Separate fastag lane is always closed on nagpur wardha highway toll near butibori. While travelling to n fro from nagpur wardha highway toll tax near butibori, fastag lane which is created for fast & convinient mode is always closed. Cars with fastag have to go through normal lane through que only. And when asked the reply was "abhi kam chal raha h" and it is all happening under the constituency of transport minister mr nitin gadkari. Kindly ask the toll tax operator to keep open the fastag lane.
As the government has passed a rule of free toll gate charges for 3 days and When Were traveling from Vishakapatnam to Bhogapuram.They were taking the charges for the home board vehicles.They are Rash replies to.Could please take up the action

      This is arun on[protected] near about 8:45 pm. Coming from ludhiana. I have my fastag when i entered car the employe told me system not working give us 125 rs. I told him i have a valid pass and also a paper but he said no. Give me money then you can go and also a security guard said give the money. This is corruption in ladhowal toll plaza. Not fare while i had my valid pass then how could u take. Due to some haevy rush i gave money but plz take my complaint seriously. Bcz all these employee s do same with other people also

        I've valid monthly pass for landhari toll for my registered vehicle hr20aj9759 and recently purchased paytm fastag for hr20aj9759 but is not linked to monthly pass for landhari toll. Today i crossed the toll at 1:11pm through the lane other than fastag lane but amount rs 70/- deducted from my paytm wallet linked to paytm fastag for hr20aj9759. So please refund my rs 70/- into paytm wallet.
        Telangana government passed an order free toll on 16th Jan 2018. Indalvai toll plaza not collected fee but bhiknoor toll plaza collected. Can please provide why this one is collecting.

          Hello team,

          My name : k. Karunakar rao

          Iam bringing this information to your knowledge, i have passed on sv puram toll on 16/1/19 around 11.31 minutes, as usual “65” debited in my account, i have received a message on 1.52pm
          Again i got a message 3.23pm i didn’t pass the toll but amount has been debited “35”, by that time iam in meeting at tripathi (35km away from the toll) i was shocked some has stolen my car and passing in the same toll, immediately i went saw vehicle is there in my parking place,

          It is really surprising

          While returning to my home town i went to same toll to discuss with concern team, greatest thing no one has taking the reasonability and they are talking in rudely and they are playing ball game this is not my responsibility this responsible of sbi fast tag, i call fast tag toll free numbers that jokers they are saying irresponsible answer they don’t want to take the any responsible, i was waited 2hrs in the same place (Sv puram toll) along with my family,

          Note : while talking to sv puram toll team again i got two messages again 65 + 65 debited in account,, pls find the below the details,

          And we have been raised a complaint book and sv puram toll team has agreed and signed what is happed in toll premises,

          Pls find the attachment of letter,

          Here i want to know the who is culprits, who is looting the money, either sv puram toll people or sbi fast tag team,

          Iam filing a case against of both the parties (Sv puram toll + sbi fast tag +)

          We would meet in the court,

          Below the people are in the toll, and they had agreed entire episode

          Shift in charge: mr. Pradeep : [protected]

          System engineer : mr. Giri : [protected]

          Assistant manager : mr prasad : [protected] and [protected] (He is very rude and unfit for this job, he does not know how to speak with customer)

          Owner : mr. Ramachandraiah – [protected] he is one more nice joker, he doesn’t know anything about situation, but he is giving the wrong directions to his team,

            I was returning from banglore to tumkur on18/01/2019.in kulumepalya nelamangala toll at 11 pm as my vehicle reached the tollgate the person inside told that your vehicle fast tag is not scanning so please pay the amount. I payed 20rs amount. When i reached tumkur i say in icici fasttag 20rs amount deducted. So i payed twice in that toll plaza, one by fasttag and another by cash. So what should i do. To whom should i complaint.

              Baroda to ahmedabad exoress highway, whre non fastag vehiclaes are allowed in fastag line.. Customer care on 1033 number refuse to give email id for the complain.                 Hi,
                Myself kashif have made payment of rs 617 through online portal called insta mojo on 17.10.2018
                Payment id mojo8a17005a24099948 and rs.208 with payment id mojo8a17005a24100146 respectively, since then i have been trying to track about the fastag sticker. I have written several email to insta mojo but there was no proper response.
                In december i got a call from fast tag team, the no is [protected], this was on december 7, 2018, he informed me that there is a shortage of stickers and it will reach with in 8 days, i haven't received yet. I tried calling the person who had called me. He never receives the phone call nor respond to my messages.

                  Here with i am sorry to say that some of the-toll barrier under your company violating the order regarding exemption of toll tax from vehicle carrying physically disable person. As per my knowledge a vehicle carrying disable person with disability of more than 40% are exempted from toll tax at all toll plaza under nhai country wide. I am showing my wife disability certificate of more than 80% the operator refuses to hear my voice and he charged and said that we do not exempt from tall tax to disable person. I have shown the order from secretary nhai letter issued in year 2003 mentioning the armed forces person and disable person are exempted from the same, even the order mention that toll plaza violating the order will be penalized and even the contract may be cancelled. So please look into the matter. Notification no:-nh-11065/12/2003-{ & m (14 dec 2003) order-govt. Of india, new delhi. Secretery national highway authority i am looking forward to hear more from you and would like to learn your decision soon in this regard.

                    Dear sir/ madam,
                    I was traveled yesterday i. E on 16-jan-2019 from nizambad to toopran on nh-44.

                    As per telangana govt declared 13 and 16 the january 2019 as no toll charges will charge in all toll plaza's
                    But yesterday they colleting all toll charges without any proper answer
                    I was crossed indalwai and biknoor toll gates i will attach receipts.
                    They are saying up to 12.30pm only they are send without toll fee.

                    If you don't mind can you give a clarification on this
                    I will post message to telangana govt based on you clarifications

                      I was traveling from Hyderabad to kurnool. At two toll booths I paid the tax in cash. Also the same was deducted from my faster tag amount.

                      One toll gate near jadcherla costed 60 rupees.

                      Second toll gate at pulled costed 100 rupees

                      At both places I was asked to pay in cash and so I did and got the receipt for the payment.

                      Can you check refund the amount to my paytm ?

                      Toll charges for Disabled person cannot be only for modified carriages since some of them are children. it also requires that RC and fasttag needs to be on disabled peson's name which isnt possible for children. have raised a concern with PMO https://pmopg.gov.in/pmocitizen/Grievancepmo.aspx
                      please do it so that they take notice of the same

                        On (14th Jan 2019) I paid Rs 80 in cash at Vikravandi toll since the fastag scan was not working.. but after tat my paytm fastag wallet amount is also been deducted.. I also contacted paytm customer care several times but no response.. my query reference number in paytm[protected].. I have attached the receipt below for your reference.. kindly do the needful
                        There is a huge traffic jam near sullurpet toll plaza on Chennai vijayawada highway for as long as 5 km. It is operated by swarma tollway. There were no steps taken to avoid traffic zam. It takes around 2 hours for a vehicle to cross the toll. This happened on 11/1/2019. Take steps that such things don’t repeat.

                          Dear all, road has completely damaged on nh 27 between kota to baran - in rajasthan from last 2 years. Complained many times but not taken any action whereas company charging toll tax regularly for damaged road. I want to ask from nhai that why are they not taking action against toll company. Why should public give toll tax for damaged roads. Kindly take action immediately.

                            My car is installed with fast tag but when i was passing through rohad (Haryana) nh-9 toll plaza from fast tag lane, my car got damaged suddenly by that automatic barrier on my car and right side mirror set broke completely and right front side piller of my car got dent, it is a clear fault of toll plaza employees that were standing there and it could have damaged too much. I have submit. Complaint also about this to there manager and complaint number is 316, name of the toll plaza is whhppl (Rohad). I need compensation of my car damage, i hope to see your fast reply

                              I started work with nhai (Fastag department) and i did 1 month work and submitted work on 30 november. Every day i talked with mr manveer and vikas, they saying payment will release today or tomorrow everyday.. I have daily wise recordings of manveer singh. Im totally pissed off with these guys. My pending payment is rs. 51, 600. Kindly help to release my payment.

                                I put paytm fastag on my car but now not able to recharge it or add money to fastag. I called paytm 3-4 times but they not responding properly and put call on hold for 15 minutes and no answer. Is this way? Why we use fatag then and why it made compulsory?

                                This is really playing with customer because we following advance technologies but not focusing basic about service. This paytm i almost called number of times for same and no proper respond. Even no information on tag replacement also.

                                In this toll plaza system os giving trouble and taking 20 - 25 minutes for giving slip for money and they have no manner of talking with traveller travell in highway so take care of it and take strict action against all this things which has been happened in toll plaza

                                  My vehicle with fast tag 3xxx a860, vehicle no. Ka51mj7605 went to airport today & passed through at devanahalli toll plaza 11.10 am and rs. 85 toll was taken by idfcbk. When the vehicle returned, at 11.37 another rs.45 was taken as return toll.

                                  Then to my total surprise one more toll amount of rs. 85 was collected at 12.23hrs when vehicle was in inner ring road.

                                  Bit shocked with this as i feel, there must be serious software error that can take away all the balance falsely.

                                  Please return the money immediately to my fast tag account.

                                    I have travelled on the gt road from dhanbad to bagodar and back several times over the last two years with the latest trip being on 14th january 2019 from bagodar to giridih. Some persons under the name of coral associates are collecting toll tax, under the name of ghanghiri toll plaza, which i learnt is illegal. I request the authorities to look into this matter and take action. They have been doing this openly for several years.

                                      Nhai salemgarh.. Came across this tall plaza.. I asked for 12 hr receipt.. He denied... Instead he started arguing.. He was asking to take for coming and going together.. He would not give receipt for 12 hour.. His behaviour was not satisfactory.. On further questions he asked me to deboard and to talk elsewhere.. Since i was going to doctor for follow up.. I was lacking timeso i couldn't do.. Please listen to it and take action

                                        I want to know if the dasna toll gate is legal because the way they are behaving with the vehicle owners are inappropriate. I travel daily thru this toll gate and always they don't want to provide the receipt and we have to ask them again and again which leads to fight.

                                        The contractor hires all the unprofessional staff. If you have relation with any staff then you need not to pay and they allow them without any toll.

                                        I want to confirm the authenticity of this toll gate
