Are there any guide lines for exemption in toll for local (Mh14 registration number)?? People on this toll behave like gundas and force to pay... Where can i find proper guide lines to avoid harrashment at this toll gate and have clarity.

If toll is applicable for mh14 registration, then why it depends on person standing there? Some times they force you to pay, some time allow to go.

Need a copy of clearcut guide lines to know exemption criteria for toll.

Sir I'm serving in Indian Navy, while on holiday can I avail toll exemption on my personal vehicle.u
Actually I was charged the toll tax stating that the toll exemption is only for defence vehicles not for the personnel vehicle of a serving personnel .
I have confirmed with lots of my colleagues, all of them are availing the exemption but the toll tax near my place is not giving .
And please may I know that is there any limit on the number of times I can avail exemption.

I usually pass from dasna toll plaza, ghaziabad and i see some people give the toll and some not. This is because the people who know that it is illegal they dont pay the toll, and the people who dont know that it is illegal, the pay the toll. The thing is nhai had already completed the ammount in 2011. But still they are collecting the toll tax. The people who are workintlg there are the one who belongs to the local nearby village and supported by tha mafias.

I want to complaint about toll plaza @cholang (Distt.- hoshiarpur punjab). The road between dasuya to jalandhar is damaged at many places.. Still they are charging toll. Today on 26.12.2017 at 6am when i was passing thru the toll plaza, i complaint regarding damaged road, the toll collecting person named harbhajan singh misbehave with me and answered me that what can we do in this.. Then i said plz call the manager and give me complaint book. But the above named person denied in giving complaint book and also said that manager is not available right now. I want to ask is the general public liable to pay toll tax for damaged roads.

30 minutes at brijghat up toll gate and no body use to check specially on long weekends and for how long we have to pay at dasna toll gate which is fully operational in ur name illegally and no one prefer to shut it down. It's a loot suggest you to take action else i will meet govt official then orders will come and you have to take action. And will make sure corrupt will get suspended in ur department.

I want to draw your kind attention towards National Highway Numbedr 10 From Delhi Border towards Bahadurgarh City. There are Pole already fixed in th middle of the road but not functioning. Please do the needful for working these light in the night.

Today i passed through landhari toll where i asked payment through paytm but they refuse to accept payment cashless and finally i have to pay in cash. I think they are hiding no of vehicles passing through the toll. They are defying the ruling of central govt which states that cashless payment should be at all national highway. Plz look. I am also forwarding the mail to higher authorities.

I travelled through western up toll plaza on 23 rd dec 01:00 am. Fastag lane was not functionl and my car broke down by the toll gate. When i asked people on the toll they abused and misbehaved with me and family.
Despite of me being not guilty, my car got damaged and got misbehaved from the toll guys
I want some action to be taken against these nhai employess and the compensation for the loss in my car

I was at kurukshetra expressway private limited (Rohtak - bawal) at 11:22 of[protected]. I told them that i am a paramilitary
Sub-ordinate officer and shown them my id-card as well. They denied to open the bar. When i shown them letter from ministry of home affairs (Mha) in which this is clearly mentioned that central paramilitary forces are toll exampted. But they said that they don't have any kind of confirmation and also misbehaved with me. They charged a sum of 40 rs. From us as toll charges. Ticket no is[protected]. Booth no - 1.

I don't believe in indian goverment at all, but still i'm still try to fulfill my responsibility of being a good citizen. I really respect the organization involved in construction of delhi meerut expressway. The construction taking place near sub-under pass (Near manglam hospital, the subway help to go mayur vihar f-2, only path to go f2)

Dinesh gandhi from kiwandi near sumerpur city i had send u an attachment of toll recipes nd the has been change from 19.12.2017his company name spc infra pvt ltdnd they given me old company name of recipes nd don't have any credits card facilities or any paytm machines nd no one have any i d card plz reply me on this msg or either i ll complant on any other ways

There is several boards on mumbai pune expressway saying that heavy vehicles should stay to the left. Still, around nighttime, heavy vehicles (Trucks) block all 3 lanes on the expressway. I travelled twice on the expressway from mumbai to pune around nighttime. One time it showed me a slowdown of 52 min. 2nd time also it was around the same slowdown. Please do something about this. Thanks!

When we travel from jaipur to delhi by road, there are two toll collection centre. One is at manoherpur and other is at nimrana. On both these toll, always there are queues of vehicles may around one kilometre and its takes minimum half an hour to cross these tolls. Then traffic jam at paota village, where a flyover is under construction. It takes more than hour to cross this distance of 2 kms. There is no management of traffic. When due to road construction, it takes more than one hour extra time, whether toll collection on this road is justified? Then toll payment takes extra one hour. Is this justified? Toll collection must be suspended till the construction of flyovers. It should be ensured that toll collection should not take more than 5 minutes.

I had purchased fastag recently with paytm support. I had sticked it in wrong place and got damaged.

I had requested customer care nov 7th. Not responded till date or closing my account. Got blocked rs. 150/-

Very pathetic replies from fastag customer care.

Today morning, while driving from agra towards delhi, the first highway toll plaza on agra-noida yamuna expressway, situated near khandauli, was extremely dirty, on the outside as well as inside the toilets, male and female. There was no soap, fixtures were broken. I have never seen a toll plaza this bad! Shame on 'clean india'! 15-12-17

On the way i have seen and observed each counter during toll no one is interested to receive toll fee through debit or any other card. They will usually ask for cash. And therefore after puting many efforts by indian feel like worthless. And waiste of time. And even fast track is also worthless unless it is followed faithfully. So i request take necesaary action.

Dear my name is lalit im travelling from delhi to muradabad while traveling from car after crossing dasna toll next gadganga toll tax traffic stuck since more then 1 hour and one ambulance were stuck in traffic no movement after many indication given by him finally he return his car to delhi side.. Really pathetic for every one so why ur charging for every one i[censored]r unable to mange ur traffics wht about ur rule of 3 mint waiting after free toll he will charge any also i called more then 10 time in your customer care no buddy picking call what the service you are providing for country really pathetic. If any one stuck and any cause and losses of his life and also who is responsible for time. Im surely gonna do case against this. Thank you for providing worst services and making people fool. While traveling from ambala to delhi there are 3 tolls, although according to nhai norms distance between two tolls should be minimum 60 km., whereas karnal and panipat is quite less than that. Now another toll has been put up at murthal.
Why doesn't the government take any stern action against these tolls.in foreign countries there are no tolls, when we are paying road tax why tolls should be levied on us.

Our hose is acquired for nh widening, our house located in kerala, kadaragod dt, manjeshwar thaluk. Rsno 26/5, the compensation amount fixed by pwd is very less while comparing other bulding having same sqft nearby.. I think. Something wrong happened from the pwd side.. So we demand to re calculate and re fix the amount for our bulding.. We want reasonable amount like others.. Pls solve the problem

Dear sir,

Yesterday, i have traveled pune - rajgurunagar - pune by my own car, i have paid toll amount rs. 46.50 by cash for return journey.

Now i have two complaints

1. As per you website information the toll amount is rs.37.50, so why he i have been charged rs. 46.50. I have attached the copy of toll receipt.

2. I have given rs. 50 note cash, and he returned me rs.3.00, and i ask ed him about rs.0.50 (50 paisa) he said i don't have change, if you have please give me. So i let it be and did not take 50 paisa back.

Now the issue is for example lets assume 1000 cars passed through this toll plaza in a day, and the same incidence happened with all the cars, as happened with me. So the toll plaza collector will have rs. 500.00 for free in a day.

So kindly take this issue seriously.

This issue may have two solutions,

1. Pay the toll amount by digital payment, but the digital transaction will take little more time and it could lead to traffic jam.

2. This toll amount could be changed from rs. 37.50 to rs. 38.00 or even rs.40.00 for easy transaction of cash and total time of toll collection can be reduced accordingly.

Please take necessary action on these issue.
