I started using fasttag to save time and money and was very excited to use this next time. First 2 3 times it was working perfectly but after that i started facing issues with and instead of saving time... My time was getting rather wasted because of card reading issues. Today fasttag line was also open for general public too dated 21 oct 2018 at 6.30 pm i had to wait 20 mins while having a fasttag card and being in the fasttag lane at sikandra toll rajasthan at bikaner agra highway.
Regarding construction of Ahmadnagar Karmala Tembhurni National highway 516/A

    Hello,

    We crossed the salaipudur toll plaza this evening. Since we had fast-tag installed in our car, we piled up in the etc lane queue. There were many non-fasttag users in the same lane us. It took nearly 15 mins to be patient and cross that toll. There was no one in the counter who seems to understand the language or the real purpose of etc lanes installed by govt. Will govt look into this? Or it is just another post which is going to read and ignored / left unresolved??

        I travelled through kamkole toll plaza on hyderabad to mumbai national high way may times. Every time i see trucks and other vehicales being allowed in fast tag lanes fir toll payment though no tags for those vehicales and no penalty charged.. For genuine fast tag users like me it is causing delay and we don't see any benefit for having fast tag.
        I questioned person on duty but reply was rude and dared us to complain

        There are some large pot holes near Ai River Bridge, NH 31, east side. My vehicle fell to it yesterday and I was some how managed to escape unheart.

          I was going towards chennai from nagercoil. On 20-oct-2018 at 16:10hrs, i crossed salaipudur, tn toll plaza was allowing all cars in fastag lane without charging any fine for non fastag cars. I waited for almost 5-7 minutes at that toll. And upon questioning the staffs they where very arogant and told me to complain to where ever i want. It was such an unpleasent experince. Please look into this matter, i felt cheated for the service as assured by fastag norms.

          We crossed Salaipudur Toll Plaza on 19th October to reach Tirunelveli and ETC lanes were kept accessible to all no-fasttag users also. There was a huge traffic and we complained to the person sitting in the counter regarding this. He simply said ' This is just to avoid traffic'. Seriously???? Please educate the people over there with respect to the use of installing ETC lanes.

            Sir previously we have issues with this kappalur toll plaza they charge single for return journey also in my fastag but now they went one further and debited without my vehicle tn67g0288 passing through the toll with double as 75 and 75 charged from my paytm wallet please help me i have lost more money with this toll and i informed them they said to ask paytm but paytm said you should ask the toll. Please stop either one of them.

              We were delayed by 15min approx in toll plaza of second vivekananda bridge tollway company, dhulagori, west bengal. On asking the toll staffs shouted and spoke very rudely. Only one lorry was before us. There was no backup. A photocopy of the toll ticket is attached for reference. I request the concerned authority to take strict action against them and claim penalty.

                Every time i face issue with the operations team in fast tag lane.

                Just today, they allowed a truck to enter the fast tag lane and it did not have the tag. After waiting for 10 minutes and a long queue, someone in front of my car had to get down and request the team there to clear this out. We had to go through the other lane.

                This is a repeated issue and the staff is very rude.

                We are very sad as citizens of india. We are paying tax, paying for fast tag, yet we are the ones who have to struggle daily to earn our bread and hassle with minor issues like waiting at tolls.

                  Sir, i, shishir kumar barik is a villager of baunshamuhan, po - khantapada, dist - balasore. Our village is situated side to nh-16. The high way at nh bridge near gauduni pokhari chhack is at unsafe condition which lead frequent accident for last 1 year. The local nhai official also been informed about the serious problem but no spectacular effort not been taken by the concerned authority. I am very sorry to inform that 5 nos of fatal accident already happened due to aforesaid reason. Kindly look into the matter & take needful action in this regard.

                    At the highway toll plaza at walajapet and sriperumbudur the fasttag lane is opened even for vehicles having no tags. Infact the manual lanes were faster than the fasttag lane. The toll plaza people are rude and arrogant saying "if you want to go just go... Do not ask us questions... Go and complain". This is the highway between bangalore and chennai. This is the 5th instance where i have noticed this specifically at these 2 toll plazas.

                    - 19th oct 2018 (12:00 noon at walajapet and 1:00pm at sriperumbudur)

                      We crossed this toll plaza around 10.40am today. The fast tag lane is accepting cash and wait time is more than 6 to 8 mins. When we asked the toll plaza person why is he accepting cash in this lane. He said all are fast tag as well as cash accepti g. Pls make sure fast tag lanes don't accept cash. Penalty should be charged from the offenders.

                      The actual purpose of fast tag is defeated by accepting cash.

                      Hopefully action will be taken to our complaint.

                        2. Hamne bola ki agr ye i'd farji h toh apko imam milega.
                        3. Unhone ek gunde wali bhasha use krte hue bola, ki is i'd pe pura number nhi h, hamne kaha ki aaj kal adhar card or baad ki 4 digit hi aayi h. Tab tak or log jo toll staff tha vahin aa gya. Or sab mil ke badmashi dikhane lage.
                        4. Hamne phone nikala or bola ki ab boliye aap ki ye i'd farji h, toh unhone vdo banane ko mana kiya,
                        5. Hamre sath ek media person the unhone apna card dikhaya, toh vo or gusse me aa gye.
                        Or misbehaving toh m nhi kahunga, qki misbehaving hi hoti toh m complaint nhi krta. Unhone jo vdo hamne banai uski delete karne ke liye gunda gardi dikhai. Or 6 se 7 log hame dhamkaane lage, hamne gaadi ke shishe band kiye toh unjone gadi me hath maare.
                        6. Fir ham sales office gye or unki complaint ki.
                        7. Complaint karte hue unhone us admi ka naam rajkumar bataya. Usko office me bulaya gya jarur or hamare samne nhi laya gya.

                        8. Qki hamari insult hui, or bohot hi bure tarike se hui, isliye ham bhi gusse me the, isliye hmne bhi office me ye kaha ki itne log ek admi pe chipat rahe the, ladna chahte h toh nikalo usko bahar. Or lad le.
                        Fir hamne office se achha behaviour dekhne ko mila or hamara gussa bhi shan't hua. Hamne fir kaha ki use bulao. Pr unhone use chhipa liya.

                        Kya vahaan trained people nhi rakhe jaate.

                        Meri apse request h ki toll or likhaya jaaye ki agr customer k sath koi ghtana ho or use video banane ka avsar mile toh vo banaye, qki apne bhi complaint k format me vedio upload ka option diya h, or jab vo log vedio banane nhi denge toh is option ka kya fayda.
                        Or ye hi right toll staff ko bhi ho ki vo bhi vedio bana sake, isse fainsla karna aasan hoga.

                        M bas itna chahta hun ki vahan ka staff khud ko ek power ki aad me khada feel krta h, isliye 5000/- ki nokari, dimag me communication k tarike 0, hote hue bhi customer ko gunda gardi dikhate h, na unhe kannon ka dar or na hi management ka. Khule aam gundagardi dikhate h.
                        Plz aap us admi pr action le.

                          I am travelling from chennai and i am on my way to madurai and so far i have crossed 7 toll plaza. I am writing this note on behalf of my father. He is working for indian army for past 38 years. I have seen a display board always before entering the toll and which says toll fees are exempted for army personnel but i had paid for almost 3 tolls out of seven.. From this i have learnt there is no respect for persons who works for country.. Such bad experience.

                            Just now at 3:45pm i crossed the dasna toll plaza.. I paid the toll tax but in return i have been provided with a receipt.. Which was printed on 8:02 am. Tick no. Of the receipt is[protected]. Hope so you people will take some action against such looting of public money. I guess it's the reason highways are unable to recover it's invested amount back for several years and normal citizens are forced to pay for years while passing through these roads.

                              I have Fastag purchased thru IDFC Bank.
                              Highly disappointed by the service provided by the toll plazas. They don't want this fastag to be a successful way of paying tolls. They create all the hurdles...
                              1. At the Lembalakudi Toll plaza between Karaikkudi and Pudukottai Though I travelled thru within 24 hours, instead of charging a return fee, they charged me 2x single journey fee...

                              2. At the Tindivanam Pondicherry toll plaza, the FAstag lane was closed with a barrier, so I had to drive thru the normal lane. But the attendant at the booth objected that why I am coming thru Cash lane. I said the lane is closed, then he says the security has gone for a tea break, and I should wait till he comes back or I should have honked!!!. I refused to go back, and had to argue for 10 minutes, then he brought a handheld reader and after scanning the tag, let me thru after 15 minutes... Almost in every toll plaza, the attendants are purposely delaying the fastag vehicles, so that next time you donot prefer fastag... this is the status of toll plazas...
                              To hell with Fastag
                              I strongly recommend everybody and anybody not to go for fastag

                                Dear Sir,

                                We were travelling on[protected]towards Mumbai along with our family after completing our Ganesh Chaturthi Festival in our Native place in Konkan.

                                We were carrying our Ganesh Chaturthi Special Pass issued by RTO Mumbai after instructions by Hon. CM Devendra Fadavnis for exemption of toll.

                                We were exempted Toll throughout Kolhapur to Mumbai while coming back from Konkan but on Khed Shivapur Toll the Toll Attendant argued with us saying rules are not applicable here and charged us the toll fees.

                                I am attaching Receipt of the same and Toll pass for your reference. Appreciate if action is taken and amount is refunded against such scams which are taking place in our country.

                                we have raised this complaint to NHAI pune authority on next day[protected] itself, but there is no positive action taken in spite several calls and email.

                                  It is very alarming that second time in a row that rs. 85.00 was deducted on account of toll tax as per above said details. I am having monthly pass for the said toll tax, having validity till 07.11.2018. Proof is attached.

                                  It is practically impossible for a person to keep watch every time that amount has been debited from fastag or monthly pass is utilised.
                                  Becoz refund procedure is also very time consuming.

                                  In a week, this is second time. The person seating on seats at toll plazas should be made responsible for this mistake and action must be taken.

                                  The customer like me is not at fault. Then why we should bother for this mistake.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to refund rs 85.00 +85.00=170.00 immediately.
                                  Please ensure that this should not be repeated in future otherwise i shall be forced to move to concerned agencies for justice.

                                    On17/10/18 around 1715 hrs at gharaunda toll plaza, lane 10, staff asked me to go out of the lane and use another lane (Although i was the second commuter in line). On asking what’s the problem and reason to reverse all the way back, staff member mr rohit said, “the first commuter needs to arrange for a pass and hence i have to get out of the lane. At my request about being concessional as it’s hard to drive 30-40 meters while reversing and not to mention the judder bars would make it even harder, was told that should follow his command or won’t be allowed to cross the plaza. I responded to complaint about this behaviour but staff was not bothered about it. I have to get out of the car to arrange for phone number and what followed afterwards was even shocking. I was greeted with a flithy abuse (Can’t even describe what he said), and on my retaliaton i was highhanded by same person.
                                    My blood was boiling that being a tax paying commuter why should i tolerate this behaviour?
                                    When i tried to catch mr rohit who was trying to run away i was mob attacked by fellow staff members, one in particular mr sanjeev who was voilent as hell.
                                    My parents and wife tried to intervene but was of no use and as a result my mother received a broken thumb, father was insulted and i received bruises and unbearable insult.
                                    At the scene, toll plaza manager mr varun arrived who defended his staff’s behaviour without even listening to my side of story.
                                    Police arrived at the scene and witnessed the abusive behaviour by staff sanjeev (Who was threatening me even in front of police officers) and mr varun who even refused me to lodge a complaint in logbook.
                                    At police officer’s request my complaint was lodged and video footage was checked but the camera angle couldn’t cover the scene.
                                    When i tried to lodge fir against the abusive behaviour toll plaza manager, staff members sanjiv and rohit all apologised to my family and forced me not to raise a police complaint as it may harm their families.
                                    My parents got convinced with their emotional blackmail and refused to raise a legal complaint against them.
                                    Now i am only left with one question, as per nhai guidelines issued in february 2016, which recommends the behavioural training of the toll plaza staff has been taken seriously or just being ignored like other rules?

                                    This threatening behaviour clearly displays the rowdy attitude of the concessionaires and lack of respect for the commuters and law and order.
                                    Medical examination revealed multiple fractures in thumb and recommended surgery on 20/10/18.
                                    Who is responsible for the medical bill and moreover the unbearable pain my mother has to go through as a result of toll plaza’s inhuman behaviour??
                                    Reports from the medical practitioner will be submitted asap on the same forum.

                                      After the railway flyover from Gzb. to Hapur an illegal toll has been built on which no NAHI board, No staff in the dress and no one is providing receipts.
                                      It is therefore requested please take legal action against which persons includes in illegal recovery on unauthorized toll plaza in Dasna, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

                                      We have small business man and we are travel weekly 2 days run RajNandgaon to durg but we have pay 90 rupee charge .this amount our side very highly or we have not afford able to my work we have proper residents RajNandgaon than we have provide aadhar card residents proof but toll plaza does not accept and loudly tone behaved.

                                      The traffic is such a mess. The traffic is for about 1.5km. How will people travel to their native during festival. The toll must be left free. Satisfaction level 0

                                        Sir, I am having fasttag in my car TN13L3938. Yesterday night (15/10/2018) I was returning back from Tirupathi to Chennai. When I am crossing S.V.Puram tollways by 09:56:44 Pm they collected cash Rs.65/- towards toll charges under receipt No.2618 terming that the fasttag is not working. But after crossing the toll I received message that the same amount is debited in fasttag also wide ref MA3ELMG1S00510133 at 09:56:02 pm.
                                        Similarly when crossing Chennai Vanagaram toll plaza with the same query they also collected cash Rs.40/- wide receipt 442197 at 16/10/2018 by 12:31:55 AM. But a message was received later that the same amount was debited in fasttage also under reference number MA3ELMG1S00510133.
                                        How it was happened and why your people making public fool. You may enquire on this and arrange to refund the amount to my fasttag immediately. Otherwise I will move to necessary forum for making it done.
