Sir my name isnikhil awasthi i am a bjp worker and also a teacher, sir my home is near about your toll plaza kairabaad sitapur the distance is about 3 kms from my home to toll. Sir please tell me why i’ll pay toll tax of that that nominal distance... Please response me on my no [protected]. Otherwise i’ll go to court for that and this complaint’s snapshot will be submitted also.

While travelling from kanpur to lucknow, i was not exempted from tax and wqas rudely told that no army is going to work here. i am an army officer and i am really sorry to see such a state . please look to it. well just let you know under para 3a, it is specified that toll is free for army personel, all 3 forces but other than all other states these things are followed why not in uttar pradesh

I need to submit a complaint for an unknown charge on my fasttag, detail below:

Inr 60 toll debited from tag 3xxx7900 for vehicle no. Dl9cau2799 at manoharpura toll plaza on 11/01/18 15:27. Avbl bal inr 664.42

I do not acknowledge the charge and was not traveling at the mentioned date and time, then how can it be charged on my account.

I need the refund of the mentioned funds and need to know why it occurred, i need a confirmation that it won’t happen going ahead.

Dear sir,

The delhi-meerut express highway work in process. And work is very good going. We have one request you to that in up border / up gate near vaishali ghazaiabad the four way round and one side of flyover is also working.in the below of flyover the traffic is merging all round four way with high speed. And that's why accident is so often. Today i have also seen bike stuck in bus full of speed and the person survive.

So we request you to kindly install a red light their so that the often accident would not be happens.

Sir there is very massive jam in toll plaza they should start fast tag and even we have to wait for half an hour n still they charge n they are also deniyng for the local charge fare with in fifteen kilometers and they are fighting with people's also many problems like road is also not well and the toll condition are too they are not ready to listen even when they get late to cut slip also there is time mentioned also but they are not ready to listen

Toll rohad rohtak road debit toll tax in my fast tag account and his empolye also take cash from us.. And gave slip rs87 i asked him it debit to my fastag account he said this serviceis not working. After 1hour i received this message from this my fastag transaction dear customer, your etc account no. 20471730, vehicle no. Ma1na2vzxh6e38016 has been debited rs 58.00 on 07/01/2018 13:22:53 for toll charges at rohad toll plaza plaza on 07/01/2018 11:31:48. Available balance is rs 127.30.. I saw many people's to cross toll tax in same line may be same thing is happened with them also so i think you act very strong action against them.. And. When we back to delhi i had talk with them and take my money back

Its almost 2 months since there is a poor upkeep of road lights and traffic lights poles facing either side of the road on the nh 44 grand trunk road at bakoli, main bus stand.
It is becoming very difficult and unsafe to cross the road after 6 pm.
Its a horror of accident or getting snatched to walk in the dark.
I request you to please take actions as soon as possible.

I sharad vij employee of a bank returning back from cannaught place on 20december 2017 some where around 10 p. M. Got an accident because o[censored]nprofessional management of national highway construction company. I am using same road since 2013 but that very day the road just started near sarai kale khan to words akshardham temple road was under construction and the construction company removed road light as well. There were no supporting light arrangements and road was in condition of badhaal. I who using that road on daily basis since 2013 got an accident and serious injury with me and more important not only me it was 8 to 10 accident happened that very day and that very place. Just after my accident one of the labour of construction company came to me and told me sir sham se 8 accident ho chuke hai. I was shocked..
Dear concern please look into it and take a strong action against the construction company and the management who is responsible for this.

I am purusottam sahu ex-servicemen indian army yesterday i was travelling from sambalpur to bargarh (Odisha). There is a toll gate, the operator ask for toll i showed him my id card that i am ex servicemen of indian army but he said the is no exemption for ex-servicemen but under india toll act[protected] it was clearly written all the pensioners are eligibe for exemption of toll,

They showed me one letter which was not counter signed by anyone, showing that ex servicemen will have to pay the toll.

But when i was in bangalore last month i used the same id card and was not charged any toll.

Please take same serious action as soon as possible

I am kundan singh rathore (Bapu tiles co.) n. H. 08 sewali rajnagar rajsamand (313326). There is some truck driver park truck on center of servise road n. H.8 sewali rajsamand so width of road is limited and risk for local person to accident on the road and some transport office suport them for this. And truck driver do the dadagiri with local person who told to remove truck from the road. I will attach some photos with this complaint and photos are clear that some two wheeler driver is denger to drive on servise road and condition are very critical for four wheeler driver. And many places drop down wastage on the road the photo are also attached. So please action on this as soon as possible

The toll booth in chennasamudram in chennai bangalore nh is allowing non fastag vehicles in fastag lane and collecting toll. Every time we are forced wait for 3 - 5 minutes to cross this toll plaza. The so called supervisor never present in booth area and only after creating a fight the supervisor come as if he is the king of india. Today after waiting 5 minutes i came out and came to next lane and insisted for scaning with that hand held device and refused to roll as i have fastag and prepaid toll fees. That supervisor said he can’t do anything also said i can wait for hours there and he doesn’t bothered. Whenever urgent i will be forced to pay cash and today i was free and refused to pay toll in cash and congrssion started all vehicles started shouting or moved to other lanes. If nhai cannot controle this toll booth management to ensure exclusive lane for fastag vehicles, then let them give in writing, so that we can approach pmo’s digital india department. The very purpose of have a person is to collect cash only and this toll booth management may be above constitutional obligations.

I bought fastag from paytm and started using it recently. Without doubt, it is very useful and convenient. Really appreciate our govt for this initiative.
Main drawback of this is, it is not useful at all toll gates. We buy this tag assuming only fastag vehicles will be allowed in the dedicated lane. But it is not the case in all toll gates.
While travelling from bangalore to coimbatore, this tag lane is open for all vehicles at electronic city, attibelle and krishnagiri toll gates. So we need to wait in the long queue equally as non-tag vehicles. Also finding the fastag lane is difficult due to lot of vehicles in the area. All other 5 tolls were properly maintained.

Since govt has ordered mandatory tag for all new vehicles from dec 2017, they should arrange strict rules to avoid non tag vehicles entering in to the tag lane. This is the only way we can make use of it effectively. I also do not see penalty/fine is imposed for those who enter on the tag lane.
And also presently we have only one lane in most of the tolls. It should be increased to 2 so that we can move fast and can really promote this as well.

Looking forward to see some action on this quickly.

This is in context to the waiting time which exceeded to 10 min at this toll on 1st jan, 5.10 pm. Lane #6
The normal waiting time if exceeds by 3 min, it should be free but the toll executive didn't agree for letting us go. He asked us to keep waiting without paying 30 rs, he won't let us go.
It is not a matter of x rs, it is about inconvenience and harassment caused to citizens of india due to mismanagement by the concerned authorities.
This is a common scenario in mostly all the toll plazas with seemingly no solution.

Dear sir/madam, i have traveled from hubli to bangalore on 28.12.2017 and bangalore to hubli on 31.12.2017. Both the times the fastag machines are not working and though money was there in fastag, i had to purchase the toll ticket at this toll plaza. Not only purchasing toll ticket but also loss of time. Please check and take action.

The purpose of purchasing the fastag does not service. Even in bankapurchouk toll plaza, there is no lane of fasttag.

Hi.. This complaint is regarding the non - maintenance of a toll road. I was traveling on this road today morning ie 1-1-2018 from nabha to patiala, as its a foggy day and there are no reflectors implanted on the road (None of the sides) or even line marked is very very dim.. And while driving you even cant see next car as so much fog is there and person gets so much irritated and feel insecure. Its not about comfort, its about safety of human life and moreover if they are taking money to maintain it why they are not maintaining it as.. Whats the benifit of toll system... If there is any one whoose controlling the contractors like this.. Pls take care of this... Contractor name is supreme infrastructure india ltd..

Yesterday (30th december '2017), i traveled from chennai to bengaluru. During this travel there were couple of toll stretch that had a lot of pot holes making driving very difficult. Given that most of the vehicles fly at higher speed (Say 60kms or more per hour) on highways, it was extremely difficult to navigate the pot holes. This was hurting the vehicle and made the drive difficult.in some of the stretch there was no road.

I did not think that the road between sriperumbudur and kachipuram are toll roads. The toll collection being made at nemili sriperumbudur and chennasamudhram should be immediately stopped until the roads are repaired.

Sadly nhai authorities are not doing proper inspection, else an action would have been taken by now. So, request the roads are made motor-able else the toll collection stopped.

There is huge jam at the ivrcl jalandhar amritsar tollways limited nhai because a toll booth is being closed but the barrier to its entry has been placed just near the booth due to which vehicles are entering the lane n finding it closed and has to make a entry into the other lanes which is resulting in chaos but the most disappointing issue is that 2 employees of the toll management are sitting next to it and on being requested to regulate the traffic did not budge from their seat and refused to help, whereas apart from toll collection it becomes their basic duty to help the regulations n prevent jam.

As i regularly driving on n h 8 and passing through l & t toll plaza at karjan. There are always traffic jam upto 1 to more kilometres for paying toll. Are there any rules for time waste at toll plaza or any particular distance of queue for it?? I read about article for mumbai toll plaza. Can we get some mercy to save time. Waiting for your reply..

On date 26.12.2017 my self pravinchandra chandrakant thakur having vehicle no mh15ga2881 (Registered in catagory of invalid carriage) was travelling nh6. When i reached on toll plaza at nh6 rod km 399 (Conducted by feakari infra pvt ltd), i brought into notice of toll plaza person that toll fee is exempted for vehicle having registered under invalid carriage. Despite of lot of arguments toll plaza does not have any idea about it and they very rudely informed me that they do not have any circular regarding this. I have shown them circular no nhai/co/13/2016 dated 13.10.2016. But they abruptly denied to give exemption in toll fees and collected inr 15 vide receipt no 5086874 dated 26.12.2017 time 7.53.05 am, forcibly. Please take necessary action against said toll plaza and give me refund me inr 15.
