My vehicle no. Is hr30q7777 and i am resident of palwal (Haryana). I had submitted a letter signed by sdm palwal stating that i am permanent resident of palwal which allows me pass through the toll @ rs. 65 per month, then the srinagar toll plaza palwal authority had issued me a monthly card for the same.

Now, in april 2018, the toll authority had issued a fastag to me in place of card.

The issue is that yesterday i have passed through the toll and then i asked the staff to recharge my fastag, they told me that this can be done only at toll office and rs.150 was deducted from my paytm wallet which is not a valid amount as i am eligible for monthly charges of rs. 65 for multiple journeys.

So please refund my amount i. E. 150-70= rs.80/- and activate my fastag for monthly rental.

Sir at this toll tax for car is 100 for a single trip. And after one hour if we return again 100 for return. I want to know what is the formula that you calculate the toll price for cars and if some one return in a hour is necessary again toll tax because some other toll plaza rates is too cheap. Aprox.50 per km. Please reply.

My self dharmaraj, residing in chennai. I used to go to my native via chengalpattu toll plaza, there many times i faced the issue that they are not at all print correct vehicle number and while we re-enter they are saying that vehicle number not correct so we won't allow. One time i asked that please mention correct vehicle number to the chengalpattu toll plaza executive but he refused. He used bad words and he called 5 member who are all road rocks they started to beat us. None of them are nhai employee. Even in toll plaza no one wearing id card. They are doing rowdism in toll plaza. I have seen many toll plaza but in chengalpattu only i faced many problems.

There is nagpur to chandrapur highway aarambha toll plaza nandori chaurasta

There is a more having doesn’t space remaining for driving for truck bus and private vehicales last time having there a accident from that atikraman space and one man has dead there so please my complaint accept and look great decisions

my name is bhola bansal . I am an advocate of taxation . I have client whose land was accured by nhai and amount as compensation given to her 200000 but tds which was deducted by department is not shown her 26as . So, please check your tds return. Pan number is cqbpz3136d. So, please resolve it as early as posiable so, i can file my income tax return correctly

We are a regular user of the chennai - trichy nh 45 road.

We are using the fasttag to pay at all the 6 toll plazas.

Most of the time at paranur and athur there were no separate lane for the fasttag. All the vehicles were going through all the lanes in both (Onwards and backwards) ways.

The most pathetic problem is at vikravandi toll plaza. Every time when we go to trichy the fasttag scanner works fine and the amount deducted properly. But when we come back from trichy to chennai, the rf scan reader never scans the bar codes. 50 % of the time we have to move the car back and front to make the scanner to read the bar code. And other cases we need to buy the tickets by paying cash at the counter. Even if we travel back with in 24 hours we have to pay the full amount in cash at the toll plaza. Even we showed that the bar code is working properly and we have enough balance the people at the toll booth were not accepting and asked to pay the amounts. For my friends case even worse he has paid the amount and the scanner also deducted the amount.

I have attached two images.

1. Onward journey to ulunderpet. Fast tag deduction of rs. 75.
2. Backward journey to chennai, cash payment of rs. 75.

You can see the times were within 24 hours. But still they are charging full amount.

This nh5 from elavur to redhills near chennai has enormous number of holes on roads which are causing a lots of accidents and damage to shock ups of vehicles there are more than 100 holes on mentioned road.. Even though they are collecting toll charges the road condition is pathetic.. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful

I am daily commuter on your toll paza at lucknow - kanpur highaway at unnao (Nawabganj) toll plaza. Depite of repeated complaint regarding allowing non tag vehicles on tag lane is continued. At you this plaza everyday i have to waste my 15-30 min due to this mismanagement. Then what is the utility of having tag on my vehicle and tag lane on your above plaza.
Kindly instruct your office to disontine the practice of allowing non tag vehicle tag line on your nawabganj plaza.

I am a student and when i was travelling from suratgarh cantt to suratgarh railway station on national highway no.15 to catch my train to chandigarh i had seen 10 over loaded trucks included tractors in just one hour and don't know what the administration is doing they are a large threat yo public as well as vehicles travelling with them so ples kindly look into this matter so that public and i will satisfied with your actions.

Sir, i applied for 54 ec capital gain bonds vide app. 1700179 for rs.16 lacks this amount was clear from my bank obc kamla nagar agra on 03.01.2018, till date i have not recd any bond nor interest upto march-18 pls issue bond on my new address:

Fastag lane mismanagement at murthal toll as no dedicated lane for tagged vehicles.
All vehicles enter fastag lane and the staff is rude and disrespectful.

The amount paid at this toll is 65/-.
Services are not worth 1/- as
Staff is rude.
Narrow lanes at toll resulting in huge traffic and subsequent delays.

Another complaint for the toll-fastag

Toll of Mumbai Dahisar Naka charge me every day as I go off yo office passing that Naka. Every day I have to pay minimum Rs 70.

Toll is charged for better toad and smoth drive but you can see the condition of Western Express Highway. This toll dosent provide any kind of better service.

I would suggest toll should be excluded on Car as we are frequent Traveller to toll and it's cost to much to our pocket without adding any convineance to our life.

We passed through your toll at Raipur and indranagar in morning at that time we have taken physical toll slips on paying cash payment for return journey too.

But when we returned from those tolls in evening they charged from my fasttag toll without my information. We received the msg from paytm when we return to home. This is cheating with us. We are pasting below the sms recd from paytm. Also if require I can given you toll slips which we purchased on cash payment. Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated.

On KGP they are charging toll charges more than the authorised amount. As per information provided by govt toll charges for car vehicle are Rs 186 from kundli to palwal exit but they are charging around Rs 215.If someone oppose against such matter then they threat people.we were ready to pay the actual charges but they were firm on collecting the extra amount. He was gathering his other coworkers. We have not paid toll there and escaped from there so as to save ourself from fight.

Sir i am going to wankaner to morbi and it was just 25 km. But i am paying 85/- tall for that and it was to much high i am coming from rajkot and i am use only just 25 km 4 line high way but when i pay for this (85/-₹). It was to costly this tall plaza operated by sakar global co. And mr. Devu bhai is in charge of this co. Tall plaza staff and his incharge was very much rough and he was not to supporting and give not any information for the tall plaza. And they you have complain any where nobody was doing anything at our tall plaza.
So please make a note and do favourable as soon as earlier and tall plaza cost is too high so please do something for that.

As i have been traveling to ludhiana every month, i always have to fight or argue with toll staff at bhagan toll booth. At first, there is always long waiting time even in fastag lane. Either it's closed or staff doesn't let you enter in it saying go from another lane as if you have fastag you can pass thru fastag lane. Then once you reach the collection point they will say pay cash as fastag lane is that & you in wrong or cash lane. Then you have to argue with them. It's not my mistake your guys never let us enter fastag lane so we had to come in this lane. Then they will argue & use abusive language demanding cash if you want to pass. I faced this problem 6-7 times as i travel every month from delhi to ludhiana. Please i kindly request you to look into the matter as wait time & way they deal with customers & female is very bad and they need to fixed by higher authorities.

I avtar singh having vehicle no pb11cl 1751 want to register register the complaint against charges that have been charged to me. I have been charged rs 125 from my fast tag for return journey and also i have to pay rs 80 extra in cash for return journey. I have been charged total sum of rs 205 instead of rs 125 at toll plaza kalajhar near bhawanigarh (Patiala) punjab. Kindly look into the same. The toll free no has been contacted but same is not avaible and also i have called on [protected] but they straight away cut the phone without listening to the issue. Please provide me with a solution or should i proceed the process further through consumer court?

Warm regards. Myself manohar owner of car rj14cz6080 is a daily commuter on nh48 from jaipur to delhi.in response to our pm sir's call for digital india i purchased the fasttag pass. I was promised that there would be a dedicated line for the holders of fast tag passes. Since last one month whenever i want to enter from the jaipur side of the nh48, i notice that all vehicles are using the dedicated tract with no differentiation. This problem is there esp in the morning hours at around 6-11 am in fact the line at the fast tag is the longest because not only are the vehicles of fast tag passes lined up but also the other vehicles with no fast tags esp the heavy vehicles.in fact the lines are so long approx 15-20 vehicles that it is even difficult for someone to make out which is the fast tag line.. If we enter any other line we are made to pay the toll stating that this pass wont work in any other line except the fast tag one.
I request you to take strict action against firm which is managing nh-48 from jaipur to delhi and order them not to allow any other vehicles on the fast tag line at manoharpur and shhahajahapur toll palaza except the ones with the tags.in case they are not doing it they should allow this fast tag to be used on all other lines as they have a mobile scanning system. Till this is done i see no advantage of having the fast tag pass, in fact it appears to be a disadvantage.

But panipat toll plaza add extra vehicle on my hdfc fastage account. I complant them at panipat toll plaza by phone call.

Extra add vehicle daily pass from panipat toll plaza but they not action on it. Its i know because i recived the message from hdfc fastage account.
