I am living in Kerala sate - Thrissur District- Mathilakam P.O, Pin 680685, Mathilakam Grama panchayath Pappinivattom village.

For the development of National highways taking land acquisiation my house and land is marked area. survey No 73/11A, 73/11B .
I am fully co operate with the authority but it was my dream to costruct a house and living with my family together. I believe rest of my life I can't be reconstruct a house if it is demolished for highway.

So with alll the respect I beg for really apt compensation or re habitation not for me but all others, so may are looking beyond what the next - they are poor pupil.

Time : 19:23 Amount deducted Rs.105

Again Time 19:41 Amount deducted Rs.105

Amount Rs. 50 deducted twice though single entry. Time 19:59 at Vadodara Toll
Again amount deducted Rs.50, time 20:41.

Must be refunded 105 +100 to my account.

Most of the time Fast Tag system is not working and manually have to operate which leads to errors in deducting amount.

Very poor performance even after paying advance money.

Situation of the NH3 at the entrance of Thane and Mumbai has become very pathetic. Now it takes minimum 3 hours from Shahapur to Mulund and same to return. Distance is less than 50kms . Contractor doing the job for MMRDA has done absolutely nothing in last 5 years and the important Kalyan Bhiwandi bypass flyover is incomplete from last 8 years. Even after paying ₹3 per km toll on this road, we don't have the infrastructure. Many senior Politicians and Bureaucrats also travel on this road, but it seems no one is able to do anything about the road condition and the traffic snarls

We are facing some issues due to street lights not installed/working on NH 48 between Chandani chowk to dehuroad. The whole road does not have enough street lights.
It is almost impossible to drive in rains.
Even the roads are uneven at some places but the street lights are the more trouble some as it is impossible to drive and see during rains with the lights from the vehicle from the other side of the road in your eyes.

Will upload some photos of the same if possible.

Request you to please look into the matter.

When I passing jajau toll today 17/07/2018 12:20 A.M. from Dhoulpur to Agra fastag lane was not operation but fastag amount was deducted amd the toll man has charged again toll by telling the fastag is not working Pl resolve my Complaint as soon as possible because Fairness is in our country is much expected
So pl resolve my complaint and take action against Toll man and Toll authority

Hello sir this is Issac EBIBANISH from Chennai.i have a Paytm account for Fastag 15.07.2018 day i went ranipet from Chennai OK when i am crossing know first time 55 rs automatically debited after evening again i cross the toll 25 debited but that toll person asking 55 rs i said i have Fastag account so automatically debit from my account but he's fighting with me and another 2 toll person came all are very rude after that i gave 55 rs i got a receipt but that receipt no date no Car number please take a action i send u all photo thank u sir

The NH 45 is the important road of NHAI which connects Chennai city with southern districts of Tamilnadu, since it is only a four lane road at present and also due to expanding chennai population and lots of vehicles plying towards southern districts and lots of IT companies and Educational institution are present bewtween chennai and chengalpet, the road become heavily congested and requires an immediate expansion of atleast 6 or 8 way lane from the present four way lane, considering the heavy congestion NHAI immediately contact the State and Center government to expand the part of NH45 road between perungalathur to chengalpet with a 6 or 8 Lane immediately and build 6 lane flyovers in the important junctions inbetween perungalathur and chengalpattu, kindly NHAI act on this and prepare a DRP immediately

Today dated 16/07/2018 5.30 pm at Indian opposite to Oil petrol bunk, near airport, Ranigunta. i was hit by road as road was miss level by half foot for length bout 10 meters along the road length. I have these photos also. Due to the accident my scooter body gets damaged and i was little injured by luck. The thing bring to the notice is the height of the misslevel or as captued picture is more height then the Speed Breaks, as scooter hits directly and is located near to middle of the road. At the time of accident the Highway petroling police car was there but they simply escaped from there. Immediately i have called 100 police central office to conway the information for corresponding authority. Lately corresponding officer called me, i said him look at the situation and make the precautions which even small indication about the danger place is not there(No control over vehicle speeds and not indication about the miss level).he also told me that he observed the accident but the problem with highway authority as the same situation is there from last 6 moths but officer is monitoring from the last 2 months. No one is caring his complaint and so no use of complaining. i have hear many voices there is the regular situation of skidding or accident at that place for new riders. Even there is tollgate near by the place.

I did not know why no one is working for things to avoid accidents not by mistake but happening due to the road. This is very worst situation that the citizen facing even we are paying road tax, toll charges.

Please kindly provide me the way to complain against the highway authority with proofs that i have to prevent life lost by mistake of contractors or authority or government. Also provide me the corresponding representatives contact details for further communication or followup.

When I was travelling through rajahmundry and kathipudi I faced a huge difficulty to drive the car as entire highway from rajahmundry to kathipudi is badly damaged due to a simple rain. I never saw a national highway ruined this bad and there are no railing in between roads and the light used to flash in my eyes and created inconvience for me and other car driver

It was Gwaliot toll of jhansi Agra express way. Toll staff was very misbehaving and non moral ful conduct too.

While saying We will complaint to Manager. Toll staff said, he is not here, sleeping somewhere.
And also said, everything is written behind your ticket. You can complaint. Kuch ni hoga...

What kind of service is this ??

रोड पर इतने सारे गडे है की मेरी गाडी का आगे का टायर फट गया जिसके कारण मेरी गाडी फलट गयी जिससे कारण मेरी हाथ की नशे कट गयी, और मेरा और मेरे साथ मेरे तीन भाई बहीन थे जो उनको भी चौट आयी है। उसी समय हमने N.H. emergency no. पर भी फोन किया पर किसी ने भी फोन नही उठाया, तथा 108 पर भी फोन नही उठाया, जिसके कारण हमे कई परेशानी उठानी पडी,
इस जगह बहुत सारे accidentहो गये
आप से निवेदन है की कृपया जल्दी जल्दी रोड के गडडे ठीक करे ताकी आगे किसी को परेशानी नही हो

The condition of NH-14 near our college (BIRBHUM INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY) is so poor and it became dangerous too for the transportation. All trucks and heavy-duty vehicles also pass through this due to poor condition these vehicles might disbalance. This isn't safe.
Kindly request you to pay some attention and take necessary action as soon as possible.

The so called toilet at Sulur Toll is in horrible state with stinking and no water. My female kid of 5 yrs age had to undergo a pathetic experience on 14 July. They are fleesing money from the public but not providing the basic facilities. should I have to report to Niton Ghatkariji for action?

Sir, I am from Ismaila which is in free range of Rohad toll tax.

I purchased a second hand car 2009 model from delhi. As this model is less than 2010, RC for this can not be tranferred to Haryana state.

But Rohad toll is not accepting this case and charging me toll. I already provide them SDM letter, tehsildar letter to state that I own this car.

But still they are not agree.

Can you please help to provide some way ?

I was travelling from Tura to Shillong last week. When reaching to Toll Plaza NHAI, I paid the money and charged Rs 70 in place of Rs 65. Today while I was returning, I paid them intentionally Rd 60 and told them they had charged Rs 70 a week before. They were not listening to me and did not open the gate and were insulting me. I told them that I will not pay extra . Please do not harass the public unnecessary

I travelled on NH 50 from vijayapur to hospete to and fro on 11/07/18 and 12/07/18 there were many speed breakers specifically between kushtagi and hospete which were very unscientific without any sign boards, no illumination, no white paints at least half feet tall and wide..how do one know of these speed breakers on the speed specified by highways? Very unethical highway. Please check

I used yesterday fasttagfor payment at toll plaza MUNDIYAR
between Kota( Rajasthan) to Jhansi( UP)
At there fasttag line was closed and when my car came at other line then toll tax collector askedme to pay toll 80 Rupees in cash so I have paid in cash but after about 4 hour later i got a massage of fasttag axis bank to cut 80 rupees for fasttag
Please return my 80 rupees in my fasttag acount and do appropriate action against toll plaza .

This is regarding the two tax.Here the system is always having issues. You always have to wait for at least 15 minutes. There is written "penalty of 500 RS as per government of India in case a non tag vehicle goes into tag lane". But it is never working, a person manually handles as stop bar doesn't work always. And the priority to them always goes through this lane even if it is a non tag vehicle.
If this rule is to be followed...

Everyday I am travel on highway, am faceing 1 big problem, wherever hotels are there the highway is worst over there because they are not make concret floor so when vehicles come road that time lot of mud is come to road and it will make two wheelrs falldown.please clear this problem am beginning you.this issu is at nh4 road tumkur to Bangalore
