Unfortunately my car met with an accident and i had to get it repaired in a non cashless mode and since 6 weeks i have been waiting for nic to settle my reimbursement. I have tried numerous follow-ups and leave alone settlement the people from nic do not even bother to ack and respond back. My vehicle # is ts07fc0603. I have even written emails to their head office contacts and still no use. They simply sit on it and fare zero on customer...

Policy number mentioned above insured name is hemendra b jain. Claim for the medical expenditure given to medi assist on 16th sept 2017, file uploaded on 21st sept and claim approved on 6th october. But still have not received the payment in my bank account. Medi assist team again and again saying that the payment is delayed from the insurance company. Please look into this matter.

My bike got theft on 10-feb-2017 and i have submitted required documents to claim officer on 23-aug-2017 and still my motor insurance claim is pending for more than two months.

Is 101600/48/16/[protected] under baroda health policy with national insurance company ltd (Agent code:[protected], agent name: bob, charu market, issuing office unit: 101600) policy period from 22.03.2017 to 21.03.2018. The policy is continuing for last 6-7 years. The tpa of the policy is m/s genins india tpa ltd, 15, ganesh chandra avenue, 4th floor, kolkata-700013.

I tried renew the above policy and payment was successful but my policy did not get generated. Tried calling the company but couldnt connect...

My online payment was not successful. But payment receipt, policy and 80d generated and delivered to me. I instantly mailed the matter to the branch. I then paid the amount by cheque which is cleared and held by the branch. I am afraid whether my policy will be renewed in time.

I have given my motorcycle cd deluxe after accident to nearest service centre jhalani moters bandikui dausa for claim on 8th oct.2017 but as per nearest jhalani moters saying our server from national insurance executive will come and check but now no one has arrived till now 11th. Very bed services, i am in jhalani motors and no one has arrived as per promise today but now no one here from now never insured by you anything.

I have submitted my claim (No 14436249 for rs 12553) to tpa medi assist on 04/05/17, and got the acknowledgement with claim number on 08/05/17.
I have received a message in the missing document section that - "advice require from insurer". I have approached tpa regarding this matter, but they have given a reply that they are waiting for the occurance from the national insurance company.
Kindly take necessary action...

According to the instructions from national insurance willington island office, i have submitted my claim (No 15103150 for rs 180589) to tpa medi assist on 05/08/17, and got the acknowledgement with claim number on 16/08/17. Because of the condition of my policy they approved the amount rs 100000 (Rupees one lakh only) on 15/09/17. As on date the said amount didn't credited to my account (Account no.
