If took as 45 mins to reach the toll counter from a distance of approx 300m due to heavy jam and delayed and slow response of the toll officer. Out of 6 gates only 3 are functioning. A truck driver entered the opposite direction lane in rage causing more issues, workers aren't responding to any questions, they too can't handle the traffic, it seems receipt are handwritten as they take same time.

I used this toll plaza twice today (Onward and return) using my fastag. I have been debited rs 40 in both directions, despite my indicating i was returning same day on the way back. Only the difference fare for return ticket should have been charged when i was coming back. Screenshots of my fastag bank account getting debited for rs 40 each way are attached... Please take appropriate action. Thanks

In fast tag lanes, non fast tag users broke the barrier and are passing without paying which is causing a huge loss to government and people. Kindly use a heavy automated barrier so that it can be used properly. Everytime i see a new barrier being broken and in other lanes, people think they are going free and start arguing the staff there. This is really bad of people as they say roads are bad. If we won't pay, will the roads be better? Think before use.

अत: श्रीमान जी से नम्र-निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द मुज़फ्फरनगर से सिखेड़ा तक के मार्ग को सही कराने का कष्ट करे।

Not recharge this month this web id not working web page not working web error in nhai.gov.in tollplaza not respond please recharge my tag i am always pay in my mony what reson page error

Yesterday[protected] when i travel on my car tn 74 ar 9063 nagerkovil to thirunelveli on passing tollplaza at tamilnadu on nh7 bet section bet moondradaippu-anjugramam at km 185.387 km at 15.21.01 hrs and returnback from thirunelveli to nagerkovil passing same tollplaza at 17.06.45 hrs i remitt toll charges by using my sbifastag id 34161fa[protected]af03c0 for both trips rs 70 debited 2 times (Iers 70 x 2= rs 140) from my above fasttag. The staff at toll plaza informed me that i[censored] back with 24 hours only rs 100 will be charged for to and fro trips,
For the[protected].21.01 and 17.06.45 trips the debit sms recd only at[protected].55 am and from it i seens that the amount of rs 140 was debited (Rs 70 x 2) instead of rs 100 for both to and fro trips with in 24 hrs period.
So, request that the excess amount debited from my sbifastag a/c of rs 40 may please b e refunded early.
In this regard i make a complaint thro tollfree no. 1033 and my complaint no, 506553 dt[protected] at about 7.36 pm.
I request early action in this regard and refund the amount of rs 40 to my sbifastag a/c.

Hi Team,
There is a maintenance work going on BETL flyover in which one way is closed for almost 300m. However the toll authorities are charging full amount. Please let me know if they are allowed to charge full amount if a major maintenance work is going which blocked almost one way.

At 4.30pm i crossed panikoili toll plaza where people in civil dress are collecting toll charges. During office hours they are drinking and misbehaving. I am a state govt class i officer if such is the behaviour with me then i guess for normal passengers it would be horrible. Please look into the matter nhai else i have to take help legally. Such behaviour is not at all accepted.

The toll at badarpur border has fastag lane but for few couple of days and earlier also the lane is not working as expected. The flow is diverted to different lane where manually scanning and recording of data is taking place. During the peak office hours and also non-peak hours.

The road is also not worthy to pay the toll. Please take necessary actions.

Sir,
I am virendra dande serving in border security force (I. E. First line of defense of india) and i and living in dewas (Mp). Sir as per ministary of home affairs, police division-ii, resettlement & welfare directorate letter no. 27011/66/2015-r&w dated 01 june 2017 (Attached with this letter) all service personnel of capfs has given facilities for exemption of toll tax in any national highway of this country for their personnel vehicle. But on 29/12/2018, during i travel to my personal vehicle no. Mp 09 cy 6941 from dewas (Mp) to bhopal (Mp) with my family, the servant of toll tax vill-bhourasa, distt-dewas (Mp) and vill-amlaha (Mp) was taken toll tax. I was also given reference of above mha letter and request to him “exemption toll tax for capfs” but he did not obey the above mha letter and also misbehavior with me.

Hence, it is therefore requested that, if exemption toll tax for all capfs as per above mha letter so must be provide exemption toll tax and other facilities to all capfs in mp state as per other state.

Recently i had travelled twice from trichy to madurai via nh45b, there are two toll plazas one in boothakudi and the second one is at melur near madurai. First time at boothakudi toll plaza they had not accepted fast tag and i had to pay cash rs. 110/- for return journey. The second toll plaza did not deduct any amount from my fast tag and not collected cash also.

Similarly the second time at boothakudi toll plaza, i refused to pay cash and they had scanned the fast tag manually and rs. 75/- was deducted at around 10:oo am and the second toll plaza neither collect cash nor amount deducted from fast tag. They told that the charges for within the state is waived.

While on my return journey the same day at around 20:30 hours again rs. 75/- was deducted from my fast tag account. Actual amount to be deducted is rs. 35/- an excess of rs. 40/- was deducted through manual scanning.

I asked the person at boothakudi toll plaza why this unfair practice of charging in one toll plaza and not in second one, he didnot respond and told me to proceed and clear the way.

Please explain and arrange to credit the refund in my fast tag account.

We find a lot of barricades placed in the middle of the highways across south india. There is no warning sign any where. This poses a great threat to travellers especially in the night. I wonder why there should be a barricade on a highway! Wee almost met with an accident at ambur because of one such barricade. So many vehicles apply sudden brakes just before the barricades causing a waterfall effect on all other vehicles coming behind. Another threat to highway travel is removal of medians in some places in front do hotels or restaurants. A lot of times vehicles take sudden cuts just to go into these restaurants which is a hazard to commuters on the other side. Request you take action on both these hazards at the earliest to save a lot of lives.

A employee, named gurpreet singh at toll plaza dhareri jattan near patiala-punjab, misbehaved badly with me last night when i was travelling from patiala to chandigarh. He allowed some vehicle to pass threw vip entry which has no barrier and passing parallel to toll plaza without passing threw a lane. When i asked him the reason he bashed on me and told me that i am supervisor here and i will do whatever i want. I asked him if they are vips or if they have a monthly pass they are allowed to pass threw lane by applying exemption from toll fee. But in any circumstance they have to pass a lane. You cannot simply allowed them to pass threw a vip entry which has no barrier and which is out of range of toll plaza then he started abusing me and use some very harassing words, also he threat me he will do some really bad with me if i will stay there for 2 more minutes. It was really disgraceful incident and it effect me badly by his behavior. Please look into the matter and give relevant penalty to him. So, that he cannot do same with another passers-by.

I am a daily commuter passing through manesar toll plaza (Gurugram),. I am daily facing chaos at the toll plaza, it takes approx 20-30mnts to cross the plaza in office ours and when you ask about why so much time is taking, they alway reply rudely and some times abusive.

Though i am usnig tag, still i am facing so much hardship. I am fedup with this toll plaza.

I am a serving defence personal. On 06 jan 2019 i was traveling from kanpur to lucknow in my personal vehicle. While passing through nawabganj toll gate i produced my defence id card for exemption of toll tax as per various goi & nhai letters. Denying any such exemption the toll personal forced me to pay the toll tax with use of harsh tone. During argument even they used derogatory comments & remarks. Our pm emphasised on respecting defence personal on railway stations and airports. Whereas at pnc toll gates, we are disregarded, harrassed by toll gate personal. This issue i usually face mainly at pnc toll gate nawabganj and barabanki. The toll gate official were even not in position of latest documents and letters issued by goi & nhai after the year 2014 whereas a clear-cut detailed letter had been issued in the year 2016 & 17. Need to take concrete step towards this so that a clear-cut information available to all concerned.

Last week i travelled from kolhapur (Maharashtra) to bangalore via nh4. I was expecting fast access through all toll plazassince i have a fastag. However i observed that at most of the toll plazas, a spare dedicated counter for fastag customers is not provided. Even the lanes that are designated for fastag, is used by others who don't have privilege of fastag.

I wondered why such horrible mix was allowed nd hence asked the attendants but they just plainly ignored the question and asked me to mind my own business.

जगदलपुर से जैपुर (ओडिसा) की और जाने वाले राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 30 पर नगरनार स्टील प्लांट की रेलवे लाइन हेतु निर्मित ओवरब्रिज पर कार्य अत्यंत धीमी गति से हो रहा है।धीमी गति के कार्य होने के कारण 24 घण्टे धूल के कारण प्रदूषण तथा धूल के गुबार के कारण ओवरब्रिज पर वाहन चालकों को साफ नजर नहीं आता है जिससे आए दिन दुर्घटनाएं होती रहती है।ओवरब्रिज निर्माता ठेकेदार को कई बार अनुरोध किया गया कि ओवरब्रिज पर सवेरे शाम पानी का छीड़काव कर प्रदूषण एवं दुर्घटनाओं को नियंत्रण में सहयोग करें, परन्तु उनके द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई।
अतः अनुरोध है कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 30 नगरनार स्टील प्लांट के रेल्वे ओवरब्रिज पर प्रदूषण एवं दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने हेतु कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें

Sir i am traveling to hissar from my car no hr31p9642. While crossing toll of mayar (Hissar) i produced my identity card as i am petty officer of indian navy. When i cross the toll around 1130 on 06 jan 19 i got message that 70/- deducted from my fastag account for vehicle no hr31tp5907 which is not my car number. Kindly refund my money.

With respect, this complaint against highway safety & security.in udaipur (Rajasthan) there is geetanjali medical hospital on main road nh-8 passing by eklingpura, choraha. Our complaint is that, there is no any hospital symbols on main road and no any speed breaker both side of hospital. The vehicles (Trucks) are passes very fast and many accident has happened. Due to this problem, the possibility of accident. We gave information too many times on rajasthan sampark site but nothing happened. We just need to make speed breaker both side. From : responsible citizens of india.
