I was travelling from duty place to home town via NH 28, at rauhani toll plaza km 107 NH-28 vill tahsinpur post sanaha police stn raunahi dist Faizabad UP operator insist me to pay toll tax . his behavior was very rude and hard.so, i have to pay the toll tax.
As I am working in air force, i am exempted from toll tax in NHAI ?
As per my concern.
Pls do the strict action against defaulter.

At dasna toll today i asked for return journey ticket but toll collector charged for return journey and given single journey ticket (Rs. 30/) it means toll collector charging full amount rs 45/ but in treassory depositing less amount per day so in this way cheating to costumer as well as to government.

As mentioned in subject I went jodhpur from Jaisalmer on 16 March from Jaisalmer and took return ticket from khanori toll gate when I was returning there was a long queue as I waited for 6 minutes in queue after that as per your rule the toll will free after wait of 3 minutes I told that guy who was on counter his behavior was very rude and talking like a drink and he called 1 more person who make some arrangements and left away and their reply was.
1. There is not any rule that toll will free after 3 minutes waiting.
2. I requested the Guy who was standing before toll gate to open the lane because I had return toll ticket so please allow me but he not allowed.
3. When I called your customer care then there person who picked my call was talking rudely and replied that you can do whatever you want and talking with non response words which u can hear in recording you can request me to provide I have all calls recorded.

I have raised the complaint about the double charge on 11th jan 2018 to icici fastag but still it is in progress. Called the customer care several time & requested to update. But there is no response (Ticket no is cmp[protected]).

I have issued one more complaint for issue the replacement tag on 21st feb 2018 to icici fastag but still i have not received the tag. Called the customer care & requested them to issue more than four time but till i have not received (Ticket no is cmp[protected]). Currently i have amount in fastag account since there is no tag i am paying each toll.

Icici fastag service is very worst.

I am regular traveler from chennai to andra pradesh...in kolkata high way gnt. First toll plaza near redhills fastag service not available long time... If i have asked people reply very roudelly... I have complained to toll plaza manager lot of time.. He also poor response... Written complaint they don't provide a options...

One guy from the toll plaza told ask modi ji and get solved...

In kurnool tollgate 12th lane mr. M. Sukanna emp id: 20031, we have fastag and the fastag lane was closed and as per rules this toll gate all lanes are acceptable. This guy says this lane is not acceptable and i was requesting him to scan with scanner and he said we don’t have it and he will not do it asking me pay cash and i was not carrying any cash bcz of fastag and he was fighting with me and he is trying to hit me with his from the booth and he said that he will kill me. I was very upset and other came and requesting me to remove the car and i called the manager and mr. Peter came and he was requesting me to pull over my car. I took the details from mr. Peter and i sam complaining the same.

I am requesting higher authority to take the action mr. M sunkanna. I was very scared about this situation and he is hitting me and warned me to kill. This is happened 16-03-18: 7:45am

I had gone through prakash asphaltings & toll highways (I) ltd, chollang (Km 34.5 on nh-44) on 11-march-2018 at 11:53:42. I have fastag installed on my car but the balance was low (Rs 91.37) for a multiple journey so i didnt opt for the same and paid for it in cash for a return journey receipt. But after 15-20 mins i got the message that rs 75 has been deducted from my fastag account. On my return on the same day i raised the matter with toll authorities (Mr gaurav and his manager) but they refused to return the money. Kindly help me in getting my extra deducted money. I have got the original receipt and message from icici fastag with me.

The toll plaza not having proper waving machine nd panality overload charges with fake receipts.
My vehicle is goos carrier (L). Whose capacity is appox. 1400 kg.
Toll plaza weight machine shows 9000kg.
Which is impossible to carry by
Any light vehicle.
When i opposed this they mis behaving. Nd give me a fake recpit nd charge 1000 rs. Nd not mention my proper vichle number on receipt.
It is the big raket.

On dt.03.03.18 i was going to kokilavan with family. I have cross srinagar toll plaza in hodal (Haryana) they told that fast tag is not working and they charged rs. 95 after half an hour i got message the 95 rs deduct form my account. When i come back on same date, i talk to the person and show the message and receipt, they told to make complaint.

Some other vehicle owner tell us this is daily routen for this toll plaza

Request you to look into matter and activate the fast tag properly

I am travelling every month to bareilly and paying almost 700 rs toll tax {both side} to nhai, this is complaint for very poor condition of nh 24 from moradabad to garhmukhteshwar, everywhere there are potholes, and causes serious damage to car,
Also driving is worst as every 2to 300 meter we have to apply brakes and face those shaky ride

Why should then i pay so much money to nhai, if you cannot keep roads in good condition, i have photo also which i am adding, kindly see at your end, and get it rectified.

Dear sir/madam,
1. I am a serving officer in indian army.
2. On 7 mar 2018 i was driving from bangalore to belgavi on nh 4.
3. Three toll booths starting from bangalore exit till tumkur toll booth behaved very arrogantly. Inspite of displaying my service i card to him personally, he was adamant in demanding my i card for scanning.
4. Service i cards of serving personnel are classified documents which should not be photocopied or digitally duplicated in any format due to security reasons.
5. The toll tax collectors all over the country may please be duly educated about this issue. Kindly ensure that all employees in the toll collection centres be always aware of this policy.
6. It leads to immense embrassment on the roads when the toll collectors misbehave due to their ignorance of military policies.
7. Request look into the issue for necessary directions.

I am a defence officer. I was traveling on 9th march 2018 where I was not exempted for at toll at kadhipur-sitarganj highway, when I showed my I card I was told that you are not on duty and moreover the person on the toll plaza behaved rudely and argued. I request the immediate action against the person and the his supervisor who supported him. If actions will not be taken properly then I will take the case in court. It's not about the money, it is about the respect that we persons of armed forces deserve. I also enclose the toll copy of the reciept

Myself Pawan jakhar. I went jaipur in hospital and back by my personal car. The toll tax incharge of near Udaipurwati toll jhunjhunu-udaipurwati road take toll from me after showing identity card issued by defence. I have a video proof also. He was said that no toll tax excuse for defence person. I want justice for the same. Toll incharge rajesh kumar was there.

I am holding a fastag of axis bank, if i need to switch to another fastag provider, if i feel the present fastag services are not up to the satisfaction levels.

How the change over to the next agency can be done.

The securuty deposit collected by the agency will be returned in how many working days.

Does the portability shifting option exists in fastag.

This toll plaza is not giving exemption to "defence" vehicles. The behavior of manager of this toll is very rude. He even do not want to talk to the travelers.
This toll is not giving exemption of toll to defence personals.
It is requested to do proper action in this matter
Also suggest them to employed to some educated personals whose behavior is polite.

Sir/Madam,
NH-709 from Rajgarh to Panipat is in very bad condition. The road piece from Rajgarh to Pilani (40kms) is so bad that accidents are now looking like a normal thing to people living in nearby towns and villages. Students who study pilani also suffer a lot due to it's poor condition. We have to live in pilani instead of our homes due to bad road, Sir please please please please please please please fix this road. So that we don't have to live far from our homes. We suffer and sacrifice a lot because of this 40km bad road. Will it cost too much for the government to fix only 40km road, which is already a NH. You can add toll tax ...but please sir fix this road.

During passing from mahuvan toll plaza near mathura up on nh 2, being local resident of mathura i have paid cash of rs 95 on toll booth operator dm12 6106 date 04 mar 18 at 21:42:29 veh no 1226 however they have again debit my fastag from rs 95.

Sir i want to inform you that in april 2016 nhai leaked a sattelite map and after that in jume 2016 with the help of this leaked map land crime syndicate buy the land at kukad pind, kot kalan, khera, jamsher, alipur, nangal krar khan, bambiabal, khusropur (Jalandhar cantt constituency), so after when the government will planeed to have highway on this way they can get big amount of money from govarnment. So as they have information of map they cut colony and also undertake commercial things in it on that way where the highway have to come. So when the government have to aquire land at that time they can get big amount, because when government have to quire land they have to give big amount to commercial and coloniser land, this was all a preplanning and due to this leakage of map government will face 100 crores of revenue loss.
I also want to bring in your notice that nhai jalandhar was known about this that map have been leaked but to give profit to the land crime syndicates the big officers of nhai jalandhar didnt change the map. Some officers are included im this scam as they were bribrd to do that.
I want to request you that please make high level ingquiry of this case.

Shud vaishno dhaba near reebok factory shop and ashok leyland service centre in the way pathankot to jammu charging high prices then mrp... Nd when we ask them to charge according to mrp then they start arguing... And said ask for any dhaba or shops on highways they will always charge accordingly above mrp... And as per my knowledge no one can sold things above the print mrp... Please do something and make our states corruption free...
