Dear NHAI Team,

This is in reference to the poor condition of the NH73 which is passing through yamunanagar and jagadhri.The road is badly damaged near iti chowk from side corners and also it is dangerous for the pedestrian use on the flyover.The complete stretch from jagadhri bus stand to viswkarma chowk is poorest NH of country worse than the local roads.
Kindly repair and make it safe.

Kindly clear the air whether the serving and retired armed force persons including para-military persons are eligible for tax exemption or otherwise.

If not exempted, its pity that those persons sacrificing their good life for sake of the nation are not being considered for exemption whereas all the politicians from the mps mlas to the local leaders whether ruling or ex are exempted from paying toll charges at toll plazas....

We are regular travelling through ns6 amravati road near goankheri toll plaza
Always they are closed two to three gate & all vehicles minimum haif an hour
This is there regular practice but today (13/02/2018) when i complain they using bad language not only me all our car
If we can not control this situation immediately one day it will be also kashmir

I am citizen of gurdaspur, punjab. I was travelling on pathanot to amritsar highway (Nh 54). There are 2 toll plazas. I was travelling with my wife. There was no empty lane in fast tag lane. So employees of nhai stopped me and ask me to go to other lane as their fast tag lane was not functioning well. They even argue with me in front of my wife. They often call fast tag as fraud.

Here i want to inform you building installed at nhai property on nh205 from last few years. Near ghanauli, vill-singhpura which may lead any mishappening. According to nhai officials building cannot be installed at nhai property. So kindly give the attention on this issue. And remove the building from the nhai property. Me and my family were travelling to jalandher and at ladowal toll plaza we went in the fastag lane as we use fasttag for faster experience but what we see was astonishing because all the vehicles without without fastag were also in the same lane. Private parties who handle the toll plaza, have made a illegal rule to not accept any currency, which was marked or scribbled in it.

Sir I was travelling from Jaipur to Delhi and there is a toll plaza named Manoharpura Plaza. On that toll there was a traffic jam of more than 1.5km and we had to wait for 28 minutes on that toll. 1. There is no service road on both the sides
2. There is no toilets / water facility at toll gate
3. The distance between next toll gate surthkal is less than 40 kms where as nhai guidelines distance is 60 kms.

I recently traveled goa and have noticed that toll both staff not serious about vehicle registration number and they put any random number. We were group of 10 people in 3 different cars. This is to bring into your notice the cheating and fraud which we faced on nh-2 srinagar toll plaza on 30th january 2018 and 7th january 2018.

We travelled on 30th january 2018 through nh-2 srinagar toll plaza and were told that the fastag lane was not working. Due to this we paid rs 145 for multiple journey token of which is attached with the mail.

Toll plaza at nh 8 neemrana shahjahpur taking approx 10 minutes daily. I came from my company in afternoon and evening, both the time toll plaza have long lines of vehicles. They don't respond, they also haven't any system to reduce time.
This is a daily repeated process.
Please do the needful.
Please let me know the maximum time at any toll plaza.
