I am writing to you complaint above the poor service I receved from your company
On 15th augest 2017 I purchased HUNDAI CRETA carFROM OYUR DEALER (KOSOMO PRAGPUR JALANDHAR CITY)
Unfortunotely on 17th oct. 2017 my car met with an accident. my car was under cashless NATIONAL INSURANCE
SCHEME.Mr Ramesh Kapoor(DGM)Kosomo Hundai pragpur jalandhar company.Assured me that by the end of november 2017
my car will be repaired and retuned to me but from then till now I have not receved my car back. So many time I
visitd the company to keep track of the repair but the car was alaways repaired in odd hours in night.
Even my contact number was not registred and I could not receve any repair details. Many times I requseted
to register my mobile number but then alaways said that they will call me. NOthing happened like that, when ever I
made calls to then they hardly answer any .
I bought this car on my wedding ang all my festiwels and functions have passed without my car.AS I rely
on my car for transport, apart rfom in-convenience, this problem has caused me to in car additional cost.
Now I am very much frastrated as the delivery date has been axtended so many times, In my last visit
to the companyisaw some workers just sitting in my car and lislening to the FM radio. It just sparked my anger as the
condition of my brand new car is deteriorating
the delivery date of my car has baan extended so many times that i am very much disappointed from the service.
How it can take four month to repair a carAS I rely on my car for transport, apart from in-convenience,
this problem has caused me to in car additional cost.
I have been harassed so much by the car dealer and insurance company that in future I will never purchased any product from your company and will never
refer to anybody
this is my last complaint to you. plase delever my car to me as soon as possible. If you do nat takeany step, i will consider taking further action
to revolve the matter through legal assistance
