This incident happened on HISAR TOLL (LANE 1), where I did paytm of Rs. 74.50 and they said the transaction cannot be completed. So, i asked them to take Re. 1 extra so that i can complete my transaction and get release. But they abused me and said we will not release you and you will have to pay Rs. 75 again. When i asked them the moeny I paid what will you do and they started shouting at me and said we won't let you go. The way they bullied me was quite embarrassing in the public and nobody helped me. And the policeman said please go we will talk to them and did not take any action. Please can you help in this because i do not belong to that place being a stranger they harrased me badly. I need your help because being a women I wanted to release myself from there as they all gathered and I was all alone. So for my safety i had to leave but need some justice. This is recorded in the cctv camera.

At dasna toll plaza, some people are forcefully charging inr 55 instead of inr 35. They are claiming that it is the old amount however, they are charging the return journey amount and giving a slip of return journey even when it is single journey. When we argued some men gathered us and we're misbehaving.

Please look into this urgently.

This is unauthorised and should be stopped at any cost.

Link road from bhager to rishikesh of bilaspur district (H. P) is used for four lane construction from kiratpur to nerchowk. Now as there is no work going on this four lane since last two years, this link road is in very deteriorated condition. Moreover, when state pwd department is contacted for repair of this road then they said that this road is in the preview of nhai (Copy attached).
Your good office is requested to do needful to restore this link road at your end or provide necessary direction to state pwd department for its restoration.

The toll booth staff in lucknow-kanpur highway continues to show its bad behavior, disrespect toward indian armed forces and demand toll tax by us even in personal vehicle. Being an indian air force officer i called upon senior official to give a clarification but refused to show up and representative gave loose comments for armed forces. Please give a detailed report on this particular repetitive issue and a letter to be published officially for who all are exempted toll tax to avoid such issues. The representatives are to be addressed for their misbehavior to indian armed forces.

I was travelling from chennai to bangalore on 26th, 2019, and at sriperumbadur plaza @2.19pm, this incident took place at the fast tag lane, booth number 6.. No system in place to make a on spot compliant and very poorly maintained toll booth. No protective layer rubber/stryofoam on the boom barrier to avoid damage of vehicles. What is the compensation for damage?

It is informed that i am a central govt officer of income tax department holding the charge of begusarai. For my head office work i have to visit patna more karen. For the last 12 years of my regular visit to patna this is first time patna toll tax authority prevented my departmental vehicle having departmental name board on it for payment of tax. Upon production of departmenal id card too they remained asamany for payment of toll tax.
Talked to manager... Some sanjeev... But of no avail. He also said we r boond to take tax.
Please look into the matter and furnish a reply to this effect as to whether govt vehicle having bharat sarkar, aaykar vibhag, begusarai board on it and receipt of officer's id is exempted or not.

Very bad experience as the vehicles were held up for approx 10 minutes in the toll plaza in thrissur edapally. Also the toll gate was opened for vehicles to go due to heavy traffic and closed abruptly while our vehicle passed the toll booth cash counter when the vehicle in front o[censored]s was allowed to go without toll payment. This would have caused an accident. Operator number is tc000163. Date and time[protected]:14 am. Please take necessary action to avoid this in future.

I traveled last week from visakhapatnam to vijayawada through byke. While travelling vizag to rajumandary the road condition is not good, when i an traveling byke type was skipping on the road and may leads to accident. The reason was the road was digged happened from last more than one month. This type of road situation is not good for byke travelers. My humble request is if you want to renovate new road do the digging and do renovate the same digged road with in a few days otherwise don't do dig and left as it is, it leads to happen accidents.

It was time of 9 pm on 23rd june 2019, we were passing from national highway near sangamner maharashtra. I am with my local driver relative (Deepak dengle) the owner of mh12nx3423 comercial vehicle travelling, as we are local we requested toll collector to waived of the toll fees. He told us that he can waived of the toll if we show him identity. As we were waiting to id proofs reach on whats app as we missed wallet at home. We have asked to pay and to cross vehicle from barrier. Same time toll collector told us that he will reverse the toll fees if we show him aadhar. We pay him 80 rs as my vehicle is commercial sedan. To get refund after waiting for 20 min we showed him adhar card and as committed asked to repay the the toll fees. He was talking to his bosses in conversation and i think they denied. Same time he lost his temper and in local language he used abusive words. He said he is not going to pay anything "tula kay uptayche te upat" it was said for his # hairs.
Later he called his near by security who forcefully manhandles me and misbehaved.

I need an written apology from elsamex, his employees not trained.
I need an defamation compensation of 10, 00, 000/- as they uses abusive words.

Government should punish these companies who are misbehaving and using abusive words.

Due to pits water stagnant around the area and create more traffic around the place. Please try to remove the pits and put a new road. It was friday 21st of june when i was travelling to my home from mohali to jagadhri. At milkmajra plaza fastag sensor detected my fasttag while some other car before me was making payment at the plaza. As my fasttag card was detected the amount was deducted from my account. But on my turn at bthe plaza i have to make another payment through cash. So in this way i had to pay twice (1 with fasttag and 1 with cash) for a single journey. Can you please refund my amount deducted from my fasttag account?

I am from keonjhar, odisha. I want to state that four lane work of nh215 from keonjhar to panikoili is incomplete and no work is going on. Still we are paying the toll fees. There is a nhai office in keonjhar town. But they are not listening. Many accidents are happen due to incomplete roads. Also they are not doing proper maintenance of roads. Please look after this. We are very much suffering.

Sub: nh-45c highway department's bad property acquisition compensation calculation, demanding bribe and rude way of treating property owner.
I own a property consisting of 13 shops and 1 house of an area about 2800sq. Ft, located in survey no. 729/2 (Old no.484), in which nh45c unit-2 department acquired an area of 93.88 sq. Mt., along with 7 shops, and without any consultation, suddenly handed over a compensation money of rs. 68, 64, 936.
It was really shocking that in the compensation award list for all other owners with very less area acquired, were given more compensation than me. Example, for acquiring an area of 87.91 sq. Mt., rs.75, 96, 57 has been awarded as compensation. Also, the government officials, demanded me rs.40, 000 as bribe money, because at first the compensation value was wrongly calculated as only rs.41, 00, 000 and then the was changed to rs. 68, 64, 936 but still calculated too low for my property.
Practically, if i wanted to buy another similar property with this awarded compensation is impossible, because all the other properties located at the main panrutti kumbakonam national highways, similar to mine cost rs.6000/1sq. Ft. (Only land price), and along with the civil structure will cost around rs.1, 20, 00, 000. This clearly shows that the highway department made a very bad calculation and paid me a lump sum in my bank account without a consultation.

My appeal/requirement:
• i humbly appeal you to help me award a fair compensation of at least rs.1, 20, 40, 000 for my property (Including bribe money), or if not, compensate me similar property with 7 shops with an area of 93.88sq. Mt., at kumbakonam chennai main national highways area with all facilities, which is similar to mine.
• since almost all my shops have been vacated for demolition, due to this acquisition, our main monthly income (Rs. 80, 000 = monthly rent for the shops) has been frozen and pushed my family income under throes of distress and confusion. Hence, i need the nh45c department to calculate everything and award a proper justified compensation.

I hereby painstakingly mention that, i will not give up my property for the use of highways aquisition and will fight (Non-violently) until proper justice is served by the government.
Kindly find the attachment of my property documents and compensation award copy for your reference.
By your best course of action, i humbly appeal to you with the intention of getting a proper justice.

Pumpwell flyover in mangalore not yet finished even after 10 years of construction. They started toll gate 5 years back. So, please stop toll till they finish the work. As a compensation, please give us toll free road for a year.

Its just 300 meter read, we can see only 1 or 2 persons working there. They didn't do anything till the rain. Now rain started. So there is no progress in work.

I bought a single ticket on my way from mathura to delhi at Sri Nagar Toll Plaza. The cost of the ticket for car is Rs.105. I gave the operator a bill of rupees 500 and rupees 10. He returned to me the change in bills of rupees 50*6 and 10*10. The notes were all in a condition as if taken out of rubbish. When asked to change the notes, the operator immediately started abusing in front of my family and used words which are unethical. I request you to please remove such frustrated and incompetent operators so that the customer doesn't face this disrespect in future.

1. Need to reduce the number of toll plazas in chennai for daily office use to go office in omr road and also they are increasing the amount frequently
2. Need to close all the toll plaza that are expired in tamilnadu. Still collecting the amount.
3. In tamilnadu kayathar and valiyoor they are collecting more money needs to investigate and reduce amount.
4. Not to open new tolls now a days toll charges are higher than travel fare.

I have a house on NH 94, Reshikesh/ Tehri road located 1.5 Km ahead of a place called Fakot. Half of my land, adjacent to NH 94 was acquired by NH for construction of Char Dham all weather Road. Due to widening of road front portion of my house was totally damaged and also caused damage to remaining house, to avoid further damage I requested NH authorities to construct Support wall. When nothing happened Gawar Construction Limited, who was working for NH took money from me and constructed half of required support wall. Meanwhile I approached DM Tehri ; who in turn directed NH to construct remaining support wall, in spite of getting all approval 11 months back, to construct remaining Support wall NH and Contractors has done nothing. The concerned Officer of NH are Mr Joshi and Mr A K Sharma and Contractor are Mr Panwar and Mr Anil Tomar of GAWAR construction limited.
Requesting you to kindly intervene.

Coming from delhi to chandigarh
Bridge was not in use on this side of the road still the toll was charged. Instead of ten minutes drive from the bridge we took 40 minutes to cover roughly 8 km. There was no assistance under the bridge too. It was unmanned traffic total loos even as late as 11.00 pm. When we have not used the bridge fir which the toll is being collected we feel it is unfair.

I travel regularly from Mumbai to Pune and back due to my work. Toll plazas at Khalapur and Talegaon both have fast tag lanes but everyone enters those lanes even after not having fast tag. What's the use o[censored]sing a fast tag if you're still waiting in long queue even after having fast tag. There should be some strict rules for these fast tag lanes.

Worst road maintanance. From Kanyakumari to Virudhunagar there is so much of Bumping areas. We cannot ride in 90km/hr itself. In all the Bridges there is no road itself. We cant ride in NH with old ones. For ambulance surely it will get affected in emergency times. We are paying Toll Fee for the road maintanance only. But you(NH) authorities are not maintaining it. Also most of the toll gate roads was not maintained properly.
