Dear nhai we kurnool people are unsatisfied with the constructed which is passing through kurnool (Nh44), almost 3 km extent of it has pass through the main city!! And nhai is responsible for lots of accidents and people died due to them, the road was purely unplanned it seems, how a nhai take decision to run a nh road inside a city!! Such a poor decision, everyday the people around those areas are difficult in passing or crossing the road for various purposes, several times public and traffic authorities complient about the same, but no reply from nhai till date, it shows the negligence on its responsibilities, soon nhai will face pil from us with necessary penalties.

Nh - 10 which passes through a village mundka in delhi is in very bad condition. It is totally broken across 2-3 km especially in mundka. There are too much pit holes on the road and due to which many accidents took place here on regular bases. This is also another reason for traffic jam in west delhi because this nh connects to haryana i. E interstate. Water on the highway keeps on standing 24*7 and because of which people are facing too much inconvinience. We have approched you with a view that you will help us from getting rid of this serious problem. We are suffering too much from this problem and we request you to contruct that nh-10 again with good material so that this problem can be permanently solved. I requst to the concerned authority to visit once in mundka and see the pathetic condition of national highway and take necessary steps to resolve it.

On 13/09/2018 time 11:50 a. M. I am going passing through bastara toll plaza
(Near karnal, haryana) they ask me recharge the pass i replied that i will get it recharged from the main counter as the employee sitting in the both are giving hand written slips which can't be relied. But in return he starts abusing us & threaten us by calling goons sitting near the toll, who are their paid employees some how i reached their office & asked their officer to register my complaint but not only refuses to register our complaint but also threaten us.

This is to inform you that we are into road transportation business and after the application of gst/igst/cgst & eway bills in india there were many agents/brokers who were sitting at several state borders collecting money from all the truckers in the name of entry charges/monthly entry charges illegally and harassing the drivers and the owners for not paying the same, who all were later removed/cleared from the borders by government body’s to finish all such illegal practices and maintain peace, this included the up border (Sikandra/dinara/raksa) where since last couple of months everything had stopped and there was smooth movement of trucks, but since yesterday. I. E.12.9.18 all of a sudden group of the same brokers & agents have gathered at the same border and forcibly collecting money from all the trucks in the same illegal way as previously done in which even the local police are also supporting them, we request you to kindly take immediate action on the same before the situation worsen. Similarly, even at the sendhawa border (Mp-maharashtra) there are many agents/brokers collecting money in the name of monthly entry through many transporters even though they no more exist at the border area, if not paid then they create trouble to the owners trucks movement while passing the border with support of some officials handling the border. Hope you take immediate action on both the above matter which will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Sir, i am complaining from dabhoi town of gujarat where a national highway is being constructed rapidly to connect to sardar patel statue. But the road is build 6-7 feets higher than ground level and all residential houses near highway are submerged. As entry to our house was from main road but it is impossible to bring in vehicle to our house. Highway ends just 5 feets distance from our house so there is waterlodgement during rain as height of road is 6 feets from the ground level. Locals have tried protesting and complaining to local bodies but because of builder loby pressure no action is being taken. I am willing to share pictures to show my problem, this is utter loot and misuse of taxpayers money. How can they raise the height of road so much that nothing is visible to residents, water coming in our house during heavy rains because water could not drain. Does our concern have any value because just to achieve your deadline this contractors are building roads hafazardly without considering the local residents issue. If atall such height was required why did you built the highway passing through the dabhoi town. You should have made bypass road so that locals are not troubled. With local i mean 500 house of different soceity spreaded at the stretch of 0.5 kms who are really angry. I would want you to please take action as soon as possible. As locals might block road and go on protest or fast in middle of highway if proper solution is not worked out. Soceity name: neelkanth park.

I was driving my car from beas to rajpura and road repair was going on near goraya not exactly know which location it was and suddenly stone was hit on my front mirror from the front may be from other driving cars, due to which there was crack observed on my front mirror and in this case i think there was no fault of mine and moreover of the other drivers too but then also i have faced this issue. Now my question is this who will get my mirror repaired as while taking the car i have given road tax and moreover when i was passing out from beas to ludhiana i have given toll tax too.

My vehicle no is kl 32 f 2208. Today[protected] morning firstly deduct rs 45 from my fastag account and then they deduct rs 30 again in the same day. Toll validity is 24 hrs. What is the reason to deduct cash again from my account. Pls read below the prof of it.

We were very happy on inauguration of epe on 27th may 2018. And i am travelling from duhai to kundli daily.
But today is 09th sep 2018, there is no lighting on the way, led poles are standing ideal, looks beautiful, but of no use.
Many of cars, trucks and two wheelers are drive on wrong side. Which may cause big accidents. These defaulters have no right to use expressway, they should punished, 8-10 year of imprisonment.
Trucks are not drive in their extreme left lane, they drive in first lane. Sometimes all 3 lanes are occupied by trucks. Due to this, car driver faces difficulty to drive.
About toll tax, i am paying rs.105 daily for return journey, which is a big amount.in almost 3 months of toll, monthly pass is still not implemented, why? Why we are forced to pay more?
Many of solar plates are also stolen from the way.
Gadkari ji please reply on these issues and try to resolve them.

I am one of the employee working in ncc department. As it has been known to all ncc staff and armed forces staff that, toll tax has been exempted to us as notified by secretary, nhai ministry of road transport & highways, new delhi endorsed vide govt. Order no. Notification no. Nh-11065/12/2003-p&m (14 dec, 2003) order - govt of india, new delhi.

While i was passing from marur toll plaza on duty, i have shown the order issued above, the incharge person namely mr av jadhav has rejected the letter and forced me to pay the toll fee.

Sir, i kindly request you to please intimate me if the same is correct or not and also if it is correct why the other toll gates are not collecting the same.

1. Large pot holes on over bridge in ambala near jaggi city plaza.
2. Very bad road on both sides just 200mt from ghaggar toll plaza on rajpura side. This leads to traffic jam & car breakdown.
Heavy toll & no maintenance.
Our taxes are being spent on lavish life style of big bosses & contractors giving bribes to higher authorities.
Immediately resolve the issue

Sir i do not even go ahaid even when i have fast tag pass. I do not no whether it is near to go fast or near to leave whenever the car comes in kanhan oriyantal toll plaza to see wether the paas near to behind the carriage is done in it, in which our times goes out
Please not that either put technically sound staff or repair your system

Sir this complaint is about light and potholes at jaipur kishangarh highway jaipur. At kamla nehru nagar puliya ajmer road jaipur. Puliya no. 275. Lights are not working from past 6 days. And here are big potholes in which many times biker fall down. Because lights are not working and it's so dark that they can't see potholes. So please solve this matter as soon as possible. Highway nh 8.

Service road near "the rooms" group housing on sohna road, gurugram is in complete dilapidated state. Not even motorable

It's in urgent need of repair.. A lot of residential societies and companies r on sohna road.

Last week 3 motorist got with an accident due to huge craters on this road and on almost daily basis, breakdowns of vehicles happens on this road.

On pune banglore highway, khed shivapur toll and anewadi toll have a dedicated lane for fastag vehicles but those are kept open for all types of vehicles including non-fastag. They don't even bother that they are denying our right to save time and petrol using fastag on our vehicles. Workers at toll booth are very rude and mannerless. What the use of fastag if it takes same or extra time than regular toll lanes?

A boom barrier fell on my car on lane number 32 gurgaon faridabad toll after paying the toll. After i raised the complaint in the site office i was told that i would be contacted by the am of the site, ombir singh the next day. Ombir singh did not call the next day and i had to call him up to know the action to be taken. He said that i will get a call from the customer complaint department. The next day i got a call from customer complaint department and they acknowledged that the damage was because of an error by the toll booth operator. But the customer complaint personnel did not offer to pay for the damages. I am hereby making a formal complaint and request you to acknowledge. Details of the incident are mentioned below:

I went to niyamatpur ikrotia toll plaza situated on nh 24 between rampur and moradabad district. I had gone on this toll plaza 3 times but they refuses to give tag, sometime they say this paper required, not in a single time he say how many paper and what is process, and now i collect all my paper then they say that there is not connectivity, and when i said that you can give me in writing, they refuse that we are not manager it's manager work.

At karjan/vadodara toll gate fast tag lane is non existent due to traffic and non fast tag vehicle blocking the lane. Staffs are not managing it properly.
Suggest that all lanes should have a fast tag reader and if fast tag lable is seen no toll should be collected. On 06 sep 18, at karjan toll, in spite of having fast tag we are made to pay toll. Kindly look into the mismanagement and stream line the process.

नेशनल हाइवे-7 पर झीलों के समीप बने डिवाइडरों पर कंटीली तार लगाई गई है जो जानलेवा हादसों का कारण बन सकती है, इसके अलावा इस सड़क पर पशुओं के झुंड खड़े रहतें है जिनके कारण अगस्त 2018 के एक महीने में चार लोगों की मौत और 36 लोग गंभीर घायल हो चुके हैं, तस्वीरें साथ सलग्न हैं। आपसे निवेदन है इस गम्भीर मामले में तुरन्त कारवाही के निर्देश जारी किए जाएं.. धन्यवाद।

Toll plazas are allowing vehicles paying toll in cash through fastag lane thus making the fastag users to stand in the long queue. Then whats the use of fastag. I passed through toll plaza between meerut and muzzafarngr and waited in a long queue. The toll people were scanning manually and also allowing all type of vehicles, whether having fastag or not. There is only one lane for fastag and if it is also used for cash vehicles then the purpose is defeated. We will be forced to choose the cash lanes. It is the comfort and covenience that will attract the commuters towards fastag and if these things are missing the cash will never go away.

Urgent attention is brought to your notice near durgapur city center fly over where big crater has formed in middle of road on flyover.
This crater is very deep and very dangerous for high speed moving vehicle and at any time disastrous accident can happen any time. More over crater is getting deepened with constant rain and moving vehicle leading to weakening of flyover structure.
Kindly look into the matter and treat it in most imp manner before any life is lost
