Sir i am traveling to hissar from my car no hr31p9642. While crossing toll of mayar (Hissar) i produced my identity card as i am petty officer of indian navy. When i cross the toll around 1130 on 06 jan 19 i got message that 70/- deducted from my fastag account for vehicle no hr31tp5907 which is not my car number. Kindly refund my money.

    With respect, this complaint against highway safety & security.in udaipur (Rajasthan) there is geetanjali medical hospital on main road nh-8 passing by eklingpura, choraha. Our complaint is that, there is no any hospital symbols on main road and no any speed breaker both side of hospital. The vehicles (Trucks) are passes very fast and many accident has happened. Due to this problem, the possibility of accident. We gave information too many times on rajasthan sampark site but nothing happened. We just need to make speed breaker both side. From : responsible citizens of india.

    My Complaint Date 5 Jan'19 but that's the same status of my complaint as on date 12 Mar'19 (After 66 Days), No any improvement and working on said complaint, this is a very poor condition of our government "Good" .
    Light posts are crucial for safe journey especially on prime locations. At Kamrej Crossing (NH-48), Gujarat, main crossing light post is not working since long. It is sad to see insensitivity of the authority. A photo of light post is attached. If authority can find the light post in it.

      Hi,

      I am balamurugan from chennai. I travelled from redhills to ponneri in nh 16, when i reached l&t chennai tada tollway limited i gave my debit card for swiping single way ticket for 45 rs, the person in the counter told that they dont accept card payment and only cash payment need to be done. As i insisted to accept the card he used abusive language and threatened me to take the vehicle in reverse and all the other securities in toll also threatened me and used very abusive language to take the vehicle back. My vehicle number is tn03 m 9978. Incident date: 04 jan 2019, time approx 3:30 pm.

      The condition of the road is also very worstly maintained, full of pot holes, totally damaged roads. Collecting toll for this worst road is a big robbery. I kindly request you to take necessary action for the abusive behaviour of the toll plaza workers and also request you to take necessary steps to improve the road condition by periodic maintanence.

        Dear sir / madam,

        This is dr srikanth writing to with great regret regarding an unpleasant experience at chennasamudhram toll plaza on chennai bangalore high way.

        The incidence took place on 04 jan 2018 at 14:15. Mr rajesh used very unpleasant language when we were paying the toll fees. Mr rajesh gave us the return change as 10 rupees coins which is not accepted in many places.. On requesting to take back the 10 rupees coins and even offering exact change he further continiued using unpleasant language and finally he did take it back. We moved our vehicle from the toll booth to avoid a traffic congestion, parked our vehicle by the side and requested to speak to the manager and he further started using abusive language and yelling. The other personale at the toll booth helped and we just left the place as we did not want to hear further abusive language. We even have senior citizens travelling with us.

        We wanted to bring this to your kind notice so that such incidents are not experienced by travellers in future.

        Hope you will consider this as valuable information and take the necessary action.

          Long que and single path for heavy trucks and car at toll of anand for vadodra side for express highway.

          Always got late at office due to long que and management is not doing anythi g to ease it

          Also it a routine office time need to do anything
          And single lane for both truck and car is unsafe

          Need to take this seriously or else its veru unsafe to travel by express way
          Travelling from Hubli to Bangalore the toll charges on my fast tag are wrong and charged 280 and 200 Rs for my Ertiga car. Ertiga is not a 3 axle car to charge such huge toll. Noticed after 1 hour and cannot go back also. How do I get my money back?

            Dear sir,

            It is to inform you that for last six months we are facing challenges in daily commutation from behrampur akbarpur 201009.
            1. Very slow work since last 5 months.
            2. Unplanned work by nhai? (No road is available from here even service lane is dumped with mud) someday a mishappening will happen with school bus getting into sewage without any doundaries and flooded with mud.
            3. School buses (Some scholls) are not coming since 3 months (Nursery & preschoolers are in pain)
            4. How a authority like u can work in this manner without planning for proper commutation for village having 50 thousand population.
            5. No pain for people?

              My problem has not been solved yet.
              Simhapuri express highway before chilakaluripeta . Stopped on highway for more than half an hour saying that systems not working.then started cash collection without giving bills .
              Very rash response from the employees at toll gate.

                I would like to bring this up to your notice that the slow and heaving moving multi axial vehicles are not following lane discipline on nh44 highways.

                I have seen nh patrols (Not sure what they are for) even not bothered to educate these heavy vehicle drivers and impose fine if they failed to follow lane discipline.

                This makes fast moving vehicles to slow down and had to over take them in zig zag manner.

                Not only this, i have witnessed slow moving cars (60km speed) on the right most lane blocking other cars.

                Need to bring lane discipline to such people. Will nhai consider this request and monitor slow moving vehicle lane discipline?

                  I would like to bring to your notice that the purpose of fastag itself is defeated with manual scan at most of the toll plazas (Ex: plaza name: kozhinjiipatti plaza on travel date 30-dec-18). Not only this, the service person is allowing only one vehicle at a time in the entire etc fastag lane by blocking other vehicles outside.
                  Why can't this be fully automated?
                  Why only one lane used for fastag at almost all toll plazas? I see more heavy and lengthier vehicles passing thru' etc lane than on the normal lane.

                    I am a serving air force officer and I was charged toll fee while travelling from bangalore to Chennai and back in a hired vehicle (12 seater tempo traveller) with my family. The duty person was not aware of the rules and argued with me. Saying that only personal car is exempt. This was an issue at each of the toll while on my onward journey, while some of the tolls were aware and honoured the exemption. Some of them did not agree. Kindly apread the awareness to the toll operators and rectify the problem.

                      I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai on the date of[protected].
                      On Talegoan Toll plaza I was in a non Fast tag lane and paid the toll amount of Rs.230/- by cash for 1 side journey(Bill Attached). After passing the toll I got an SMS that Rs.138/- was deducted from my fast tag account.

                      1. I want to know why they charged from my fast tag account in a non fast tag lane.
                      2. I have only Rs.100/- in my fast tag account and still I don't know why they charged 138 rupees.
                      3. I need an amount reversal in the corresponding account.

                        I was charged toll twice within 20 mins and when i asked for the same i was told that it is only one side one entry and i hv to pay toll again

                        This is not only with me toll plaza people are making fool of everyone

                        According to nhai toll rules, one does not have to pay toll if they return within 12 hours

                        Firstly their is no two side option this toll provides and even they are not considering the 12 hour clause. This is pure injustice for thousands of customers and should be resolved

                          Hi,
                          I am basically from karnal and working in Gurugram. There is a rule that there will be a gap of 60 km between 2 tolls but in 55 KM there are 3 tolls ie. karnal, Panipat and ghannaur.
                          One more thing, Why is this ghannaur toll being made ?
                          They are not doing any work from last 4 year even they have broken down all the roads and chance of accident becomes so much high. I kindly request you to give me the resons for my questions listed below :
                          1. Why is this ghannaur toll being made ?
                          2. Why there are 3 tolls between karnal and sonipat ?
                          3. Why the work is not going on National Highway even after taking tolls from customers.

                            This is very unfourtunate that ispite of so many laws by govt of india people r still felling the same problem at murthal toll plaza, these toll people all r uneducated and ill mannerded still people r facing so much problem during transit its to much jam packed with irregullarise way 3lines all together for one toll no one lisen to them
                            Everyday travellers r facing lot if isuees i have buyed monthly pass also then also no system for pass holders
                            And ispite of digital india iniative there is no swapping machine at counters even they dont have photocopy machines why they dont scan the documents while giving pass there is no shop near by or instruction written on board anywhere mr gajender sharma sales manger also doesnt response they dont give senior number who can understand the problem
                            Cancell this toll and remove it from that place

                              Gadu to veraval highway is in very bad condition last few months there are no repair in road and some plase repair but repair quality is not good car not run smoothly and in junagadh to veraval highway there are many diversion it is very risky for driving there is no bridge two way and many dewider is breakdown by shopkeepers and restaurant holder

                                I was informed that fastag is not working and asked for cash payment at hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza on khed sinnar expressway. But the fastag had worked fine. Now the toll booth operator smartly added a wrong vehicle number in the toll cash receipt. So i had to pay the toll twice. Please refund my 75 rs i have attached proofs of both the transaction

                                  My home is located at 63.500 km curve on 705 nh5 near theong, kotkhai, jubbal, nh707 near hatkoti. On 19 dec 2018 at around midnight, a severe accident took place at mentioned curve which destroyed my home badly. My parents had repeatedly requested concerned authorities at the time of road construction to construct the protection wall at this point but the request was always turned down. Three accidents have took place at this point due to faulty road construction. My dad had requested executive engineer responsible for this part of road to construct the wall when first accident occurred but again no action was taken and now this severe accident has taken place resulting in destruction of my home.
                                  I have submitted application to ex. Engineer after occurring of this accident and he visited the spot himself but no action has been taken till date and the danger of another accident happening anytime is still very real. Request you to please look into the matter.

                                    Bad behaviour from tol plaza (314011) dharer azizpur toll plaza

                                    Was traveling back from patyala to chd and faced (314011) dharer azizpur toll plaza

                                    Fast-track lane in return journey was slow, and then the tole person was cutting slip from that person in the fast track lane... I tried conversing him regarding this matter and he started behaving very rudely

                                    On paying taxis, still giving money for tol plaza, and is within 20 km radius from city... This toll plaza still is so rude...

                                      I was traveling with my family from kolkata to raipur via bagodar and found the illegal toll tax between dhanbad and bagodar. The local village people (Coral constructions) takes toll tax on the name of nahi and also giving the false recipient. When i enquired nearby shop i came to know that the toll plaza is illegal and they are charging money from all the vehicals. It is also known that local police and administration knows about it and no steps are taken for such a long time. I am attaching the toll receipt of my vehicle where they have charged me rs. 90 for single trip.
                                      Request you to kindly enquir the same and take the proper action against these peoples.
                                      Also request you to kindly revert me once it is resolved.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I travelled from chennai to madurai on 23rd dec.in the vikravandi toll plaza, i see in my fastag transaction details, toll has been deducted twice for my vehicle.

                                        I havent crossed the toll and it was double booking by the toll plaza. I returned from madurai only on 26th dec. Hence kindly request you to refund the rupees 50/- to my fastag account.
