During going to patna from bhagalpur, there is a toll near luckhisarai at nh80, whose receipts attached for your ready reference, they are collecting illegal toll, kindly check it and confirm that the amount collected by them is right or wrong, if it is right then required agreement papers for that.

Sir serving defence personnels considered to be on duty till he get discharged or till completion of superannuation retirement. Whereas toll plaza personnel not ready to accept this fact. Compulsory collects toll charges saying that defence personal not exempted only exempted while driving govt vehicle. Lot off confusions prevails on this subject. They quote verbally everything and never listen to defence personal. It's a common there. Kindly issue a clarification notice if any kind of withdrawal of concessions provided to defence personnel. The weird the in vizag is highway passing through the city, it is horrible because traffic jams are high from madhurawada to maddlipalem. Why dont you take a step to construct a flyover over there, such that all the heavy vehicles can take that root. This can reduce the traffic because it is not small issue. Please take it to higher authorities. Thanktou

The toll tax start they all are say the road will be 80% complete but road will not complete 60 % they all r useing afusing word

Dear sir.
I hereby inform you that some of your employees are allowing illigal parking for trucks by collecting money on newly constructed highway lane of nh 6, on jangalpur area of howrah district, west bengal. As a result of it the kane beacame narrowed and dirty so then often caught accident for bike riders as the road became slippy on rainy season because of that dirt. Last month i got accident for that and broke my left arm. Laterly i have told that nhai officials but they didn't take any step as they are earning money from that illigal parking.

So please take some necessary steps so that the citizens can drive safely.

Hi sir,

I have a plot in piler (Tirupati to madanapalli) adjacent village bodumalluvaripalli village. Recently nh authorities has been placed a nh stone adjacent to my plot. Please let me know that what is the total road width including drainage and service roads and middle divider.
If my plot is acquiring for nh 205 road what is compensation i will get it. Like the compensation is market value or government guideline value.
Ex: the gov value is around rs.185 per square feet is there and where as market value approximately is around rs.920 per square feet cost.
Which will nh authorities or state gov will consider?
Please help me on this.

इस टौल पर कौई सुविधा नही है
सबसे महंगा टौल है एम्बुलेंस सेवा भी नहीं है और ऱाजनेता की और बाहूबलीयौ की गाडी मुफ्त मे निकल जाती हैं और आम जनता कौ भारी राशि देकर निकलना पड़ता है हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के हिसाब से जब तक सर्विस रोड नही बनती है तब तक टौल वसूली नही कर सकते हैं लेकिन यहा सरकारी औदौ के मिलीभगत से बिना सर्विस रोड बनाये एक साल से टौल वसूली कर रहा है और यहा पर काम करने वाले लोगों की दादागीरी बहुत ज्यादा है कभी भी मारपीट कर देते हैं और पुलिस भी इन कि तरफ से बात करती है किसी भी टौल के पास के लोगों को मुफ्त या मासिक पास जारी किया जाता है लेकिन यहां पास 500 में जारी किया गया था लेकिन टौल वालौ की मनमानी के चलते टौल के पास भी बंद कर दिए हैं और भारी राशि वसूली कर रहे हैं
RTO का काम होता है परमीट देखना की राजस्थान परमीट की गाडी है या आल इंडिया की पर यहाँ टौल के लड़के बोलते है की राजस्थान परमीट की गाडी है तो परमीट दिखाऔ यहा बहुत ज्यादा मनमानी है और सरकार भी कुछ नहीं कर रही है इस टौल की सडके एक साल में ही टूट गई और सरकार ने कौई कार्यवाही नही की कृपया कर हमारी परेशानी को दूर करे

I travel from ahmedabad to idar via chiloda - himatnagar road every month. I pay toll tax assuming that road will be maintained properly. But due to rain, road is damaged at some places for a long time. No proper maintenance work or even no patch work is done yet. I asked a toll tax guy when this road will be repaired or whom to complain regarding this. He even didn't reply properly. He said this issue has been shown in news channel too.

Sir, if roads are not maintained even after paying toll tax then why should we pay toll tax? Why govt. Don't maintain roads by itself? Why we pay tax in rto at time of new vehicle's registration? Why govt assign road work to private companies? If any damage due to bad road then who is responsible for it?

Please take strong actions against whoever is responsible for this.

Dear sir,

The national highway in between bramhani bridge to duburi is going very unsafe condition.

There are many heavy vehicle, light vehicles and two wheelers are dailing moving as a parimary root to kalingaindustrial estate (Tatasteel, jindal, visa, ninl, mesco.

Accident is very regular in this way. As per the statics of last 6 month there are 35 more road accidents and 9 fatal cases on this road.

The major cause is the barmhano broidge of 1.2 km is in very poor condition and not getting repaired by regular complain. Also there are many pot holes and man holes.

After many publish and complain there is no action from any concern.

Slow or no progress bridge construction
Bridge construction connecting canal road and kadappa road kolathur puthagaram started in mar 2016. It has been 18 months since they started but haven't completed. No progress now. It is almost in the finishing stage. Please help to resolve by completing this work asap. The roads nearby are in worst condition as metro water work in on. Especially during rainy season it is difficult to commute. Elderly people and kids are falling down. Today a person fell down from his bike since the road was too worse.

Sir, I am arihant sandheliya from patan dt. Jabalpur mp pin 483113.
I travelled on 3 sep 2017 from my hometown patan to koni village which is 5 km ahead from patan on Patan rahli road SH-48, constructed by mprdc.
When I reached on PATAN TOLL PLAZA (SECTION 40.000 ON SH-48) employee demands 25 rs.
I mention him that as per my knowledge local residential are free from toll tax.. but they refused it arrogantly and I paid them 25 rs.
After 2 hours when I returned from there they again demand 25 rs for passing.
This time I ask them that when I already paid 25 rs on a day than it remains valid for 24 hours .
But they get together all the employees present there and aggressively make pressure for 25 rs and I paid them again.

My complaint is
1. As a local residential, am I eligible for free passing
2. Is toll tax is same for 2 and 40 km
3.we have to pay both time during 24 hour period
4. Are employees free to thratend passengers

Employee anurag yadav as he said his name was talking very rudly and misbehaving as much he could without telling the truth and right way for local slip.. Conversation we had... I gave him rs 50 for local he said give 90 i said why i want local he said no give 90 when i gave my id then he said itnni bahas ku kr rhe ho pahle diya kro to hmne bola apko btana chahiye na k id dikhao to local ki dunga lkn ap to bole k local ki dete hi nhi h mtlb k ap jhut bole aur tej akad k sath bat kr rhe ho kuki pahle chate the k 90 vasul lu jbki agr ap shi trh se bat krte aur btate k local id show kriye to local ki dunga to itni bat nhi hoti lkn ap jhut bole aur galat trike se... Phr ap bole k pehle id diya kro tb local ki maanga kro... So this is my complaint all about the employee... Don't know which firm have contact of that place... But the way he was talking bht ganda aur uncivilized way...

The toll at paliyekara near trissur always allows regular passengers on fastag lane and totally cancells out the advantage that fastag users are supposed to get. They issue tickets in exchange of cash without any fines to defaulters of fastag lane.
Please communicate with the till to stop allowing regular passengers on fastag lane.

On our way from chandigarh to delhi, on karnal toll plaza, the fastag lane was overfilled by nonfastag users, we had to wait for 30 min to get pass it.. Same incidence happened at panipat toll plaza, on inquiry the managers refused to talk to the fastag customer care center.
What is the point of spending so much without anyone taking responsibility of it.

I am an aplicant of bpcl petrol pump in banswara rajasthan, i have been frustrated since last 3 month with the way the office people at morth office (Jaipur) handle my file for approval, when every document they have asked have been submitted by me, there is no issue whatsoever with the file. Yet they are not proceeding the file giving no explanations.

I was travelling from hyderabad in kurnool highway. I have a fastag card and went into the fastag lane with my car at around 11 am on 02/09/2017. It took more than 10 minutes for 3 vehicles ahead of me to move where as the vehicles in the next lanes zoomed. As my turn came i questioned the toll booth employee as to what is the reason for the delay. He said # you and abused me using mother* when my mother was sitting next to me. I could have literally done anything beyond law and order in that moment if i had lost my temper. But i just moved away after a small argument. I want him to get punished.

Hi, normally i travel from delhi to aligarh and the distance is 135 km, during this travel i have to pay toll tax of 260 which is a huge amount, same is the case of express way from delhi to agra there is a toll tax of rs 430 for 190 km, which is very high, please make a some policy that traveller can pay amount according to km and at nominal charges.

This is to bring into your notice about the worst condition of doraha flyover roads connecting to doraha city (Punjab) on nh1. Due to this worst condition of the road there are heavy possibilities of accidents. We have been noticing this from long time. You are requested to take some action as early as possible to improve the condition of this bad road.

Hi sir/mam,

In chennai porur toll plaza, the time taken to pass the gate takes more than 30 minutes. The actual time to travel perungalathur to porur toll plaza is only 20 minutes, but we have to wait least 30 minutes to cross the toll gate even if we have monthly toll fee pass. It is frustrating every day to just waste our time in toll plaza with monthly pass on hand.

Also the toll employees take more time to provide receipt and there is communication problem because of language differences.

Request you to take necessary action to expedite the process.
