My car is installed with fast tag but when i was passing through rohad (Haryana) nh-9 toll plaza from fast tag lane, my car got damaged suddenly by that automatic barrier on my car and right side mirror set broke completely and right front side piller of my car got dent, it is a clear fault of toll plaza employees that were standing there and it could have damaged too much. I started work with nhai (Fastag department) and i did 1 month work and submitted work on 30 november. Every day i talked with mr manveer and vikas, they saying payment will release today or tomorrow everyday.. I have daily wise recordings of manveer singh. Im totally pissed off with these guys. My pending payment is rs. 51, 600. Kindly help to release my payment....

I put paytm fastag on my car but now not able to recharge it or add money to fastag. I called paytm 3-4 times but they not responding properly and put call on hold for 15 minutes and no answer. Is this way? Why we use fatag then and why it made compulsory?

My vehicle with fast tag 3xxx a860, vehicle no. Ka51mj7605 went to airport today & passed through at devanahalli toll plaza 11.10 am and rs. 85 toll was taken by idfcbk. When the vehicle returned, at 11.37 another rs.45 was taken as return toll.

Then to my total surprise one more toll amount of rs. 85 was collected at 12.23hrs when vehicle was in inner ring road.

I have travelled on the gt road from dhanbad to bagodar and back several times over the last two years with the latest trip being on 14th january 2019 from bagodar to giridih. Some persons under the name of coral associates are collecting toll tax, under the name of ghanghiri toll plaza, which i learnt is illegal. I request the authorities to look into this matter and take action. They have been doing this openly for several years....

Nhai salemgarh.. Came across this tall plaza.. I asked for 12 hr receipt.. He denied... Instead he started arguing.. He was asking to take for coming and going together.. He would not give receipt for 12 hour.. His behaviour was not satisfactory.. On further questions he asked me to deboard and to talk elsewhere.. Since i was going to doctor for follow up.. I want to know if the dasna toll gate is legal because the way they are behaving with the vehicle owners are inappropriate. I travel daily thru this toll gate and always they don't want to provide the receipt and we have to ask them again and again which leads to fight.

The contractor hires all the unprofessional staff. If you have relation with any staff then you need not to pay and they allow them without any toll.

If took as 45 mins to reach the toll counter from a distance of approx 300m due to heavy jam and delayed and slow response of the toll officer. Out of 6 gates only 3 are functioning. A truck driver entered the opposite direction lane in rage causing more issues, workers aren't responding to any questions, they too can't handle the traffic, it seems receipt are handwritten as they take same time....

I used this toll plaza twice today (Onward and return) using my fastag. I have been debited rs 40 in both directions, despite my indicating i was returning same day on the way back. Only the difference fare for return ticket should have been charged when i was coming back. Screenshots of my fastag bank account getting debited for rs 40 each way are attached... In fast tag lanes, non fast tag users broke the barrier and are passing without paying which is causing a huge loss to government and people. Kindly use a heavy automated barrier so that it can be used properly. Everytime i see a new barrier being broken and in other lanes, people think they are going free and start arguing the staff there. This is really bad of people as they say roads are bad. If we won't pay, will the roads be better?...

There is a maintenance work going on BETL flyover in which one way is closed for almost 300m. However the toll authorities are charging full amount. Please let me know if they are allowed to charge full amount if a major maintenance work is going which blocked almost one way.

At 4.30pm i crossed panikoili toll plaza where people in civil dress are collecting toll charges. During office hours they are drinking and misbehaving. I am a state govt class i officer if such is the behaviour with me then i guess for normal passengers it would be horrible. Please look into the matter nhai else i have to take help legally. Such behaviour is not at all accepted....

The toll at badarpur border has fastag lane but for few couple of days and earlier also the lane is not working as expected. The flow is diverted to different lane where manually scanning and recording of data is taking place. During the peak office hours and also non-peak hours.

The road is also not worthy to pay the toll. Please take necessary actions.

Recently i had travelled twice from trichy to madurai via nh45b, there are two toll plazas one in boothakudi and the second one is at melur near madurai. First time at boothakudi toll plaza they had not accepted fast tag and i had to pay cash rs. 110/- for return journey. The second toll plaza did not deduct any amount from my fast tag and not collected cash also.

We find a lot of barricades placed in the middle of the highways across south india. There is no warning sign any where. This poses a great threat to travellers especially in the night.
