Description of Incident - Though our vehicle has FASTag, I intend to use manual lane for toll payment, where I did pay toll for Double side and got the receipt, in return when i gave the receipt, toll agent told me amount got deducted using RFID, then I questioned the agent that I haven't used FASTag lane then how toll payment will be done using FASTag ID. Fastag has been made compulsory for all new registration of vehicles. And the main advantage of this tag is to avoid long queued at toll booths. But it's not been made possible at Toll booth at Kumbalam, Kerala. A lane has to be kept seperate for vehicles with valid fastag. This has been noticed that yesterday (07.06.2019) I have crossed Shambhu Toll Plaza near ambala from Ludhiana Towards Delhi around 19 20 from express fast tag lane.

However I have to be charged one time ie Rs 70 for one passing I has been charged twice with in less than 30 min.

I am working in Mahindra world city. Daily I was travelling from Chengalpattu to Madhavaram crossing Porur Toll plaza. From evening 6.30 to cross this Porur Toll we were waiting 1hour minimum. I have travelled through gurupalli tollplaza Odisa, for my four axle vehicle there is a charge in my fastag worth 425, but in my return journey they have asked 515 hand money due to fastag not working,
But 515 is multi axle charge so that I have asked to tollplaza staff and manage but tollplaza staff are misbehaved with me and they are tried to manhandling with me.also they are not given sufficient computerised receipt .

The Luharli toll plaza at Sikandrabad (Luharli, Uttar Pradesh 203207)has total mismanagement of the system
Tag lane is being occupied by non tag users
Average waiting time more than 30 minutes
Total nuisance and misuse of the system

Toll staff is disabling lanes on their own leading to huge traffic jams at all times

During journey on dated 04/06/19 At 00:30:57 at Dasna Toll Exit on Eastern peripheral express way, toll operator asked cash as his Fastag unit/system not working. hence we paid cash and get receipt which is attached here. after reaching home I got message for deduction of toll at same plaza by Fastag ( msg Attached).
This is matter of fraud and cheating by toll operator. you are requested to enquire this...

Dear Sir / Madam

In the toll gate of Pipili at NH- 316 (Puri Bhubaneswar-highway) they don't accept the 12 hours rule, that's implmented by the hon'able minister. My village is near by and even for 1 hour, I have to pay full 2 way charges. Upon asking they say "'the 12 hours rule is not implmented in Pipili toll gate".

We were traveling from baghpat to delhi through Easterm peripheral highway they charged us through fast tag and they misbehaved with us by saying that my fast tag is blacklisted and they forced us to charge by taking cash and made us wait for 15 - 20 min on toll plaza.
You can verify it with going through the cctv installed there.
This caused us high inconvenience and trauma.
Both mentally and monetary.

Have noticed quite often that at the Kamote ( Mumbai Panvel ) Toll gate a few of the lanes are closed with PLASTIC ROAD seperation barriers due to non Functional toll computers . And one Mr Deviprasad toll operator was arrogant enough to say go and complain and do what you want .
