Road widening work of national highway 275 is carrying out in channapatna town, ramanagara distict. Its been an year since drainage work across national highway is in the same state. I, e it had stopped at one point near chikkamaluru, channapatna., drainage water of major portion of town is entering into residential area through this incomplete drain. If the rain comes then drain flow will be much higher, forming a filthy pond, so mosquitoes are breeding at a faster rate and also too much filthy smell. Its very to difficult to live in this atmosphere, and also in fear of getting diseases. Kindly address this issue at the earliest.

I visited rajpura (Pb) on 29-5-19, during my journey i paid 70 rs toll charges at ghaggar toll plaza (Km211.000 on nh-01), gst -06aamcs1879g1zz, ticket no. 4bfb019f113030 at booth no.03 &00197 at 19:02 for vehicle no. Ch01bt 8707. During my return journey which happened within 5-6 hours, i showed toll ticket to booth operator and asked him to charge 35 rs as the return journey was within 24 hours, he misbehaved and charged 70 rs for return journey, details of which are ticket no. 57249cbf113100, booth & operator : 16 & 00050, date 29-5-19, time 23:28. Kindly intervene as they used to do it with every passenger whoever buy toll tickets for singles side at once but return within 24 hours, i would also like to mention that they failed to collect toll from fast tag and asked for cash...in case of fast tag it would have not been happened... Kindly do justice to common public and take action against guilty.

Respected sir on toll tax shreenathji udaipur toll gomti chaurha i waited more then 4 minutes on tolltax then i said i wont pay tax its more then 3 minutes they rudely bahaved with us & said there is no such rule & contact us on highway authority or give us letter written by authority n said we dont belive such rule u have to pay tax orelse we wont let u go please co operate with us

Please resume work of nh-58 roorkee - haridwar highway 4lane, day by day trafic jame road condition is worst in haridwar due to 4 dham yatra, weekend tourist, ganga snan. Please start this highway work in fast mode, we local people suffers alot in daily life, no of accidents increased.
No nhai proper care of haridwar highway.

Nhai awarded the four laning of nh no.163 between yadagirigutta to warangal to l& t construction in the year 2015. The distance is 99 kms. Its supposed to complete by december 2018.

The work is not yet completed even after a reputed company like l& t instructed with the work. Many accidents taking place because of the oneway traffic on the incomplete road.
I request to expedite the construction work and make available the road to general public.

Today at Rasampalayam toll plaza, the operator collected cash of ₹45/- telling that my vehicle fastrack is not scanned. But after paying and after sometime I got the message that my fastrack wallet was debited. I enclosed the message I received and the cash collection receipt for ₹45/-. Please look into it and return the ₹45/- to me. It caused unnecessary delay.

I was travelling from hyderabad to vangoor village. I took the toll ticket at nhai kadthal toll plaza for up and down journey. Where the nhai having online entry in the system they have made to wait for 10min to show me the slip where i lost the slip and using the abused words at me and telling to pay the amount. I request you to take action on them.

Un authorized utilization of pedestrian is carried away by m/s ayngeran coffee bar in m. A. M. Marriage hall complex, karaikudi. They removed the post of bsnl
With out permission from bsnl and overlay-ed the ditch with concrete slaps and used it as their cool drinks bar as well placed stoves for cooking. It makes hindrance to the pedestrians and the side by parking for refreshment make traffic jam

It is true that, for every two minutes journey there is speed breakers in the road between bathalapalli to kadiri, calling it as national high way, travelling by car causing lots of inconvenience, for heavy vehicles it is not a matter,

Please go through the issue, and remove the speed breakers and try to see the journey will be peaceful and comfort...

The management at subject toll gate is very poor and it is taking more than 5 mins to pass through. Today i am traveling from vadodara to silvasa. Was surprised to see a huge traffic jam because of delay due to toll fee collection.
Nhai or central govt is not taking any measures to improve such situation. We are paying toll tax and yet suffering from delay resulting into inefficiency.
It is requested to look into this matter and provide better solution.
If this does not happen, this may result into chaos.

Dasna toll plaza karmi aam aadmi se badtamiji krte hai bas mjhe yeh janna hai ki woh toll plaza valid hai ya nai or agar toll plaza valid hai toh woh log aadhe paise kyu mangte kyuki agar toll plaza valid hai toh aadhe paise mangne ka kya mtlab kuki agar yeh govt approved hai toh aadhe paise lekr kyu jane dete hai or yeh log itni abusing krte hai public k sath abhi kuch din pehle bhi ek mamla nhai k sangyan me aaya hoga in logo ne public k sath maar peet ki thi bas mera yhi question hai nhai se inke upar aap koi action kyu nai lete sir aap mjhe written way mein de dijiye ki yeh toll valid hai toh hum log toll diya krenge kuki mjhe nai lgta yeh toll plaza valid hai... I am travelling from pachore district rajgarh to maksi.

I have been charged first toll for 65 rs at sarangpur.
I have been charged again for toll 75 rs after shajapur.

I have told the executive that i have already paid the toll & shown the receipt to him, but he told me that you have to pay again.

Why should i pay toll tax 2 times on the same road in a distance of 30 kms
I have attached receipts.

I have to inform you that the street light of highway not working of village dhani chanan wali (Dist. Fatehaba) which is on national highway no 9 from fatehabad to sirsa. My near toll plaza is located bhavdeen (Sirsa). Approximatly there is total 50 street lights and working only 6 lights. We always pay toll on toll plaza but there service is not good so why we pay our toll to them. So please take stick action on this complaint. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

While coming from Ambala to Gurugram, I took the WPE at Kundli. I have the Fastag so the boom barrier got opened and I passed that thinking that my toll tax has been deducted.
I took an exit at Badli / Gurgram and I came to know at barrier that Fastag does not work here. The toll Person asked me give token which I didn't have. When I told him about this, He said I need to pay INR 125.
I was asking him that my toll would have been deducted there at Kundli toll also which a couple of his colleagues said that cannot happen.
While checking the balance, we realized that we were given INR 15 back. We stopped the car and Went back to Toll and asked for Customer complaint numbers so that we can talk bu they didn't provide any number.
When enquired about their manager and further discussions, We came to know that actual toll from Kundli to Badli/ Gurugram is INR 90 while they charged us INR 125. on confrontation, We were charged INR 90 ONLY.
BUT THIS IS a Fraud of INR 35 HAPPENING to almost everyone car passing by WPE.

With due respect i beg to state that i am working in general reserve engineer force (Ministry of defence). I am an uniformed employee and equivalencies of our posts/ rank is as per army employees. Also as per under the gazette of india notification no. 79 dated 12 jan 2015 border roads organisation (General reserve engineer force) goes under ministry of defence.

Sir, we are not getting facilities of toll free on nhai & yamuna express but, army personnel are getting the toll free facilities. Hence, i request you kindly instruct to toll plaza of nhai and yamuna express way for exemption toll facilities. For this act of kindness, we will ever grateful to you.

Sir upon nh63 the road widened upto thakallapalli turning which is 17 km from dharmauri towards jagtial, the turning became dangerous and should be extended atlest 20 mts more which leads no accidends, no sign boards are kept, how you stoped the extention at turning, how the enggineers approved it, like this we are still developing country, so when we are going to be developed, now also laying tar goingon with no change at turning

We have paid toll tax with jhiriya chakghat mp toll and have been changed toll tax and as per nhai website this toll is not registered. Is it registered toll booth and if not under what condition we had been charged the amount. Is it authentic or forged. Necessary action may be taken against the same.

The road from ahmedabad to udaipur nh-8 is too worst road bcos road signs are not placed properly while 6- laning of section is going on. Companies who are awarded the tender is solely responsible for providing proper road signs durings construction. And currently the road signs are definitely not according to govt norms. Nhai should take action on this companies.

Mandal toll plaza, kikakui, ta-songadh, dist-tapi, gujarat has started charges for local vehicle. Official at toll plaza has denied to accept my valid local rc book & forcefully recovered charge on tall plaza. They also denied to provide notification regarding charges & valid proof for exaptation of charges on toll plaza and reply you may complaint any where and any body

I have a own car vehicle no rj 45 ce 4042 and i was travelling in national highways 52 (Earlier was 11) on dated 26.05.2019 at 06:10 pm from chomu to jaipur and i was paying toll through fast tag but toll computer operator (Lane no. 11) said fast tag not working so you pay cash further i have paid cash of rs. 60 but after some i have received a message from hdfc fast tag that "dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 60 for transaction by vehicle malbm51bljm578011 at toll tatiawas toll plaza on[protected]t18:14:37. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 427.75 - hdfc bank ltd.".
