National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

I live inGurugram. I used to move daily from Gurugram to Delhi and back.NHAI has put hordings on right lane for warning to heavy vehicles to move in left lanes. But it is observed that heavy vehicles while entering Gurugram after crossing Delhi enter in right lanes. Due to slow speed of heavy vehicles all the cars have to overtake the trucks from wrong side. This is over violations according to traffic rules. And it is main cause of honking while overtake.
I am putting my humble request to take action in this regard for easing all light vehicles to move in right lanes.

I am traveling regularly on satara to pune section of national highway no 4. Quality of surface, road sections is very poor for a long time. No maintenance seems to be undertaken. There are large number of pothols at many places. Situation at many intersection is highly conducive for accidents to take place. Toll rect no 1167756. Anewadi toll plaza. 15 oct 2018.

I am using fast tag. My vehicle number is ts01ej3453. I was stopped at indalvai toll plaza in spite of my fast tag. The fast tag lane was closed and i had to use normal lane. I had a patient in my car and my journey was delayed by 15 minutes due to careless and irresponsible behaviour of the indelvai toll plaza persons.
A suitable disciplinary action may please be initiated against the persons who are involved.

My self shailesh tikar, i am resided in indore and indent of 13-oct-18, where i was drive from indore to dewas via nh-3 at time of travel my car cross from toll booth and toll - booth executive taken me 50/- instead of 20/- of one side.

In the time of return i nh that time toll executive taken 15/- both of slip i attached

Also when i asked about for why you taken 50/- charge from me than toll team misbehave with me.

Deadly road breaker between chitradurga & davanagere is awaiting take more life, i have witnessed many vehicle damages as road is steep with terrible road breakers 5 to 6 of them in one go. Road safety is worst. This village, kolahal, karnataka 577519. Witnessed many major accidents in the past. Till date no village bypass done, instead the road breaker creating chaos from the day one. I'm using fasttag. My vehicle no. Is pb10gs8398. Today when i crossed ladhowal toll plaza near ludhiana at 4:51pm, from philour to ldh side, plaza officials spoiled my 30 minutes expensive time. I was very much upset to see that vehicles without fasttag sticker were allowed to pass in fasttag lane by the officials of plaza. What is the benefits of fasttag? I may kindly be intimated if all such things happen. You can check the cctv footage as proof. Kindly take action against the concerned officials of plaza and intimate me

I am living in phagwara and daily up and down from phagwara to ludhiana by my vehicle. On 11/10/2018 my vehicle stop by toll authority on toll plaza and blaming me that last night you hurt our employee and break our barrier, i request them that you can check your cctv recording, but they was not ready to hear anything and call police from ladhowal police station near the plaza, i request them please see cctv recording and police authorities accept my request and see cctv recording.in recording all incident was clear, another vehicle hit their barrier
And they blaming me that you are criminal
And behave me like criminal
My question is that is they liable to stop any vehicle for 2 hours and imbose blame on anyone that you have done it, with the grace of god recording was safe and i am safe with the grace of god, please take proper action to save cute public from these type of bad ailments of society in future

Approve bastara toll tax should be free in 20 km area.... Too much money he/she will receive.. Staff is not good there.in comparison of panipat this toll is very bad.. If i am going to panipat i will give 120 per side nd 30 rs in panipat. It means 150 rs toll and 120 rs petrol. Same situation when i wil come back.. It is too much toll.. My home is 12 km far from toll tax. Every time i wil go and i wil paying 300 rs.. My request is. I[censored] dnt reduce the payment
Den free toll distance is 20 km.. Atleast karnal people are happy.. Many people in problem. Plz help in dis.

1. I am not able to get my monthly recharge even if a single trip is left. Once all the trips are finished, i am forced to pay the single journey toll payment to cross the toll plaza. That costs me extra.
2. Also i don't get the message of balance trips on my mobile.
3. At toll plaza trips are not displayed, when i cross the toll plaza that means i do not get any information about the balance trips.
4. I have lodged a complaint at kherki daula toll plaza on delhi jaipur expressway also but they told me that it is nhai fault and helpless to resolve the issues.

I have seen many speed breakers from dhone to bhagepalli and also carried till bangalore. I see the speed bumps should be on village roads. But to my surprise, many places they do not have. The speed bumps come as a package. Its not single, its a stream of speed breakers. Those will hurt the backs of elderly and people with back issues. Please correct the same. We are paying money to use the road. If any road has to join the main road, please allow them to join by running a parallel road for few hundred meters, similar to the road join near the flyovers.

I sadly intimating that nh218 humnabaad to vijayapur highway under construction and at jearatgi village of kalburgi district karanataka state widening of highway under process due to raid work accident happen 4 students dead no precaution measures like sign boards of work in progress not adopted and also no precautionary tapes attached at ongoing site due to negligence 4 students lost their life kindly take action against contractor l and t and projector director mr furtado for their negligence..

Earlier there was seperate lane of fastag users but now even with fastag i need to use normal lane, i mean there is no special arrangement for those using fastag. Everyone is using the same lane. Except sonepat's toll plaza every toll plaza provide seperate lane for fastag and emergency vehicles but sonepat has only seperate lane of emergency vehicles only.

Nh 8 pe shahjahanpur ke pass jo toll plaza h us pe bahut sare heavy truck toll chori kar rhe h. Wo sabhi shahjahanpur se highway ko chhodkar foladpur gao hote hue nayagao se neemrana nikal jate h. Rojana lagbhag 500 truck niklte h sham 4 se subah 5 tak. Lagbhag rojana aap ko 5 lakh ka nuksaan ho rha h. Iska jimmedar kon h wo aap pata lagye.

Dear sir i am a daily commuter from delhi to bhiwadi and it is getting difficult to cross kherki dhaula toll due to heavy congestion on both sides. It took me 30 mins to cross this toll towards delhi at 7.23 pm. There is no respite even after honorable supreme court judgment to open toll gates if there is more than 3 minutes of wait time. But as we see there is no one to assess how much time is taken to cross toll.

A kind attention on this issue would be of great help to public as well as country as 1000's of liters of fuel is wasted in these jams resulting in big loss for individual as well as for country.

Sir the condition of nh966a is getting worse every day, the approach roads leading to all bridges in the route from vallarpadam to kalamassery has sunken and because of that there is a gap between the road and bridges. Vehicles has to slow down at these points or else they risk damaging their rims and alloys,
As they brake to avoid the damage there is frequent accidents along the road.
Please do the need to level the gap and do check periodically for the changes in the road.

I got my fast tag and was trying to use it at the given toll station which is at "yashwantrao chavan expressway"
The toll person said that this is not available here and took the cash from me after crossing the toll i received a message that you have used your fastag and the amount of rs.138 has been debited, i mean how can this be possible when they said it not available or may be not working then how come the amount got debited, i need my refund and telling you not to use this service at all, i have removed the sticker from my car on the next day it self.

As we travel daily ahmedabad to baroda we took fasttag "to save our time" but it is not working properly every second day.. There not such great auto system i understood

If it's not working then the working authority is not solving problem and after 10mins waiting in queue they are changing line for toll
Atleast they should give a manual coupon from same line.
I know no body going to listen in this forum still complaining to make a change for india. Value for time

I was travelling from haridwar to delhi on 1st of oct.2018 evening, when i was reached to the wuptl toll plaza all lanes are working properly but l8 is not moving properly it was took 15-20min. To reach the window, when i asked the window person on l8 that what is the problem he was drunk and just started shouting badly and using abusive language.

Sir i am a physically handicapped person with 58 % disability. I use to go baghapurana from moga of punjab state. I am having a maruti automatic car (Without cluch) and driving car myself. But p. D aggarwal infrastructure pvt ltd, chandpurana (Moga) refuse all time to exempt and collect 75 rupees for up down every time. I always show them my physically handicapped identity card issued by competent authority. Kindly do needfull
