I, an air force officer, posted to mhow cantt., was traveling from jaipur to delhi on official duty in me personal vehicle (Xuv 500), ch 01 ax6393 on 01 jun '18. I was in lane 4 behind a truck and a bus stuck in a traffic jam. The automated gate was being operated manually. However, there was nobody to guide us or the barrier on the lane, which had bumper to bumper traffic. As my vehicle was crossing the barrier, it fell on the front windshield of my vehicle and shattering it. The cost of which is rs.17000/-. Upon complaining of the same at the toll plaza, i was assured of a positive outcome. However, there is no response from the operators as towards payment due to me due the damage caused to my vehicle due to their inefficient and un-serviceable barrier.
Kindly redress my problem and arrange for the paymnt.

I travelled from Anantapur to Penukonda on[protected]. Marur Toll Plaza of Anantapur have collected Rs. 105 as single journey but actually it was Rs. 55 for local registered vehicles. I informed that our vehicle is locally Registered but toll employee told that local pass was removed from that day. As I was returning on[protected] they have collected Rs. 55 as local pass.

I enquired about the difference but manager told that we can't return the amount.

I demand refund amount with apologize for the illegal collection and causing passengers huge loss.

I expect immediate reply and action.

At early date if you don't respond I will circulate to the higher authorities and concerned ministry for collecting higher toll fees.

Toll was taken from me as cash as operator said fastag works in other lane

Later on i saw statement of my fastag and found it is deducted from fastag also

Kindly reverse back my payment of fastag to my account.

Dear sir,
I am an asst prof at manipal university jaipur. I cross the thikariya toll plaza at jaipur ajmer expressway (Car no. Rj14cl0685). To avail the local benefit i have activated my fastag id (Wallet id[protected] with local toll.
Today morning the person at toll window told that my fastag is invalid and blacklisted. After a long discussion finally i gave him the exact amount of toll rs. 60/- and then he allowed me to cross the lane. After a few minutes i received a sms on my registered mobile number that "your fastag has been debited for rs. 15/- for transaction by vehicle rj14cl0685 on[protected] at 9:15 am".
Therefore i had to pay twice for one journey and also the money 4x than the normal.
On this thikariya toll plaza near bagru at jaipur ajmer expressway it happens 4-5 times in a month and they ask for full payment (Manually) by saying that the fastag is blacklisted.
Dear sir, this can not be accepted as it is clear that no one can charge twice for a single journey.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do needful.

I am a central govt. Officer, posted at jaipur (Recently transferred from noida). On 3rd june (Last sunday) at around 9 pm in evening (Between 8.45 pm to 9.15 pm), i was passing through the akhepura toll on my way to jaipur.

As i was using my office vehicle (On official visit to our project), i asked the toll employee if any exemption is allowed for our vehicle and shown the original rc to toll collecting employee. He behaved very rudely and asked me to show the original rc in card form, though i had given him the original rc, which he said is in paper form, hence not accepted.in order to avoid confrontation and the behavior of the toll employee was very rude, i took my car back from that lane and took my vehicle to another lane and submitted my request to another toll employee. Immediately the earlier lane employee, leaving his duty from his assigned lane came back running to my car and started abusing me and used some very bad language, which was highly objectionable. When i shown my anger and resisted against his behavior, that toll employee started hitting my car and used force. As i was traveling with my wife and kids, i somehow escaped from the place and after reaching jaipur i notice that my car was damaged due to use of force by toll employee.

The above misbehave and use of force by toll employee can be verified through cctv footage at toll plaza during the said period.
As such behavior is highly objectionable, i hereby submit my complaint for s suitable action against such employees as per prevailing law.

An early action is requested.

Mera truck no.. Rj 19 ga 7932 mehra toal plaza gwalior se pass ho rahi thee jisme ek chain ki machine load thee. Toal plaza pr usko overload bata kr rok le hai or driver ke sath badsulaki ki gye hai. Machine ek piece main hai jisko ghatiya ya badhaiya nahi jaa sakta hai fir bhee toal plaza dwara 10 guna toll vasul kiya jaa raha hai. Meri gadi pichle 24 ghanto se khadi hai. Kripya kuch action le or duble toll le kr gadi ko pass karvave.

This is very bad to inform about national highway authority of india.
The construction started 2-3 years back. Till now it not done even it is not completed half of the construction work. And it effect for kundapuraa tourism. All vehicles are taking (Shortcuts) city main road to connect the highway for better road. And it is constructed in heart of city. It increases trafics. Please as soon as possoble reslove the problem.

I am from kundapur. There is a fly over been constructed from past 8 years they are taking to long. We find difficulty in crossing the road. And during ranning season it causes more problems. Please do take the matter into consideration and look over the fly over and take really strict action no fly over requires 8 years to be built.in many of the other places near kundapur the fly over is been constructed too quick and they are are also used for travelling.

I am permanent resident of ambala city located within a radius of 10 kms from shambhu toll plaza. I own 4 wheeler showing my address of ambala city in the registration certificate which is registered at above toll plaza for issuance of privileged discounted monthly pass @ 150/- pm. But on 12.5.2018 when i reached at1.00 pm appx. It was lunch and i had to wait for one hour.in the meantime, i approached the concerned manager of the soma company who told that it is compulsory to get re-registered by producing all documents again and also to pay some rs. 500/- for fastag. I told him that i don't need fastag but he remained adamant. My complaint on this account is as under:
1. The dealing timings for issuance of pass are quite unsuitable especially during lunch hours when no one is there to attend between1pm to 2pm. The officials may move for lunch in such a way that one person is always available there. How one can wait for one hour and that too during summer season and with family and kids. Its harrassment.
2. Why issuance of fastag is compulsory instead of simple card of rs. 150/-
When i am not a daily passenger?
3. Why documents are needed again when i am already registered after submitting copy of aadhar card and registration certificate of the vehicle?

I usually travel from ahmedabad to anand on saturday and sunday.
I observed every time there are oil filling station of bharat gas and indian oil and coca cola bottling plant (These are big plants not petrol pumps) and all are on same side, but usually all big trucks who come for oil and coca cola, they drive their vehicle on wrong side. Company is not taking any action nor irb or highway authority is taking any action.

Also you will see that through out the road there are no. Of hotels constructions are going on, so all those construction workers or contractors remove divider or break the divider so that they can cross the road from anywhere.

Now if you look at the hurdles for car drivers who pay tax, become a very risky journey. Just before few day i saw an accident between dumper and two cars. Now dumper was crossing the road through the broken divider because construction was going on on other side.

Please try to understand we pay toll tax, road development tax on petrol and diesel then why it is allowed?

Solution : please ask irb to fit camera and who ever driving on wrong side send a notice to truck owner and company as well.

From past 8 years common man is struggling with the route form gopalapuram to aswaraopet is in worst condition. I dont understand what state minsters, collectors are doing. Identified as per google map is sh42
As well as kovvuru to gundugolanu road via, gowripatnam, ernagudem is also worst conditions

This is sr from visakhapatnam, toll charges are increases at sheelanagar to port road toll plaza, actually now in visakhapatnam, nad fly over bridge under construction, so nad towards vehicles are not entered on that route, alternate routes are provided in visakhapatnam, on that sheelanagar port road route is major, so some toll plaza flexibility given to four vehicles, but unfortunately toll plaza charges are highly increases, we can't understand what are the reasons behind to increase the toll charges
I kindly request you sir, please don't collect toll charges for four wheeler's upto completion of nad fly over construction.

Dear sir i'm serving in indian air force, i was travel with my new car from west bengal to rudrapur uttrakhand. As i'm in defence personal i'm free with duty of toll in national highways. But today i'm traveling from khatima to rudrapur and at kicha toll tax they charge me and force me to pay toll there. I said to them that i'm working in indian air force and i'm free with this toll tax but they didn't coperate with me and free my vehicle when i give the charges of toll. Please sir do necessary action in regards to that, i'm not understanding that if actually defence personal is free from toll tax duty then how toll tax in kiccha said that defence personal have to pay toll.

This is a request for fees collection at zidda village, dist. Bathinda, punjab, toll plaza at 267.88 km on amritsar - bathinda, section nh-15 (New nh-54) from km 112.575 to km 287.215 in the state of punjab under nhdp-iv on epc basis.

My village bhagta bhai ka is at a distance of 18 km from toll plaza. The toll tax officers are not issuing my pass to cross this toll plaza. They are demanding rs. 3165 to issue my monthly pass to cross this toll plaza. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and get my pass issued for convenience.

Please never invest your money as a business purpose in business council of india. Because they don't have any authority for giving csr training center franchise for skill education. Before taking an education training center check them office, office location in jaipur & check any govt. An authorized proof which is giving by a central government. "they can never show." because they don't have any govt. Proof related to csr project for making training center partners. They don't have any legal authority for giving csr skill education. They are only an ngo. When you will see them office & office location you can also understand them states.
When you will take a franchise then will tell you we can give you 100 or 200 free seats. 1500 per student etc. Etc... They will get show big dreams. They will tell you noting do it give us only 30000/- +2000/- & will give you 100 or 200 free seats beautician & take admission & after 90 days a thirty party will conduct an exam then we will give you 100000/- after exam within 90 days. When you will give 30000+2000/- they will change his rules slowly & will tell you. After some time you will bother from your center & bci & will leave your money & shut down your training center.

This is a complaint against nhai. Implementation of fast-tag is very disappointing and demotivating. The fast-tag lane was closed so i paid the toll charges on the other window. I was charged in cash and fastag also. This is a problem of double-charging. I have been double-charged toll fee through fastag at kalajhar toll plaza on patiala-sangrur highway three times. Now toll plaza manager is not cooperating to resolve the issue. I was given an excuse that the contract company has been changed. Even if the company has been changed, i deserve my money back. I demand a refund in my fastag account at the earliest.

While i was about to pay the toll tax at karnal, the timing was during dust storm on 1st june 2018, around 6.40 to 7 pm. Due to the gush of storm, the false ceiling fell on my car.. At high speed.. And one aluminium strip got pierced on my front glass at left side. It was a save with god's grace. However such a dangerous design and causing immense threat to human life and property with our tax money is a pain. How can u design such a harmful false of roof? There was no one to take care.. Neither lodge or see the happening.. All your guys just enjoyed the happening.. Just watching... The loss to my car is around 35000 rs and also lucky we didn't die.. Who will bear this loss and who will take the responsibility? Why action or a legal loss notice be served with a cause of threatening damage to human life m property be served? Sir/madam,
As i am using fastag past six months. But in toll plaza their maintenance is too worst. Su toll plaza no.21 (Mettupatti-salem 636106).
Each & every time am waiting for minimum 3 minutes for passing the toll. Regarding this issue i have compliand already in toll manager. But till am and all fastag user's are facing this issue rotenly. They are saying there is no networking. Poor connection with reading fastag & info by mr. Lokesh.
Please take any necessary action on it.

I ex hav s. Kaleeswaran was travelling from my native peraiyur to madurai (Madurai dt) with my own veh tn 58 ay 7090 on 01.06.2018 i am faced arrasment from thirumangalam toll gate (Madurai district) and they were very forced me and they told bad words also i am mentally absetted because their wrong behaviours. As per existing rule ex-serviceman is exempted from paying toll on production of i-card. I humbly request you to take an appropriate action against him so that no other ex-serviceman get humiliated in future.

I have already given a complaint, against murthall toll plaza, that they are charging toll from para military forces, even after nhai ordered, that all armed forces have exempted from tall at all india basis.
