Dear incharge, the stretch of the nh 66 from kundapur to mangalore is in the worst condition and incomplete in most of the areas. How many years would the company need to complete the project? The are hundreds of lives lost in these areas due to accidents happening especially due to the bad roads and incomplete roads with dangerous diversions. Do we the people of india are going to be suffering like this throughout our life? We pay tax, we suffer the accidents, and we pay the toll money for these hopeless roads. There is no authority that can control all this? These is no one who is going to question this wrong happenings?
In area of padubidri, the roads are worse than the scenery of the syrian country following an war, we are facing so much trouble travelling in that road and just 1km to it is the toll gate at hejamadi in nh66. From today they are collecting toll from the people staying near by to these areas of of hejamadi and padubidri. All the trouble we are bearing and on that pay money. Please look into the matter.

Today we return to urappakam chennai from native place. We crossing the chengalpattu toll gate. I have clearly explain to toll gate staff's, my vehicle was registration in chengalpattu rto local registration, so that toll payment not applicable for my vehicle like this i have explained to them.

But they are not lessening my explanation and ignore my explanation, and bad words speaking and get mony from me.

Kindly take necessary action on paranur toll plaza.

Today 15/8/2018 we are going towards Somnath from Diu ..there is a police checkpost at anandvadi berawal ...here they checked our car and they found nothing and they snithched 2000 rupees from us without any causable reason ...and they did not give any receipt of money and they behave very rudely ...they treated every vehicle like this ...our be surely independent and everyone saying that today is indepencce day ...#proud to be indian

I paid rs.40 while entering the toll plaza of dasna up and while on my way back i was asked to pay rs.55. This is straightforwardly fraud. I am attaching my receipt. When i tried to complaint about it there was a group of people there ready to attack me so it was in my best interest to leave.

I believe that many other people are becoming a victim of such crime and it a matter that should be looked into.

Roads are full of potholes, unconditional roads what do you mean by national highways.. Such a worst roads if you are taking toll why the roads are not maintained
Travelled on gujarat rajasthan highways also but maharashtras highways are worst such a corrupt government can't maintain national highways and taking public's money through toll fares

It is such a shamfull thing for government of maharashtra and honble chief minister of maharashtra devendra fadnavis shame on you for such management of roads and maharashtra

Why a consumer is being harassed mentally and economically by taking toll and not providing good quality highways

I am regularly facing a problem on crossing shriagar toll plaza, palwal (Haryana). They use to say that my fast tag card is invalid while it regularly recharged on time (Monthly). Now they are telling me to change my card and also pay for the new one. Now i would like to ask that why should i pay for this when the card is already stick on the glass and it was never removed by me till day? Why should i pay penalty for the mistake i never did? My car registration no. Is hr 30 7531. Barcode no. Of card is[protected].

I recently noted an inconvenience caused by the fellows working at dasna fee plaza (29.30 sect. Km27.643 tokm48.638 nh-24 in state o[censored]. P) shift 2. They were overcharging us and were not providing the transaction slip until we asked for it. It was the second last toll gate from the left lane which is on the way to delhi. Please take a strict action for this inconvenience caused to the people.

My application reference no. Is hfr064559. & customer id is 35414595.
Complain against tundla (U. P.) toll plaza. At the time of applying of fasttag card, your team said that charges for the local toll plaza would be apply as per my local charges but my charges are deducting at high rate charges.
My local charges is rs.30 but charges are deducting at rs.55.
Manager of local toll plaza is not enabling my local charges inspite i deposit my kyc paper.
Kindly complain against him.
So kindly provide my refund back & enable in my auto deduction at local concession charges.

The road is in very bad condition near upcoming varje fly over nh 4 pune to mumbai starts from katraj. Results in we are facing huge traffic jam for hours every day.

But still no action has been taken by authorities or contractors to complete flyover construction early or change the road conditions.

Please let us know how long we should suffer

I had travelled through nelamangala tollgate through nh47 - bangalore - to tumkur on 12.08.2018. There is a queue in fasttag, hence i went through manual lane and gave rs 70/- for up and doen journey. The counter man gives refund of 20 /- and gives one way journey fare ticket, where as in notice two fare is 35/-. After pass on the toll my fast tag account also got debited for 20/-. Kindly reverse the amount.

Dear customer, your etc account no. 20580337, vehicle no. Majaxxmrkajl45013 has been debited rs 20.00 on[protected]:59:47 for toll charges at kulumapalya toll plaza plaza on[protected]:39:32. Available balance is rs 684.92.

Sir nh 233 which connects siddharthnagar with nepal and basti had been started before 4 years and still the road had not been made because of that many accidents took place and new accidents case can be heard almost everyday the tender of the road was given to a particular company and that company had removed the road stones and all the materials before 4 yeara to make the new road but from that time to 2018 still the road had not been constructed because of that a lots of pollution and dust are faced by the peoples living around the road before few months few km roads which comes in the city part was constructed so that in mansoon people should not face problem but after only 1 week that road started to break and now the conditon of the road is very much worst than ever so its my humble request to you tob the behalf of the ctizens of ciry to take an immediate action to make the road i hope you will understand the problem of the people living around nh 233 and solve pur problem asap

At patansawangi toll plaza nagpur maharashtra after paying the toll. Booth ppl issue last four didgits instead of proper vehicle no on receipt. On asking to put full vehicle no, booth guys started misbehaving and abusing us. Even they did not bother about female and kid passengers in the car while abusing.
Booth do not have prorper toilet facility, got name sake created chambers which are pathetically maintained.

The fastag lane in the manesar toll is not working.
It was supposed to be a fast tax service instead there is a one kilometre long line at the toll service.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as it a causes a lot of problems and consumes a lot of time.
Atleast the people who have the token and with the serice being started it should pe properly oriented!

Condition. This condition is from last 2-3weeks. But the authorities
Have not taken any steps till now. It would be pleasure if you convey
This news to uttar pradesh govt. Or any relative authority so that
They can do anything over it. I think they are waiting for any big

This is regarding the stretch of road which was made from eluru to tadepalligudem stretch (Ap). The road comes under nh-5. The road was renovated only 6 mths ago and now the roads are again filled with pot holes. Very poor quality of road made. On that there are no yellow line as prescribed by the supreme court. And the toll is yet been collected for poor workmanship.

Kindly expedite the process of investigation and take action

Yesterday (08.08.18) i faced a problem while traveling from rajpura to patiala.
At the toll plaza i paid return (Double sided) toll amount through my icici credit card in the morning but at the time of returning my journey again amount dedicated from my fast tag account.
It is my bad experience.
Please my refund my deducted extra money.

As per the rules and regulations of nhai which are pasted on every till collection point which is given below

There is a total waiting time of 3 minutes. If the 3 minutes exceeds in waiting, then there is a provision to pass the vehicle free of cost.

On 4th august evening at 6.00 pm i entered in the line for clearing toll plaza at rajpura patiala highway.

I was going from chd to patiala.

I reached collection point at 6.05 pm.

As my waiting time was more than 3 minutes i should not have been charged toll tax and my vehicle should have gone free of cost.

Still the people at collection point were collecting money inspite of waiting time more than 3 minutes.

I want to understand how it works. Do i need to tell that waiting time is more than 3 minutes or by own they should have done it.

I have written a mail also on [protected]@nhai.org on 6th august at 12:09 am. But no revert

Myself birpal singh. I was going patiala to rajpura dated 07/08/2018 time 17:27:11 my ticket number[protected]. I buy return ticket rs.56. But your emplloye give me single ticket i not checked ticket on the spot. When i return same date after 1 hour. Your emplloye talk with missbehaviour and said me your ticket is single. I say your emplloye give me single ticket by mistake plz confirm your booth no 1 i give 56 rs i buy return ticket. Then your manager chandan yadav check camera i pay full amount. Then i say your manager pls give me written sorry on your letter head. Your manager talk with me missbehaviour & abused language.

I was travelling from udupi to kasaragod (Kerala state) and in mangalore to kasaragod route collecting toll at talapady navayuga toll gate. The roads are in worst condition and traffic was jammed due to the condition of the road.

Sir why they are taking toll in this area.

Hello,

I’m using the toll plaza facilities available between hyderabad and warangal.
The price of the toll road usage was initially 80 inr for many years. Later, a year after 100 inr and continued for some years.
Later, again 120 inr after 2 years and now 135 inr after 3 years.

How is this possible that toll rates keep increasing and not decreasing.
As per the nhai rules of toll usage, the price keep falling until the invested amount is received back and will be no charge after the total investment is earned by toll service provider.

But, these toll operators do not have any limits and they are operating on their own across india.

There should be clear instructions to all the commuters who are using the toll that
1) toll providers contract on the display hoardings
2) toll rules and regulations.
3) toll contract terms
4) toll prices and when it is likely to end.

Please take sincere action otherwise i will take this action legally.
