There is a long que, and i was stopped for 10 minutes. Since it is more than 5 minutes, i have stated that i am entitled not to pay. They have stated that i must pay and then only will be allowed to leave. I have asked for the complaint book. They do not have it and then say that it is available with nhai staff and that they will come after 10:00pm only, whole i was passing through the toll gate at 09:30am. They have even provoked the car guy behind me to shout on me with words like #, etc., he has even kicked my car and was shouting me to open my window. I have asked for the concerned officers contact details and they refuse to give. This is the attitude of gmr highway toll gate staff at chillakallu, near vijayawada, andhra pradesh

Worst road condition nh16 from gannavaram to rajmanduary
I often used to travel from vijayawada to vizag (National highway 16). The toll charges are very high and just stealing customer pockets, but road maintenance and safty measures are very poor.
The road streatch from gnannavaram to rajmanduary in worst condition, its full of gigantic potholes and bumpy (Bullock karts would go much smoother). The other day i almost met with accident while spiking one of the pothole on eluru by-pass.
Also these potholes causing to fail vehicle tyres and accidents.
Please take necessary action and safety measures.

I have been travelling through kirshnagiri frequently, hence crossing the krishnagiri toll also frequently. Every time it is observed that there is inordinate delay made for the vehicles that need to cross the toll. The very purpose o[censored]sing the toll road, for saving travel time, is lost due to the careless behavior and delay caused by the toll personnel.
Further, yesterday, i. E. October 2, 2017, i was travelling from salem towards bangalore hence crossing the krishnagiri toll. It took more than 50 minutes to cross the toll. Further, there was no system of aligning the vehicles towards the lanes as the queues were more than a kilometer long, resulted in chaos and inconvenience to the travelers. When asked to make vehicles in proper queue alignment, the security staffs present there were abusing the travelers and gathered as a group to threaten the travelers. As finally i entered the queue after so much of harassment by the security personnel, at 15:21 hours, but got my toll receipt at 15:55 hours.
I went to complaint this incident to the project manager, but he was not available (Mr. Muthukumar). One, mr. Salim was there, but he did not give me the complaint register. Finally i have given the complaint in white paper and got receipt also in a piece of white paper, signed by mr. Salim.
The state of affairs of the toll booth management is worst and not safe for the travelers as 'gundas' are employed by the toll management. It appears that the toll management is minting money by not providing any service to the travelling vehicles but by threatening the travelers with the use o[censored]nscrupulous elements in the name of security staffs.
In view of the above,
I. Please take action for redcuing the time taken to cross the toll \
Ii. Please take action against the so called 'security staff' and the management to employ them.

I am using a fastag since last 1 month. I purchased the fastag through paytm. There are lanes dedicated for fastag users at evey national highway but, still i have to wait in the line to pass through that lane. The dedicated lane is also being used for normal traffic especially for trucks. This happened with me at ahmedabad-vadodara expressway (Ne-1) and nh-64 (Prantij toll plaza). I request that this matter shall be addressed immediately as i am not getting benifit of buying a fastag and paying digitally.

No card is accepted at ganjam toll gate, there is no complain book in gate, they have misbehaved us for the same reason. Demanded the tax in terms of cash only. All staff gathered and try to pull out me from the car. My family got scared and pay them the cash before they act violently. They even retained my credit card. After request one of their staff returned it. Please look into the matter, and avoid goondism at toll gate.

I hereby would like to make a complaint against a toll booth which is at rajguti nagar pune - nasik highway nh60.
They are taking 31 rupees as toll and when we observed that many of the cars are clearing it unfined or unchecked. Only our car had to buy the toll. I have attached the receipt of it here.
Please take strict action against it.

Dear nhai,
On nh1, going from delhi towards chandigarh, many trucks, tempos are driving in fast lane at slow speeds. These vehicles attimes are driving in all 3 lanes thus slowing down the entire traffic.
Its no longer a highway but worse than city traffic thus increasing the travel time quite a lot.
Please enforce lane driving, its safe for everyone.

We are pleased to mail you for the unwanted road conditions from mumbai to goa which earlier was nh 17, now nh 66. Sir from mumbai to goa their are about 15000 small and big potholes on the road, due to which many accidents happen. Many have obtained death penalty for such road in the form of accidents.
So i request you to repair the roads so that people may enjoy the road journey and reach their destination safely. \

Mumbai to goa highway is unsafe to travel due to pathetic conditions of the road. Pending work in progress at this highway for past 8-9 years. Vadkhal naka near pen taluka is in worst condition. Please help us and save our life. There are two options to travel to goa, first is by vadkhal naka and another by palli village. Both options became very dangerous for travelling. Who is responsible for these road maintenance? State govt is doing. Nothing for peoples safety on this road. Please help

Yesterday i register an complaint at toll plaza, khedki daula, gurugram at nh-8 about my car's front glass damage due to faulty boom at line number 6. The complaint number is 2616 which is mentioned at complaint book. Till now no response. Toll plaza team has viewed the video in front of me. It can be clearly see that the boom was not working properly & got hanged before my exit & another vehicle ahead of me. But suddenly it got down when i was passing & damage my front glass.

I need complete compensation for my glass & harassment which i have to bear during that compliant registration & time wasted. As no one support me even one of toll plaza employee argued me in non sense manner. He not only shouted at me even he said he don't care i die in that mishap. I also register another complaint whose number is 2617.

What action you people is taking is awaited.

I am resident of phursungi residing near power house, bhosale village on saswad road and the condition of this highway is very bad as big path holes are on roads near vittal petrol pump, bhekrai nagar chowk and sp infocity park. There are no dividers on road and every time there will be big road block even traffic police only enjoying the situation. Need your help on this immediately as many daily commuters having problem on this road.

1. Excess standing time in queue at toll in kolkata nh 34 so called nivedita setu (Dakshineshwar toll road)
2. 2-3 gates of this toll are always closed.

It takes daily approx 6-7 mins to cross this toll. Security system of this toll is really pathetic & but haviour of people is really very rude. As per government more than 3 mins no toll to be given, but in kolkata nh 34 at nivedita setu. Toll giving is must after 10 mins of traffic also. I am a daily traveller through this toll in which i am facing a big issue. Request the concern team to pls look into this & resolve the same.

Today i was returning back from office at 6:30 pm, it took around 15 mins for me to cross the toll, where as 3 gates of toll was closed out 7-8 gates.

It is very unfortunate that during my travel from ludhiana to delhi on 01 sep 2017, i found huge traffic mis-management at toll plaza : karnal (Km111.000 on nh1) and i had to wait for more than 8 min to pay toll.
As per the nhai notification no - pd/piu jal/201/rti/140/2884, against rti by advocate hariom jindal, toll plaza should not charge any amount to me but even after showing the copy of attached notification the employees have not listened my justification and forced me to pay.
Though considering the long ques on toll plaza i paid the amount and got the receipt (Attached) but still i feel those charges were wrong.

Please review the case and arrange to refund the amount taken by me on 01 sep 2017.

Rampur - kathgodam road condition is extremely bad for so many years and no work has been done to improve it. Even now both u. P. And uttarakhand govt and central govt is of bjp since no work done shame on bjp, there are so many pit holes, vehicles get damaged and government is taking too much vehicle registration charge, taxes, where is this money going, is it going in foreign tours of government, shame on government, condition is pathetic. They are expert in befooling public. They should clearly mention when the road will be made, else public need penalty if their vehicle get damaged due to road. Is this modern india.

Defense personnel not exempted from toll. Mr "manju" at the toll gate refused to let defense personnel from entering nice road from bannerghatta exit because officer refused to pay toll. Extremely rude and unaware of indian rules and law. Please refund money and make toll employees aware of the indian law act of 1901!!

Ministry of law and justice have indicated that indian tolls (Army and air force) act 1901 is a special act which over-rides general acts such as national highways act, 1956 and private vehicles of the officers, soldiers and airmen of regular forces are exempted from paying toll irrespective of whether they are on duty or not.”

I humbly request you to take an appropriate action against it so that no other soldiers get humiliated in future!

This is to brought to your notice every time while crossing Vanagaram toll it takes minimum of 15 min to 30 min. With respect to roll act I asked them if I waited more than 3 min in a toll I no need to pay toll fee but the employee in told its applicable only in central Govt directly governed tolls not for others. Kindly intervene the issue and requesting to take necessary actions.

मेरी शिकायत की फ़ोटो और रिसीविंग और टोल की पर्ची संलग्न है अब मुझे उस कर्मचारी और वहाँ मौजूद कर्मचारी के ख़िलाफ़ कार्यवाही चाहिए जिसने वापस किए पैसे कार में फेंके और सवाल का जवाब माँगने पर बत्तमीजी की क्या इसी लिए सरकार ने प्लाज़ा बनाए हैं कि जो वाहन गुज़रे उस से गुंडों वाली भाषा उपयोग करो या प्लाज़ा पर गुंडे भर्ती करते हैं अगर ऐसा है तो जब पिट जाते हैं तो क्यूँ सरकार से सुरक्षा की भीख माँगते हैं ये जब आम व्यक्ति को जानकारी नहीं दे सकते अभद्र भाषा प्रयोग करते हैं तो शायद इनको इनके व्यवहार का जवाब वही देते हैं जो इनको इनहि की भाषा में जवाब देते हैं

I hope this is very long pending problem & notifying by many people about collecting unnecessary toll charges between chengalpattu & melmaruvathur tolls which located from chennai to trichy nh road.

They put extra toll booth and collecting money from all vehicles which are really not necessary, however they used to collect high fare from previous toll plaza.

Kindly look into this issue since it's illegal toll booth and causing very aggressive among the public.

While going to gorakhpur from lucknow
There are 4 tolls

We request them that we will return in 12 hrs. So give us return pass of 12 hrs but they deny

Please clearify it.

2ndly while its late than 3 minute its our right not to pay toll but these tolls are charging while their services are very poor and consume more than 3minutez

The tolls are situated at 50 kms and they charge 95 rs for one way. Is it proper?
