Toll plaza located near vadamalapeta, near tirupati, is waste ever road from chennai to tirupati high way, no maintainance at all, road is full of patches etc, dis toll plaze collecting rs 100 for 2 ways, very ridiculous thing, grown plants on both sides of roads but toll people r collecting money, no safety speed breakers & bargate’s all over roads both at same place, no safety to our lives in that roads.
Please, take action against the toll plaz as soon as possible, since this problem for so many years

सर, पिंपळगाव नासिक का टोल वसूल किया जा रहा हैं पर नासिक flyover ही अच्छा हैं नासिक cross करो तो आगे पिंपळगाव तक रोड बर्हाठी बुरी हलत में हैं । same हलत चांदवड टोल प्लाझा to धुळे टोल की हैं ।complaint book मांगी तो बोलते हैं ऑफिस मे हैं वहा जकार लिख लो । बहोत बार complaint लिखवाके के भी कोई कार्यवाही नही होती । हर खिडकी पर complaint book हॊना चाईए, पर वोह भी नाही मेरा दूरध्वनी क्र [protected] plz कुछ कार्यवाही हो तो सकून मिलेंगा आम आदमी को

Several patholes (Bad patches) on nh 4 between pune - satara. Specifically near to satara. Wasting huge time fuel and damaging tyres. Tolls are high and maintenance is worst. Need detailed observation of road and immediately correction.
Last month travelled and our car tyre got burst. Same time same place other 3 cars also got 1 or 2 tyre busted. Condition not yet improved. Before d mart towards satara.

National highway 8d is very bed condition between junagadh to veravar road is like a khadda, in this place no more rain is coming then why road is in very bed condition, in highway there are so many diversion because new briz is pull down, there are only 80 km long highways but they consum 2.5 houres, road is not suitable to call national highway, there e not any tipe of service in toll plaza, so why public pey higher toll, i request to u you only come and on this shravan month visit somanath temple from drive your personal car on this highway and feel the nice journey...

In kota to jaipur national highway. The road is to much damage in many place and in the center of roads animals are siting in roads and they have to invite a accident and there is no staff available about govt. And co. Person who can handel this all situation when co. Take full charge of toll fess then why he is not maintain road and all facility please solve this problem

Extremely inefficient, unorganized, illegal and indisciplined toll naka... Collecting so much of money and in return providing no facility... On top of that wasting a lot of time and money. Creating heavy traffic... I request please please make us rid of this toll naka please.
We travel regularly and it has become a headache to deal with it. On top of everything they know that nothing is going to happen and no one is going to take any action against them and hence they keep on disturbing the environment completely. I kindly request to make us get rid of this problem. Kindly abolish the mulund toll naka if it is illegal or if it's not then please ask them to follow certain rules and regulations which would not affect public's time and money. Hoping to receive some positive response.

On 13th aug 19, all toll collection plazas on pune – kolhapur highway were kept off due to floods in kolhapur and no toll was collected.
Two toll booths at kini and taswade were also closed and no toll was collected but they had kept fast tag in operation in other lanes other than fast tag lane in evening. How this can happen and how this is allowed.
I would like to know, who is monitoring fast tag and toll plaza.

Hi sir,

We used to travel from kurnool to bangalore monthly and the first toll gate "amakathadu" it was collected rs 55/- before. From last 4months (After elections completed) they have increased the amount and it's a almost double amount rs 110/-. Same we have asked the toll gate members and they given irrespective of response and also they have changed entire staff and not local people.

Could you please check & take action on this how much distance is there from hyderabad to bangalore and how much amount is collected each toll gate and how they consider the local people and non people.

We have suffered a lot with these toll gates and loot the passengers with new guide lines (Rules).

Especially this agency sri sai construction have been take over of the surrounding of all toll gates completely change the rules regulations.

Normal middle class people scared to travel surrounding of kurnool.

Kindly help to normal public and take action on these kind of agencies in andhara pradesh.

This is quite a serious matter in which all the cars which does have a valid tag have to go through lot of problem only because they allow non tag cars to enter the row and it eventually take lot of time and fuel wastage. We bought fastags and paid money in advance only to save our time and fuel, but problem at Badarpur toll is there is not staff member to stop non tag cars from entering the row. It has been numerous time since I have asked toll plaza staff members to assign someone at the entry of Fastag lane (Like it happens in any other NHAI toll booth) to stop cars, but instead of coming to a solution they guys start shouting and abusing always at. This is a clear case of "Gunda Raaj" . If they cannot manage fastag lanes properly then what is the point of having one.
Below I have also attached one image in which you can clearly see Fastag line being overloaded only because of Non Tag vehicles inside the lines whereas other lines just have 2-3 cars in each line.

Dear sir your contracted company irb has blocked etah junction at shikohabad, causing traffic to move opposite in direction and thus traffic jam and increased accident also increasing traffic load on mainpuri chauraha at shikohabad... Kindly get opened etah chaouraha junction at shikohabad. (Firozabad) up..283135.
Next,, kindly make a road cross cut at sant dominic academy at nh2, before entering shikohabad, on agra road to facilitate student...

Respected sir / madam,

There is a long unnecessary drain/ ditch near bastara (Karnal) toll plaza on the way to karnal side toll plaza line. Its nearly 2 feet deep and there is big public safety issue as on average of every few days this drain cause an accident. Sir / madam, no one care about this hazard which cause people road safety in risk. So i request you to fix this drain / ditch so that our nh44 road safety can improve.

We are travelling from Tiruchirapalli to Thirumadurai (Tamil Nadu). There is no lights and white divider marking. Here it is raining heavily and we are unable to drive the car, since the lorries and other vehicles are coming in zig zag order. In some areas roads are not proper. Inspite of these serious issues they are happily collecting the toll fees. We are about these issues and the supervisor is not ready to mention his name or contact number.. If these roads are in this way then there will be more accidents and these toll Plaza people are really not responsible will never take any action to clear this issue. So I am requesting you to look into this issue immediately to save any people issue. I have also enclosed my complaint copy along with this complaint.

Dear nitin gadkari sir,

Today i travelled on nh66 right from ratnagiri to navi mumbai around 325 km stretch. This whole patch of road comes in maharashtra. I am writing this complaint aboutthe horrific condition of the road all along this stretch.

I could not go above 50 km/h at any point of time. Average trip speed was 35 km/h. This is the condition in no traffic because of flood situation and also no heavy vehicle traffic on road.

Only road work diversions and work is halted at almost all the spots. There is merely 35-50 km road completed and that is in patches. Some diversions are there where road is patched in-between and no signs of same.

Sir we as maharashtra state give highest revenue to center. The road i am complaining about is costal road and very important for tourism from konkan till mangalore. I am sorry to say but this road does not qualify to be a national highway in this condition.

My request to you is please look into condition of this road otherwise remove it's nation highway status so there will be no false hopes that one fine day we will get a good road. We will be able to console ourselves that now the nh status is gone we can not expect any improvement in its condition.

Yesterday when i was coming to chiloda from himmatnagar with my family, toll tax has been taken on the toll at kathpur.in fact, the condition of the road between himmatnagar to chiloda which is not a called road so when there is no road why toll tax has been taken by the authority so this is my request to you that toll tax should be refunded and toll tax should be stopped till the condition of the road is improved.

Road on highway nh4 from satara to pune are damaged due to rain resulting deep potholes and damaged road. Deep potholes on road are causing accidents on daily basis. Even i met with an accident on two wheeler vehicle due to deep pothole on highway resulting rim bend of vehicle luckily i didn't crash. Humble request to atleast fill potholes with sand or something which won't cause unnecessarily accidents

I frequently travel on nh44 from bangalore to hyderabad. I see there are many speed breakers on this national highway and no speed breakers for the connecting roads.

Also at each speed breaker, there are 5 to 10 humps, which is creating a lot of disturbance, fuel wastage and car body parts gets loosen.

As i heard, supreme court directed not to have the speed breakers on national highways, request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps to reduce the number of speed breakers.

I'm on the way to Pondicherry. While I'm crossing from Bangalore Hosur highways I paid a toll amount by fast tag. By the way the staff in toll gate told to move on and boom barrier was opened I jus moved and suddenly it fell down on my car and that results in damage of my car roof. If anything serious issue happed means who will be the responsible???? Very cheap, even I asked her about this she spoke with her very rudely. Her name is POONGUDI. She has very much attitude. My foot let her attitude in her home not in working place. Even though its her mistake, she didn't asked sorry also. I had also asked for cc TV footage they made me to wait 2 hours and telling it was visible only the number plates of vehicle. I'm I fool to listen all these??? I'm I bought a car from local garage??? I have invested. Please guide them how to interact with customers. It's my request.

I had purchased a fasttag from hdfc bank and it attained negative balance of 40 rupees on 22nd july beacuse the recharge website was not working. I recharged my fastag with 1000 rupees on 28th of july and called the customer service of hdfc fastag to remove my fastag from the blacklist and i was promised that within 48 hours it will be done but nothing was done to remove it from the blacklist.
I have been calling hdfc fastag several times and every time i have been told that it will take 2-3 days but i keep getting stuck at the toll plaza for no fault of mine and the hdfc fastag is illegally keeping me on blacklist and everytime i call the customer care representative keeps delaying saying that it will take 2 to 3 days.
Please take stringent action regardind such reckless behaviour and undue harrassment from the service provider who even after 15 days is blocking my fastag for no reason.
Such behaviour of these companies makes using good government initiatives a hellish experience for consumers and will definitely dissuade people like me from trying any new schemes or initiatives of the government.
It is my humble request that please take stringent action against such companies so that the good name of the government of india does not get blemished by such operators whose only purpose is making profits at the expense of general public and the government without providing any quality of service

सोमनाथ से द्वारका के बीच में जो हाईवे बं रहा है उसमे नीति नियम के विरूद्ध काम हो रहा है उसके बीच में मेरा गाम लांबा बंदर आ रहा है वहां जाके मैने देखा तो मोहरम की जगह पर मेट(घटिया क्वालिटी की मिटी)डाल रहा है मेरे गाम में 4 5 इंच बारिश हुवी है पर रोड उसमे भी पूरी तरह टूट गया है और पानी के नाले भी जमीन लेवल से नीचे रखे गए है इस के आधार के फोटो में डाल रहा हूं
