I have fastag account no. : 21405027. Adequate balance is available. On 11 july 2019 and 14 july 2019 when passing through nhai fastag toll gate on nh 44 near kempegowda international airport, bangalore, toll screen is showing "blacklisted". So i had to pay the regular toll. Toll gate operator told me fastag is not updated. I called icici bank and they confirmed it is updated. Please check and advise reasons for the wrong blacklist display

Hi sir/madam,
I was double deducted on my fastag while coming to hyderabad at pantangi toll plaza. I was asked to go to other lane as the fastag exclusive lane gate didn't open. I had to wait another 10mins in the other lane before i was told to go. But after a while i got the sms of double deduction. How can they double charge a vehicle going in the same direction towards hyderabad within 10mins. Here are my transction id for your reference.

Please help to resolve public issue on nh31. People are facing too much problem by illegal speed barkers construed on nh31. 21 speed breakers in just 18 km, and too much potholes in road also. Road location ghazipur - hajipur rd, masoom ganj, chhapra, bihar 841301 to manjhi-dumri-tajpur rd, fatehpur, bihar 841313. People are illegale encroachment the both side of road in rivilganj and encroachment by manjhi police station also on one side of road by parking the accidental vehicle

It seems that there is an everyday routine of heavy traffic near delhi-merrut expressway (Ah 2). Being a college student even if i leave one hour before my college time, still i am not able to reach the college. There is always a heavy jam near the highway which cause heavy inconvenience to lots of people and being a law college student i am not able to concentrate on my studies because everyday my classes are being missed for which i am paying a gefty amount of fees. I hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible.

Date of Incident: 11th July 2019 at 8:00 AM.

While exiting the Chennai Bypass on Maduravoyal flyover to Poonamalle High Road towards Vellore/Bangalore, my car tyre was struck with a part of a Sinus Plate few meters before the exit ramp. This caused puncture of the tyre. The Sinus Plate material was around 4.5 " long and pierced my tyre.

As sinus plate material is integral to the bridge expansion joint, I request concerned authorities to check the integrity of the bridge.

The work of sewer line in the front of school building is left in between by the concerned department from the month of February 2019, many accidents happen because of open sewer line. It is a great risk for the school children as well.To stop further mishappenings, Request your good self to kindly instruct the concerned department to help in completing the construction work at the earliest to avoid further accidents. Same complaint was escalated in Jansunwai Portal (Complaint No. [protected]), Uttar Pradesh on 21.05.2019. The complaint was closed with the final remark on 26.06.2019 mentioning that the matter was not resolved or the work of construction was not completed because of the interference by the school Principal, without even enquiring the matter with the school. The Principal always supports Government or the Administrative works, in this matter also the Principal had interfered keeping the transit of student transport smoothly on the incomplete ramp constructed by the concerned department. But without any further action the construction work was left in between, without even bothering about student safety. Request your support in doing the needful on urgent basis.

On 10/07/19 when i was traveling from jaipur to delhi with my family, at shahjahanpur toll i entered in lane 4 which was fastcard express lane in which there was no cash allowed but there was 1 truck in front of me who was giving cash and talking for 8-10 mins. I honk repeatedly then all staff of 10 people start shouting on me when i asked that why are you accepting cash and why have you taken 10 mins talking and u are wasting my time then there answer was "this is india everything is allowed here" i was shocked that a employee of nhai is talking like this. After all this i demanded phone number of manager and a complaint book which was denied by staff after my pressure on them they gave me that complaint book and i have lodged complaint there. At last all this process takes almost 1 hour of my time and all my plans was cancelled just because of this mis happening with me.
We all bought fastcard for ₹800-1000 just to save our time but on serious note cars who were in cash lane crossed earlier than me. Staff mis behaved with me my father.

I was travelling from jalandhar to chandigarh on 10.07.19. I pay toll (Rs. 185/-) at ladowal (Ludhiana) for my up down journey in cash as fastag was not working at 12.03 pm. On my way back home at nearly 5.30 pm the fastag was working and it scanned my vehicle fastag and toll amount of rs.125/- was again deducted from my account. As i show the ticket to executive of paid toll, he was not able to answer anything. You are requested to refund my over deducted money.

On nhai toll at dhule on nh3, they are not giving local receipt for local vehicles. They insist for fasttag for local vehicle. At other tolls of nhai they give receipt for local vehicles by charging local vehicle charges. So kindly instruct toll authority at dhule on nh3 to give receipt by taking local charges for local vehicles at dhule toll. Hoping for the immediate action on this issue.

Every month i have travel to ahmedabad to udaipur and its obverse that from ahmedabad to shamlaji some problem in traffic and road also very pour condition but from kherwada to udaipur road as well as all security dimension are break, like divider / road light / side diversion, on dt 28.06.2019 3 accident happen due to heavy,

Toll plaza person says this is nhai highway and under construction you will take case while driving, this is not toll plaza duty its nhai duty, complaint to nhai.

I had also submit my complaint to toll plaza but they will not given any reply,
Request you to advise to all toll plaza in indian to complete all slandered as per govt. Rules,

Its very very danger to drive from kherwada to udaipur,

I was at mujaffarnagar toll plaza yesterday night. My car number is Dl 2C AW 3408 which is fast tag enabled but toll man said that this toll is not fast tag enabled so we gave him 85 rupees at 20 13 pm and 23 11 pm. Due to the sensor 85 rupees + 85 rupees were deducted from my fast tag account as well. I would request you to return those charges back to my fast tag account at the earliest.please check attached copy for your reference

After few months i decided to get same deactivated aand paytm di deactivate/delinked and confirmed same.

Now i have purchased new fastag from amazon and trying to link same with my vehicle dl8cas5421 but i am getting erroe that vrn is already linked with another fastag.

Could you please help me to de-link same at your end as paytm saying they have de linked and pending from nhai.

I would like to bring into your account that i have been treated by all the concerning authorities like shuttle cock via forcing me to visit from one office to another since 2016 onwards, where i lost my shelter i. E my household developed multiple cracks and currently not safe for residential purpose, my family is suffering for shelter whereas being an unemployed person i couldn't move on to other place thereby i am helpless to do something rather staying in the same risk full house. It has been almost 3 years now, but nothing favourable came in my interest because of corruption administration and companies white collar crime. My grievances have been thrown out in garbages and in return they moulded, manipulated the facts and held me the culprit for this instead of helping me in getting out justice as white collar crimes are the type of crimes that are committed by respectable persons, holding enviable positions, either in public or private entities. It is practically very difficult for to track and detect such frauds and probably because such activities are carried out in much secrecy and goes un-notified "illegal acts characterized by deceit, concealment or violation of trust, herein il&fs used substandard material in the construction of protection wall which in winter 2016 got raptured and in that incident i have lost my everything, while doing nothing. My kids are suffering, my family is suffering everyone is living in a fear as monsoon season started already. I have a bundle of applications and letter with me which are taking dust in different offices but district administration never payed head to my grievances nor any other authority so far. Following are the details of which clearly shows how hard i have been forced to go in return of justice.

With reverence i would like to further bring into your notice that my house is in a radius of around 40-50 ft from the point where this whole wall is about raptured with almost cracks are everywhere in whole wall which clearly shows that while in it's construction negligence was from their side and now instead of compensating my loss they are pressuring and forcing me to go for extreme steps because i am helpless infront of powerful administration and company. The investigation taken up so far is totally difficult in getting that what they actually want me to do & also i wonder how things are being done in ac rooms. So therefore you are requested to please intervene and put this issue on priority because i am unemployed since 2015 when i was unwell they fired me anyhow i somehow managed but after this incident i am unable to do anything where i have lost my shelter too. I have attached all the necessarily documents with this mail in form of pdf file, and separately attached photographs which il&fs officials took from this site, there you clearly witness that how blurred and dark photographs have been taken intentionally, which carry stamp of abn network under supervision of elsamex company, so that their scam won't came in lime light and they need not to compensate for their fault.
So therefore now i want that my case must be put on urgent bases as i have already wasted 3 years in getting a simple justice but due to non seriousness of administration i went on suffering, now please do forward this as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged to you for this act of your.

At wultl plaza 52.260 to 1e0.560 meerut muzaffarnagar toll plaza operator no 60210 while going to muzaffarnagar and operator 60171 while coming back to meerut informed that pay toll of rs.85/- in cash as fast tag is not enabled in this lane but for both the sides charges of rs 85/- each debited from my tag balance and operator also collected same as per receipts attached. Pl reverse the charges in my account car no dl2c-aw 3408, contact no [protected].

Unauthorized construction are made by unknown with support of locals party members on nh2/ nh19.

Hamper the right of true property owners who has premises on this nh2/nh19 by create unauthorised structure in front of there premises. I one of them. Request to help from this land acquiring process. Request for removal as per sec-26 of nhai act.

With due respect i wish to state that the condition of bridge is in a very bad condition keeping in view the fact that heavy traffic pass though it and is only single lane. I could feel the vibrations of the bridge.
It’s been more than 10-15 yrs since the bridge is constructed. During rain the situation gets worse and since it is a single lane there is a long waiting time. Pleas do the needful to avoid any eventuality.

On the way from muthangi to kokapet sez of the hyderabad orr, there are number of constructions taking place. The trucks carry overloaded raw material for the same and spill the material on the road/fellow passengers/other vehicles. This is causing accidents, dust into eyes of other vehicle passenger/drivers.

This is a common problem around the highways. A sminilar scenario can be seen on the road from narsingi to shankarpally. There is a lot of construction material deposited on the road at mirjaguda gate. Everytime i go around that place, i am afraid someone might have had an accident here as they might be unaware of a skidding possibility on such a good road.

Request o kindly consider this and act accordingly.

I am a regular user of the badarpur toll plaza and purchase a multiple toll ticket which gives me access for 24 hours.

I reached the toll plaza more than a minute before time on my phone and watch which is as per the global standard time and was told my ticket is invalid as apparently the toll plaza system clock is 3 minutes ahead of the global standard time.

Not to forget i was in the queue for more than 5 minutes for my turn. The toll plaza manager mohit yadav refused to accept that their clock is ahead and i had to purchase a new ticket which i feel is extremely unfair as they can tune their clocks anytime which affects the customers.

Please help with the solution. You can check the cctv at the toll booth which will verify that i reached the toll booth before expiry time on my ticket.

Marur toll plaza - on nh 44. Near anantapur, andhra pradesh

This toll plaza maintenance of fastag line is very poor. Me and my friends are crossing this toll on daily basis from last 10 months. Almost 90% of the time fastag line is non operational and malfunction. Due to this some time extra amount will get deducted from my account. I have file complain with fastag bank to refund. This completely annoying.

Kindly look into it and please take necessary actions immediately.
