This is very unfourtunate that ispite of so many laws by govt of india people r still felling the same problem at murthal toll plaza, these toll people all r uneducated and ill mannerded still people r facing so much problem during transit its to much jam packed with irregullarise way 3lines all together for one toll no one lisen to them
Everyday travellers r facing lot if isuees i have buyed monthly pass also then also no system for pass holders
And ispite of digital india iniative there is no swapping machine at counters even they dont have photocopy machines why they dont scan the documents while giving pass there is no shop near by or instruction written on board anywhere mr gajender sharma sales manger also doesnt response they dont give senior number who can understand the problem
Cancell this toll and remove it from that place

Gadu to veraval highway is in very bad condition last few months there are no repair in road and some plase repair but repair quality is not good car not run smoothly and in junagadh to veraval highway there are many diversion it is very risky for driving there is no bridge two way and many dewider is breakdown by shopkeepers and restaurant holder
pls resolve this quickly

I was informed that fastag is not working and asked for cash payment at hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza on khed sinnar expressway. But the fastag had worked fine. Now the toll booth operator smartly added a wrong vehicle number in the toll cash receipt. So i had to pay the toll twice. Please refund my 75 rs i have attached proofs of both the transaction

My home is located at 63.500 km curve on 705 nh5 near theong, kotkhai, jubbal, nh707 near hatkoti. On 19 dec 2018 at around midnight, a severe accident took place at mentioned curve which destroyed my home badly. My parents had repeatedly requested concerned authorities at the time of road construction to construct the protection wall at this point but the request was always turned down. Three accidents have took place at this point due to faulty road construction. My dad had requested executive engineer responsible for this part of road to construct the wall when first accident occurred but again no action was taken and now this severe accident has taken place resulting in destruction of my home.
I have submitted application to ex. Engineer after occurring of this accident and he visited the spot himself but no action has been taken till date and the danger of another accident happening anytime is still very real. Request you to please look into the matter.

Bad behaviour from tol plaza (314011) dharer azizpur toll plaza

Was traveling back from patyala to chd and faced (314011) dharer azizpur toll plaza

Fast-track lane in return journey was slow, and then the tole person was cutting slip from that person in the fast track lane... I tried conversing him regarding this matter and he started behaving very rudely

On paying taxis, still giving money for tol plaza, and is within 20 km radius from city... This toll plaza still is so rude...

I was traveling with my family from kolkata to raipur via bagodar and found the illegal toll tax between dhanbad and bagodar. The local village people (Coral constructions) takes toll tax on the name of nahi and also giving the false recipient. When i enquired nearby shop i came to know that the toll plaza is illegal and they are charging money from all the vehicals. It is also known that local police and administration knows about it and no steps are taken for such a long time. I am attaching the toll receipt of my vehicle where they have charged me rs. 90 for single trip.
Request you to kindly enquir the same and take the proper action against these peoples.
Also request you to kindly revert me once it is resolved.

I travelled from chennai to madurai on 23rd dec.in the vikravandi toll plaza, i see in my fastag transaction details, toll has been deducted twice for my vehicle.

I havent crossed the toll and it was double booking by the toll plaza. I returned from madurai only on 26th dec. Hence kindly request you to refund the rupees 50/- to my fastag account.

We are on the way to ahmedabad from pali we have a cardiac patient with us. And the road if you travel you will get all things in mind. Why are you charging toll tax if can't maintain the road. Pls check the road between sirohi to ahmedabad. If you can't maintain the roads why the peoples you are working over there. We are very sorry to say the public is not aware and patients are also more suffering.

I was travelling to prati balaji temple yesterday with my family from wakad.in the mid way have faced a toll plaza at "khedshivapur" and there it was mentioned that they have the fastag facility of paytm. I was travelling there by my one month old brand new car and suggested the toll boy that i have fastag in my car, so use that feature. However the toll boy refused that they were not able to detect my fastag and took 90rs for one way from me.

I would suggest please do the needful and stop taking extra money. Like me, there are many people who may have been face this situation in everyday basis.

Have attached two copies of my money deduction receipt for references.

This road are very bad to go with them so can you repair that road to get a toll money by customer, so can you inform tender filler of this road i am traveling by nh-27 its condition is to bad to go by this road. You can inform road maintenance person to make them good to help people to travel save to reach his destination. This is nhai highway you to do good work. Thank you

This is complaint against anewadi toll naka employess the toll which os on satara road. As we travelling in own car and showed indian navy i card for toll exemption but they didn't gave the exemption and behaved badly with wrong words in front of family members as ladies were there in car. They said we dont know what is armed force or defence all have yo pay. But observed that they give exemption to other private car by showing cards then why arm force is not given and why we have to pay toll tax.
Please take this issues seriously as no respect is given to armforce employees inspite of news was declared that toll employees should give respect to arm force employees.. Anewadi satara toll is very bad with less trained employees dont no what is arm force.

Requesting to please grant as something in written so that when traveling again we can show them and go smoothly.

I have made earlier complaints to put visible accident prone zone and alert signs at the rode below amrutanjan bridge on mumbai pune expressway
Signs for light vehicles and heavy vehicle are also not visible there.
Instead of taking action on this some authorities given permission to install three advertising boards there where in reallity traffic signs should have been installed.
It’s very dangerous turn and installing movie poster there will attract drivers attention from road to poster
There are enough places where they can install it, so request you to remove those posters and at same site put large letter words and radium pictures to make driver alert to see road
Hope you understand severity of this issue and will take action
Currently there is simba movie poster which is diverting attention of driver from road at accident prone site at amrutanjan bridge

Hello, please repair CCTV.. It's consuming to much time if every vehicle driver tells vehicle number..and your employees take too much time to give slip.. Do proper work..sometimes it's emergency but for these guys it's dose not matter...hopefully you do something and become it's better..

I used to travel pondicherry to chennai using the tollway. Also i am having fastag in my car. Other than pondicherry tindivanam toll, no other toll is having dedicated line for fastag vehicles up to vanagaram.
The dedicated track should be maintained in all tolls and double the toll to be collected from those who are crossing without tag. This should be strictly implemented in all the tolls with immediate effect.

There is no periodic inspection of toll roads by nhai
Due to which we are forced to pay toll for the bad to poorest quality of toll road.
You can even see big pot holes on toll gate only what to say about the streach of road.
See the condition of toll road from jaipur to gurgaon it is horrible for more than 10 years now.
What is nhai doing on it??

Today 28.12.18 i travelled via puzhal to tambaram flyover, on that road their is two toll plaza we’re their. But in surapet toll people who were working are behaving like arrogant and they are blocking the car and sometimes they are hitting and asking the payment. And i really don’t know how government allows such kind of employees to work. Those people are for north india and they even can’t understand our language and just behaving like arrogant. So i request you to take necessary steps so that public feel better safety. Also it would be better if highway authorities gives an uniform and id card for the employee who works on toll plazas and we feel that we are paying amount to right person.

I request nhai to upheld the rule of law by removing speed breakers in national highways.
In national highway 206 there are numerous speed breakers between chinthamani and srinivasapura. It is causing a significant problem to the citizens.
The local politics may have laid the speed breakers.
I request you to remove all the speed breakers on the way and make the road convenient to use it.

I travelled across ponnambalapatti to trichy on 28/12/18 at10.15 am on road in my honda amaze car, the toll rate for my car is rs. 95 this is an excessive rate when compared to all other toll in tamil nadu, even this much charges were not there in any other cities.
