Sir,
We were assured of seamless travel through toll plazas and hence availed fastag. I had twice passed through the dankuni toll plaza on durgapur expressway in the last month, and there were 3 fastag lanes, all jammed by trucks and availing manual toll collection on both occassions. If this be the scenario, can i be explained, as to why i was encouraged to buy fastag for my vehicle?
I hope, my complaint will reach the right ears, and necessary action taken.

Dear sir,

We have faced rude behaviour of toll booth staff and booth staff asking for the toll fare even we have waited for more than 30 minutes in queue.
We have asked to pass our car without toll fee as we have waited more than 30 minutes in queue and it is very disappointing that the staff not behaved politely and forcefully collected the toll fee from us.

We passed the indore dewas toll plaza on 24rd february 2018 at19.46:12 with my new car for return journey. The vehicle already having the fast tag account and my fast tag account has been debited rs.50/- for vehicle ma3czf635hl226066 at toll idtl toll plaza-a on 2018-02 — 24 19.45:30. On the other hand manually they have collected rs. 70/- by cash under ticket no.[protected] by both operator no.805 abhishek on 24/02/2018 19:46:12 for type of journey to and fro.
When i complaint to toll both supervisor but he was deny to lesion and no complaint book is available to me.

This is about tolls maintained by "trichy tollway pvt ltd" in nh45.

Sengurichi toll plaza (Km 192.75 on nh45) and thirumandurai toll plaza (Km 244 on nh45) are comes under section ulundurpet - padalur.
Both these tolls are collecting user fee for ulundurpet to padalur section that extends from km 192.25 to 285.00 in nh45.

So for the distance of 92.75 kms, these tolls were charging inr 50 separately for a lmv for single trip. (50 at sengurichi + 50 at thirumandurai).

As per the fee rules 2008 the spacing between two adjacent toll plazas should be 60 km.

Also as per same rule, for a car inr 0.65/km can be charged.
So for the stretch of 92.75 kms maximum charge can be inr 60.3, instead they were collecting inr 100.

I am travelled to delhi from hansi araound from two years and i have never seen lights on on the highway from rohtak toll to delhi i travel in nights and this may lead to many accidents in nights and its your duty to switch on the lights at night and you are charging toll from us didn’t give us proper facilities and our lives in risk so request you to look at this matter and take fast action regarding this

There is working going on the main road banga my house is next to the police colony and i have not been able to get access out of my house. The police station next door there seems to be no such rustication, they are taken care off.

Further more complaints to site office seem to make no difference and there is clear neglect for safety to public.

I am also actively claim compassion for money spent on taxis while i have not been able to use my own car. I understand from farm labour that on occasion they also not been able to get out with machinery to complete their work.

Please some do something out at least tell what is the process for claimants.

Why this toll is taken by the authority when highway is under construction and their is so much traffic jam on road. The toll employes were misbehaving and abusing the vehicle owner. Is this is the right way to collect the toll.
On every weekend i am travelling on this road face a lot of problem. Till the highway is under construction the toll will be not taken by the authorities.

I was travelling from bareilly to delhi on 21st february 2018 in a taxi, the road between moradabad and joya has many potholes. Some of the potholes remind of the pwd maintenance. The surface of the road near inhabitation is not uniform. The toll collection should be stopped and the vendor asked to repair failing which his contract be terminated. Some penalty is also needed.

I stay in manjri budruk, hadapsar, pune and my vehicle rc is registered in manjri budruk as well. I have been travelling to shewalewadi - urli kanchan since 2015 and never was asked for payment after showing my rc at loni toll plaza.

We were going to mahwa by sikandar toll. By mistake we enter fastrack line then one security guard throw barral suddenly the barrel hit my car. Then i saying some question to security guard then without said security guard abuse me and the matter was hot and security guard and his other security guard beat us... So please imidietly action it... If no action take by u then we gone other step

I have been travelling from Noida to Nanital for more than 10 years. The toll plaza at Dasna ahead of Ghaziabad has no fees information boards either on the road side nor on the booths where you pay the money. If you are unaware of the toll rates and you ask them the rate, they always say Rs 45 (return charges.One way charge is Rs 30). If you confront the booth attendant they are ready to fight. This time the booth attendant told me that it is my responsibility to know the rates and ask for a one way ticket.

All other toll booths ahead of Dasna has big display boards on the road side as well as on the booths.

Lets see if NHAI will look into this.

This is to inform you that oriental nagpur byepass, borkhedi is taking even after showing defence ID card.
They don’t have newer regulations of NHAI. They don’t even know how to talk with people. I am facing this problem every time and because of which I have to write complaint against them.
This complaint is not from only this is faced by many defence personnel’s.
I hope necessary actions will be taken.

Express highway between junagadh (Gujarat) to veraval-somnath is in operation for almost morethan two years.

This express highway is crossing two ribers;
(1) ozat river near vanthali village
(2) megal river near chorwad railway station road.

There are suppose to be two bridges should have to be constructed on each river (Total 4 bridges). Since, beginning, only one bridge on each river have been constructed and they started toll tax too.

Almost, more than two years have been passed and the traffic have been directed on single bridge with putting diversion signage on both bridges.

This is really ridiculous that highway authorities have still not started construction of bridge or they are unknown to such big issue.

Not only this a financial loss to toll tax payer but a huge risk during night travelling as the vehicle running at the speed of 100 may not identify such diversion (Signage got deteriorated frequently).

I am holding fast tag from hdfc. On[protected] i have passed vikravandi toll palaza at 08:16:14 pm and they deducted my fasttag. They deducted rs. 75 amount. Transaction id is [protected]. I have crossed again the toll plaza within 24 hours of time (I. E) 10:15:34 am on[protected] again they deducted rs 40. Transaction id is [protected]. This is happening 2nd time with this toll. They are cheating the customer who use fast tag. Please take necessary action against them. It should do automatically but it is not happening.

I have used devanahalii toll plaza on[protected] @ 2:33 am. I have paid the cash of 125 rs and got the receipt for the same. Today on[protected] i received a message stating that amount of 125 rs has been debited from my fast tag account for using devanahalli toll plaza. So double payment happened. Request you to kindly take a action in this regards and return my money.

Dear NHAI Team,

This is in reference to the poor condition of the NH73 which is passing through yamunanagar and jagadhri.The road is badly damaged near iti chowk from side corners and also it is dangerous for the pedestrian use on the flyover.The complete stretch from jagadhri bus stand to viswkarma chowk is poorest NH of country worse than the local roads.
Kindly repair and make it safe.

Kindly clear the air whether the serving and retired armed force persons including para-military persons are eligible for tax exemption or otherwise.

If not exempted, its pity that those persons sacrificing their good life for sake of the nation are not being considered for exemption whereas all the politicians from the mps mlas to the local leaders whether ruling or ex are exempted from paying toll charges at toll plazas. Very sad.

Always they are closed two to three gate & all vehicles minimum haif an hour
This is there regular practice but today (13/02/2018) when i complain they using bad language not only me all our car
If we can not control this situation immediately one day it will be also kashmir

Yesterday, 11th feb 2018, when travelling from kalyan to pune, at the khalapur toll booth i found that the etc designated lines were as usual occupied by many trucks and other vehicles not having the etc tag. When i joined the other lane, i was told that the etc tag reader was not functioning in that lane and that i would have to pay in cash. I did that reluctantly and got a receipt for the payment of rs 230/-. At the next toll booth at talegaon, i used the non-etc lane. However i was surprised to receive a sms that rs 138/- had been debited from my account for the journey! Can you please check and get my money refunded? Also, please ensure that travelers are not double-charged in this manner.

I am citizen of gurdaspur, punjab. I was travelling on pathanot to amritsar highway (Nh 54). There are 2 toll plazas. I was travelling with my wife. There was no empty lane in fast tag lane. So employees of nhai stopped me and ask me to go to other lane as their fast tag lane was not functioning well. They even argue with me in front of my wife. They often call fast tag as fraud.
So i request you to take necessary actions against those two toll plaza and inform me about the procedure taken. I hope that you will take actions
