[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaints against anewadi toll naka on satara highway.

Hi sir,

This is complaint against anewadi toll naka employess the toll which os on satara road. As we travelling in own car and showed indian navy i card for toll exemption but they didn't gave the exemption and behaved badly with wrong words in front of family members as ladies were there in car. They said we dont know what is armed force or defence all have yo pay. But observed that they give exemption to other private car by showing cards then why arm force is not given and why we have to pay toll tax.
Please take this issues seriously as no respect is given to armforce employees inspite of news was declared that toll employees should give respect to arm force employees.. Anewadi satara toll is very bad with less trained employees dont no what is arm force.

Requesting to please grant as something in written so that when traveling again we can show them and go smoothly.

Before collecting toll improve road conditions. सगळ्यात भंगार रोड. नुसते खड्डे accident व्हायचे खूप chance ahet जास्त करून रात्री. पहिले रोड सुधारा मग टोल घ्या. अक्षरशः गाडी 1 ल्या gear vr चालवायला लागते.

Yesterday I came to pune from Satara and paid Toll plaza at anewadi 26th-Jan 2022 @4:57pm. (Order ID[protected], vehicle No- MH10CX6659)

Still I am in pune, however received message at 26-Jan 2022 @ 11:PM that Toll amount Rs-70/- deducted at Anewadi Toll plaza (Order ID[protected] and it's mentioned time @ 8:42PM toll crossed)

I am surprised that if I have not came at Toll plaza then why this amount deducted from my account, If you are not sure then check your CCTV footage at same time and revert my deducted amount.

Not expecting such type of false transaction.

Please do the needful and let me know if you need any details from my end.

Anewadi toll Nakavr lutayche dhande chalu ahet yasathi mi hi complaint kart ahe mjya fast tage chya account varun paise cut krun pn mla sagnyat ale ki tumchya account mde balance nhi ani cash double amount ghenyat Ali massage n Alya mule mi pn cash dili pn parat mla 70 rs deducted asa msg ala.
