Dear respected delegates,
Tolls are collection point to collect the funds for one of the road maintainace,
I have question as why do we needed the tool plaza to enter and exit the city,
In hubli & dharwad city, there are non scientific toll plaza are there, where it seems only the fund collection points, these toll plaza don't even give 2 way receipt also, seriously i am not happy with this as well as these toll plaza fund collecters don't even respect the publics

We were asked to pay toll instead of waiting in queue for 8 mins. Please justify the reason for same. When asked the person on the booth, he simply said we have to pay the Toll.
Toll:Ludhiana GT Road (Near Phillaur bridge)
Amount for 2 way toll :INR 180/-
The rule says not to pay any toll if queue exceeds 3 mins of waiting. Please confirm so that we can reconsider next time onwards

Frequently travelling from chennai to coimbatore.
Worst toll service in paranur and sengurichi. No seperate lane for fast tag...
Highly unorganised toll..
Many person standing with machine and collecting money. Need to check the aunthenticity. I am seeing the pathetic service in these two tolls for years. No improvement. Unwanted traffic is piling and better to remove these tolls..

With fastag in my car, daily i pass through delhi badarpur toll plaza, i find it highly mismanaged. It takes longer time to pass than general exits. Once you visit it during office hours, you will see several rows of cars trying to enter simultaneously thus prone to accident. With number increasing daily there should be two exit points at both sides to ease the situation

Today i was travelling from bareilly to delhi, till hapur there were 3 tolls and i was completely satisfied with road conditions so no issue in giving tolls, but from hapur to ghaziabad road conditions were pathetic it took 3 hrs to reach from hapur to ghaziabad and still u r charging toll at dasna.. I m not able to understand this reason.. Kindly explain.. How u can charge toll tax without road.. [protected]

Supervisor ’s behaviour is very very bad

Dear sir,
I have taken a fastage from hdfc bank on 11 may 2018. I received the message of activation on the same day. But the card was showing black listed. Then the person from agency changed the fastage and i got message from bank that card has been replaced. Despite that the card is showing black listed, whereas my balance is still 600/-. I am contacting hdfc toll free, where they are confirming that my balance is still rs 600/- and i need to contact nhai toll free at 1033. Nhai team says my card is having low balance. Then i connected nhai team with hdfc toll free, just to hear that my balance is 600/-. Still nhai team is not able to do, saying that balance needs to be pushed from bank side. I am following this issue again with hdfc toll free since 11 june, they say your card is issued but not active and it will be active in 48 hours. Again on 13th (After 48 hours), they same the same thing. Last time on 15th june, mr ali from hdfc tag team said, that he has taken complaint and it will be active in 24 hours. Both hdfc team and nhai team are not able to help. Kindly take action or else i will be forced to approach consumer forum.

At mumbai pune old highway somatne toll plaza they were allowing vehicles without toll, then i stopped and asked them about incidents and denied to pay toll they tried to steal my phone then they abused me and my family they also abused constitution of india they also said to me that i will be murdered if i complaint to police. They also took my phone damaged it when i said that constitution gave me right to ask they said i don't follow constitution there is lot of corruption ks going on there kindly do the needful

One toll gate information is missing on Bangalore - Hyderabad toll gates list.
Its showing only 8-Toll gate Lists, but one more exists on the same highway with name 'Amakathadu Toll Plaza' . Attached the screen shot of missing toll plaza name 'Amakathadu Toll Plaza' on the route BLR-HYD highway.
Why its missing in the list? can i get Answer.? Is it not legal toll plaza ?

We the residence of muthalipalayam, kurumbapalayam, neelambur, surrounding of irvcl kaniyur toll coimbatore.
We have question regarding the toll collection. Most o[censored]s travelling from neelambur or muthalipalayam or nearby to somanur or karumathampatti or kaniyur for college or work or some other purpose, the distance is about 7~12km.

If we travel by our car the ivrcl toll booth charges us rs.90 one way. The same charges for person travelling from coimbatore to chengapalli travelling about 130km.. So what is the difference between these two persons.

Kindly let us know how you decide the charges, why there is no separate charges for vehicles or people travelling short distance.

How you will handle this, do we need to pay rs.90 or more to travel for 7km, does this is the rule from nhai or irvl. We need clarification from your end

Keesara toll plaza vijayawada hyderabad highway {40 km from vza} staff are very much rough in accepting fastag. They don't accept fastag 90% of time. Very rude to public. These type of staff shouldn't be there in public service. When i entered my car in fastag lane today he told me to go in next lane for fastag while i asked him that fastag board is displayed for this lane than he told me that this is changed now and to. My surprise there was no person staff in next l asked him same than he told me u go in that lane than person will come there. But how to go in that lane when a big que of vehicles is behind u. I had no option left. So i gave him cash and moved from there.

I’m traveling from kakinada to hyderabad. At kalaparu toll plaza there was huge traffic block. I reached toll plaza at 11:49 and it took more than 15 min to cross the toll. I denied to pay the toll coz road was worse. The toll plaza people were so rude and charged me. They said nh rules don’t apply to them. Roads not developed but toll keeps rising

I have bought a fastag from paytm for my car as on 22 march 2018, it's working properly,
But after some time my car's windshield broke due to some reason, i had request to paytm fastag for replacement of fastag, till now i didn't get any fastag, every time they generate a request number, till now i have got three request numbers i. E. 68343607, 67466655 & 65065251,
Now i want to close the fastag account from paytm kindly refund the security deposit and fastag balance in my paytm wallet,
The detail of my fastag account are as follows
1. Vehicle registration no. Up80ed7856
2. Barcode of fastag. 10288621
3. Paytm account number. [protected]

JL टोल (रोड प्रा0 लिमिटेड) पर एनएचआई के नियमो को पुरी तरह से अनदेखी कर रखा हैं । यहाॅ के किसी भी कर्मचारी के पास पहचान पत्र नही है। जिससे यहाॅ के कर्मचारी टोल बुथ पर बैठ कर अवैध वसुली कर रहे है । गाडियो से पैसा लेने के बाद पर्ची नही देते है। यहाॅ के कर्मचारियो को टोल टेक्स से मुक्त वाहन और व्यक्तियो की कोई जानकारी नही है। अपातकालीन वाहनो के निकलने वाले लेन को बंद किया हुआ है। जिससे एम्बुलेंस और अपातकालिन वाहनो को निकलने मे काफी समय लगता है।

Dear sir,

At gharonda toll plaza in karnal they are using fast tag lane for other vehicles also and it took 5 to 10 minute for fast tag user to cross the fast tag lane and if complaint is raised they misbehave with passengers. I am regularly using this toll plaza. It is submitted that sensor should also be installed at entrance and if it took more than 1 minute to cross first and exit sensor then toll tax should be waved off so that they should not misuse the fast tag lane for other passengers also.

I was traveling Salal to Ahmedabad via GSRTC BUS, when our bus reached at Toll collecting point, so Bus driver has given cash include 10Rs coin, then toll collection person has say we don't take 10Rs coin, so bus conductor Mr Bhupendra bhai said 10rs coin is our Indian currency why you not accepting, so one security person was standing near toll booth and he was shouted and told us that give us other currency but not 10Rs coin, after all bus driver, conductor and including me also said them government rules about currency, then finally they have accepted 10Rs coin as a part of toll.

So this type of senerio was happened with us. So I have mentioned bus and conductor details with mobile number. You can cross check.

Hope I have tried my best to explain one incident regarding Currency.

Why toll authority decline to receive 10Rs coin as a part of toll.. This is against Indian currency.

मैं आपका ध्यान वाहन up32hp7300 (कार)के double टोल टैक्स deduction की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं कि मेरे द्वारा 08/06/2018 को ही यात्रा की गई जबकि टोल 08 व 09 जून का मेरे account से भुगतान हो गया है जो मुझे message से मालूम हुआ है जबकि अभी 09 जून समय 17:01:38आया ही नही।
कृपया इस प्रकरण को पंजीकृत कर देंखे तथा मेरा पैसा मेरे खाते में वापस करने का कष्ट करें।

On 27.5.18 we passed thro vaniambadi toll plaza while coming back to bangalore and my sons fastag account was debited rs.80.

Again on 29.5.18 another debit message came for rs.80. While we are at home alongwith the car

On enquiries at vellore we came to know that one employee is routenely making double debits to other state vehicles and the money is being credited to his account. (Frraud debit raised on third day)

As such we request you to immediately refund our harrd earned money.

It is with reference to my journey on 8th june 2018 from bhatinda to chandigarh. There is total 5 toll plaza between bathinda & chandigarh. Total payments to be made is 10. But total payments paid by me via cash & fastag is 12. The extra 2 payment deducted is totally wrong.

At badbar toll plaza i take return journey slip of rs 120/- wide ticket no.[protected] at morning 08.11 am. The operator in hurry enter wong vehicle no. Pb03ah8644 instead of pb03aw6864. He say on return i will show him slip, he dont charge but i saw in statement after reaching home, the toll was also deducted from fastag rs 80/- wide fastag 34161fa820328e[protected] & toll txn id : 0000000000000228374062

B) 09:23 am dhareri jattan toll plaza, punjab
At dhareri jattan toll plaza i again take return journey slip of rs 55/- wide ticket no.[protected] at morning 09.23 ambut i saw in statement after reaching home, the toll was also deducted from fastag of single joureney of rs 35/- wide fastag 34161fa820328e[protected] & toll txn id : 0000000000000100011906

All necessary proof of receipts are attached with this complaint.
Kindly reverse back my payment of fastag to my account.

As on nagpur-betul national highway (Between 6 & 7 km from zero mile) at koradi naka there is a t-point which connects bhokara village and the near resedential localities to the highway.
At both sides of this t-point there are rob and the vehicles coming from both rob's comes with very high speed which makes dificult and accidental. So speed breakers are necessary to avoid accidents on both sides of roads on that highway.
