I am regular traveller from bareilly to ghaziabad from past 7 years but from the past 4 years i am noticing cheating on dasna toll ghaziabd, there they are not giving reciepts of cash and are just discounting 5-10rupees on toll fees and keeping all the rupees in there pockets.

I request you to please send someone as a traveller and experience the same by giving less money than the actual tarrif to the collecter

Dear sir,

We were going to shravanabelagaola from bangalore on 06-jul-2019 (Saturday).
We took the bangalore - mangalore highway.

We have paid below 3 tolls :
1) doddakarenahalli lhdl (Ticket no: 588696)
2) karabylu toll plaza (Ldhl) (Ticket no: 375468)
3) devihalli hassan tollway ltd (Operator id: 8000128)

All these are to and fro together (2 way tickets)

But while coming back to bangalore (On the same day), i see below toll charges put on the vehicle. (Through fast tag). We did not see any of the toll boards

'dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with b54c0 vehicle number: mat627162kle22732 has been debited rs.45 for toll charges at kadabhalli (Kirasave) toll plaza on 06-jul-2019 03:49:55 pm available balance is rs.55'

I would like to know why the above charge of 45 has been put on the vehicle. Could you please clarify

N. H 19 khokhraj toll pe muje ek side ka hi payment liya but mai undown both side ka payment ek sath de raha jisse mujhe charges kam dena padta lekin aisa nahi kiya gaya,
Mai kunda ka nipasi hu mujhe nh-19 hoke barwari hi jana tha jo ki (Local hai) mere yaha so 30k. M hi hai.
Mujse par side 100rs liya gaya jo ki bahut jada hai. Kripya local walo ko less charge liya jay aur hame both side ka payment le.

At rampur toll plaza the fastag machine is non operational due to technical glitches as told by operator. I need to pay 115 in cash instead my car have fastag sticker which is working absolutely fine as almost 2 hour back toll amount got deducted at brighat.
I have all the necessary to support my above statement.
The actual ask is if the machine of operator not working than why a customer need to suffer. The amount should be bare by toll plaza

Main aaj khed shivapur toll naka pe 25 min ruka usake bad jab toll dene ka time to maine pucha etane time rukane bad toll nahi deneke aise rule hai.. To udhar konde ke log hain jo udhar ke local gunde wo sab ladake jama hua aur toll nikalo nahi hat pair tod denge gadi fod denge aise galiye deni shur kar diyi. Main manager ko bataya lekin sab mil batke kam chalu hai udhar.. Sab mil batke paise kha rahe hai.. Local shivapur manthan konde ladaka jo toll pe kam ko nahi hai usane gandhi galiya di.. Sab gunde udhar khurji lekar baithe the. Maine cctv footage keliye manager sharma ko call lagaya 50 bar call kiya lekin usane uthaya nahi.. Sab gundagiri chalu hai kuch pucha related rules to mar denge kat denge aisi dhamkiya toll pe de rahe.. Jo log dhamkiya de rahe hai usame se koi bhi toll pe kam ko nahi hai

I was crossing the kshpl toll on my way to khatima from rudrapur. I showed my id of indian maritime university under the ages of ministry of road transport highways and shipping asking for rebate on the toll, when the toll incharge insisted on paying the toll even after telling them that the card provides an exemption from toll everytime i am travelling.
Please help me with the issue providing me the information whether i was wrong on the part or the authority has unnecessarily extracted money?

I am complaining about srinagar toll plaza (Km.74.500 on nh-2), section (Km 20.500 to 110.250 on nh-2) before palwal, i had to wait for long as there is no proper demarcation on road that in which line you have to stand, fast tag not working, use of abusive language by the toll staff, i nearly had to wait 30 to 35 minutes at the toll what is the purpose of paying 105₹ if i am not getting those facilities. The toll name is srinagar toll plaza nh-2

Despite showing ID card the toll plaza employee refused to allow me to go instead was adamant on taking a scan of the army identity card which is illegal.When told not to take photocopy he started asking for money.His name is Naveen Kumar.This happened near Shakarpur toll plaza around 11:35 am.Request u to urgently look into this matter as taking a scan of I card can be used for anti national activities.

Nuisance of potholes on godhra-balasinor road under authority of essel ahmedabad godhra road. Very large uneven potholes are created all along the highway and for a long distance since february and nothing has been done about it which hampers speed and vehicle quality and there have been many instances with vehicles accidents and tyre bust incidents also as tgere are no danger signs for the same. Many complaints have been lodged but yet no solution. Would request you to look into matter and solve it before any big mishap.

I am on highway no. 8 near sikar rajasthan, the highway is good but due to rain the land is slided on the edge of road.
this may cause big casualty, please repair it immediately.
it is on the highway number 8 when we travel from jaipur to jhunjhunu near sikar city (sikar bypass).

Dear sir this is to inform you that road near ymca chowk faridabad is under bad condition sewage water problem is there and during rainy weather water logging is so much that you cant cross the road if in small vehicle and also so much of sewage pipes and electricity poles are lying on road which is very dangerous the road i am taling about is in front of pahwa ford showroom ymca chowk faridabad so please clear sewage problem and also pick unnecesssary materail lying on road

While toll tax is exempted from capf personal
I showed my government idendtity card to the toll employees. But they refused. Toll plaza staff replied that tax is not exempted for capf paramilitary persons.

Kindly take necessary action please

This complain is to bring you to notice that employees at toll plaza arjangarh have kept goons to harsh people if they have not paid toll plaza fee. The failure in payment of toll tax is due to inadequate toll plaza structure there which results in confusion. They have created this model and have kept goons who within 50 meters of plaza are there with walike talike and get information wich vehicle did not paid tax. They stop them abuse them and charge rs 600. My concern is :-

To get a proper structure there.
If they noticed a person did forgot to pay tax they can stop them at plaza and as for it.
They two chekpost result in major traffic jam and takes 30 min to cover a distance of 100 meters.

I was charged unnecessary on toll plaza. Both toll plaza authority and bank is blaming each other but at the end, i lost my money.up and down 70 + 35 is the rate but without my permission they took 165 more. I have uploaded the bill copy of same. I really believe and respect in rules and regulations of my nation and i really wish the law safe guard me from this cheating.

Myself crossed omalur toll with my car TN-74-AC 5613 at about 2145 hrs on the 03 08 2019 was charged Rs 75 and collected manually on the plea that the camera is not working even though I have the SBI FASTag with mobile number [protected] and email I’d [protected]@hotmail.com. Later it seems the same amount has been debited from my account. Please revert

Sir, it is well known by you that deforestation has been carried out by nhai in the name of expend of road from two lane to four lane, six lane or more lane, new highway projects launched day by day in every where in india which is also needs for our development. Deforestation of large old trees which were given us to not only environment balance but also worked as shelters for humen being but nhai not planted big and durable tress like jamun, shesam, mahua, neem, pipal, bargad and other plants in both side of roads but nhai planted only small flowering plants in divider for show purpose only, this type of plants not much more supportive for our environment balancing, we face day by day global warming, imbalance environment conditions, sir if we are achieving and completed big highway projects in timely in all over country, so we can also achieve the my small demand. Sir, it is my humble request to you kindly consider my request on the behalf of the citizens of the country, sir i know that my demand only fulfill by your department.

The rule made by nhai is if you waiting any toll plaza 3 minutes not to pay toll because rules and in moradabad bareilly expressway plaza 1 booth operator 15 & as4482 the operator will be so rude misbehviour abused 3 times when i ask for rule and taken amount. I will stand for 7 minutes in toll tax in rush. My ticket no is [protected].
Please be serious this type of operator will decrease the name of nhai.

There are no sign board on the entrance so the owner of vehicles are asked to pay cash but after cash payment of the toll same is deducted from fastag also. This kind of practice is going on this toll plaza since a long time. I asked him that there is no signboard of fastag so it is understood that there is no fastag facility and he pays cash but later he come to know that it is realised by paytm also. The plazaa is enjoying double realisation.

We people of sikandrabad getting so much problem due to this toll plaza, bcs if we have to go to dadri we have to pay rs.110/- while its distance is only 18 kms from sikandrabad and only 6 kms from luharli toll. The rate of tax is too high. We are requesting you to increase the limit of free for locals upto sikandrabad else you can reduce the amount of tax and impose the condition nobody will pass free as local. You can see the example of estern perifarral.

Attibele is the border of karnataka towards hosur, tamilnadu, a tollway has been built in this place. The road is occupied for tollway booths for the four wheelers and heavy vehicles, there is no road for the two wheelers, the two wheelers are diverted on the footpath or the mud road, a booth is built on the footpath so the two wheelers have to ply on the mud road or no road. Please take immediate action on this.,
