Fastag lane in krishnagiri toll plaza was closed & user was forced to take the normal lane as other cars, later on approaching the operator and informing him about the fastag availability he tried to do a manual scan using the hand held device/scanner, but member was not aware o[censored]sing the equipment, he made us wait for 10 mins in the toll telling us that the fastag on our vehicle was not working, i had been travelling with the same fastag for the last couple of years & even utilized the fastag services on the same day. This has made us lose trust in the management of traffic & value of time at nhai toll plaza. The sole purpose o[censored]tilizing fastag is to benefit from the long waiting queues at the toll plazas. Request nhai to look into improvement of efficiency for fastag lane and always dedicate 1 lane exclusive for fastag at krishnagiri toll plaza.

On 25-Jul-2019 and 28-Jul-2019 the Fast lane automatic not working and Lanco Devihalli Highways and they have to manually scan always. when questioned, they were not answering properly.
There is no use ideally as we have to wait for a guy to run around, Scan and open the barrigate for us. It's really waste of time here and not fixed for several days.

Arjan vihar (Delhi cantt) on gurgaon - dhaula kuan road opposite rr hospital. Due to expansion of nh 8 the security wall has either been demolished or broken at number of places leaving the area vulnerable which has become a big security hazard. The threat to security of the residents is a cause of worry and has also led to theft cases in the society. Moreover a under pass is being constructed on carriapa marg which has also given access to all civilians and unwanted elements to arjan vihar. As heavy machinery is also being used a number of times the main underground power line have also broken couple of times. The contractor and the incharge on ground has been told many times to construct the wall but the response is unsatisfactory and no wall has been made. Defence installations are always a primary target for any terrorist organisation and arjan vihar without a complete security wall and with officers and families residing is under huge threat. Please direct the persons on ground to execute the work and complete the security wall on utmost priority

Street lights are installed but never started on service road from bhujbal chowk to bhumkar chowk. It is always off. When will they start?
Already complained to pcmc (Pimpri chinchwad municipal corporation) they said it is not under there responsibilities and highway authority should work on it.

Dear sir / madam i m from kamalpur tripura.... I want to express my views on the condition of khowai kamalpur road... Recently the road is under the project of nh208.. The condition of road is very pathetic. Every day minimum 100 car are running from this road.. The daily passengers of kamalpur who are do jobs in khowai or the students who are studying in khowai college the are traveled as a daily passengers in this road.. But unfortunately it is 3 yr running no proper road construction done yet.. We have complain to the tripura govt or municipal authorities of khowai they assure us that the construction of road will be started very soon.. Bt no improvement at last the drivers of car are started strike for this road conditions in recent day. The daily passengers or students like us are suffering very badly no cars are available on that road.. So i there for request you to take an immediate step on that issue...

Today it was total mismanagement on eastern peripheral road. Multiple exit and entry were closed may by for kawaria movement but no direction and guidance for commuters. Commuyers were forces to move to fro enter exit multiple time on same stretch causing total harassment. My self traveled 50 km extra. Lot of other people were moving here and there on road.

On top of it toll being charged multiple time.

When objected got abused by goons on toll plaza. Called on nhai helpline but of no use.

Are they have only right to collect toll but no duty to guide traffic on such a day on road where they plan exit and entry

At gogunda toll plaza on nh27 in rajasthan, they are not accepting 50 paisa coins against toll payment and misbehaving with the travelers. Date of travelling[protected]. Time @ 16:55 hrs.
Request to the authority to accept the running currency as well as instruct the staff to behave in proper manners.
Also request to avail the complain register on site (I. E. At every toll plaza).

The flyover construction which has been started in 2015 is still going on with no prediction of for which generation it will become functional. The estimated target timeline for completion was july 2018 however the traffic menace due to this delayed work irritate the commuters on a daily basis.

I request the concerned authorities to pay attention and give at least small proportion of importance given to any vvip visiting routes for the public also.

Also the concerned officials need to realize how they will get paid (Their salary!) if all the tax payers delay their payment for years!

Badarpur flyover has large tract of adjoining area and it is still lying unused or bereft of any plantation. However brick laying work is in progress in a large area leaving little space for trees /plants to grow as it is covering their trunks leaving hardly 1sq ft area, which is in direct conflict to Hon'ble Court or NGT.
Morerover a deep borewell is being exploited almost 24 hrs a day in middle of this grade separator flyover. Construction wastage material is also being dumped close to this borewell.
Instead of implementing water harvesting/conservation technique the water table is being exploited .The rain water from flyovers slopes & cemented/brick laid open area flows towards Tughlakabad railway under bridge resulting in huge water logging.
Instead of plantation in open area adjoining flyover, it is being laid with concrete or bricks resulting in no absorption of rain water .
This whole area of 1 sq km is a concrete jungle with road metro/railway & market area. However there is ample opportunity for plantation /beautification & water harvesting.

Dear sir /madam i abhishek singh belongs prime minister shri narendra modi ji varanasi place. My issue is my sewer pipe broken due to road construction past two years but no one listen our problems. Its totally responsible nhai officers when my pipe broken then they could resolved that time but they can not. So i humble request near gilat bazar by pass airport road front of dr. I am prof. Dr. Ashok wamanrao dhuldhule from nashik. My vehicle no. Is mh 15 ep 2668. While travelling from nashik to pune on 27/07/2019 the employee at the hiwargaon pavasa toll plaza said that my fast tag can't be read so take the vehicle to next lane. When i passed through the lane the barrier opened. After some time at 12.10 i received two messages showing that the toll deducted twice. I am sending you the screen shot.
Sir, it happened several time with me and another people at the same toll plaza.
Please take serious action against the culprits.

Respected sir/ madam, good morning. I am ex army man. Yesterday i was travelling to my native place (From chennai to ponneri with in tamil nadu) with yellow board taxi.

Was not allowing me without paying even i produced my ex service man id card.
They said we are allowing only white board.

Please clarify the same.

Tatiyawas toll plaza toll road was start road no 14 to ringes and there was starting this toll road condition is very poor and there on road deep holes on there road and many time people was injured on there road and tatiyawas toll plaza nerve seen this area and this complete so many times i was completed tatiyawas toll plaza and jda but this problems not sloved and jda was tall there areas not under development bcoz there road under the toll road pless repair this road

Sir at morning time i pay 2 time cardpaymemt at dumiyani tall plaza but some isue on your machine i pay cash at tall plaza 140 rs supedi to porbandar return pass but after some minit i have received 2 msg form sbi card your transaction is successful so i have pay 140 + 140 on card and 140 cash payment please refund my 280 rs this is my contact no [protected]

Complaint against illegal soil filling beside NH 60. The project Director of NHAI, Kharagpur Complex was informed the subject on 24/06/2019, but he paid no heed in this respect till date. Type of soil filling and purpose of line-hoteling beside NH 60 using 'L' pattern truck way directly from NH 60 to hotel contravenes the act & rules of NHAI. It is very risky and chance of accident is not neglectful.

Its a very dangerous condition has been created in nh 31 from changsari to barama. The speed breaker within a distance of 60 km is 20 nos in a national high way which is very dangerous to journey. Specially for the ambulace who are carring patient cant take speed, and because of this speed breaker much of days abmulace carrying patient could not able to reach hospital in time. No doubt speed breaker are controlling acident in nh way but its become a occured condition to maintain speed of the car. So please remove the speed immidiately and fixed a speed limit for the car.

Even having montly pass they deduct amount from fastag 21/07/19 also today 27/07/19 some time they allow some time they cheat customer. Hr 02 ad 8899 honda city silver colour we call on tollfree no. Recieved in fastag balance they guide us to call on 1033 we called on it but not phone attended waiting waiting waiting. Kindly get my balance refund as soon as possible

The position of bypass road, crossing jaipur at vki road no 14 is so crictial since last 2 years

No authority are concerned for repair and maintenance.

The bypass in connected with jaipur sikar highway and delhi ajmer highway.

Service lanes are never repaired.

There are needs of some u turns also, which are not provided and local transport goes wrong side.

This toll plaza is passed between gorhar to barwa but he make a temporary toll plaza in dumri which is 50 km above from his range and he taking 2 times toll tax
One from gorhar to barwa 95 rupees
And second in dumri which is 50 km away from his range
Asking any query about toll plaza they abusing and beating

Workers at dasna toll are charging for double route (Rs. 55) even when we ask for single (Rs. 35). He said, "give rs. 30 if you don't want receipt".
The toll rates board has also been destroyed. I was an aware traveller, so i demanded my right but they are fooling and looting all the unaware travellers.

This is not the first time, they have been doing this since many years now.

Kindly strictly take an action against this and keep me updated regarding this.
