The toll worker at azizpur toll plaza (Zirakpur to chandigarh) said it was not allowed to make a second journey on a return trip ticket (Ticket number [protected] booth number lr4) within the 24 hour limit of return ticket.. He insisted to pay for the toll and he even typed on the wrong vehicle number for the ticket which i checked on later as he could not punch in same vehicle number within the 24 hour time period i assume. The later ticket number he punched is [protected] booth and operator number is lr6. The person on lr6 also misbehaved with me. Kindly take this seriously.

One day i was travelling from mumbai to madgaon and when i reached mumbai kolhapur highway some guys came on bike near my car and started saying something when i brought my window down they said my car is punctured and then i stopped and got 5 to 6 punctures
When i reached my destination someone told me that these guys travel from one area to other and keep on stopping the cars and put some pebbles so that your car gets punctured badly
Please take care while you travel on the highway and find something like this
Because our government cant punish them instead its always the innocent who gets stucked in all these matters

We are passing ur toll on 16 nov 18 at 0315 hrs. At that time ur staff mr. Akash khilje id no.15459 was miss behaving with me and also stating that we are get bored due to armed force person and he takes toll money forcefully.
Sir as gov of india allready stating give respect to the soldiers on toll plaza. Then also...

Now from last 20 days it has been obvious to face the heavy congestion on gurgaon to delhi highway, which is just crossed to mahipalpur flyover at aerocity, some construction work is going on under the highway.

Heavy jam starts from gurgaon toll and it remains till crossed mahilpalpur flyover and the distance of jam is appx 10km and it takes about 1/1.5 hour to complete this 10km distance.

Please get this road rectified!!

The passengers are having problems regarding the nh 91 road conditions it takes too long to reach from aligarh to etah, the road between these two cities is fully filled with pits and takes so 4 hour to reach 70 km earlier it takes only 1hr 30min but it takes 4 hour now due to bad condition of road. So please take serious action regarding this issue as soon as possible

I live in kota and my car no. Allotted by kota rto. Office. I went bundi on 11 of november when i was return to kota then at kota bypass hanging bridge toll plaza server online debited of toll plaza charges in my fast tag account.
As per govt. Rule kota and bundi personal vehicle no. Is free on kota bypass toll plaza so please refund my amount in my account.

I am a frequent traveler to bangalore from hosur and i would have to cross the attibelle toll plaza. It would always take a minimum of 4 to 5 minutes to go through the fast tag. I am still surprised to see that non fast tag are being allowed and poor management is one of the main reason for congestion. Some times you need to wait for more than the 10 minutes to get cleared. I have been frequently asking the person who would be verifying the toll who has no courtesy to talk in cool sense. It would be really difficult to hire people who are not able to provide user friendly services to the society which is obviously a part of their work. This is been so casual as people have no other option of taking a different route.

If i recall a clarification provided by nhai, any vehicle waiting for more than 3 minutes need not pay a toll. If that's the case most o[censored]s shouldn't be paying the toll at all

I would request you to look into this problematic issues and help the commuters to travel in comfort as we pay for the services and demand that is part of our demand

Severe damage has been done to the national highway - 8 mahipalpur - delhi where underpass contruction work is being conducted.. All of a sudden a bump is developed on the road which has put traffic on halt.

During peak hours, jam is extended to several kms causing waste of our valuable time... Standstill vehicles are adding more poison in the delhi air.

Kindly fix this asap as...

On enquiry and they also give you pass for that much, the toll plaza of azizpur (Zirakpur to rajpura) charges 1100 rs for monthly pass and a month ago rate was 1300 rs while the real fees is 240 or 250rs. You need to know it from sources or need to fight a lot to get monthly pass on real rates. This is illegal. You can check it yourself anonymously or do a sting operation or something.

Also, i am not sure about return journey though, they don't let you go to and fro after one time on the same ticket within the time frame of 24 hours. Why?

I m putting complaint regarding misbehaviour and threatning to the costomer. They always closing the all lane and running one line so we are facing the big problem after normal crowed and any thing query we are asking to them they are threatening to us. They are saying we will see u and directely coming in 5 and 10people of group and fighting. It is a normal thing at tha dhaneshwar to toll paza at nh27. And they are threatning. Like they will beat. After we are paying the than what for they are misbahaviour. Pls take some action regard this

Last sunday i travelled to bangalore from salem, while going i paid by cash for both single and return within 24hrs option in ordinary lane even i was not crossed fastag lane. But i was paid double by cash and also from my fastag account. I just want my money back how could i claim.

My cash was double time debited

1). Toll l&t krishnagiri thopur toll plaza on 11/11/18 transaction by cash payment transaction no.[protected] total paid rs.140.00 and at the same time amount was deducted from my hdfc fastag wallet details as follows vehicle makdf55bhj4008618 debited amount rs.95.00 by hdfc fastag.

2). Same happened again in toll attibelle on 11.11.18 makdf55bhj4008618 amount rs.30.00 from my hdfc fastag wallet and same paid by cash details recipt no.439, op. 780001, shift no.[protected].

3). While return from bangalore same happens in toll krishnagiri plaza details 12/11/18 rs.65.00 deducted. But cash paid already in toll details krishnagiri toll plaza bar code id : njfqg52f, ticket no. Ibbi0973

I travelled on Dt.09/11/2018, Ghaziabad to Bareilly through Vehicle no. UP14 DU 1400, While travelling I paid Toll Tax of Rs.35.00 in Cash at Dasna Toll Plaza as well as amount deducted through ETC also, Toll Tax paid Rs. 50.00 in cash at Brijghat as well as amount deducted through ETC also, Toll Tax paid Rs. 120.00 in Cash at Moradabad Bareilly Express way as well as amount deducted through ETC also.
Total amount of Rs.205.00 collected twice as mentioned above I am enclosing herewith Cash receipts and statement of Paytm also. Time on Paytm is differ as Cash receipts.

With much disappointment i have to say that behaviour of employees of toll plaza at balgudar lakhisarai bihar is unbearable. They used abusive language and misbehave with ladies. We were in festive mood, travelling to our native place but their behaviour spoiled our journey. They did this just bcoz we asked them for receipt. Details -

There is no difference in normal lane and fastage lane, toll plaza's allow both kind of vehicles on dedicated lane whether you have fastage or not, sometimes it takes more time than normal way to paying tolls. And many toll plaza hasn't install fastage lane indicator board before the toll gate, it's very difficult to change the lane at the last minute.
Needs more improvement to run fastage dedicated lane smoothly.

The contractor ratan singh who he clàims is from jammu and his team are issuing passes for local area residents which is for good cause. But they are charging 255 rupees for paper pass with stamp valid till end of the month only. Why? Not for complete one month. If some one purchase a pass on 15th, his pass will expire on 30.11.2018.
Is this authorized by nhai?
As far as we know nhai issues valid plastic swap cards which are swapped in front of electronic machine and are valid for whole month... Here there are no rules no system no support and moreover no fastag.
Please look into this or else this will be escalated to central government, vigilance team, legal court.

I Dr anantu kumar.writen a formal complaint against hemant kumar.ramashish and atul these three peaples are toll plaza staff.
Mr.hemant kumar was miss behaving me in rough language and abusing me in upset voice.then after ramashish was came and both hemant and ramashish was beaten me. Then after atul was came and he was also abusing me and threatened me.
Such type of incidence occurred at around 3.19 pm dated 12.11.2018.at patna bakhtiyarpur highway toll plaza near didarganj. Patna

Dear vendor,
Irb people misbehaved with us at tamalwadi toll plaza when we asked a reason for rejecting our rs 200 legal tender. They claimed my journey and passing through aforesaid toll plaza with my family was timepass for them.
Also, three - four people gathered there n yelled at us.
One named himself raju bhosale. But, i doubt whether this is his real name

I request you to look into it n take corrective actions asap.

I have noticed that few toll plazas were deducting toll twice once through fast tag and manual as well. Those toll plazas say that fast tag is not working at that time and they make us go through the normal gate which is also fast tag enabled thereby deducting toll while passing through that as well. The message for fast tag comes at a later time by when we would have gone at least 10 km. I myself came across such instances some 3 times. My vehicle number is ka01mn4036. Latest incident happened at devanahalli toll plaza near bengaluru airport. Kindly check these discrepancies in the system.

Too much toll charging for the the vehicles running from nashik to malegaon.

There are two tolls which cost for cars as follows
1) near pimplegaon rs. 130/-
2) near chandvad rs. 130/-
Total toll 260/-

Distance 105 kms

About rs.2.5 per km toll.
For this distance fuel cost is maximum rs. 400 and i have to pay rs. 260/- as a toll which is not worth.
I am not against the pay but it should be rational.

Same thing is for toll near songir (Dist. Dhule, maharashtra),
If i have to go to travel from dhule to songir, i have to pay rs. 100/- for travelling of 20 km.

There should be solution which are using the roads for small distances.
