Respected sir
When i question your staff at the nha1 manesar toll why he allowed all cars to pass through fast tag lane he was so abusive and said that all cars are allowed and no one had the privilege to pass through fast tag only because of the fast tags on the cars. Meaning i can be in the fast tag line, pay whatever and he will let me go. And then he started yelling. Your staff is the reason why women don’t wish to travel alone through the manesar toll, with such rude staff with no manners to speak at questions asked which are logical. Then why have fast tag lines when just anyone’s can use any lane? Shame!
Dear all,
We have been waiting more than 30 min with heavy traffic of road block. It is not acceptable for the customer and we asked the bill collector to unpaid for us, they wouldn't hear, he simply said that if you want complaint go ahead, so please do needfull steps to satisfy the travelers.

    Dehradun Haridwar highway work has been pending from last 7 yr with increase rate of road accidents and causing major inconvenience for the citizens.
    Why Can't NHAI get this 40Km stretch work done. How much more time you need? People have complained about NHAI, Mr. Gadkari and Goverment in so many forums, however still no progress.
    Please don't take people patience for granted.

      I am a resident within 20kms of radius from Uthman toll plaza situated between Beawar to Pindwara NH, but eventhough i hv been charged RS 110 from my PAYTM fastag account made for my ALTO800 Registration no RJ24CA4210. So now kindly revert the unauthorised deduction. presently i m having low balance so now each time i have to clarify all the older unauthorised this way evertime passing thru makes me hassle so kindly take the necessary action otherwise i will go for the legal actions

        We have provided fast tags on all our tank trucks. But fast tags are not working on some of the tolls.
        Fast tags are not working on nh 44 for topran, biknoor and jahirabad for hpcl tank trucks. We are paying the toll in cash.

        Kindly resolve the issue of this as our transporters are facing problems in paying the tolls by cash.

        Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

        As per government rules toll tax must be open when there's a long jam behind the yellow line but at badarpur border toll tax they're still charging and because of it there's a long jam and an ambulance is also stuck in this jam so kindly please take some action.

          On nh near hisar, the humps are so dangerous that can easily cause any major accident. They cannot be seen from a distance as neither any kind of indicator is there nor the white paint so that it can be visible at night also and the design is also seems like constructed by a learner and not by an expert. The road is so smooth that u drive at a certain speed but all of a sudden you realize that you are on a hump and that is so weird that u end up in high jumps and if you are not a very expert driver it would be next to impossible to control the vehicle and it can be dangerous to you and vehicles around you; moreover i[censored] try to use sudden break when you realize that there is a hump which is visible all of a sudden just at a hand's length, it would be even more dangerous. Kindly look into the matter at a high priority to avoid any kind of mis happening.

            Today on 22nd may 2018 while heading towards jaipur, i have been charged extra at manesar gurgaon toll plaza... When i was crossing at 8:55 am, as at toll they asked me to pay in cash saying fast tag is not working... But once i crossed toll i got a message saying i have been charged at toll... So basically paid rs. 65 as cash and 65 through fas tag... Also what i have noticed i have waited for 25min at toll plaza in fas tag line but other lane was working for free... So whats the benefit of having fas tag...

              Hi I am travelling from Hyderabad to Latur we almost standing In line for 10 minute I asked them I am standing in line from 10 minitus y should I pay the toll tax he didn't open the gate majboori me toll de na padha toll plaza L AND T DECCAN TOLL ways LTD. TOLL PLAZA NAME TPO2 KAMKOLE worst service and people are getting angry with toll employees.

                I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads on jaipur-delhi highway. The roads have so many pitfalls which sometimes cause accidents. I have made several complaints to nhai (Complaint no:- 106217) and toll plaza near sahajapur (Neemrana). Even near shahjahanpur toll flyover and roads condition are very bad from very long timer, but it seems they are not very much interested in maintenance of road. The surface of the road and flyovers between jaipur-delhi is broken f. There are broken culvert those are also a dangerous for vehicles specially at night. But the road has been neglected for a long time. So we are grateful to you if you taken action to repair the road.

                  Have reported a complaint of luggage falling off the car carrier between hattargi toll plaza to kaveri hotel nh-4. The report has been registered with the control room no:[protected]. This incident has occured after 3:25 p. M on 20/5/18. The car no mh 12 mb 7648 has crossed hattargi toll plaza at 15.25 p. M. The car was renault lodgy of brinjal color. The same information has been noted down by sankeshwar police station. Kindly look into the matter and revert on the mobile no:[protected].

                    I want to complain about badarpur-Faridabad toll on Mathura road.

                    Generally It takes 10-15 minutes to pass in peak hours which are 7:30 A.M-11:00 A.M & 5:30 P.M-9:00 P.M.

                    It is very painful to waste time here daily.
                    Not only this but thousands of people's time gets wasted here daily which is ultimately leading to wastage of lot of petrol and Diesel of vehicle which is serious wastage of our country resources.

                    Is there any regulation for time limit for waiting on tolls?
                    If there is any I would like to know that and there must be a some action to take place.

                        This is second time we are traveling from hyderabad 2 zaheerabad & there is toll gate @ budhera area. This is managed by l&t. Although there is a dedicated fastag lane, but it's not utilised. Lot of traffic jam need 2 wait till before traffic pay too free. When questioned the security, there was careless answer. Even there is board in penalty 02 times if entered the lane. Here security is guiding. Need proper action on this toll plaza.
                        Fastag lane is not working in bally nivedita setu toll bridge in kolkata, west bengal. Toll Name: Rajchandrapur. Upon asking your toll representative say it is because of failure due to lightening of some days back. We have to wait for a long in toll to pass.
                        Toll tax deducted from fast tag yet I had to pay by cash. Was told that it will be adjusted on my return journey if it had been deducted. While returning when I informed them about it I was told that I would have to come down during any office day to get the refund. That means either these people are thugs engaged in forgery and robbing people or they think that other people will leave their work and line up in their office to rectify mistakes committed by people running the toll plaza. This is just ridiculous. I am posting the pictures. This might help.

                          Today i traveled from belgaum to islampur on nh4, i wish to share my experience on toll plaza.
                          1) at hattarki toll plaza - asked for return receipt, which was given for rs40/-
                          2) at kagnoli toll plaza, asked for return receipt, which was given for rs100/-
                          3) at kini toll plaza behaviour of the concerned authorities was different.
                          A) they refused to issue a return receipt, and everytime they charge rs 70/-.
                          B) when asked for rule book and compliant book, we were refused, they were very rude and threatening. They said complaint anybody.

                          Is this type of rude behaviour normal at toll plazas on highways?

                          Please take suitable action against the authorities as it is causing inconvenience to the common man.

                            When we were travelling in nh4 there is no proper lane for fastag from chitradurga to belgaum.in none of the toll there is no lane for fastag. We bought fastag only for a reason not to stand in the queue. Even after buying it we are standing in queue. When you don't make proper lane for fastag then what's the use of buying it??

                            The same thing happens during festival times too.

                            When you have made some rules please implement it.

                              Operator (Sourabh) of sosokhurd toll plaza nh23 intentionally gave me single journey ticket (Ticket no.[protected] dated 13.05.18) and when i asked him to provide two way ticket. He abused me and also intimidate me. Finally i was forced to go and he told me that not let me pass from the toll today. On returning journey his friend sohail with some guards and staffs (Ticket no.[protected] dated 13.05.18) stooped me on toll and let other vehicle go through other gate for 20-30 min. We i told him to call manager. They abused me and try to beat me too. Is this the system of toll management, to beat and intimidate a responsible citizen of india.

                              I request you to take proper against them. So that they do not do it again with anyone.

                                I had taken fastag from hdfc very recently... Very poor support. I recharged it for 600 + (200 as safety deposit). After my 1st day, every day there is an excess deduction. Initially amount had been calculated as single journey even for return journey also.

                                Also there was double deduction for single entry.

                                Finally what happened was nearly 90 rs had been deducted when the toll charge was 35 rs. (I. E.. When the balance was 260 rs, i passed one toll plaza having 35 rs. After passing my balance came down to 170 rs)

                                I stopped to recharge fastag.

                                I made complaint. But no response... I am planning to file petition in consumer court. Can anybody guide?

                                  Dear sir, the chennai port maduravoyal expressway ambitious project which benefits the city people, it was started on 2009 and stopped in 2011, in 2016 again it has been revived now almost two years the work not yet being started, for the past 9 years people particularly on the koyambedu-maduravoyal are struggling because of this incomplete construction many accidents took place, for the past two years still the construction not yet started, for the past two years the news comes like drp started construction will start soon, please start the construction as soon as possible and complete it on time, it wil be a great relief for chennai people.

                                        We own a plot along nh 48 in madanur village of ambur taluk in tamil nadu. The road adjacent to the plot is being widened. We were promised a compensation of rs. 6, 35, 000 for the same but we still haven’t received the deposit of the amount. We were supposed to get it around 20 days back. We don’t know what to do or who to contact regarding this. Please help us
                                        I have Fast Tag on my car. The fast tag works when going from Faridabad to Delhi but does not work when going from Delhi To Faridabad.

                                        The Toll Plaza is not helping resolve this problem.
