I was threat to pay toll amount by gundas at porur toll plaza. I raised question why should i pay because there is no common facility at the toll plaza not even a name board for the toll, no ambulance, no barrier, no fasting etc..
But still they collecting toll everyday to ennumber of people. This is my last hope of problem kindly take necessary action.

My car had an fast tag at above toll they collected 90 rs. Up and down. But already my tag collected rs. 60 from my account. (Axis bank) i complainted there they people didn't refunded me they shouted me. My vehicle no. Is kl-08-bq-7031. They did a fraud thing that they given me receipt kl-08-bq-7021. 7021 is an bike his name is sivaraman i here by attaching images. So i need the refund give your replay by mail my mail id [protected]@gmail.com my no. [protected] email.

Road work is not completed from tirupathi to chennai national highway and toll charges are levied to the customer commuting between renigunta and puttur. Road condition is at its worst state and bridge work is not completed. No barricade work is done along the stretch and lot of work is pending. Beside this the toll is being collected. As per rules of nhai, if the road is not completed, toll should not be collected.

In toll ticket it is mentioned as 55.336 kms stretch the toll charges are applicable.in this 55.336 kms, only 40-50% road work is completed and rest is pending for completion.

As as per rules, it is punishable for the operator collecting toll charges without completion of road work. Please take necessary action. Otherwise i will go legal authorities regarding the same. I have the toll tickets available with me.

I am a truck owner. My truck has a legal carrying capacity of 28000 KGs plus 5% excess limit that adds up to 29400 KGs. Today my truck was carrying 29100 KGs and it was stopped at Purankhedi Toll plaza in Shivpuri, MP. They said it's overloaded and it can carry only 28000 KGs. I called NHAI. They said the 5% excess carrying capacity rule is scrapped. Now I searched various platforms for the clarification. I found out that 1- The MORTH ( Ministry of road transport & highway) website says that this rule was never scrapped. I even have the documents downloaded from there. 2- Let's assume that NHAI are hittler and have forced this law 3 months ago. So why other toll plazas are not following this rule? And do NHAI have authority to bring in a new rule without MORTH passing it? Where is NHAI's notice?

Complain: fastag did't work during return journey. It worked during onward journey at 09:44 am.

Also, any proof related to non-functioning of fastag is not delivered at the toll plaza counter, which may be used later with appropriate authority for resolution.

Such incident caused inconvenience (Resulting in physical assault to personal level) to self and other car / bus passengers in que.

Hi the Bangalore airport toll is deducting money through FASTag and collecting cash. When went through FASTag lane it said invalid tag but after payment of cash later few mins auto detected through FASTag. This happened both onward and return journey. The toll collection people don’t care or can’t do much.

Event Details:
On 24th Jan while traveling to Bangalore International Airport in the Devanahalli Tool I went on normal lane without fastag after paying the tool and 10 mins later I get message that fastag amount was charged.

On 27th when I was returning from airport back Home I took fastag lane and it said tag invalid and redirected to other lane. I asked the toll person about this and told the earlier instance and they said not much can be done. I paid and crossed toll and after 5mins again I get message stating amount got deducted through fastag.

I have attached the message and the toll paid receipt, not sure what can be done for this.

Since some weeks it takes at least 15 to 30 minutes to clear this toll plaza. Yesterday it took almost an hour to pass through the toll. Time was 4 pm onwards going towards kandla. Humble request to please do something. Just imagine the fuel wastage. If every time when one is passing by this toll and have to wait at least 15 minutes and the situation is getting bad. They collect 60rs and we waste fuel worth 120rs in waiting. This is a joke. They don't have a single dedicated lane for fastag.

I had traveled from ghaziabad to kundli, using epe. At duhai gate, i was given a hand written slip, which was fake and on kundli toll, there was waiting of more than 1 hour as only two toll counters were operational. The complaint was raised by me at the toll gate, but was ignored and i was threatened to pay the toll.

I paid inr 70 as the toll, but whats the use o[censored]sing expressway when the amount of fuel and time consumed is more than the normal route.

Npci - national payment commission of india is a govt organization backing & supporting the digital payment platform by creating - bhim & upi - mobile payment apps.

Nhai - national highway authority of india - again a govt organization.
1. Nhai is not supporting the govt banks & npci for digital payments thru govt backed apps.
2. Nhai is not disclosing the complaints platform for such complaints. Regret, if the vigilance office exists to monitor whether complaint initiating & monitoring systems are available in public domain.
3. These private company apps are being promoted against the public good, despite pmo backing and instructions.

I am currently living in rajnadgaon of the chhattisgarh state. On 26 january 2019 i am coming from durg to rajnandgaon by national highway in between them ashoka highway has comes. I showed them digilocker issue id of driving licenced as well as adhar card but the declined to accept the digilocker issue id card and charge me of rs. 90. As per the order issue by the supreme court of india id cardb issue by digilocker is valid. I have attached the photocopy of toll receipt of toll plaza. Please resolve thismatter as fast as possible.

While coming from pune to nashik, the toll company forcefully took cash even though d amount was paid by fasttag. The toll payment through fasttag is discouraged by the toll collection agency for the very obvious reason of not showing it in to the account defeating the digital india concept of modi government.
I paid d cash vide receipt no. [protected], my vehicle registration number is mh15ej0369, time.. 13.30 on 26th jan 2019. At the same time amount is debited to my fasttag account also. The fasttag system is purposely made misguiding to discourage the people from not opting it. I want the excess amount refund alongwith ₹ 5000, as harassment penalty to the toll collection agency and assurance of not repeating the same incidence with anybody.

Dear sir,
I am from kota rajasthan. I just passed from kota bypass toll plaza. Issue is that at this bypass plaza kota vehicle is toll free but from my fastag deduct 60 rs.. Why?.
Can you suggest me that how i will get money return or i have to regiter complain for this at my police station for deducting my amount without my permission.

Fastag lane at kamkole toll plaza of nh 65 operated by deccan toll, is being misuse by allowing all other vehicles due to which people like us who are having fastag are suffering. Every time i visit there, at least 10 to 15 minutes of time is spoiled. And the staff are also not active. So please instruct them to allow only fastag vehicles in fastag lane, or keep a board saying no fastag lane at this plaza.

Dear team, this is maheswar from bangalore, i bring to your kind attention that 10 rupees coins are not taking stating that it is not valid but some tolls are giving as a change and we are taking, i am traveling from bangalore to andhra pradesh on[protected] @ 20:55 hrs nh 67 dc palli toll pizza and ticket number is[protected] booth operator no b-03 mr. N venkat and his superior is arguing the about 10 rupees coins stated that it is not valid and go and complaint whare u want which is not fair and my vehicle no ka 03 my 6874. Pls advise and do the needful.

My name is sunil from dharwad. This is regarding fastag sensor not working properly at ashoka buildcon hirebagewadi tollway on nh4. Making us to wait for 5-10min. Which results into unwanted conversation. Kindly look into the matter. This is the issue with most of the tollgates
This makes lot of people to avoid using fastag.
It might be issue with tag or sensors.

I had crossed toll plaza of raksha (Jhashi) on 22 jan 2019 at 5:05 pm,
I had given my credit card to pay toll fees then toll excutive had told me that we not accept card payment only cash,
When i told him to arrange machine then he told me just you take your vehicle side and give paper of vehicle go to atm any bring cash and then take your vehicle paper, who had given right to toll plaza executive to take vehicle paper

I am from bangalore and wish to complaint that the fastag lane at the toll plaza near bangalore airport (Kempegowda) will not be working most of the times.

We feel embarrassed when we are getting visitors from abroad and the fastag does not work. The first impression itself will be bad.

Moreover, other vehicles who are not registered in fastag are also allowed. If they are allowed, then what is the fun in getting ourselves registered in fastag?

All fastag employees are very arrogant and has no ethics / good behavior.

Can any one at nhai or fastag official look in to this please?

I was driving from chennai to bangalore. At pallikonda toll personnel told my fastag is blacklisted while i had 600+ balance.in spite of me telling that i had sufficient balance they charged 85rs in cash and gave me bill (Attached). After crossing toll got message from icici fastag that 85 is also deducted from fastag account for trip no[protected] which is double deduction. Need refund of the money.
