Nhai is constructing nh24 and they blocked all roads passing from behrampur ghaziabad uttar pradesh and only one street is there which is full of mud number of citizens women children old one are falling here on daily basis and no one is listening. We have talked to nhai engineers about it but they are not paying much attention to this matter. Please look into this matter and resolve.

Fast tag is not working in nhai:nh48 (Old nh4), jastoll roadco. Ltd, chokkenahalli, kyatsandra. What is the use o[censored]sing fast tag in our vehicles, when enquired about this at the office of said above address they told to lodge a complaint to nhai. Please install a new scanner instruments and make the fast tag meaning useful for better traffic congestion and please look into the issue as soon as possible and do the needful and oblige.

I am writing on behalf of all the commuters who commutes daily from outskirts of pune i. E. From wagholi area to pune. Even though the road is called a pune - ahmednagar road (National highway) it is so narrow that every day the traffic condition is worst. The road quality is worst and narrow. Further, there are so many small townships connected it that it needs a bridge from ubale nagar to kesnand phata wagholi pune

I came from merut to palwal on dated 11july when i started my journey from dulhai toll plaza they denied to give me receipt of toll and say you can start ur journey witout reciept and when i ended my journey on exit toll they demanded excess money of toll and they didnot give me any receipt. And use abusing language and misbehaved with me. Please take strick action against them. Other i wil go for court for justice.

There are big potholes on high energy materials research labotary to bavdhan service road - near seetai corner and near hotel shivprasad in bavdhan area of pune, maharashtra.

I had raised a complaint with pune municipal corporation but learned from them that this specific service road comes under national highway authority of india. Hence raising a complaint with you.

Pls look into it on priority as there are school buses that regularly travel on this service road and kids are at risk because of these big potholes.

At murthal toll plaza, when we move from ganaur to sonipat, employees do not open the road for those who have monthly pass just to rest themselves, they compell the travellers to go through the windows common to all. It is harassing with those who have pass and daily move from there. A strict action against such lethargic employees is necessary to improve the image of nhai.

I five toll for my vehicle UP85 MB 1702 ticket no [protected] at (time 20.06.02hrs) on 21.07.2019. My cars registration no changed on 18.07.2019 from HRAD TO UP85 MB 1702. Fast tag was pested on my cars wind glass. I got a message that a fastag ammount was also deducted Rs 135 at (time 20:06:03 hrs) on 21.07.2019. Please refund Rs 135 in my fast tag account.

Recovery of wrong payment from Mr Dinesh Kumar Jaiswal IN NH-2, Dinesh Kumar Jaiswal has cheated land acquisition department with the help of Amin.
He has taken entire payment of more than Rs 60 Lakh for 0.04 acre of land Acquired by NHAI for making 6 lane road in NH-2, instead of 0.02 acre, which has been acquired by his share of total land I.e 0.09 acre.
Next 0.02 acre of land is acquired by NHAI belongs to Mr Basudev Prasad Jaiswal and he is also having 0.09 acre of total land in plot no. 3105, Mauja- kulgo, thana No.-100, PS- DUMRI, DIST.- GIRIDIH, JHARKHAND.

Kindly look into the matter as 0.04 acre of land acquired by NHAI and paid by you is on behalf of total 0.18 acre not 0.09 acre as shown by Dinesh Kumar Jaiswal and your Amin.

Kindly recover the entire amount you paid to
Mr Dinesh Kumar Jaiswal and put him behind bars for cheating the GOVERNMENT and misleading the truth. As toll plaza payment is also near by to be paid, you can easily recover the amount from his part of payment. But punish him so badly that no man will ever dare to cheat the Government.

I have applied for local monthly daily pass on 15 may 2019 at rajadhok tollplaza, agra road. I have submitted all required documents such as vehicle registration certificate, photo, adhaar card pan card, 6*4 size photo of vehicle, driving licence but till date i have not received local monthly daily pass. I have visit their office so many times and inquire card status but their answer is unsatisfactory. I have to pay 4 times more than regular toll tax. Kindly resolve the issue earliest.

This is manoj das and i currently serving with defence service (Army). As per your policy it is said ti give honour to defence person and free tax on toll but no one following that, if we say to them, they answered that ki they have not got the latest policy letter. Now i am at my duty station and i left my family at home. During journey to balichandrapur to cuttack medical by taxi no od02af6926 on nh16 at manguli toll plaza it charged the toll tax to my family (Mother & wife) of rs 175, whenever it is clearly mentioned in your policy letter no toll tax to be paid by defence personel (Army, air force & navy) and his family on duty or not. But today on 22 jul 2019 my family paid tax for the same, if rule is not followed by, then why the policy letter given.
You are requested to take appropriate action on priority for the above please.

Nh44 (Telangana) near shamshabad, hyderabad. The road is bangalore to hyderabad. To much problem is there please arrange under pass in palamakula village, because no way to cross the road. This road goes to nehru orr via chinna golkonda. U turn is far 2kms away so vehicle are go to wrong route. So... Many fine's and wrong routes there... It's a accidental zone, please respond...

I have fastag account no. : 21405027. Adequate balance is available. On 11 july 2019 and 14 july 2019 when passing through nhai fastag toll gate on nh 44 near kempegowda international airport, bangalore, toll screen is showing "blacklisted". So i had to pay the regular toll. Toll gate operator told me fastag is not updated. I called icici bank and they confirmed it is updated. Please check and advise reasons for the wrong blacklist display

I was double deducted on my fastag while coming to hyderabad at pantangi toll plaza. I was asked to go to other lane as the fastag exclusive lane gate didn't open. I had to wait another 10mins in the other lane before i was told to go. But after a while i got the sms of double deduction. How can they double charge a vehicle going in the same direction towards hyderabad within 10mins. Here are my transction id for your reference.

Please help to resolve public issue on nh31. People are facing too much problem by illegal speed barkers construed on nh31. 21 speed breakers in just 18 km, and too much potholes in road also. Road location ghazipur - hajipur rd, masoom ganj, chhapra, bihar 841301 to manjhi-dumri-tajpur rd, fatehpur, bihar 841313. People are illegale encroachment the both side of road in rivilganj and encroachment by manjhi police station also on one side of road by parking the accidental vehicle

It seems that there is an everyday routine of heavy traffic near delhi-merrut expressway (Ah 2). Being a college student even if i leave one hour before my college time, still i am not able to reach the college. There is always a heavy jam near the highway which cause heavy inconvenience to lots of people and being a law college student i am not able to concentrate on my studies because everyday my classes are being missed for which i am paying a gefty amount of fees. I hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible.

While exiting the Chennai Bypass on Maduravoyal flyover to Poonamalle High Road towards Vellore/Bangalore, my car tyre was struck with a part of a Sinus Plate few meters before the exit ramp. This caused puncture of the tyre. The Sinus Plate material was around 4.5 " long and pierced my tyre.

As sinus plate material is integral to the bridge expansion joint, I request concerned authorities to check the integrity of the bridge.
