I travelled from jammu to amritsar on 13.07.17. The staff at toll plaza on pathankot to amritsar road on amritsar side collected toll of rs 85.00 from me. This was done inspite of my repeated requests that armed force personnel even in their private vehicles are exempted from paying toll. But all my requests fell to deaf ears of irb staff which manages that toll plaza.
Requested to do the needful.

Today we reached at toll plaza at 12.37 and exited at 12.51. Mean while we asked for move out there staff blocked us and forced to pay, we informed them regarding the delay of time they asked us to show the rules. After all this conversation we paid and left the toll by 01.07am hope next time at least staff should aware of these information attaching traffic photographs

Durg bypass charging toll for two wheelers .My house is near toll plaza.Every day they used to stop me and charging 15 Rs for single journey. I want to know local people travelling by two wheelers has to pay toll or not.If yes why they are taking 15 Rs.They were taking charges from may 2017 then next month they have not taken any charges.Again they are taking charges from July 2017.

मंगलवाड़ चौराहे से उदयपुर यात्रा के दौरान पाया कि रोड में काफी गड्ढे हो रहे है, ऐसा प्रतीत हुवा की हम किसी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में कच्चे रास्ते पर सफर कर रहे है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग होने के बावजूद रोड को स्तिथि बहुत खराब है, ऊपर से टोल प्लाजा द्वारा भारी भरकम कर लिए जा रहा है, कार की कर दर 75 rs है। अतः इस संदेश के माध्यम से आग्रह है कि जब तक टोल कंपनी द्वारा रोड ठीक नही किया जाय तब तक ग्राहकों को कर में छूट दी जाय

I was driving from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 2nd July 2017 and almost I waited for an hour at NEHRU OUTER RING ROAD SHAMSABAD TOLL PLAZA - Nanakramaguda Toll Plaza... For 3 lanes there are only 2 Toll booth counters and vehicles from 2 lanes merging to single toll booth counter which causing the delay... This is really worst plan and causing much delay to the commuters.

If there is no response on this complaint I will appeal to the next level.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of road in NH16O near Pimplas, Bhiwandi, Thane district, Maharashtra.
The incident took place on 02/07/2017 at 11.30pm. while we were driving from Kalyan to Mumbai. We became the victim of the deep potholes and the front tire of our car burst, because of this we faced alot of problems also it resulted in an expensive damage to our car.

These potholes are are causing many problems in this area. Driving has become a nightmare here. These potholes can cause many accidents and wrongful deaths in future if necessary action are not taken.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to improve the condition of this highway.

It is clearly mentioned that an executive magistrate shall not be charged at a tollbooth lying under his work space. Still the DWO (district welfare officer) was harassed repeatedly for money even after he was traveling with the designation board on his vehicle which clearly mentioned that he was executive magistrate. And furthermore they disagreed with the fact that the DWO is an executive magistrate. If such unknowledgeable and irresponsible people are present at the tollbooths as the head supervisor, it shows a really bad face to the people. These people wasted more than half an hour at 23:00. They also misbehaved with the driver and refused to contact their senior when asked to. This incident is of Dedarganj tollbooth Patna Bihar.

Toll towards NH 205 beharampur, Punjab.
Manager (Harmohan Singh)is refusing that there is no 3 min waiting rule. He says there is no written notice as such by NHAI. He has made all the vehicles wait for about half an hour and when everyone (around 30 cars) refuses to pay, he started using fowl language and keeping all o[censored]s waiting. It has been an hour now.

Request to raise a complaint against this and help in resolving at the earliest.

It is highly unpleasant to say that we are travelling of such a bad highway. Even our honorable prime minister belong to same constituency. Side marking with white paint of highway is not visible in night. It is basic need of the travelers in the night and that's why i have seen 2/3 trucks lying in accident position. As a normal person, i feel if i pay road tax, service tax and toll tax etc than i have right to travel safely on highway. At least some basic need should be provided.

After waiting for more than 5 minutes from (15:56 to 16:13) after crossing the yellow line, on asking for exemption for the toll fare, there was a clear denial of any such rules.
On showing him the nhai guidelines with such a rule, he clearly stated that nobody follows it hence we don't agree.
We called for the manager and he along with the toll booth operator started to harass.
On asking for the compliment book, the reply was we don't have such a thing.
Above all the ticket has been produced at (16:04) much before the actual time.

Dear sir,
The road is totally demaged but still toll fee is collecting. If there's no change of money then toll booths gives us buiscuit packets... Every time booths persons misbahved with people and abused... All local people are bothered by toll member..

Please take some necessary action before any incident between local people and toll booths persons.
Toll is totally unauthorized.

Lakhpal/sdm /slao bareilly ne kisano se moti risvat lekar farji tarike se abadi darj karke central government ko kai karor ka chuna lagaya hai. Is sikayat ke sabhi abidence hai. Hi team,

We are facing severe traffic jam on regular basis from 7-9 pm at delhi-gurugram nh-8.

From shankar chowk (Gurugram) till mahipal pur (Delhi).

Due to which, even emergency vehicles also get stuck in the jam for about 20-25 mins, which should be a 5 min drive.

It is also hectic for the daily traveler, like us, who burn lot of fuel everyday which in turn increases pollution emission as well.

Please can something be done in this regards at the earliest.

It is seen that some portion of newly constructed nh 31 to guwahati has started damaging. So i request to authority to take intimidate action for minimum repairing in the begging. Which will help citizen and govt. At low cost afford.
I request the authority to check the highway as it started damaged in this monsoon season 2017. The road was completed just two years ago.

I am shouchan serving in indian air force, i was traveling my own car from udaipurwati to jhunjhunu on 08 jun 17.

I show my identity card on toll booth but they do not expect it, and i was force to pay ₹ 70 toll tex at toll tex plaza near jhunjhunu.

Undet army air force act 1901 all defence personal are examption toll tex they are on duty or not.

Plz take appropriate action

Recently on 15.06.2017 i came from ludhaina to delhi in my car. Nhai is taking toll on two places and the condition of road is so bad that lot of pot holes are present. Whether nhai is only interested taking toll. The maintenance of road is very poor. Please look in to the matter and get repair work done as soon as possible, otherwise in monsoon season it would be very difficult to travel on this road

Road between krishnagiri to thurvanamalai is really. Why you playing with peoples safety. I happened to travel with my car on 2 june 2017. I see two accident in the road because of poor road status. So many people commuting the road on daily basis. It is very pathetic to see such to road in tn. I request all authorities to set aside all your different of opinion and plan towards finishing of project quickly. It is unusual to see waste people's money now a days.

Nh 41 mundra to anjar, gujrat, road is heavyly damaged condition between khedoi to nagalpar (6km distance). This busy road having potholes of 200 to 300 mm. Kindly take corrective action before monson to avoid lose of life in accident. Authorities has started collection of toll but nobody is interested in this problem solving. Hopefully action will be taken after this complaint.

I had to wait for 20 minutes at the mcepl km.42 toll gurugram at booth no. 13 and operator no. D2709 on 13 june​ 2017 my ticket no. Is [protected] i waited behind the yellow line but was still forced to pay and the operator didn't acknowledge the yellow line rule and misbehaved, being with a family i avoided it and payed the amount. The operator was sure that their is no yellow line rule.

Hi sir/madam,
I am staying in bangalore. Almost every weekend i go to my native (Anantapur) which is around 220 kms from bangalore.

The toll charges are recently increased to 85 in bangalore toll plaza and bagepalli toll plaza.
Usually we give 100 and expect 15 rupees to be given back.
The toll plaza guys give 14 rupees as 10 rupee note (1) and two rupees coins (2). When asked for another 1 rupee, they say thay have only 2 rupee coins. They are saying that they are being given only 2 rupee coins. From where we should get a 1 rupee coin everytime. Why can't they give rs. 5 coin. I started fighting with them everytime.
And it has become a routine for me and them. Every weekend when i go home this is the situation at these two tolls (Bangalore and bagepalli).

Please take an action on this. Enough of government and other eating our money in the form of taxes, toll fees etc..
Cannot afford to loose anything in this kind of #.
