Hello, i used nh8 (Nh48) only for 50 km. But i paid full toll tax of a highly costly toll booth shahjahanlur. I paid 125rs there. Is this the way to get the money from aam people for which he used only little bit service? I saw some people which has there reference didn't pay the toll. It means a common person is the foolish person of this world because his uncle is not a mla or mp or any other minister. And at last one more question i want to ask, why shahjahanpur toll plaza is too costly? Any answer? Please reply.

Some unknown person saying as manager entered inside the toll booth and started abusing and even he tried to beat, he torn the shirt and he disappeared toll people said he was some unknown person and they don't know them... How can a strange person inside toll booth can behave like this. Very bad system in the kirasave/kadabahalli toll gate hassan..

Hello to authroised person,
This is to inform or bring to your notice that the boys who are at the toll plaza they even donot know that seperate track only for fast tag vehicle. They allow all the vehicle in the same track. Then why should we purchase the fast track stickers. And more over people will never think of adopting fast tag when they are allowed in the same track.in entire karnataka at all the toll plaza this is observed. Honestly we get fedup when they do this kind of rules. We our selves think that we are the fools that we have adpoted fast tag.
Requesting who ever the concerned to address and start passing the message to all toll plaza so that every one in the county will adopt fast tag.

This is regarding the collection of toll at bael toll plaza. I had renewed the monthly payment of rs. 250 on 25.4.2018 and had been issued a receipt that it will be valid till 24.5.2018. However from 1.5.2018 i was again being charged from my paytm wallet everytime i crossed the toll. On asking why it was so, the reply was from 1.5.2018 the monthly plan was to be renewed every calender month. My contention is then why had they charged me for the full month on 25.4.2018.
The second issue is there is only one counter from where recharge for the fastag is to be done. Now when we are moving towards digitalization, why the same cannot be done online, thereby same saving on time for the commuters.

On pune banglore highway, khed shivapur toll and anewadi toll have a dedicated lane for fastag vehicles but those are kept open for all types of vehicles including non-fastag. They don't even bother that they are denying our right to save time and petrol using fastag on our vehicles. Workers at toll booth are very rude and mannerless. What the use of fastag if it takes same or extra time than regular toll lanes?

I gave the torn note to kadabahalli/kirasave toll gate they refused to accept it and some other person saying as manager entered inside the toll booth and started abusing and even he tried to beat, he torn the shirt and he disappeared toll people said he was some unknown person and they don't know them...

My name is amit. And i want to ask a question regarding hastag. Is daerah lane used by all vehicles?
Because when i was passed through tall plaza at ahmedabad expressway at ring road side there is only mention hastag lane but all vehicles passed through hastag lane. Also there is one board on which wrote that if non fastag vehicles passed through fastag lane then they will charge double. But this rule is not follow. If any query you can call me on my mobile no. Also the person not answer proper regarding hastag.

I think is there any mistake by me to purchase fastag???

There is a flyover work going on nh47 at parvathipuram junction, nagercoil, kanyakumari district, tamil nadu state. Here there is one road that joins from trivandrum and then get spilts into 2 roads, one leading to tirunelveli and the other towards kanyakumari. Both these roads are closed at the same time and no proper alternate routes are also planned properly. People take a long time to reach the workplaces and also hospitals. As this is a major entry into nagercoil requesting th highways department to look into it and keep either one of the roads open for people to commute easily.

I am engaged in a private university at sadopur=-ambala and i and many others have to reach in time as punching of bio metric attendance is fixed. Some times the heavy vehicle drivers do met on the way and are supposed to give way to pass the two wheelers but today one sardar ji tipper driver (Truck) of vehicle registration with 4896 engaged by the contractor of nhai at sadopur at the site for the construction of railway flyover and road from kaithal to nh-22 today found dring rashly and negligently and when requested by blowing horn and giving headlight on long way of appx. 1/2 km did not cared to stop rather started driving more rashly and stir up dust heavily. When at a suitable place i made him to stop just to apprise the difficulty being faced, he started humiliating and harrassing me and threatened to kill me in accident next time if found on road. His such type of wording has terrified me. I request for immediate stringent action for registration of fir, cancellation of his driving licence and also blacklisting him from nhai working.

I am writing this mail just to inform you that my palsit toll gate monthly pass has been cancelled due to distance issue as in google maps, it is showing 21.3 km. I am totally surprised to see that at my area i. E. Surekalna, dist. Burdwan, p. S.: jamalpur, lots of vehicle renewed their monthly pass without any issue and they are all exactly at my neighbor with the same distance even fewer one have longer distance than mine as well as from palsit toll gate, that is more than 21.3 km. I am renewing my pass since[protected] or so, but suddenly how come it has been cancelled whereas others at my place with the same or longer distances got renewed, i simply can't understand. You can check with your office staff how they renewed the other vehicles' monthly pass at my places (I. E. Surekalna, dist.: burdwan, pin: 713408). I can also provide the vehicles numbers so that you can check it.

Therefore, i should be very much obliged if you renew my monthly pass.

On public request a foot over bridge was built near vinod nagar depot and indian oil petrol pump adjacent to dtc bus stand on nh24, delhi stretch to facilitate public to cross the road to catch the bus. But it was removed for widening the road for meerut express way purpose. Now the widening of road has completed. But foot over is not built again. This is requested you to rebuild it as earliest.
So that it may convenient for public to cross the road to catch the the bus.

Hosur to krishnagiri first merge road (Opp to tamil nadu hotel) there is new fish shop opened they stopping their fish container in service road, water from that container fills the pits in service road... After 3 days it throws bad smell... Nowadays always there is bad smell in that area.. I think there is separate area for fish market but they opened in nh where many people using pedestrian area it may lead to some disease.. Please make some necessary action before disease spreading...

I would like to bring you in notice that earlier nh15 now nh68 has been made 8 lanes in city.. Problem is as per nhai rules contractor have to make 100feet connecting roads on highway in city which was used n damaged by traffic diveration etc during construction of highway..

But contractor gril haven't made those connecting roads from sindhri circle to bnc circle aproxx 15 roads 100 feet each.

Due to this residents of mahaveer nagar and baldev nagar are suffering from last 1.5 years.

Earlier contractor said to public here that they will make it at the end of work.. But as work of highway got completed they wend away without finalizing those connecting roads.

I have made cement road temporarily for my showroom which is also in bad shape now.

Kindly instruct gril to make same quality connecting roads till 100 feet so that vehicles can easy leave highway or join in.

On nh &5 between bangalore and hassan, near hirisave and another toll booth (I don't remember the name) they have a dedicated lane for fastag vehicles. Specially on high traffic days, these are kept open for all types of vehicles including non-fastag. Even though there are placards saying that they will be charged double if non-fast tag comes in that lane, the operators do not bother! They don't even bother that they are denying our right to save time and petrol using fastag on our vehicles. Workers at toll booth are very rude and mannerless. What the use of fastag if it takes same or extra time than regular toll lanes? Please address this matter and request you to fine both operators as well as people with non fast tag use these lanes.

If i am coming from bangalore and want to go to bannerghatta national park then i have to take mysore expressway, pay ₹90 toll and take 2nd exit. But if i miss this exit then i will go toward tumkur and then there is no u turn till next toll. All the u turns are closed with walls being made in between. So to take a u turn i have to pass through another toll gate and pay ₹40 again. This seems they want to extort money from travellers somehow for a simple u turn and it includes fuel wastage as well.

This complaint is about unauthorised access on nh plot, they are using the place for building hotel in nh alloted area without permission, please take action against this, we have given complaint in smaller authorities but they didint take any action against it, that is why we are availing your help.

Nahi के दिसंबर 2017 मे आदेशानुसार, सभी सशस्त्र सैनिक को टोल फ्री ही नहीं बल्कि टोल कर्मी को, सैनिकों का सम्मान भी करना होगा, पर मुरथल टोल पर ऐसा नहीं होता, मै 3/5/2018 को अपने गांव से परिवार के साथ वापिस दिल्ली आ रहा था।मुरथल टोल प्लाजा पर मेरे आई कार्ड को देखकर, उन्होंने टोल टैक्स छूट देने से मना कर दिया, मेरे समझाने के बाद भी नहीं माने, और रसीद पर भी लिखकर दिया की पैरामिल्ट्री को छूट नहीं है।ये क्या है क्या नाही का वो आदेश झूठा था, मै इसके खिलाफ, मन्त्री, और प्रधानमंत्री को भी लिख रहा हू।और कोर्ट तक भी जाऊंगा, इसलिए शीघ्रता से इसपर कार्यवाही करने की कृपया करें।धन्यवाद।

Sir toll plaza rohtak (Sampla) is collecting toll from defence personal telling that government of india has issued new notification that toll tax to be collected from defence personal. Sir, no other toll is collecting tax through out haryana. Sir please clerify the issue. If they ae are doing wrong action may be initiated. And they have given me written with stamp that toll is collected from serving defence personal.

I have travelled more than couple of times from hyderabad to kadapa via kurnool. Before entering kurnool there is a toll plaza and they charge 100/-. After traveling 7 kms towards kadapa, right after exiting kurnool city, there is another toll plaza and there again they are charging 60/-. This is totally unfair to charge 100/- for traveling 7 kms approx.

There is literally no response from the staff. They even behaved carelessly and said go and complain about this at nhai.

Kindly take appropriate action. Recommended action would be to ask travellers in which way they are traveling and if they are traveling to bangalore, they can charge 100/- and if they are traveling towards kadapa/chennai, they should be charging only that amount till where travellers are using the nhai hyderabad-bangalore road and again at next toll plaza, which is on the other end of kurnool city can charge remaining amount. Paying 100 + 60 is totally unfair on travellers.

Same is the case with toll plaza right before entering kadapa city. Right after leaving the toll plaza after paying 30/- or 60/- the toll road ends. Don’t know why we are paying the toll fee when toll road is ending. There also people who are going towards chennai in the outer ring road of kadapa, people have to pay the toll fee and enter the city.

Please take appropriate action on this at the earliest.

This issue is regarding nh75 maintained by l&t which is collecting toll charges from defence personnel, even though it is exempt in all other toll stations. As per the nhai rules all defence personal are exempted from paying toll charges on national highways in india. I would like know why only this toll maintained by l&t collects toll from defence personnel also. Please take necessary action against them.
