Our hose is acquired for nh widening, our house located in kerala, kadaragod dt, manjeshwar thaluk. Rsno 26/5, the compensation amount fixed by pwd is very less while comparing other bulding having same sqft nearby.. I think. Something wrong happened from the pwd side.. So we demand to re calculate and re fix the amount for our bulding.. We want reasonable amount like others.. Pls solve the problem

Dear sir,

Yesterday, i have traveled pune - rajgurunagar - pune by my own car, i have paid toll amount rs. 46.50 by cash for return journey.

Now i have two complaints

1. As per you website information the toll amount is rs.37.50, so why he i have been charged rs. 46.50. I have attached the copy of toll receipt.

2. I have given rs. 50 note cash, and he returned me rs.3.00, and i ask ed him about rs.0.50 (50 paisa) he said i don't have change, if you have please give me. So i let it be and did not take 50 paisa back.

Now the issue is for example lets assume 1000 cars passed through this toll plaza in a day, and the same incidence happened with all the cars, as happened with me. So the toll plaza collector will have rs. 500.00 for free in a day.

So kindly take this issue seriously.

This issue may have two solutions,

1. Pay the toll amount by digital payment, but the digital transaction will take little more time and it could lead to traffic jam.

2. This toll amount could be changed from rs. 37.50 to rs. 38.00 or even rs.40.00 for easy transaction of cash and total time of toll collection can be reduced accordingly.

Please take necessary action on these issue.

On returning from morena operator on booth no.3 tc1139 misbehave badly when i asked him to waive toll as we waited for more then 8 minutes for which i showed him recording on dated 08.12.2017 at 23.58, i was travelling with my family and he called gunda people present at toll, kindly take the action against him, i have toll receipt and video recording of this incidence.

Am from kerala and i used to travel a lot. The thing is there are lot of toll booths i have been seeing in my state for a very long time. For example paliyakkara toll booth near thrissur, just check how the employees are behaving and how they are collecting the toll. Is there an end of collecting toll in paliyekkara. How many years they have been doing so?

And to how many years they will. Continue. We don't fight for traffic and all we all are common people paying taxes and gary correctly. But this toll is looting us. Kindly shut that paliyekkara toll.

Please consider my complaint as a request to refund me the excess amount i was charged at the toll booth.

The incident happened on mumbai-pune express way. We were travelling through our personal vehicle from pune to mumbai. We had already taken a receipt at old highway but we missed the road and got onto the mumbai-pune express way.

We got onto expressway by mistake and wanted to escape from that way. As there is no prevision to get out from the express way we had only choice to move back along the road we came along which was not feasible to us. As we had to travel in the wrong direction. So we preferred to continue with the express way only. So, the agent available at the toll booth asked us to take the receipt of the toll booth.

We commented to him that, we should not be charged for the entire amount but the amount which is extra to what we had paid on the booth of old highway should be charged to us. The person refused to charge us the way we were asking for. However he added that it would not be possible. So we had to make payment for entire amount.

Later we contacted the authority of national highways, and confirmed that the suggestion we were trying to convey to the agent was right and we should not have paid the amount that we had paid. Also, the office suggested us to ask on the next toll booth for refund. When we asked for the refund the other agent available on the next booth asked us to raise a complaint to get the refund. So this is the complaint we are raising.

Kindly do the needful and provide us the amount that has bee charged to us in excess.

Very poor traffic management at manesar toll plaza. The connivace between police and toll plaza staffers is clearly visible there. The policeman on his free will was allowing free pasaage of vehicals from the toll gate and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to cross the toll. We wait for more than 30 minutes, hear abuses from toll staffer, pay tax and theatened to be put behind bars if we protest or want to lodge complaint.

Can somebody take action against toll plaza staffers and the policeman for wasting everybody's time?

Sir. I Am From Nathdwara As An Bus Operater. Our Bus Daily Running From Rajasthan To Gujrat And MAharashtra Variours City. We have Problem With A toll booth At Kherwara. They Always Charged With Us For Over load Penalty Hence We do not Allow Luggage Or Extra Passenger In Bus. They Not Mention Overload Weight In Pay Slip. If We demand For Writeen Overload slip. They Refused To give us and Always Ready For Fight With Our Driver Staff. Today my bus hold there more then one hour for pay slip all passengers are in trouble. please look on this matter in do some thing.

There are regular incidents of accidents and deaths on nh-30 at bandirevu village crossing on bhadrachalam to chinturu stretch in andhra pradesh state. As the regular signboards r of little use as proven in this location, i request u to take some precautionary measures like installation of solar blinking lights and rumble strips, etc and thus prevent valuable lives... Kindly accept my request and do the needful at the earliest. Ty.

Mangalore panambur udupi to kallianpur santhekatte the condition of the road is pathetic, euro iii vehicles have come basic infrastructure has not changed yet, as if we are in 18th century. Lot of barricade have put in highway, but it does not have reflectors. Night lot of vehicles get accidents & damaged the vehicles national high way should not have barricade & humpes. But nh66 is exemption for it. Kallianpur santhekatte especially on sunday, people are almost crossing the highway for purchase vegetables, fish meat whole sale vegetables purchase sale was done in highway itself in the morning 4am till 12pm. Please look into the matter immediately urgently.

The bus stops or pickup points need to be put on service road.
These vehicles are blocking almost two lanes and creating snarls of traffic. These are high potential risk points for accidents.
I have even contacted the local traffic police but it seems they are helpless.
How can msrtc also set up a booth on a nh when ample space is available on the service road.

The road conditions are very bad... Its very hectic to traverse as the road filled with king size pot holes. Local mla/mp raised their hands as its not in their hand. Nhai shud answer it. And @ surathkal, toll is collected though toll road ends there.. Just one or two days toll collection is suffice to reconstruct the road.
Babugiri still exist in this modified age too?
Hope u guys attend this and solve our day to day problem before we lose trust on governance.
I still feel having a good road is my right

I want draw your kind intention towards the non serious approch of staff of chenani nashre tunnel in j&k, on 26/11/2017 i was traveling from doda to jammu at about 4:30pm we reached nashre tunnel as we entered the tunnel from nashre side i noticed a tempo traveller in which i was traveling was overspeeding and crossed the speed limit of 50km, then after some time tempo traveller overtaken the truck loaded with wood with in tunnel to my shock by going opposite lane which is not allowed by rules of tunnel, no body stopped him or fined him for that where are cctv servillence in tunnel they are playing with the life of common man.

The Fast Tag board mentioned @ Khandiobri (Kherwara) Toll Plaza is wrong on both sides. The "FAST TAG" Board is on lane 4, but the fast tag facility is in lane 5..
I passed today morning on Lane 6 since there is a fast tag board @ start of the lane. However I was asked to pay cash (Though they could have manually scanned the TAG). I felt the person there was not helpful & may be a bit rude too..
Actually since I returned same day, I paid substantially higher fees @ this toll today..
Need Fast Tag lane common in all plazas & instead of manual scanning I suggest to have automatic scanning to help commoners.
Also suggest to have more than one lanes for FAST Tag..

There will be always 2 toll booths will be open and the third one is always closed with temporary barricades with green light on. 4th one for fasttag. So that there is always long queue. Previously i gave complaint on this with photo evidence. Actually there is no need for photo, at any point of time what i told was correct. Please enquire and take necessary action.

Myself r k sinha resident of 14 meghkunj sikandra agra coming from delhi to agra by own car up80dv 5269 compelled to wait at toll plaza mahuvan money receipt attached on denying to pay the toll tax at counter as i had to wait more than six minutes and showing the rule not to pay. I was forcefully asked to pay the toll tax and accordingly i did. The video showing the waiting time attached here with.

I am very proud to say that repairing & finishing work is in progress on my daily route of dharuhera to gurgaon and thanks for same. But there's one major problem which i faced & i think other commuters have also faced the same that is stray bulls & cows, i personally had three times a close encounter with these stray bulls. Especially in manesar and the same goes from manesar to dharuhera.

Request you to make some alternate solution/residence of these stray bulls & cows, because this is really dangerous & it may cost a life of someone.

Hope the issue will resolve asap.

I am serving person from army, i want know the information from nhai authorities that there is no exemption for serving army persons. As per nhai/13013/267/cmd — co/05-06/rti-16 dated 04.12.2006, nh-11065/12/2003/-p&m dated 15.09.2004 exemption for serving persons of army air force on duty or off duty. But in bangalore every toll plaza collected the fee from serving persons. Sometime serving persons dont have original i cards...

I am on nhai on 19th nov at 4:13 am on the toll plaza of suraj bari section garamore-samakhiyali. My ticket no. I108184.

I am just questioning about toll amount and your toll plaza staff treat as cheater. They all are together tell me badwords and misbehaving with me and my family members.

70 rs. Toll i pay for badwords?

I pay for a gundagardi?

What about my safety.

The toll plazas in paranur (Chengleput) and athur (Tindivanam) do not accept fast tag. Though these toll plazas are listed in the fastag site as fastag enabled plazas.

In most of the plazas between chennai to nagercoil, the fast tag lane is permanently closed and the operator is asking us to come to another lane and he uses a hand held scanner. This defeats the purpose of having a fastag lane.

In some toll plazas the attendent patiently walks over to the barrier and uses the hand held device to scan. This takes more time than normal cars without fastag. The whole experience has left a lot to be desired.
