I am an employee of bandhan bank ltd, i have claimed for my mother's cataract operation.
I have completed all the formalities and documentation advised by mediassist.

My claim has been approved since 16/11/2017 and i have got the approved letter too from mediassist but approved amount has not been credited into my account.

Mean while in letter it is clearly mentioned that approved amount would be credited...
