It was friday 21st of june when i was travelling to my home from mohali to jagadhri. At milkmajra plaza fastag sensor detected my fasttag while some other car before me was making payment at the plaza. As my fasttag card was detected the amount was deducted from my account. Dear sir,
I am from keonjhar, odisha. I want to state that four lane work of nh215 from keonjhar to panikoili is incomplete and no work is going on. Still we are paying the toll fees. There is a nhai office in keonjhar town. But they are not listening. Many accidents are happen due to incomplete roads. Also they are not doing proper maintenance of roads. Please look after this. We are very much suffering....

Pumpwell flyover in mangalore not yet finished even after 10 years of construction. They started toll gate 5 years back. So, please stop toll till they finish the work. As a compensation, please give us toll free road for a year.

Its just 300 meter read, we can see only 1 or 2 persons working there. They didn't do anything till the rain. Now rain started. So there is no progress in work....

I bought a single ticket on my way from mathura to delhi at Sri Nagar Toll Plaza. The cost of the ticket for car is Rs.105. I gave the operator a bill of rupees 500 and rupees 10. 1. Need to reduce the number of toll plazas in chennai for daily office use to go office in omr road and also they are increasing the amount frequently
2. Need to close all the toll plaza that are expired in tamilnadu. Still collecting the amount.
3. In tamilnadu kayathar and valiyoor they are collecting more money needs to investigate and reduce amount.
4. Not to open new tolls now a days toll charges...

Coming from delhi to chandigarh
Bridge was not in use on this side of the road still the toll was charged. Instead of ten minutes drive from the bridge we took 40 minutes to cover roughly 8 km. There was no assistance under the bridge too. It was unmanned traffic total loos even as late as 11.00 pm. When we have not used the bridge fir which the toll is being collected we feel it is unfair....

I travel regularly from Mumbai to Pune and back due to my work. Toll plazas at Khalapur and Talegaon both have fast tag lanes but everyone enters those lanes even after not having fast tag. What's the use o[censored]sing a fast tag if you're still waiting in long queue even after having fast tag. There should be some strict rules for these fast tag lanes....

Worst road maintanance. From Kanyakumari to Virudhunagar there is so much of Bumping areas. We cannot ride in 90km/hr itself. In all the Bridges there is no road itself. We cant ride in NH with old ones. For ambulance surely it will get affected in emergency times. We are paying Toll Fee for the road maintanance only. But you(NH) authorities are not maintaining it. Also most of the toll gate roads was not maintained properly....

The nhai toll way o[censored]lundurpet expressways in vikravandi toll is not allowing the supdt cgst, if on official tour.
the cadre is a central govt. gazatted one and there no provision of official vehicle, we travel to chennai officially and at times in private cars as there is no provision of official car to this cadre.
when all the other expressways are allowing only this vikrawandi is not allowing the exemption, even if the officer...

NH24 in sitapur district is in very bad situation, near the kanva khera road .this may result into accident any time.
please repare that portion of road immediately.

(this road is under construction for 8-9 years, and work is stopped 4-5 years ago.road is repaired 1 year ago.but above mentioned portion is in very bad condition.as this part is also junction of 2 roads is highly needed to be repaired.)

I crossed the Toll Plaza from Bangalore city leading to the Kempegowda International Airport on 18 Jun 2019 at 8-32 pm and paid Rs 135.00 for the return journey; Ticket No [protected].
I returned around 12-16 am on 19 Jun 2019. My car BMW X5, KA 03 NC 8190 has a Fastag sticker. While I showed my return toll ticket, I was also charged Rs 90.00 vide Fastag .

I was travelling from Delhi to Sikandrabad via Ghaziabad-Ali garh toll plaza on 17th june 2019 about 21:00pm. I have to wait more then 10 mins there and told the executive available there that I am waiting more then 3 mins and not eligible to pay toll. rudely he reply that you pay and do CASE on us. I was about to attend a marriage so in hurry I paid return toll. same day about 23:03pm I returned and again waiting about 10mins at same toll....

I am assistant bridge engineer in kartarpur corridor project in cemosa . The qualities of material used in the project not up to morth standard .and culvert and hpc have used loose concrete as the key person and surveyor also involved . On 29 may 2019 I have gone from suratgarh to bikaner with my family. There were three toll plaza. My father is in suratgarh military station working in M.E.S department he is exempted from toll tax. I frequently travel by car from Chennai to Kulithalai.

Chengalpattu (Paranur ), Tindivanam (Athur) and Thirupparaidurai tolls are not having separate lane for Fastag. Always it's taking very long waiting time to clear these tolls.

Staffs are very rude in all the above mentioned Toll gates, especially while telling them it's fatag.
