Pl ask concerned person to give order for repair work on road between rampur bypass to joya.. At many places road is in very bad condition... Also cleaning of drainage point at regular intervals.. Lot of pressure on the road during driving.. Risk of accidents and damage to the vehicles is much especially in night.. I have sent request for it in the past also but no result... Dr r. K. Dhall

Toady i was going to indore by car no. RJ06- CC-5916 on NH79 nimbahera TOLL PLAZA LAN NO. 3. When i was showing my disability card but they all TALL members don't get my Disability card and also they denied awarness about that card. They told me that govt. Allowe that services but we couldn't affored any kind of card. So plz request to you plz look into the matter and do needful help...

I own a patch of land bearing kahaitan no.230/496 mouza - bhogara, tahasil - athagarh, dist - cuttack, odisha.in the process of broadening of nh 55 (Old nh42) a portion of my land has been acquired by dhenkanal piu of nhai and structures constructed over my land without payment of compensation. Moreover, a portion of boundary wall of my land has also been demolished in the process of broadening work. Though the matter was brought to the notice of the concerned project director in writing, through his official whatsapp and over telephone it remained unheeded and my issue is yet to be addressed. Kindly resolve.

I want to ask that what is your duty??
I just want to say in simple manner that you are not doing your duty sincerely.. So because of word limit i conclude myself that the route from kota to shipuri about 115km is the worst#
But the tolls are doing their work by charging rs2 for 1km each.. So please don't eat your own nation...

We generally go to chennai from bangalore and always get stuck at sriperumbadur toll gate as they allow every one in fast tag lane and there is no restrictions. All other toll gates have barricade before entering the fast tag lane to chek the tags but here there is none on asking them they say we cant help it the locals dont listen to us and who will manage this huge traffic

Dear sir, this is a complaint on behalf of 2 of my friends who fell of their bicycles at bellur cross toll booth on bangalore-hassan expressway. There is a deadly water drainage grill which is parallel, instead of horizontal grill. We had witnessed in 2017 one cyclist fall here as his front bicycle tyre went inside the grill. On 3rd feb 2019, another cyclist friend again fell prey here. Its unfortunate. We cyclists would have done lot of hardwork to build our stamina. But, such fallsa re tuff on us. This time, my friend broje a few of his teeth and his upper lip was cut open.

I honestly request the authorities wake up and immediately change the grill to horizontal instead of vertical.

When i asked shop keeper he said national highway govt only mentioned to sell all products at high cost.

Is it a democratic country where national highway opens shop and sells high price???

Moreover all products at these shops are greater than mrp amount.

Hence requesting concern department to address this issue at the earliest.

Sir nh123 between uhcha nagla to dholpur construction is going on from last five years. This highway is maximum complete but a bridge on railway in roopwas town was pending, due this a very large traffic jamming created daily in roopwas railway crossing four to five time's during a day. This jamming cleared by help of police and local person of rupbas in minimum two to three hours during each jam. If highway overbridge is complete es soon as possible than a lot of stay time on railway crossing reduced and save burnning fuel by each vehicles (Two wheeler to trucks and bus. And also we protect environment by pollution that exhaust by vehicles. This railway crossing jam length some times is more than one kilometers on each side.
I humble request to you please complete this bridge timely and gives help to save fuel, environment and jamming time.

Toll charges own board vehicles carrying disabled children
Namaste sir, my son has cerebral atrophy and has multiple disabilities including vision loss, paralyzed and unable to speak, we have obtained the govt disability card with more than 90% disability. Toll charges for disabled children like my son cannot drive vehicles at any time, however the recent amendment of toll charge exemption doesnt consider disabled children. Please refer : http://tis.nhai.gov.in/Admin/pdf/[protected]PM08_8861.pdf modification of vehicles cannot be made to children since they need to be completely carried on hand and helped. Like many other parents we request to consider the request to waive off toll charges under honest below conditions 1. Vehicles carrying disabled person with valid govt proof such as car 2. Own board vehicles carrying disabled person fasttag and rc cannot be under minor children's name, but if parents of such children has their own vehicle then they should be considered to get waived if they are travelling with their children. Request your kind intervention to help people in need who are already helpless

The toll plaza situated in between tiruttani & tiruvallur has a separate "fastag" lane. But it is not in operation. The staff always say the facility is not available & ask the vehicle to go through the regular lane. But even in this lane, there is no electronic payment facility available. I have been facing this issue for 3mths when i travel in this route.

There are 2 tollgates between bangalore and tumkur in karnataka state. Passing through both the toll gates is rs 35. But fast tag is deducting rs 20 at each tollgates. This is cheating the customers using the fast tag. Please take appropriate actions.
Also these two tollgates ate very pathetically maintained. It needs 15 mins to cross each tolls even if you have fast tag. I dont understand the use of fast tags lanes in these toll gates.

Dear authority,

I am very disappointed to see very much mismanagement at this toll. Staff behavior is also very rough. The karnal management don't know the nhai rules when i ask them "is these any provision to free toll for 2to3min if toll booth has pack with 1km. They said" these is no rule like this". I wait 30min to cross the toll. It's a harassment for mine by facing this kind of mismanagement.

I request you, kindly take a action for betterment.

The local facaulty posted on tolls they use absive languange nd disrespectfull behaviour with car owners they show that they are local and if need they will beat you up. I m travelling on eastern pariferal expressway i entered from bilaspur and exit on chainnsa exit there huge traffic in a single row. Two rows are closed 15 to 20 min taken to cross the barrier.. When i asked there was rule of 3 minutes they denied nd use abusive language and saying you dont know who we are.. Please take action on this type of facaulty and dont post local facaulty on toll

The toll gate at aganampudi, visakhapatnam has been cleared off not to collect taxes by the high court, but still they are levying heavy charges. Kindly look into it!

Misbehaviour of 1 ms lakshmi at the sheela nagar toll plaza is very demeaning. Kindly take strict action as this is not a good precedent. The toll plaza people are not taking 10rs coins and in return shouting, demanding & misbehaving with the customers. Kindly look into both the issues.

Sir road are damage at samay pur flyover via mukrabachok to swaroop nagar.
2, there are one big pot at nh 1 near nagli puna flyover via nagli puna to alipur shani temple
3 road are not level near nala of budhpur village, vehicles are jumped here
4. Divider are fully damage near shani mandir

With reference to above subject, my vehicle no is ap28ta 3513, it is light motor vehicle (Lmv) but at buchireddy palem toll plaza (Section : km 695-to 741.95) in nellore district in andra pradesh, contractors name bscpl, they collected lcv charges, we requested but they had given irrespective response, toll ticket no [protected], dated on 17.01.2019
Hence we requesting take the necessary action plz

Complaint about coimbatore by-pass managed by l&t (Nh47)
Length: 28 kms
The toll booths are so badly placed thereby creating more traffic jams than allow smooth traffic. One has to stop at 6-7 toll booth and 2 signals to cover this stretch. They have created toll booths on the main highway to cover all cross roads. This does not satisfies 2 major criteria of making a by pass. It neither allows smooth and fast travel not it helps save fuel. At each toll minimum 5 minutes waiting period is there and during peak more than that.
Please look into this issue immediately as it looks like collection of money is the only goal served by this by pass.

T road को अलीगढ से कानपुर तक चार लेन करने के लिए जो भूमि अधिगृहण किया जा रहा है तो औधोघिक क्ष्रेत्र के लिए कितने रूपय मीटर वर्ग से निश्चित किया गया है महोदय हमने इस जमीन को खेत के रूप में बैनामा कराया था मगर हक्कीकत में व्हा 5दुकान बानी हुई थी और कुछ जगह खाली थी इसके लिए हमें बाद में a. D. M finnance aligarh के द्वारा निरीक्षण कराने पर हमने 90हज़ार जुरमाना दिया और adm ने उस जमीन को औधोघिक जमीन बताया अपने आर्डर में a. D. M ने विशुद्ध रूप से लिखा है की ये दुकान और खाली जमीन औधोघिक क्षेत्र में आती है ः लेकिन हमें पैसा महोदय खेत का मिला है

While travelling from rajahmundry to vijayawada via nh16, i have found large potholes on roads which have caused serious damage to my car for which you people wont care or it might have lead to fatality and again you people wont care/concern about me.

Already compliant has registered by me at ethakota toll plaza.

I request you to take necessary action for patch works with fine quality which will last for few years.

Please be responsible, take accountability and improve our indian standards.

In this days, maintenance for road has been going on from last couple of weeks on vadodara - bharuch (Old national highway -8) near varnama village, they have make two lanes with renovated, but one lane is as it is. So, it is uneven between this road and we are mostly using two wheeler, and it is too much difficult to cross road with highly traffic road.
It is requested you to make hole road renovat once. Even it is highly accident prime zone.

Take its in priority.
