Dear sir/ma'am,
I'm writing this mail to bring to your kind notice and register my complaint regarding the utter disregard and misbehaviour of the staff and managers at mahuvan toll plaza at nh-2, mathura, up.
They are not providing/renewing the local monthly passes for non-commercial vehicles for business owners and employees or establishment within 20 km radius even though nhai circular clearly states that "local passes can be issued to people who have establishment within 20 km radius". (Please find attached the copy of the circular).
I have personally experienced this problem this time, they blocked my previous card and issued the order to convert to fasttag, upon visiting the office, they refused it straight away and order to pay regular toll fee. Manager-in-charge (Mr. Rk tiwari) just refused to listen.
Infact i was using the old local monthly pass issued by their office only, then also he refused to give us the new fasttag pass.
This is not their private road, that they can be so adamant about their decision disregarding nhai circulars. Being local factory owners, why we should bear the brunt of heavy toll fees on daily basis? Nhai should do something about this immediately and should fine this company "da toll road pvt. Ltd." that are just looting the public in open.
Kindly issue a strict directive and stern warning to such tolls to issue monthly passes for non-commercial vehicles for business owners and employees or establishment within 20 km radius based on the nhai notices issued. (Please find attached the copy of the circular).
I request you to take action against this and instruct them to provide such passes to the commuters as early as possible otherwise we are continuing to pay the toll fees on daily basis that is just wrong.
