Grievance Description
We are from gujarat. Our village name is jagana, ta-palanpur, dist-
banaskantha, gujarat. We are having problems regarding railway over bridge in our
village jagana which is to be to made by NHAI with the partnership of railway ministry.
Now the issue is that over bridge will have the slope of 500 mtr. And then from at the
end of the bridge the road will be sealed by iron jaali because of high school and
primaray school So it will almost cover one kilometre. People are residing both side of
the over bridge. So if we want to go to the another side of the bridge, we will have to
walk around atleast 1 km for just going to another side of the bridge which is in actual
having a distance of 10 mtr in the past. So we are having a kind request to you sir that
please put under ground two box culverts so that we can easily cross the bridge. We
are really having many problems with this regards and we have also given this
complants to the higher authorities but still our problems are not solved . So we are
requesting you to please help us in this mater as much as possible.

The problem having not solve still no PMO OFFICE ordered to authorities but no one officer check the matter and we have less time so please do necessary in this case as much as possible ..
