The contractor ratan singh who he clàims is from jammu and his team are issuing passes for local area residents which is for good cause. But they are charging 255 rupees for paper pass with stamp valid till end of the month only. Why? Not for complete one month. If some one purchase a pass on 15th, his pass will expire on 30.11.2018.
Is this authorized by nhai?
As far as we know nhai issues valid plastic swap cards which are swapped in front of electronic machine and are valid for whole month... Here there are no rules no system no support and moreover no fastag.
Please look into this or else this will be escalated to central government, vigilance team, legal court.

I Dr anantu kumar.writen a formal complaint against hemant kumar.ramashish and atul these three peaples are toll plaza staff.
Mr.hemant kumar was miss behaving me in rough language and abusing me in upset voice.then after ramashish was came and both hemant and ramashish was beaten me. Then after atul was came and he was also abusing me and threatened me.
Such type of incidence occurred at around 3.19 pm dated 12.11.2018.at patna bakhtiyarpur highway toll plaza near didarganj. Patna

Dear vendor,
Irb people misbehaved with us at tamalwadi toll plaza when we asked a reason for rejecting our rs 200 legal tender. They claimed my journey and passing through aforesaid toll plaza with my family was timepass for them.
Also, three - four people gathered there n yelled at us.
One named himself raju bhosale. But, i doubt whether this is his real name

I request you to look into it n take corrective actions asap.

I have noticed that few toll plazas were deducting toll twice once through fast tag and manual as well. Those toll plazas say that fast tag is not working at that time and they make us go through the normal gate which is also fast tag enabled thereby deducting toll while passing through that as well. The message for fast tag comes at a later time by when we would have gone at least 10 km. I myself came across such instances some 3 times. My vehicle number is ka01mn4036. Latest incident happened at devanahalli toll plaza near bengaluru airport. Kindly check these discrepancies in the system.

Too much toll charging for the the vehicles running from nashik to malegaon.

There are two tolls which cost for cars as follows
1) near pimplegaon rs. 130/-
2) near chandvad rs. 130/-
Total toll 260/-

Distance 105 kms

About rs.2.5 per km toll.
For this distance fuel cost is maximum rs. 400 and i have to pay rs. 260/- as a toll which is not worth.
I am not against the pay but it should be rational.

Same thing is for toll near songir (Dist. Dhule, maharashtra),
If i have to go to travel from dhule to songir, i have to pay rs. 100/- for travelling of 20 km.

There should be solution which are using the roads for small distances.

Due to heavy rush on 11nov2018, no toll collected on mumbai to pune express way for any of the vehicle going towards pune. But as a fastag customer they have deducted the amount. As per rules above 500 m lane, toll can not be deducted. Now hdfc fast tag asking for the letter from toll plaza. For 138/- ₹, why i should go and spend from my pocket. Its cheating and fraud by both toll plaza and fastag issuing authority.

On the toll booth at urse plaza only 2 out of 6 booths are open on a sunday evening which is time for high traffic. All the people waiting in line have already paid the toll at the khalapur toll plaza and just have to show their tickets to leave but because of the mismanagement everyone had to be in line for an hour. Police present were not interested in managing the traffic but were asking for fines from trucks.

Even though there are dedicated lanes for fastag users, those two toll plazas are issuing tickets in the dedicated fastag lanes and are using those lanes as non-fastag lanes. This is causing the delay & the purpose of fastag is not fulfilled. I request the concerned authority to look in to the issue and ask the management to provide the dedicated lane for fastag at nelamangala & tumkur toll plaza.

Is it authoried to move luggage in civil hired vehicle?
Is civil hired truck on army duty exempted from payment at toll plaza or not?
If it is authorised what is the ruling?
In case it is authorised, toll plaza managers are supposed to know the authority or not?

I, vijay kumar, an employee of rajiv gandhi thermal power plant, khedar and residing within 20 km radius of nh52, bado patti, hisar toll plaza. All my identification documents and my car rc have my hometown sonipat address and toll plaza employee not accepting my office letter for resident proof. They are asking to register my car rc in barwala to avail monthly pass facility. Being a government employee we transferred from one location to other. So it's not feasible to change my documents every time i posted to other location. Also the villagers of khedar where plant colony is situated getting free passage to the toll plaza. Then why toll personnel doing partiality with plant employee.
Please give necessary direction to toll authorities to provide monthly pass facility to all the thermal plant employee' who are responding within 20 km radius. For any clarification you can contact me on my phone no. [protected]

Dear sir there is more than 50 dangerous potholes in muzafarpur to motihari nh 28. Before chakiya tole plaza. Tole plaza agency name rajendra singh agency. When i have ask for the complain register first they refuse to give. But after asking again and again then they have given. But it doesn't seems like complain register. Never checked by any authority. Even tryed calling 1033 it's also not working. When govt is charging money for good road. Then they should provide that. Or no right to charge tole tax till road is free from potholes.

Travelling taj expressway to agra. As there is no indication of lucknow express way we reached by mistake on toll.. As there is no diversion defined for tundla. We told them to back my car but toll staff has misbehalfed and charged toll. We have tried to make them understand but all have covered my car... And forcefully taken toll... As there were ladies in car i have to pay the toll.. Case is of dt. 06-nov-3018 late night around 20:00hrs. We are travelling to hometown for diwali.

Request you to take action against them.

If such kind of incidents come along is very difficult for public to travel on roads.

I was travelling from dholpur to agra from agra gwalior path ways on 9th of novemeber time in between 7 to 8 and was missbehaved by nhai employee when i asked for my rights to 3 minute rule and i waited about 25 minute so why should i pay toll for such misbehaving i was also told that why you should take money whlie i was waiting 15 minute. All are abusing me i was with my family with my 2 kid and his security guard was abusing us.

This is not they way to handle a nagrik in namo and nitin gadkari ji era

This is regarding the street lamps not on for half of the hosur - electronic city flyover, bangalore - from past few days.
I have already informed the local authorities in the toll gate - and not received any response from their end.

Please do have the officials look into this and get this fixed asap - its very dark vehicles with high beam from opposite side blurs our visibility.

Dear team,

I have found around 170 speed breakers in the just 80kms distance from battapalli in anantapur district to kadiri mandalam in anantapur district.

Though the highway is proper, but people are suffering due to heavy speed breakers installed almost every here and there on the highway. Lot of pregnancy women is facing the issue o[censored]nable to move better hospital in battapalli village from kadiri mandalam in anantapur district.

Would request to please immediately uninstall the unwanted speed breakers as 170 is a very huge no for a distance of 80kms.

Today in morning at 11:35:29 crossed the kot-karor kalan toll plaza and had return ticket no[protected]. On returning at around 10:45 pm i misplaced my ticket and asked the toll man that i misplaced the ticket and had return ticket. He checked in the control room about the ticket and said that only one way ticket was provided. Again i asked dand he checked the system twice and said no. I checked the car and got the ticket it was a return ticket. I showed it to person and he said ok. I said why your system is not showing. He said to talk with the control room. The person come from control room and i discussed the matter and he said that u said the wrong number and i said that your system camera is checking the number of car and never before while providing the ticket you asked for car number. I asked him about grievience email i'd or number and he rejected to provide the number and took me to the control room and there he also not provide me complaint register or email i'd. Then the manager came out and he said that your matter is solved then no matter of complaint and i don't have grievience email i'd. I asked him about the complaint register, he said if the complaint is not there then why should i give you complaint register. They wasted my half an hour and not provide me complaint register and email i'd. This is harrassing that they are not providing complaint register. If we have to register complaint by asking the staff then what is the need of putting the complaint register. The manager said that it's your fault that you lost the ticket. I asked that you not even pit anywhere written that if you lost ticket then no one is allowed to pass the toll and then what is the system for...

This issue regarding exemption of toll tax for veteran officers, soldiers, airmen and sailors of the three armed forces of our country seems to be a difficult and bigggest task for our government to decide and issue a concrete directive to the few indecent toll plaza operators of the national highways. They don't have the minimum discipline to talk decently or know the value of their veterans.
Leave aside the toll operators, even the countries highest decision making authorities neglect the sacrifice of their younger generations, who are garlanded when death overcomes their duty, but very reluctant to give a respectable and honourable life to the living veteran soldiers of this country. Giving the veteran soldiers a vip access through the toll gates is a reflection of a countries gratitude to the sacrifices made by us and our families. It does not cost to give respect but it pays off in maintaining the integrity and solidarity of the country in the long run. Talking about the financial loss to the govt exchequer for this exemption, i feel it can be counted on fingers, but the private toll operators are given an upper hand in this important national issue. We have been a country of freedom fighters and today the country is defended along the borders and internally by the fighters only. We should not be equated with the general mass. We have doctors, engineers, technicians who cannot be equated with a civilian professional in any way. Give respect and take respect. The father of a family is not forgotten or sidelined, just because he has got old. Veterans are the countries backbone, respect them. Give respect and take respect in return. Money is not the only thing for which we had taken up this life.

Today when we passed the ulunthurpet expressways toll.plaza in vilupuram we got a receipt where there was no vehicle number. We were charged 80rs for which we didn't get a proper receipt. It's our right to get the proper receipt. Where does our money go then??? No contact number of the toll plaza was also given.. let me know what should we do when we get such receipts. Take action against the toll plaza management

While going from bangalore to Gauribindunur, road work has not yet completed and today also every person using single side road for 2 way vehicles. Now they are charging toll fee against government norms.
I asked with them how can they charge toll with out completion of 75% road works? they didn't even reply and after some time they stared shouting on us, the lady who is sitting inside toll booth counter closed the window after asking the question with her.
