Incident of extra toll deduction
It is to bring to notice that the fast tag lane are kept in closed condition by the working person (Appeared to be deliberately) at toll plaze, forcing the vehicle to go through the common lane. With this there is no advantage of having the fast tag lane facility.
Secondly while going through the common lane, if we convey them to deduct the amount from fast tag account, the counter did not issue an receipt and therefore at the next toll plaze, even if the toll has been already paid, the toll plaze contractor is again charging a same account even if the amount paid at first toll plaza is covering that section of road.
Like wise the toll collecting contractor is cheating.
Details of incident:
1. While travelling towards khawasa on vehicle no. Mh31-fa-7477 on 28 may 2018 at 18:59:24 rs. 100/- was deducted at mansar toll plaza. This amount was deducted manually from the fast tag as the lane assigned for fast tag was kept closed by the operating people.
This amount was supposed to cover the distance further to the next toll plaza at kamptee kanhan bypass check toll plaza. However as the fast tag lane was also not working at above toll plaza, an additional toll of rs. 100/- was deducted manually at kamptee kanhan bypass toll plaza from above fast tag account at 18:44:54.

2. While returning from khawasa on vehicle no. Mh31-fa-7477 on 30 may 2018 at 09:51:46 rs. 100/- was deducted at kamptee kanhan bypass check toll plaza. This amount was deducted manually from the fast tag as the lane assigned for fast tag was not working.
This amount was supposed to cover the distance further to the next one i. E. Mansar toll plaza. However as the fast tag lane was also not working at above toll plaza, an additional toll of rs. 100/- was deducted manually at mansar toll plaza from above fast tag account at 18:44:54.

After a lot of struggle i bought fasttag. But now i feel to return the fasttag, very worst service.. No one is there to answer our problems in toll plaza fasttag lanes. Especially salem to attur mettupatti toll plaza is very worst. Wen i went inside the fasttag lane. They stopped me. And told me to come in another lane. I asked why. They told fasttag not working. Then i asked for wat he'll ur keeping fasttag. For cars the up and down in that mettupatti tolls is 65. Wen i crossed that toll for single i charged 45 rs. I saw in my sms. Then after 3hrs i crossed the same toll and i receive the sms as 45 again. So totally i charged 90rs. But actually i should have charged 65 only. Wat the he'll going in that mettupatti toll. We're is my money going.. Kindly take action on them..

At khedshivapur pune toll, fastag sensors are not working properly, takes more time, operator has to talk to someone on phone and gets clearance. This is going on for last more than 3 months. Non fastag vehicles are also allowed. So no time saving. Similar situation at aneawadi - satara toll plaza.
As against attasawade toll plaza near karad, non fastag vehicles are not allowed at all & sensors work very fast. Really creditable.

Subject: request regarding issues faced at the nathdwara toll in rajasthan.

I have been trying to file my complain from last few times but i am unable to do so regarding exemption from the toll in the disability criteria, as the staff of nathdwara toll (Shreenathji udaipur tollway pvt. Ltd.) do not accept my disability certificate which in 45% and misbehave on top of it.
I have filed the complaint (Ref. Complaint number: 206 dated:[protected] earlier also but no response was given.
Yesterday again (28th may) 4:12 p. M. I travelled from the same toll, carrying my disability certificate and original rc of my automatic car but they refused to exempt from the toll which is my legal right. Even after asking for the complain book they refused to give me, and on calling the toll plaza manager mr. Mahesh mishra ([protected]) he did not responded. And my car was brutally pulled aside of the road.
Their misbehaviour and irresponsibleness and negligence towards the law is causing trouble for daily travellers like us.
I wish to again file a complain for the same and demand a copy of the action taken by the authority.
Looking forward for a quick action.

Sir,

I am complaining about nh-76 6 lane road construction and electricity line shifting near dabok chauraha, tulsi das ki sarai. The people related to electricity line shifting work, these people using old polls instead of new iron polls near my village. Other areas was covered by new and long polls but here they are using old cemented polls they are short in hight and the line is touching my house.

Please consider my compliant in a proper way and do necessary.

I'm writing this mail to bring to your kind notice and register my complaint regarding the utter disregard and misbehaviour of the staff and managers at mahuvan toll plaza at nh-2, mathura, up.

They are not providing/renewing the local monthly passes for non-commercial vehicles for business owners and employees or establishment within 20 km radius even though nhai circular clearly states that "local passes can be issued to people who have establishment within 20 km radius". (Please find attached the copy of the circular).
I have personally experienced this problem this time, they blocked my previous card and issued the order to convert to fasttag, upon visiting the office, they refused it straight away and order to pay regular toll fee. Manager-in-charge (Mr. Rk tiwari) just refused to listen.
Infact i was using the old local monthly pass issued by their office only, then also he refused to give us the new fasttag pass.

This is not their private road, that they can be so adamant about their decision disregarding nhai circulars. Being local factory owners, why we should bear the brunt of heavy toll fees on daily basis? Nhai should do something about this immediately and should fine this company "da toll road pvt. Ltd." that are just looting the public in open.

Kindly issue a strict directive and stern warning to such tolls to issue monthly passes for non-commercial vehicles for business owners and employees or establishment within 20 km radius based on the nhai notices issued. (Please find attached the copy of the circular).
I request you to take action against this and instruct them to provide such passes to the commuters as early as possible otherwise we are continuing to pay the toll fees on daily basis that is just wrong.

I am a HDFC Fastag user and here are my details:

While travelling to Pune on 10th Feb, my fasTAG did not read at Khalapur toll plaza, hence I paid the toll to Pune of Rs. 230 through my debit card (pls find attached debit card statement highlighting the amount debited). However, while passing from Talegaon Toll plaza, my fasTAG got read automatically and Rs. 138 got deducted from my fasTAG account (pls find attached my fasTAG account screenshot) inspite of having paid the toll of Rs. 230 through my debit card.
I request you to refund this additional deduction of Rs. 138 since I had already paid the toll through my debit card.
I had raised this complaint on your HDFC fasTAG portal in February 18 and till date I haven’t received any revert inspite of calling your toll free number atleast 5 times!!
Awaiting your quick revert at the earliest.

I am grandson of freedom fighter in punjab. I have identity card issued by punjab government so that i can pass toll plaza without paying any tax. But today i have to forced by badbar toll plaza that located in sangrur district, to pay toll tax, they said that badbar toll plaza is under cerntral government and there is no use of freedom fighter identity card

We waited for 15 minutes for our turn for toll tax payment at gangrar toll tax in rajasthan at 13.08 on 27/05 rj06cc5123 and when we asked for such delay and toll tax rule for no toll tax payment then all staff of toll tax gathered and used abusive languages. Even though we paid still they try to harass us by closing the barrier again. It seems goons are sitting at toll tax plaza.

Sir, kindly finalise the blue print of proposed pathankot mandi four lane at a site where there’s minimum disturbance to the people n greeney. Your officers concerned are indulging in favouratism n are succumbing to the political pressure on daily basis. One day they are saying that whole of your house is spared in the project n on other day after succumbing to the political pressure by the people across the road they say that whole of your house is included, we r made to in a dilemma. Kindly look into the matter urgently

प्रतापगढ़ - बादशाहपुर हाईवे पर आये दिन दुर्घटनाएं हो रही हैं जिसमें लोगों की अकाल मौत हो रहीं हैं इन दुर्घटनाओं का मुख्य कारण ४ लेन हाईवे पर डिवाइडर का नहीं होना है महोदय से निवेदन है कि इस हाईवे पर प्रतिदिन होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं को बचाने के लिए इस रोड पर डिवाइडर बनाने के लिए कदम उठाएं यह मार्ग आगरा एक्सप्रेस वे रोड से भी ज्यादा जानलेवा और खतरनाक हो चुका है प्रतिदिन इस रोड पर भीषण हादसे में लोगों की अकाल मौतें हो रही हैं। रामापुर, रानीगंज और भुपियामऊ के बीच प्रतिदिन सैकड़ों एक्सीडेंट में हो रहे हैं जिससे रोजाना अनेक लोगों की अकाल मौतें हो रही हैं

I hv been stucked for more than 1 hour in long que due to accident on wainganga river bridge at nh6 on both sides. More over the que is upto bhandara city to toll naka i. E. More than 2.50km, the toll naka handling company is busy in collecting toll even though the govt. Prescribed if que is more than 100mtr or yellow line marked traffic should be cleared without toll tax. Can authority look into matter pl.

Here to traffic place and many accidents are happening and before one month your department cleared the road occupiers and demolished some permanent buildings so many building owners are affected but what happens now they all in limit but again road side shops came to invasion on road and they also disturbing own buildings you need to take right actions if not you are answerable to that own building owners

People of mumbai and nashik i'm waiting 4min outside the toll of padga i entered in toll both on 4min 30 second. This how toll worker's miss behave and they come in group beat us. When someone tell them the rule of 3 min. On national highway nashik to mumbai
And they lie to people this is not a national highway, they are saying nh3 is a (State highway.) plz share this to everyone.

On24/05/2018 at 11:28 am on kognoli toll plaza (Ch-591, 240-nh-4 i paid cash ₹ 65/- toll charge & after some time i received an एसएमएस that dear customer, your fastag account has been debited rs. 65 for transaction for vehicle mbhczc63sjd168607 at toll kognoli toll plaza on[protected]t11:27:12. Balance amount in the account is rs. 135. Why should i pay double charges. Please help me in this matter. My mobile number is [protected] vishnu naik

I am daily traveller and paying 145 daily to newely started toll at bathinda - faridkot road... And when i visited today for the makng of daily pass. The offical sitting at the counter said that the pass is not being made till 1 june... As nhai has not given us permission for making pass.

Please clarify as to why the pass makng has not started if toll collection has started.

When i question your staff at the nha1 manesar toll why he allowed all cars to pass through fast tag lane he was so abusive and said that all cars are allowed and no one had the privilege to pass through fast tag only because of the fast tags on the cars. Meaning i can be in the fast tag line, pay whatever and he will let me go. And then he started yelling. Your staff is the reason why women don’t wish to travel alone through the manesar toll, with such rude staff with no manners to speak at questions asked which are logical. Then why have fast tag lines when just anyone’s can use any lane? Shame!

Dehradun Haridwar highway work has been pending from last 7 yr with increase rate of road accidents and causing major inconvenience for the citizens.
Why Can't NHAI get this 40Km stretch work done. How much more time you need? People have complained about NHAI, Mr. Gadkari and Goverment in so many forums, however still no progress.
Please don't take people patience for granted.
