Not showing vehicle number on toll receipt

The toll tax of return claimed under pressure 110 instead of 70 rs.

Complaints ignored.

Travelling from Burdwan to Kolkata, in PALSIT toll plaza on NH2, the computer is not working & we are waited there more then 10 min & also toll employees are very bad in behaviour, according to NH rules if waited more then 3 min the toll tax is free so why they charging us.
Still people are waiting there .

Hello sir maine toll tax per line meh 7 min. Tak wait kiya toh maine tym dikhaya toh toll tax per jo person tha usne mna kr diya or charge kaat lia toll tax sapla or bahdurgarh wala toll tax tha mere pass uska video bhi hai toh sir please requsted to you my payment refund kro

I come to understand that there is an exemption that there need not collect toll fee if the journey is within 12 hours and a free slip to be given quoting the time of crossing the plaza. Please clarify.

Dear Team,

There are no highways lights between Redhills (TamilNadu) to Thatchur Kootroad (TamilNadu) which is very compllicate to travel on the road to the commuters. Kindly place the light on the way.

Srinagar toll plaza on NH2 are cheaters. They have asked us that our fastag is showing low balance and they charged double toll plaza from us i.e 220 for single trip.
But later when I checked my fastag account then it showed that the amount of rupees 110 was paid from the fastag account.
Interestingly the amount from fastag was paid at 12.42 am on 02/07/2021 but even after the payment they have forced us to pay 220 for the same and misbehaved with us. I was travelling with family for varindavanband it was late hours and said persons were very rude and quarrelsome so I have paid the amount to them.
As a proof the receipt issued by them and msg from my fastag account is attached.
I have heard that this a routine practice on this road.
Very shameful for them who loot the pilgrims and very shameful for government also that no action is taken against them.
I request a strict action against them as they have knowingly charged the double amount after deduction of same from my fastag.

In Ladowal toll plaza, all the vehicle are allowed in the fastag lane and this is causing lot of inconvenience to the vehicle with fastag. This is actually forefeiting the purpose of fastag.
Please look into this and take necessary action.
