Service road - nh 45 connecting to poonamalle avadi high road - chennai, it's in bad shape.

It is too risky to travel by any vehicle, but so far non of the official really bothered to resolve the issue. Even the traffic police not bothered, when i checked with them — his answer is... It will take another three months.

I really don't know where our country is heading too, basic infrastructure to maintain the proper road for our public safety no one bothers.

I would be great if any authoritative person takes immediate action without fail.

Service roads which connect the bridge in pathetic condition... Action needed immediately.

I like to inform you that, at nh-24 near river kosi (Approx 200 mt towards delhi side) a number of pot holes/ditch are present almost on complete road with approximate spam of 100 mt. These types o[censored]nexpected obstacle may leads to unbalance any fast moving vehicles, that is very dangerous on such a smooth highway for which vehicle has to pay a heavy toll. Please look into the matter and take necessary action at earliest.

I m frequently travelling through Pune - Solapur highway. With in this have around 5 toll plazaz. Every plaza has Fastag lane, but they are not keep the lane open for only FasTag vehicles and other vehicles also gone through this lane. Hence, its not much useful for FasTag holders and it become a time consuming for us. And at the end this is not busted for Digital payment system. Ex - Patas Toll PLaza, Saradewadi(Indapur) toll plaza.
Also they don't keep open all lanes and hence the vehicle queue gets bigger and it takes more time to cross the plaza.

This needs to take action by NHAI to get it hazalfree for all people.

We the residents of S C Colony, college Kothuru, anakapalli, visakhapatnam Dist. has facing Drainage problem since 3 years and we complained about this with our panchayat office. After a long time they take initiative and doing the work but NHAI patrolling objected to clean the mess
Hence request you to take necessary steps to resolve this issue as because of this till now two are effected with dengue and children are suffering with frequent fevers

The fastag lane was closed, forcing the customers to take the regular lane and inturn wasting time.
When asked the toll operaters came up with lame excuses.
This happened both the ways on 14th may 2017 around 4 am and 12 45 pm

Customers pay for the facility and if the facility is not provided it is not great and we lose the trust factor.

NHAI, byepass track being constructed in Pindra Varanasi has deviation at lots of places, indicating survey for track has been done under influence, not seeing the demand of road, the newly constructed road has got lots of turns, when all area is vacant any land could had been acquisitited, what was the compulsion of road deviation or turn which unnecessarily increasing the length of road leading to extra public expenditure. At certain places it has come to notice that full compensation has not been paid

I am a serving indian air force officer. I was travelling from lucknow to kanpur via nh -20 in a hired vehicle. I was forced to pay the toll tax at nawabganj toll plaza but as per the indian toll (Army and air force act 1901) defence personnel are exempted from toll tax all over india (Whether he in private/ hired/ govt vehicle irrespective of he is on duty or not). They showed a recent letter issued by nhai authority issued on[protected] which says only service vehicle will be exempted. Is there any letter has been issued to toll plaza as i travelled in other toll plaza in nh -5 vijayawada but there i was exempted. Pls clarify

With warm regards from a valuable voter citizen of india, i have a very disgusting problem to share with you. My msg. might be little long but will change your phase of life if solved.

We have been travelling regularly from Neem ka Thana to Kotputli Road which covers around 37 kms. And more than 20, 00, 000 खडे

As u are very much aware of the fact that this is a risk for every traveller travelling via road, despite of this people are forced to pay toll tax of ₹45/- for single way and ₹70/- for 2way keeping their life in danger. They collect this ample of Amt. just for sake and do not invest on repairing roads and maintaining them. So, my humble request to you is please travel twice this road and feel the pain. Today (9th may 2017) was my 4th trip from this route and i decided to not to pay toll tax as my money is wasted for such beautiful maintenance of road. I was harrassed today for refusing to pay the toll tax and being pressurised with my co-passengers(family) i had to pay ₹45/- for these painful roads covering 37 kms. Before we used to pay ₹30 but now it has increased to ₹ 45 and still the condition of road is same.

Respected Sir, customer ignores this amt. just to get escaped from un-natural fights and police file-ups, but they least bother to pay even more as a toll tax but only in return for well maintained roads.

This is india sir that is why he replied me very harshly that
1.) "You have to pay"
2.) "call the police what happens w'll see..."
3.) "using slang language in from of my family members"

With due respect on behalf of this route travellers i request you to plzz look deep into this matter as this is image of RAJASTHAN HIGHWAY.

I am serving airforce personal and i was going to etawah from phoop by my own vehicle on 08 apr 17 0833hrs i show my i-card for toll exemption but he refused for toll exemption he said you have to pay if don't want to pay then go back but according to govt rule vehicle of defence personal are exempted​ from toll tax and one more govt rule vehicles 6km area from toll plaza are also exempted from toll tax both criteria was fulfilled by me but i was forced to pay toll tax

And according to nhai toll tax for four wheeler is 25 paise per km according to that 6km toll tax is 1.5 ₹ while i was forced to pay 55₹ for return journey

On 8-5-17 i am traveling on punjab roadways bus from karnal. We reach around 10:10. Am there was chaos in a queue we waited more then three minutes.in latest rti reveals more den three minutes for commuter is charge free. But they said we did not get any notification. They still charge toll tax from the bus driver. The behaviour of employees are so rude.

I am staying in chengalpattu. I am working in Mahindra city. My vehicle number TN 19 AD 1071 is a commercial vehicle.
Daily I am traveling from my hometown to Mahindra city- Infosys, about seven kilometers, which is costing around 60 rupees to and fro. Which is a loss for us. When we approach our higher authority, we were denied for our basic needs. I am owner cum driver and there are around 150 drivers like me, who are experiencing the same situation. There is no basic​ benefits for us. It was denied as we are local.

There are many toll gates in andhra pradesh with high price and sucking our blood.5 toll gates in 220 km's from bhubaneswar to vizag road from a. P border. I have seen some outdated toll gates at gurazala, guntur district which are running with the help of local political people. Simply they are collecting money. Please do your best from this scraps and save our country.

I have made an application on 06.03.2017 for issue of captioned bonds vide application no.21802287. The payment towards purchase of bonds was made on the same date in the axis bank, indore (M. P.) branch. The bonds in question have not been received as yet though a period of two months has already elapsed. The bonds may please be issued at the earliest and i shall be thankfull if you drop me a line of confirmation.

I would like to inform you that very bad condition of nh-87 from rudrapur (Uttrakhand) to sidcul pant nagar, (Uttrakhand) approx 8 km,

From the last two years no maintenance provided. It has very bad condition.
Its increasing accident day by day.
Due to sidcul industrial area it is very important to repair.
It is not culture of modi government/ nitin gadkari.

Please look into the matter and take action asap to maintenance of the road.

At bharudi toll plaza where is no space for two wheelers. We two wheelers public are also pay road tex. So plz check this toll plaza there is no small space for two wheeler. When we pass this toll plaza that time we suffer hard and harresed plz give some space for two wheeler. And help medium public. There is all lane for four whellers and where is space for two wheelers and three wheelers resurve there is also pass car and buses. So hes not pay toll but all this picture where is going midium level public. Hate government system bcom no rulles for general public only facility for higher value public. Plz do for general public. Bcoz all pay tex.

Locals just on the other side of redhills- Tada tollgate have to wait for 30 minutes to 1 hr, in-spite of having smart card. Sick people who have to reach the other side have to wait. Herebuy the golden hour is lost. Most markets and schools are also towards Redhills. Working class people have to cross tollgate twice a day. There is no separate line for smart card holder. Locals and smart card holders should be allowed in separate line as per the tollplaza rules. But this is not followed in this tollplaza.

Nhai toll plaza in various gates in tamilnadu, they are not allowed disabled persons driving vehicles after showing disability certificate.

Please give us clear information about all disability persons exemption from toll gate in india.

We are facing more than 500 m Long queues starting from Bangalore at all the toll gates on the way to chennai, each toll gate taking 30 min to get crossed.

Currently it's krishnagiri till gate we are stuck at. Please help clear the traffic.

I Guess there is a rule that if toll gate clearance is taking longer than 3 mins, the vehicles should be allowed to go through without collecting toll amount till the traffic jam is cleared but I don't see the toll collectors following the same and they are actually causing traffic halt on the highways. Even ambulances getting blocked badly. This is very serious issue which needs immediate attention and should be resolved without delays.

On my emergency ride to Narayana Hrudalaya Hospital from Silkboard, I took Bangalore Elevated Tollway, at 7.30 am morning today, a Saturday, to avoid the traffic signal delay in the Hosur road below. Eventually I end up as the 20th car and trapped 15 mins in the toll gate. Fortunately the patients condition was not aggrieved. Use the technology to display the expected delay (based on the number of vehicles plying alongwith block at tollgate on Elevated road) at Silkboard before boarding it, so that the drivers can take decision to use BETL or Hosur road. Or not keep more than 7 vehicles waiting. Again you can use technology to blow an alarm along with big display to show the vehicles can demand for free passthrough on tollgate. Same can be replicated across highway tollgates. Audit the systems are working on frequent intervals, since the toll operators can damage the system and sabotage the effort. Even greed should have a limit.

Hi sir,

My complaint is regarding heavy traffic block in Krishnagiri toll booth in Tamil nadu.
Even there is a heavy traffic block authorities are not ready to open the toll booth. This is not just case of this toll booth every where in India it is happening.
Please take an action for this problem immediately.
