing of vehicles of all types wasting the fuel in laks per day due the traffic blockade.

This government publishes in news media per day 26 kms being laid, but this is hardly a 20 to 25 km stretch which can be set righted in a six month period where as the work is being done for more than three years. Will you put some effort in completing this highway?

Are you would like the people to go for some sort of road blockage to draw the attention of the honorable minister.

Nh 54 bathinda to amritsar while going on from faridkot to talwandi 10 km before kot karor toll plaza there is flyover on mudki village which has been closed from last 3 month without any reason diversion has been given.
