We hire a taxi on monthly basis from gurgaon to bhiwadi and when we want to pay for our fastag recharge at the kekri duala toll he takes more than 25 min each time saying that taxis are supposed to wait. All others come and go in two minutes. We as customers suffer because the taxi is forced to wait. It is just the arrogant attitude of the staff that is creating problems
Dear sir/ Madam,

This s to inform you that, trucks to avoid toll they coming to near by village and spoiling the village roads. I would like to request you to take immediate action on this and stop leakage of revenue.
At Nh8 between Jaipur to chandwa ji mile stone 229 to 230.
I extremely sorry to say that road conditions is worse, in the centre of road a 2 feet dia and approx 2 feet deep dig .
Kindly see this otherwise an accident surely met with any one and vehicle may damage .so kindly fill that dig.and avoid the accident please.thanks

    Staff willfully charged rs 150 to n fro toll misguiding at madhuban toll plaza farah while the same has been duly deducted from my fast tag ac with paytm of mobile no [protected] on dated 28th oct. I was helpless and had to pay again. Kindly do the needful and refund the amount wrongly charged for one trip. Enclosing receipts copy and you may verify paytm fasttag ac [protected].
    Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 60 for transaction for Vehicle MBHCZC03SJJ273813 at Toll Kota Bypass Toll Plaza on[protected]T20:47:05. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 140.
    I want payment reversal. If NHAI can help.

      The operator say this fastag is black listed
      But on other toll plaza the card is working properly
      And my paytm fastag has full payment
      No issue with paytm
      Why this problem seen twice in 24 hours of tour
      M not happy with ur service
      Because a time we have no money then what can we do at that time

        The Puzhal to Tambaram Bypass so dirty that at the road sides there's so many plants, plastic, water stagnation during rainy days, sand that make the two wheeler skid ...very poor maintenance. Kindly remove the dead dog or any animals that lie on the road...which make the blood and the organs scatter all throughout the road. The sight of the roads is very ugly with all mud and dirts on the road sides and too much of shrubs, plants grown oversight in the median. There are many youngsters who stop to urinate, which makes our ride interrupted on this byepass road, so if the road safety patrol makes a visit could fine them. Water stagnation makes us to splash water over the other vehicles when we pass over the small pools of the roadside. So I kindly request your good office to make necessary changes for the neat and clean NHAI byepass connecting Puzhal to Tambaram.

          Dear sir,

          I am a regular user of this road and use this road while going to nabha and to ludhiana. I pay regular income tax and other taxes to centre govt and state govt. I own vernafluidic pb65 u 4564, i pay toll tax through fastag appx rs 1500 to rs 1700/month. On this road toll was started abheavy out 7 months back and since then we rae complaining at toll about these faults and poor maintenance.
          I have driver and can feel heavy bumps while travelling, we don't know why nhai is so reluctant to take action against contractor who constructed this road. Bumps start from point near chhat bir zoo link road point, next heavy bump opposite to sharon resorts 400-500 meters before azizpur toll plaza.
          For your reference i am attaching only 6 locations taken on screen shots, you can find these on maps, please take necessary action and improve bumps on sirhind and khanna flyovers

            I have bought sbi fast tag last year. My sbi fasttag is currently blocked and in the customer care number no one is responding. They simply pick the phone, but no voice from the other end. Sbi fast tag site is not always responsive. Operating the website from mobile is also very difficult. The number 1033 is also not working. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
            My sbi fastag has been blocked for atleast 6 months now. Contacted customer care many times, they told me it will get unblocked after a few days. Also asked me to contact the agent, which i did. The agent is saying there is no problem with my fastag. But i couldnt log in to recharge it. I am going to shift to some other fastag. Dont go for sbi fastag, it will create unnecessary issues.
            Even I am also going through the same issue My account got blocked and I am trying from last one week to get some support from SBI customer care team, however no luck.they are not even attending our calls.

              I have to pass everyday from tatiyawas toll plaza sikar road for my service there are no fast tag line for fast tag holding vehicle the toll management make a emergency line.in emergency line if you pay some amount to standing person than you can pass your vehicle through this line why mr. Pm & nhai promote fast tag if you can not serve pl z make shore that fast tag vehicle thoroughly pass from toll my car no is rj14 cr 8939

                Fast tag is not working in proper manner while exit at vadodra. We are doing daily up-down from ahmedabad to vadodra. At 3 places fast tag is working fine.

                I want to register a complaint against ahmedabad baroda express
                highway toll naka flore person.

                On dated 28th March, 2021 i was returning from pavagadh gujarat to
                Ahmedabad - Gujarat approx time 11.20 Am cross ahmedabad baroda
                express highway toll plaza.unfortunately our car fastag balance show
                insufficient that time toll person demand double toll Rs 220/-. that
                time i request to person i will immediate recharge my fastag and after
                you deduct the charge via fastag but this person not ready and not
                understand situation and only demand Rs 220/-. long time argument with
                toll person and he agree pay Rs 100/- charge. I was not ready to pay
                Rs 100/- temporary charge and ask for a full payment via fastag after
                recharge. During this duration this person spoke rudely with me and my
                family members.also this person did not show here name and other staff
                full support to this person. Approx 30 minutes discussion, not a tall
                manager or other responsible person comes on place. I request you to
                please take some action on this person.

                I want to register a complaint against ahmedabad baroda express
                highway toll naka

                On dated 8th June, 2022 i was returning from Mumbai to gujarat Ahmedabad -
                I crossed Baroda toll plaza on 8th June at 5:23 PM and deduct charged 105/- form FASTag car no GJ01RJ6389
                Then next day on 9th June 2022 I m at my home and I got message from my FASTag they charged 120/- at 1:48 PM that time I m at my office
                How is this possible if I crossed toll plaza then show me CCTV footage I give u CCTV footage from my office and parking that where I m

                  Fast tag idea is good but badly implemented. Fast tag system was bad in most places when i drove from bangalore to kanyakumari via madurai -21 october 2018. The fast tag sensors don't pick up the signals well, there were long q's in most of the toll gates sometimes more than 1 km, toll attendents are ignorant of the rules & understaffed. Nowhere to complain about our in road misery, the fast tag website is badly designed, unable to even make a complaint online in their website.

                      There is one religious structure right in the middle of tollway occupying one complete lane out of 2 available lanes (Yes you read that right). This road is managed by hyderaba-yadgiri tollway pvt ltd
                      I narrowly escaped with my family. This is disaster waiting to happen.
                      Why is that company collecting tolls for such roads, should we pay to die on road like dogs?

                      We would like to share the information for not providing the fastag lane in sonepat murthal collection center. Now the fastag lane has been converted to emergency lane and not giving easy access to the fastag holders to pass through it. All lines have been converted to fastag lane resulting all fastag users are liable to wait and stand in que to wait for passing of all vehicles. We have requested them to arrange a fastag lan e operational but they are not agreed to comply it. We are using the fastag from past some months and have not seen anywhere the hindrance like this and no seperate lane is provided here and we are still awaiting the seperate access to the fastag holders.
                      It is suggested to please inform the concern official to take the necessary steps for allowing the fastag holders through emergency lane or otherwise must provide the seperate lane so we can pass immediately without awaiting like others. Hoping that the immediate action be intiated to help out the fastag holders.
                      The highway between Rohat to Ahore in Rajasthan is in poor shape.
                      It seems no one is bothered for regular checking of the highway. Few places like Jaitpur have big patches of broken road.

                      Few unmarked speed breakers have also come up.
                      On jaipur ajmer toll plaza (jaipur toll plaza) the toll tax was deducted from my fast tag without my consent and also I have paid cash also for the same trip and the same thing happend while returning Also and money is not being refunded refunded also

                        High traffic problems on toll tax on weekends and festival. Toll service providers are also very rude on asking the reason of traffic, they are not treating customers gently. During the time of festivals we need to wait for half an hour for paying toll, what is the meaning of paying toll after waiting for such long hours. Please increase the number of employees at toll during festivals and weekends and also tell us the rules for toll
                        Sir I’m Mohamed faizal from Parangipettai I’m daily moves to Parangi Pettai to Chidambaram in between that place new bridge (Vellar bridge ) lot of trees on the new bridges so kindly remove the trees I attached some videos and pictures
                        On 21st October I crossed this toll Receipt enclosed. Roads covered under this toll is in a very bad condition.. Toll covers section of Chalthan to Waghaldhara on NH08. When I pointed this out to person on Lane14.He talked very rudely.

                          I want to say that i was travelling from Mumbai to pune on[protected].There is a toll plaza named as talegaon my fastag did not work there.It showed black listed as i moved to the fastag lane at around 10:40 pm[protected]. There was enough balance in my paytm that time.

                          There was successful fasttag transaction just an hour ago when i crossed khalapur Toll. Please let me know why there is issue and why people extracting extra. This is a scam which needs to be taken seriously. I will take this to high level.

                          Khed Shivapur toll plaza is refusing usage of Fast tags. Sensors are not working, toll authority has no fast tag gun available, toll plaza doesn't have complaints register and allows all vehicles to use all lanes - completely defeating purpose of cashless and smart transactions.

                            The toll plaza at attibele bengaluru is pathetically managed.
                            All vehicles, even those without fastag are allowed in the fastag lane. As a result the fastag lane is much much slower than the other lanes and people like me who have procured fastag have no benefit whatsoever.
                            Either do something about this or change the name to slowtag.
                            Most of the time at attibele this is the problem, especially yesterday we spent more than half an hour in the fastag lane.

                              On 21st oct '18 while returning from andhra pradesh to chennai, toll fee was collected twice one by way of cash and the other by deducting the amount from fast tag. My account balance went into negative balance. Timing: 20.43.02 hrs on 21st oct '18. My brother also shared such experience of collecting the toll fee twice by way of cash aswellas on the fasttag.

                              Kinldy arrange for re-fund of the toll fee collected above to my fasttag account.

                                Using fastag for more than 6 months..in spite of having fastag i have to wait in long queue for more than 20 min. Chengalpattu and dhindivanam toll plaza are not keeping seperate lane for fastag.
                                Request nhai to look through this if you want more passangers to move to fastag

                                When asked toll operators why they are not maintaining seperate lane they gave some rude reply. Kindly educate your works to mind the words they are using

                                I would really suggest nhai to change the name fastag to some thing else as its highly misleading us.
                                They wont let me gone through any lane to faridkot . I visit 2 time in 3 hours of ticket isuused .bt when i try to go through this toll plaza after 3 hour of my ticket .they ask for new one .they said i can use 1 time to go and 1 time return.my contact no is [protected] kindly resolve this issue .thank you very much.

                                  We have paid return toll of Rs 80.00for journey from Bankapur to DAVANGERE, WIDE R NO. TNO. [protected] ON 22.10.18 @6 AM. but road conditions are very pathetic, even worse than SH. IF YOU CAN NOT MANAGE ROADS WHY YOU CHARGE TOLL. IT'S MORE OF GADDE MEIN ROAD, WE CAN SAY. THAN GADDE IN ROADS. Service on the road is very poor and quality of roads, side railings, safety measures on NH where absent.

                                    I started using fasttag to save time and money and was very excited to use this next time. First 2 3 times it was working perfectly but after that i started facing issues with and instead of saving time... My time was getting rather wasted because of card reading issues. Today fasttag line was also open for general public too dated 21 oct 2018 at 6.30 pm i had to wait 20 mins while having a fasttag card and being in the fasttag lane at sikandra toll rajasthan at bikaner agra highway.

                                      Hello,

                                      We crossed the salaipudur toll plaza this evening. Since we had fast-tag installed in our car, we piled up in the etc lane queue. There were many non-fasttag users in the same lane us. It took nearly 15 mins to be patient and cross that toll. There was no one in the counter who seems to understand the language or the real purpose of etc lanes installed by govt. Will govt look into this? Or it is just another post which is going to read and ignored / left unresolved??
