Dear Sir,

We would like to bring your kind attention to a matter which we are facing during crossing toll plazas at different places across India..the problem is we are unable to cross some toll plazas across India using the fast tag and always has to make the payment at toll plaza gate...however when we cross the toll plaza gate our fast tag account will be debited with toll fee...I am attaching here with the latest toll plaza bill we paid and the SMS message we got from SBI mentioning the details of charges debited into our account for crossing the same toll plaza...

Pls. look in to the matter and do the needful..

Really shocked to encounter abusive behavior by a toll plaza official calling himself as manager (Photo attached) at zeeda toll plaza, near bathinda (Punjab). We just requested him that we wanted to enquire about toll pass and meet manager of toll plaza. He started shouting at us that he is the manager and boss. He even threatened us that he will call his goons to handle us.

Being a respectable and responsible doctor, tired and exhausted from hospital work, was really exasperated to bear such a wrath.

This matter should be dealt seriously and the concerned guy should be penalized and discharged off from services.

Vanagram Toll PIN:6000095 crossing times consumes 7-8 minutes. No proper control measures. Except collecting money and harassing drivers. Toll was operated by private agency and the people behave very arrogant and harasing people. As per Law any toll after 10 years it should be vanished. whereas this toll again they re-laid road and collecting money from public.As per Law However after 3 minutes no collection of toll. why these toll authority harassing public.

Respected sir this is to bring in notice that today on your patas toll plaza your people wasted our time arguing with other swift car guy and after half and our they talked to someone on phone and let him go after that we denied to pay the toll but your people didn't co operate and behave like goons and forced us to pay said call anybody you can n staywhole night but we wouldn't let you go we had a bad experience of this as it's a law more than 3minutes you shouldn't be charged but they said it's not a law

Suggestions/ complaint book was not provided at toll plaza reception, misbehaving and even the higher up official refused to meet even after a long wait.

As a citizen of republic of india, the govt.. Appointed agencies are liable to listen to the complaints of general public.

However, the sole intention of toll collecting agency is profit making.

Hi, the fastag machine and hand-held scanner at chelagiri toll plaza at hadai-devgiri section was not working and my fastag was not recognized even after several attempts from both the fastag machine and the hand-held scanner. The main reason i opted for fastag was to avoid the nuisance of waiting and paying by cash. This incident has caused inconvenience not just to me but to other fellow fastag users here. Please rectify at once.

During our drive back from Delhi to faridabad on 26.09.2018 around midnight, the fastag machine was not working with the toll and we had to wait for good 15 mins. Upon question by my wife, the staff was abusive to the lady driver I spite of the fact we had a fastag on the car and upon protest he got violent and started a brawl . I have got major bruises on my back. Enclosed is the photo of the injury by the toll staff.

I want to complain about street lights of kalyan-shil road highway, on this road there no lights on highway from suchak naka to sonarpada which is around 7 to 8 kilometeres. Without light if somehow someone want to go on highway by walking its so scary even it is difficult to ride bike on this road at night and i was thinking that this is a highway which connects new mumbai and kalyan and so many schools and colleges on this road therefore i request you to please fix lights on this road. The road from lathikata to vedvyas on nh-143 is in a very distressed condition. The road especially approaching and on the panposh chowk area has developed lots of holes which are becoming bigger in size as the days are passing on. Moreover a thick smoke of dust has engulfed the whole area causing lots of health (Respiratory) problems to the residents, shopkeepers as well as the commuters.
Kindly arrange to repair for the sake of local citizens and transporters and oblige.

As per national highways fee rules, 2008 & amendment rules 2010, vide rule 11 (B) (Ii) the vehicles used for official purposes of state police are exempted from payment of fee. But the staff selvakumar of thirumandurai in perambalur dist, tn has refused to accept the police photo identity card from the head constable of tamilnadu police. While clarifying he replied that he got the oral orders to allow only above the rank of inspectors only. Drivers of the police vehicle will be in the rank of police constable & head constable only. Hence, kindly take necessary action against the staff and issue proper orders to the thirumandurai tollplaza company to allow the vehicles of tn police.

I would like to inform you that new platforms were relaid on both sides of anna salai, nandanam, chennai 600035 near ymca a few days ago. Now that there is going to happen a gala admk party meet on 30th of this month by which there are possibilities that the platforms might get damaged due to erecting of banners and flags. Kindly instruct your officers to take necessary action before the damage happens. There should be a permanent solution to prevent such damages that might happen in comings days also.

Recently i visit my home town dinara to kochas i got affred to see the conditions of nhai event tractors are got stuck on nhai 30, buses are also not able to run.

Kindly look the status of nhai and took the necessary action on it.

I m travelling to amritsar to ferozpur in between tarn taran toll came near sheroo i m freedom fighter my father was a freedom fighter and i m his son.. Whenever i go and pass from this toll they take toll nh54 is number of toll plaza my name is iqbal singh and they collect money from rs 115 but as govt rule toll is exempt for freedom fighter i request u to plz take action against about this...

We request to u please survey physical of nh 34 from aligarh to kanpur via etah, kannauj, this road is completely damaged & nhai is ignore this damaged highway last 1 year that's why every day many vehicle is brake down & every one suffer the long jam without fail & as a transporter our maintenance cost & fuel cost is increase every day.

So we request to you please survey this route & repair / prepared the road as soon as possible.

Hi - I would like to bring it to your notice that the fast tag lane at Raikal Plaza, NH-44, is always used for all vehicles - both Fastag and non-Fastag users. I've observed it every time I've crossed this toll. This caused unnecessary delays, thus beating the purpose of a prepayment mode to ensure faster pass through.

महोदय निवेदन है कि दिनांक[protected] को मै अपनी वाहन संख्या rj-09-cb-6651 के द्वारा उदयपुर से चित्तौड़गढ़ की तरफ आ रहा था मेरे वहां में फ़ास्ट टैग लगा होने की बावजूद मुझे नारायण पूरा टोल प्लाजा की फ़ास्ट टैग लाइन में नह जाने दिया गया जब मैने गार्ड को बोला कि मेरे वाहन पर फ़ास्ट टैग लगा है तो भी उसने मुझे दूसरी लाइन के जाने के लिए बाधित किया जब में दूसरी लाइन में गया तो वह मुझे पर्ची काटने के लिए बोला गया जब मैने बोला कि आप मेरे फ़ास्ट टैग एकाउंट से पैसे काटे तो उन्होंने मेरे साथ बुरा व्यवहार करते हुए गाली गलौच की ओर मुझे पैसे देने के लिए कहा तभी वहाँ खड़े खड़े मेरे फ़ास्ट टैग एकाउंट में से भी पैसे कट गए जब वो मैसज मैने उन्हें दिखाया तो उन्होंने मुझसे लिए नकद पेसो की रसीद देने से मना कर दिया काफी देर तक जब मैने उनसे रसीद मांगी तब उन्होंने मुझे रसीद दी ।

Sit, instay in ip extension and my apartment overlooks the newly built meerut expressway on nh 24. The roads have been elevated thus causing lots of disturbance. The residents whose homes face the highway are forced to lead a life full of noise of vehicles and their honking. Please install sound barriers alongside the stretch parallel to mother dairy road.

Fastag lanes are not working and at bankapur and chalkere tolls fastag lane was blocked with barigates and manual detection of fastag was done and i was let thru!
When toll both employees were questioned why they are not opening lane they start scolding us. Please look into this and help us in having smooth flow thru fastag lanes.

I was travelling from chandigarh to sangrur on 22 september, 2018 from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Two toll plazas near banur and patiala didnt take toll from me as i am grandson of a freedom fighter ganda singh from sangrur. I have freedom fighter card issued by government of punjab. But toll plaza on sangrur-patiala road took toll tax from me. I am an advocate also in punjab and haryana high court, chandigarh. I will take action on the toll authority...
