I had issued monthly toll tax pass of
Dari tall plaza near veraval somnath.
During issued pass, smart card not given to me and given only hand writing slip.
I am suffering heart ailments and i go rajkot my treatment.
Every time stopped my car by booth
Clerk and i am going to traffic room for permission, and i am unable for every time for permission.
On 28th may stopped my vehicle and i saw my pass but they not believed and mr gsutam dodia has assaulted on me and my family and used abused wards to us.
I had written complaint to toll manager but not reply.

Hence take suitable action against mr dodia.

I am an army personnel. I was forced by oriental nagpur bypass construction pvt ltd. To pay the amt of 100 even after producing the military id. It was sheer humiliation and its my urge to the concerned authorities to look into the authorities as armed forces tribunal has put the stay on any such possibles which has already cleared the way of exemption. As such i was on duty.

I have journaly travels on jaipur to agra road nh 11. There is a tolltax name of jaipur mahua tollway pvt ltd near sikandra town. I have wait about 20 mints every visit because all staff taking some amount for accross to toll without toll tax. They all planed about it. So please take a action against them.

I regularly travel from Bangalore to my village near Chetpet and had used this road via Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai.

The condition of the road is very pathetic between Uthangarai and a little beyond Singarapettai. Negotiating this section i very dangerous as you damage your car suspension if you are not cautious.

Night driving is a death trap.

The road beyond Singarapettai and has many unfinished patches that suddenly appear before you and left with no choice but to hit the rough patch.

This road connects the important temple at Tiruvannamalai and also the various Ashrams.

Service to manking is service to GOD.

Our NHAI is doing a great DIS SERVICE to the devotees who go to Tiruvannamalai earning the wrath of the travelling public and also the ALMIGHTY.

Hope the Authorities wake up.

1. I am a serving soldier in the indian army. I have been posted from kashmir to a south indian district.
2. I was moving my luggage in a civil truck on nagpur highway. The move is an official move as i was going to join my duty station.
3. All relevant documents and letters stating exemption from tax is being carried by the driver. The toll was collected by mr gajendra lokhande of ose construction company (Mob no-[protected]) at nagpur bye pass.
4. As per nhai letter number nhai/13013/267/cmd-co/05-06/rti-16 dated 04 dec 06, these goods should also have been exempted.
5. The whole matter is not about paying the tax, it is about standing for the right thing. If the government feels that the toll exemption should be done away with then a clear cut order should be issued in this regard. Otherwise these toll plaza should be instructed accordingly.

The behaviour of bangalore toll elivated flyover @ electronic city employees are very very bad... They don't treat people's as customer, they speak very badly, it's from beginning i have been seeing from past 5 years, even complain to there supper viser still no results, those guys behaviour are also same as others, no responsibility with full of attitude... Pls look and teach them how to behave customer, as we are not going freely so it's responsible of nhai to give better service.

Every month I travel 2 times to gorakhpur from lucknow

As per rules Toll rates are 1.09 from small vehicles

There are four toll gates on approx every 50 km
But they charge Rs. 85 or 90 as toll tax
While itshould be app roz 55 to 60

Why the toll rates are so high?
These companies are looking the innocent customers

Everyday approx 10000 vehicles cross the toll

Please enquire the matter so that we can pay proper toll tax

There is huge traffic jam at the Kalaparru toll gate in west godavari district of andhra pradesh (NH5), where it is consuming much time to cross the toll gate. Authorities are not bothered to extend the lines based on the traffic congestion. We are losing our valuable time for waiting in a queue. We are paying at toll gates for our convenience and for creating further infrastructure for smooth and hassle less journey --- but it is becoming a nightmare when we enter the toll gate till we cross and pass through. Pl take action to increase further lanes for clearing the traffic in time without creating inconvenience to the vehicles.

Sir i am from kartarpur distt. Jalandhar punjab. I have a shop in the market named vishva karma market which have an entrance from the nh 1. But all the market suffers from atleast 50-60 days because the entrance was blocked by the national highway authorities for some work on 06 april 2017 which was not completed yet and the consigned person never give satisfactory response. Pls try to complete the work soon. Thanks

Our tour was from Kota-Udaipur-Kota. It was our first time on this route so we didn't knew about the toll rates. Bassi toll plaza at Meghpura, Rajasthan tried to fraud us. We had demanded toll of double side but they cut toll for single side. On the return trip, they starts to blame us for the issue. The fault was completely of the employee. We told them to watch the cctv footage as we clearly demanded of double side. It was their mistake as they tried to make money out of two single tolls than one double toll. They used to fool people as mostly people don't pay attention. People pay money as they are demanded of. It is the employees responsibility to give information correctly and clearly. Please take an action towards this as many people do get fooled by this and made to pay extra money.

Road upgradation (Karauli-dholpur - nh 11b) project has been completed by dilip buildcon limited (Contractor). Umreh panchayat is one of the largest panchayat of bari block in dholpur, rajasthan which is 4 km far from bari and 3.5km from nh-11b. There is available sign board for each village which is small or large but umreh village, being large village has no sign board on nh-11b. Umreh village has two ways from highway but there is not a single sign board for it.

Service road - nh 45 connecting to poonamalle avadi high road - chennai, it's in bad shape.

It is too risky to travel by any vehicle, but so far non of the official really bothered to resolve the issue. Even the traffic police not bothered, when i checked with them — his answer is... It will take another three months.

I really don't know where our country is heading too, basic infrastructure to maintain the proper road for our public safety no one bothers.

I would be great if any authoritative person takes immediate action without fail.

Service roads which connect the bridge in pathetic condition... Action needed immediately.

I like to inform you that, at nh-24 near river kosi (Approx 200 mt towards delhi side) a number of pot holes/ditch are present almost on complete road with approximate spam of 100 mt. These types o[censored]nexpected obstacle may leads to unbalance any fast moving vehicles, that is very dangerous on such a smooth highway for which vehicle has to pay a heavy toll. Please look into the matter and take necessary action at earliest.

I m frequently travelling through Pune - Solapur highway. With in this have around 5 toll plazaz. Every plaza has Fastag lane, but they are not keep the lane open for only FasTag vehicles and other vehicles also gone through this lane. Hence, its not much useful for FasTag holders and it become a time consuming for us. And at the end this is not busted for Digital payment system. Ex - Patas Toll PLaza, Saradewadi(Indapur) toll plaza.
Also they don't keep open all lanes and hence the vehicle queue gets bigger and it takes more time to cross the plaza.

This needs to take action by NHAI to get it hazalfree for all people.

Dear all,
We the residents of S C Colony, college Kothuru, anakapalli, visakhapatnam Dist. has facing Drainage problem since 3 years and we complained about this with our panchayat office. After a long time they take initiative and doing the work but NHAI patrolling objected to clean the mess
Hence request you to take necessary steps to resolve this issue as because of this till now two are effected with dengue and children are suffering with frequent fevers

The fastag lane was closed, forcing the customers to take the regular lane and inturn wasting time.
When asked the toll operaters came up with lame excuses.
This happened both the ways on 14th may 2017 around 4 am and 12 45 pm

NHAI, byepass track being constructed in Pindra Varanasi has deviation at lots of places, indicating survey for track has been done under influence, not seeing the demand of road, the newly constructed road has got lots of turns, when all area is vacant any land could had been acquisitited, what was the compulsion of road deviation or turn which unnecessarily increasing the length of road leading to extra public expenditure. At certain places it has come to notice that full compensation has not been paid

I am a serving indian air force officer. I was travelling from lucknow to kanpur via nh -20 in a hired vehicle. I was forced to pay the toll tax at nawabganj toll plaza but as per the indian toll (Army and air force act 1901) defence personnel are exempted from toll tax all over india (Whether he in private/ hired/ govt vehicle irrespective of he is on duty or not). They showed a recent letter issued by nhai authority issued on[protected] which says only service vehicle will be exempted. Is there any letter has been issued to toll plaza as i travelled in other toll plaza in nh -5 vijayawada but there i was exempted. Pls clarify

With warm regards from a valuable voter citizen of india, i have a very disgusting problem to share with you. My msg. might be little long but will change your phase of life if solved.

We have been travelling regularly from Neem ka Thana to Kotputli Road which covers around 37 kms. And more than 20, 00, 000 खडे

As u are very much aware of the fact that this is a risk for every traveller travelling via road, despite of this people are forced to pay toll tax of ₹45/- for single way and ₹70/- for 2way keeping their life in danger. They collect this ample of Amt. just for sake and do not invest on repairing roads and maintaining them. So, my humble request to you is please travel twice this road and feel the pain. Today (9th may 2017) was my 4th trip from this route and i decided to not to pay toll tax as my money is wasted for such beautiful maintenance of road. I was harrassed today for refusing to pay the toll tax and being pressurised with my co-passengers(family) i had to pay ₹45/- for these painful roads covering 37 kms. Before we used to pay ₹30 but now it has increased to ₹ 45 and still the condition of road is same.

Respected Sir, customer ignores this amt. just to get escaped from un-natural fights and police file-ups, but they least bother to pay even more as a toll tax but only in return for well maintained roads.

This is india sir that is why he replied me very harshly that
1.) "You have to pay"
2.) "call the police what happens w'll see..."
3.) "using slang language in from of my family members"

With due respect on behalf of this route travellers i request you to plzz look deep into this matter as this is image of RAJASTHAN HIGHWAY.

I am serving airforce personal and i was going to etawah from phoop by my own vehicle on 08 apr 17 0833hrs i show my i-card for toll exemption but he refused for toll exemption he said you have to pay if don't want to pay then go back but according to govt rule vehicle of defence personal are exempted​ from toll tax and one more govt rule vehicles 6km area from toll plaza are also exempted from toll tax both criteria was fulfilled by me but i was forced to pay toll tax

And according to nhai toll tax for four wheeler is 25 paise per km according to that 6km toll tax is 1.5 ₹ while i was forced to pay 55₹ for return journey

Please look into the matter seriously
