1made road to leave bypass road towards patiala within at urban estate with huge pits unable to drive through it and
2 full of water logging around all urban estate due to water coming from flyover but saintion pipeline bot working even car was unable to move water level half of door height opp atwal pump and phase
3 road was broken by mudloader and used for construction is destroyed not made again...

My name is arun kumar from mavaiya kanpur nagar uttar pradesh 208007. I have complain regarding the subject is that while traveling on national highway 19 from barajod to chakeri. I have seen the rediculus maintanance of road, dust everywhere, bloked water drainages, over speeding vehicls, over loaded vehicels, there is no police who make to follow the rules and regulations on highway.
I wish my complaint is solve as soon as possible....

Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that there is gross misuse of the lanes at abovementioned toll plaza. The two mentioned fastag lanes on each side are used by non tag vehicles. There is no proper segregation of the lanes. On top, the lane marked as emergency lane is used by local reg. No. Vehicles and illegal cabs and manned by rude bouncers. Also the concerned operator has silently increased the toll for return journey for cars....

I have paid rs 602 on 24th may2018 for icci bank fastag. The payment was successfully and costomer id was generated[protected] in less than three days and tag is in activated condition... But eventhough long waiting 40 days were over still the tag was not delivered. While contacting the costomer care executives every week, they were telling tag is in activated condition.. I have been traveling from hyderabad to zaheerabad and enroute we need to pass through kamkole toll gate from october 2017 onwards. I wish to inform you that never in my numerous trips i have faced at this i'll managed toll gate smoothly. Always there is a delay while passing. Commuters are facing problem at Faridabad-Gurgaon toll road. Commuters have to wait more than 10-15 min every day in a long queue to cross the toll. Commuters, going from Faridabad to Gurgaon, face problem in the morning while commuters, going from Gurgaon to Faridabad, face problem in the evening. On date 1st july 2018 at chalakwadi and hivargaon pawasa toll plaza i was waiting for 20 minutes, when i refuse to pay toll of rs 40 the toll employee argued & told there is no rule for waiting more than 3 minutes or 10 minutes you have to pay, when i ask to show i card & rules details they refused, but i got the name of employee -hitendra jadhav, emp. My vehicle no. Is hr30q7777 and i am resident of palwal (Haryana). I had submitted a letter signed by sdm palwal stating that i am permanent resident of palwal which allows me pass through the toll @ rs. 65 per month, then the srinagar toll plaza palwal authority had issued me a monthly card for the same.

Now, in april 2018, the toll authority had issued a fastag to me in place of card.

The issue is that yesterday...

Sir at this toll tax for car is 100 for a single trip. And after one hour if we return again 100 for return. I want to know what is the formula that you calculate the toll price for cars and if some one return in a hour is necessary again toll tax because some other toll plaza rates is too cheap. Aprox.50 per km. Please reply.

I have client whose land was accured by nhai and amount as compensation given to her 200000 but tds which was deducted by department is not shown her 26as . So, please check your tds return. Pan number is cqbpz3136d. So, please resolve it as early as posiable so, i can file my income tax return correctly...

We are a regular user of the chennai - trichy nh 45 road.

We are using the fasttag to pay at all the 6 toll plazas.

Most of the time at paranur and athur there were no separate lane for the fasttag. All the vehicles were going through all the lanes in both (Onwards and backwards) ways.

The most pathetic problem is at vikravandi toll plaza. Every time when we go to trichy the fasttag scanner works...

This nh5 from elavur to redhills near chennai has enormous number of holes on roads which are causing a lots of accidents and damage to shock ups of vehicles there are more than 100 holes on mentioned road.. Even though they are collecting toll charges the road condition is pathetic.. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful

I am daily commuter on your toll paza at lucknow - kanpur highaway at unnao (Nawabganj) toll plaza. Depite of repeated complaint regarding allowing non tag vehicles on tag lane is continued. At you this plaza everyday i have to waste my 15-30 min due to this mismanagement. Then what is the utility of having tag on my vehicle and tag lane on your above plaza.
Kindly instruct your office to disontine the practice...

I am a student and when i was travelling from suratgarh cantt to suratgarh railway station on national highway no.15 to catch my train to chandigarh i had seen 10 over loaded trucks included tractors in just one hour and don't know what the administration is doing they are a large threat yo public as well as vehicles travelling with them so ples kindly look into this matter so that public and i will satisfied with your actions....

Sir, i applied for 54 ec capital gain bonds vide app. 1700179 for rs.16 lacks this amount was clear from my bank obc kamla nagar agra on 03.01.2018, till date i have not recd any bond nor interest upto march-18 pls issue bond on my new address:

Fastag lane mismanagement at murthal toll as no dedicated lane for tagged vehicles.
All vehicles enter fastag lane and the staff is rude and disrespectful.

The amount paid at this toll is 65/-.
Services are not worth 1/- as
Staff is rude.
Narrow lanes at toll resulting in huge traffic and subsequent delays.

Another complaint for the toll-fastag...

Toll of Mumbai Dahisar Naka charge me every day as I go off yo office passing that Naka. Every day I have to pay minimum Rs 70.

Toll is charged for better toad and smoth drive but you can see the condition of Western Express Highway. This toll dosent provide any kind of better service.

I would suggest toll should be excluded on Car as we are frequent Traveller to toll and it's cost to much to our pocket without...
