The eethakota toll plaza started on 28th september, 2015 after closing the toll plaza at tanuku. From then onwards the management / contractors who ever managed the eethakota toll plaza continued issuing the monthly pass for non-commercial vehicles of residents of tnuku till now as the distance falls within the radius of 20 km. (18.1 — from tanuku borders to eethakota toll plaza). Now new contractor has taken over from october 1, 2017 and refused to issue the monthly pass to tanuku residents saying that the distance is more than 20 km as per google maps. Also saying that he will be losing 80, 000/- by issuing passes to tanuku residents. Kindly direct the current toll contractor to immediately issue passes to the residents of tanuku as daily commuters are more between tanuku and ravulapalem.
Expecting an immediate action in this regard and provide relief by directing the current contractor at eethakota toll plaza for issuing of monthly pass to tanuku residents.

Roads has gone from bad to worse, no management, still they are collecting tolls from public. There should be clear visibility, till how long they will take toll since it has been ages. Toll staff are like goons, behave so badly. From some vehicles with up no. They are not charging toll, while from others (Up no.) they are doing it forcefully. If this toll plaza is going to charge toll for lifetime than i request the authority that at least maintain the roads as well & put some professional staff at the toll plaza who knows how to behave with commuters.

Uncomplete bridge on nh4 has causing tremendous trouble to vechecles crossing satara
For 2 km road travel it took nearly 1 hour to complete it
This bridge is in progress for last 7 years when is it going to get completed, what is national highway authority is doing fir this
Can you change the name of nh4 to simple road as it doesnt appear national hifhway
Shame on you you are taking such a long time to solve public problem

My car passed through wuptl plaza at 11:48 am from lane no. 10where the lady operator with id-6050 misbehaved with us and straight away refused to take the note of inr 100 saying she will not accept this currency. Infact she has also written on the note with pen that this note is not acceptable. Alongside that she abused us by stating that we should move our vehicle away and closed the ticket window

I am from urapakkam and i am writting this behalf of all the people near by this location, near chennai, pin-603202.

. Nh45 is one of the main highway in gst and many possible for road accidents as all the vehicles are going fast.

In urapakkam school bus stop junction, there are no signal activated where many of the vehicles are crossing very frequently.

Many people are crossing this roads for their works and they are facing very struggle to do that because of no signal where buses, lories, cars are moving fast. Because of this many accidents are happening and so many people lost their families just because of a signal not working.

It would be kind help for you, if could activate signal in this junction.

Hence please do the necessary things to us and save us from accidents.

As per above subject il&fs collecting amount of 40 rs. For length between 42.00 to 110.00km. At chalkwadi toll plaza on nh50. Between this length more than 50% road is in uncompleted stage & completed road is not safe for journey. Road work completely stop for rajgurunagar, manchar, kalamb, narayangaon, alephata byepass. Please stop toll collection for mentioned length.

Today nh-77, runnisaidpur toll plaza do not provide original bill and also put wrong vehicle no., after further discussion they provide original bill, but unable to provide complaint register, told that they don't have so, as no information about that provided by nhai.
This happened 3rd times with me as they provide duplicate bill with wrong vehicle no.
Now a days this kind of happening are many more with this toll plaza.

Kindly go through this as soon as possible.

I am local resident near by vanagaram toll plaza, i have got the residential pass 3 months before, but for the past two weeks, toll both ticketers asking for money to and fro. I am travelling everyday, also abusing the drivers, no one has their name card in their shirt, people looking like gundas and fighting. Also using bad languages.

Why there is no name in their shirt. How can we identify he is working for toll plaza.

Case is under progress in chandigarh court... And court ordered that till final order don't charge toll tax from defence person.. But in hattargi toll booth they not accepted..

They told us that nhai not given regarding any notification...

You are requested to publish notification on this issue... Ani please same will be publish on internet so that we can shoe them...

Respected sir,

This is to bring to your notice regarding the trouble i faced while traveling from vijayawada to rajahmundry (Andhra pradesh) with fastag prepaid account on oct.5th 2017. Being a prepaid fastag account holder i have a bitter experience at the respective tollgates.

I am also disappointed and distressed to see the highway from eluru to rajahmundry, particularly eluru bypass in a very bad shape. From past 20 years it is in the same bad condition and the ride is a roller coaster one. I am sure a pregnant lady will deliver the baby on these road and a healthy person will definitely end up with a neck sprain or spondilitis. Pot holes are the extra bonus throughout the highway. I pity the national highways for not having the technology to resolve these problems, which being the continuous source of in convenience to the public. Its a shame on your part to collect toll for these roads.

Coming to the fastag facility, as mentioned in the nhai website pottipadu and kalaparru, doesn't have this facility. Is the facts mentioned in the website false or are they making us fools?? Unguturu and eethakota toll plazas are being operated by mobile devices, which is taking 20 minutes, redefining the facility of fast tag.

As i have been observing and experiencing these difficulties, i have a few questions running in my mind for which i am seeking answers..
1) are you lagging in technology to resolve this problem? If it is so laying 150 km road per day is a waste of tax payers money.
2) is it lethargic low level administration or are you unaware of the problem?? If it so, i wish you a joyful ride on these roads.

There has always been a wide gap between what you publicize and what you practice. At least now, stop taking the public for granted and practice what you say to reach our expectations. This is a sincere attempt to make you notice the situation and the problems public is facing, so that you respond and do the necessary.

We live near chengalpet, we use gst road at least once in a week to travel between chennai and trichy. Chengalpet is the only toll which is not accepting fast tag, rest all toll accepts it. When we asked for reason they are irresponsible, sometimes they answer like it will work in a month (We are hearing same from past one year) and some workers says they don't have enough lanes for fast tag, alteast they should have a hand held machines. We are frustrated with approaching them and completely lost our hope o[censored]sing fast tag in that toll. Is nhai really not aware of this?

Persons managing etc fastag lane between mangalore and kasargod toll plaza are reluctant to allow vehicles with fastag stickers and watchman fails to open the fastag lane, inspite of request by commuters.
If this is the way your electronic toll collectors function, the whole idea of the fastag implementation will be utter failure.
Depute responsible personnel and kick away old and illiterate and inefficient watchmen.

Nh 163 part grom warangal to aler is badly damaged, the four lanning works are in progress, so for repairs they have poured concrete in pot holes, which is miserable as it is being washed away, it seems we are travelling on stones. Due to bad roads most of accidents takes place. Pl repair the road in aproper way. As new road may take 2 years to complete.

The road connecting nh 73 to the city of chandigarh is having very dangerous pot holes - longitude and latitude (30.42.26.14n — 76.52.24.12 e to 30.42.43.99 n-76.50.40.44 e).

No attention is being paid by mc, panchkula as the road runs between cantonment are and sector-2, 6, &7 of panchkula city before entering chandigarh at fun repulic mall area.

The road between chandimandir cant - panchkulla sector-2 to fun republic chandigarh is infested with pot holes.

This is regarding poor condition of nh4 pune to satara highway shaindewadi actroi naka to satara city, so many pot holes observed on road due to rain, as heavy traffic on said route, this pot holes leads to an accident which is causing serious injury or fatal also. More over we are paying toll at two places on this route.
Requesting you to do the needful at earliest, before any serious accident takes place.

Here i am complaining about land dust on nh1 (Delhi to chandigarh) due to which pollution are occuered and there is a chance of accident of two wheeler & 4 wheeler daily passengers. On this route excessive trucks & trailers are conveying due to the kundli industrial area in kundli sonepat area. So i request you to kindly make an effort to clean the land dust to avoid the accidents. And please do the needful action for the safety of citizens.

Dear sir/ madam,

The condition of nh-7 connecting panchkula (Haryana) with dehradun (Uttrakhand) is extremely poor due to the construction of numerous speed breakers after every 500 m stretch and moreover the said breakers haven't been marked either with paint on road nor with respective signboard on road, making such breakers invisible during day & night. This is complete violation of basic principles of road construction/ engineering work & road safety norms. Such blunders shall make road prone to accidents, resulting in loss of precious life & valuable property. Kindly look into the matter on utmost priority & arrange to rectify said flaw asap.

The condition of road has been very bad and has become unfit for driving starting from near saveetha dental college till maduravoyal. Due to which unnecessary traffic jam happens at all times makes us to spend lot of time on commuting in this road. By just even doing the patch work properly this can be avoided. Before the rain season starts it should be addressed.

This is regarding poor condition of newel made nasik pune highway from dwarka to nasik road, many pot holes observed on road due to rain, as heavy traffic on said route, this pot holes may lead to an accident which may may cause serious injury or fatal also, i registered same complaint on local municipal corporation web portal, but without doing any work/repairs the complaint was closed with a word that this road is under nhai, you contact to them, which is really very surprising nasik muncipal corporation is not responding to this complaint.
Requesting you to do the needful at earliest, before any serious accident takes place.
