I have been travelling here for now quite sometime and everytime instead of empty fastag line they make you stop before the line starts on barrigades and let the vehicles pass one by one i. Dear Sir, i just want to bring in front of you the very very bad condition of NH66 from pen to wadkhal this is around only 7 kilo meter road it hardly takes 10 to 15 mins to reach from pen to wadkhal .But now in rainy season it takes around 45 mins to reach from both side . Dhank toll plaza is ex.servicemen ( Ex. Army) take toll tax from showing ID.
They not following rules for the government.

Showing a Id card in toll plaza but they are take a toll tax. They asked your are pay the tax.

Sir we are facing problems at toll plazas between Kolkata and Siliguri.
1.The condition of road between one plaza to another is very poor so many ditches on the road causing breakdown of vehicle getting financial losses

2.The distance between one toll to another is about 50k.m.sir is it correct as per law.

I m going from bhawanigarh to chandigarh on nh7 on 18-7-18 . fastag lane management near bhawanigarh toll was good but after that on two consecutive tolles near Patiala and zirakpur there was no management on fastag lane, non fastag vehicles also going from that lane .according to rules non fastag vehicles should have to pay double toll fees but the staff on that tolls nethier care about the fastag lane nor the rules. We are facing some issues due to street lights not installed/working on NH 48 between Chandani chowk to dehuroad. The whole road does not have enough street lights.
It is almost impossible to drive in rains.
Even the roads are uneven at some places but the street lights are the more trouble some as it is impossible to drive and see during rains with the lights from the vehicle from the other side of the road...

When I passing jajau toll today 17/07/2018 12:20 A.M. from Dhoulpur to Agra fastag lane was not operation but fastag amount was deducted amd the toll man has charged again toll by telling the fastag is not working Pl resolve my Complaint as soon as possible because Fairness is in our country is much expected

The condition of NH-14 near our college (BIRBHUM INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY) is so poor and it became dangerous too for the transportation. All trucks and heavy-duty vehicles also pass through this due to poor condition these vehicles might disbalance. This isn't safe.
Kindly request you to pay some attention and take necessary action as soon as possible....
