There is a bridge on nh 5 near gaudanipohari, khantapara, balasore, odisha having a hole around 2 feet wide and depth of 1 feet causing daily 3 to 4 bike accident regularly. One of the features of fastag is a dedicated lane for the users. But the recently renovated roll plaza at raikal (Bangalore hyderabad highway nh-44) do not have a dedicated lane for the fastag users, instead every lane is fastag enabled. But want is the point of paying money in advance and waiting in the queue just a non tag user? If they do not realise this, i think it's better use the toll plaza as a means to exchange big notes!...

Ambala dappar tolltax was not maintaining fastag lane for fastag. Every single car was entering in that lane and i waited for 6 minutes in fastag lane. I made full video regarding the same. But the road from sarkar samakulam (Tamilnadu-641107) to saravanampatti and the road from saravanampatti to chinnavedampatti (Tamilnadu-641049) was heavily damaged. Dear team,
Road damaged between bawal to nh-71 (Bridge area mainly), a long time i see this problem for all vehicles.in upcoming fog time its a cause of accident. So please repair this bridge area road. Also provided reflector for fog safety. Last two month approx i see this national highway conditions. Approx three lacks vehicles going this road in a day as a statements. Request you to please resolve this....

I was travelling from bangalore to davangere via nh4 (To & fro) in my new car and fast tag was registered.in the to and fro journey i encountered 5 tolls where my car's fast tag was read.
From bangalore to davangere i passed only 2 tolls via fast tag lane which are listed below.

Yesterday i was travelling from mohal (Solpaur district) to solpaur. There is a toll between mentioned city. While going my money for toll was deducted from paytm. While returning it was not detected and i have to pay manually 55 rs. Because of this fault i have to suffer 25 rs. I have paid 55 + 55 but actual retrun charges was 85rs. I travel between bangalore and mysore quite often on nh275. Most of the highway is nice and clean and provides a satisfactory ride. However, there are many speed breakers along the entire stretch that have very poor signs to highlight these speed breakers. Added to this, there are no flashing lights warning about an upcoming speed breaker on the road and, there is no reflective white paint on the hump either. And where ever there are signs...

My name is myelsamy. B, i have a very bad experience from one of the paid toll at vaiguntham, salem quota.

I am using a fasttag obtained from kvb bank associated with my mobile number [protected]. The last time, i have used this toll was on[protected] where i was deducted 60, inr as toll charge.

I have not used this toll after this date, however, i have received a message...

I was traveling in swift dzire car towards pune and stopped to pay the toll. Toll amount was 90 rs and i gave 500 rs note. There was huge queue as the time was around 5 pm evening on sunday 16th dec. The person at the counter returned 410 rs to the person standing just outside the counter. The person standing outside the counter then returned me 410 rs and then i left the toll plaza. Am serving in indian army. And am going to salasar. When i am crossing toll plaza shobhasar nh 58 they are asking me my i card now that time i am not carry my i card but am carry my leave certificate and my other related documents. We crossed toll in between and they asked for toll around 25 rs.

And same for returning.
Why should i pay toll if i just have to travel for 7 km and toll is in between?

I asked authority to not to charge because we r residents of same area.
But he argued very arrogantly.

I sending complaint on nhai65... Every saturday, sunday and monday we are facing problem of waiting 20mins... So much time wasted. No proper response from employees... Rude response... People have more problema than benefit... Please take this compliant as serious take proper action.. If we are asking queries no one is there for giving solution.. It is better to increase tolls......

I am having vehicle no. Pb11av5470 and am maintaining sbi fastag id 34161fa[protected]c93a0.
Toll charges deducted twice for journey on 13.12.2018 at 6.02pm and 6.07 pm at kalajhar toll plaza on patiala sangrur highway in punjab for the same journey. Rs. 80.00 deducted at 6.02pm and rs.45.00 at 6.07pm.
I request you to arrange of refund of rs.45.00 in my account.

Respected sir i went every day laxmi nagar, delhi to bawana. But here is from some time i am seeing some hawkers selling there products on highway side by side. Therefor now there is too much chances of an accident. Police is also there but no body has any tension about that. Not only 1 or 2 hawkers but more then 20 are there after gaping of meters between 1 to 3 km. So i request you to do something about. Otherwise traffic jam and accident...

The fastag lane in athur toll plaza on nh45, edayalam near tindivanam is not dedicated. Vehicles paying cas are allowed in this lane defeating the purpose of etc.
I have used this toll on dec 11th 2018 going from chennai & on dec 12th while returning.
Both times, there was no dedicated lane!
The staff is also rude.

This complaint is about godhra - ahmedabad nh47.
On this road we need to pay toll some of rs. 105 & 90 at vavdi and pithai. Road condition from
Sevalia to ladvel is extremely bad. Big size of broken road in the middle. 2 times i was nearly to met with an accident just because of roads. If nhai cant provide good roads then why they are collecting toll. There is not any complaint number or any contact number on toll receipt....

On sunday I met with an accident due to tyre burst because of a huge cement block fixed on NH1 near Murtha toll plaza. The cement was sharp pointed and such a huge block. I'll go to consumer court and RTI. Why we are paying taxes to you?
Your NH1 highway is a in the worst condition due to which I have beared losses and met with an accident. I need to know what step you are going to take and what compensation u r going to give me....
