Sir,
Reference to my below mail, my car met an accident and surveyed by mr. Dilip almadi surveyor and he is not allowing the damaged a/c condenser of car. The a/c condenser damaged in the current accident only. The workshop certificate regarding to replacement of ac condenser is enclosed. However after dismantle of parts i came to know from workshop people that one more part intercooler is also damage and both parts damaged in this accident. About 45 days (Approx) ago i got my car serviced from pearl honda, gurgaon and at that time the car was in perfect working condition.
Prior to accident the car was in perfect working condition.
Kindly review the matter as my car is held up at workshop and allow the damaged parts which took placed in the current accident.

    Mera gadi ka accedent 26/06/2017 ko ho gaya tha jiska servai sunil kumar sinha, servear ([protected]) kai duara 28/06/2017 ko kiya gaya. Merai duara gadri ka raugh istimit bhi servear ko diya gaya jiska rough bill 1, 32, 960 rs ka diya gaya. Uskai baad jab gadi ban gaya to merai duara final payment ka bill 18/08/2017 ko insurence office mai 1, 79, 850=00 ka bill jama kiye gaya. To merai duara servear ko phone karnai par kaha gaya ki hum sai aakar muzafarpur milye to bill agai badhayengai nahi to bill mai kam kar dengai. Uskai baad jab mai madhubani insurance office gaye to muje 61, 500 rs ka payment 02/12/2017 ko kiya gaya. Jab office mai bill dekhnai gaye to bill mai front glass ka bill merai duara diya gaya thaa lakin muje front glass ka bill ka payment nahi mil paya. Hame uchit muawaja denai ki kripa ki gaye.

And claim was registered in year 2017 due to accident damage. I already pain money to car service centre. And necessary documents for claim deposit with bill and cancelled cheque was given to mt satish desai. Still i have not received claim amount in my account.         I have remitted rs.850.00 on 03.10.2017 for my bike insurance earlier policy[protected] no : 150504/31/16/[protected]. My bike hero honda splender regn. No : wb 38s 7523 with asansol rto.

        Soon after successful payment made got acknowledged with ref. No : c m 2017 [protected] and with an intimation of policy no :[protected], but i could not get any option for download or received through my e-mail id : [protected]@hotmail.com.

        May kindly look into the matter and send me the copy of insurance renewal policy address mentioned over policy.

        Dear sir..when i reached to buy a policy for 2 wherler insurance they demande 1000 rather than 850..so i did not buy the policy..i want to know why will i pay more 150 rupees
        Respected sir/madam came to renewal the insurance policy at Visakhapatnam dwarkanagar branch there response s to worst they r telling that net not working . U didn't have that capability to maintain the insurance company . Just stop it . We r suffering with Ur insurance company . U r playing with Ur public. Thanking you

          My mother health policy due dt was 24/11/2017. No any intimation latter received at home. So we contact to branch, they give answer to my mother wait for intimation latter. Again again & finally check and policy xerox submitted to bob chotaudepur branch at dt.18/12/2107 and after that bob officer given to vadodara office mobile number for further inquiry. But both mobile number person collect all information about our problem and all related document also sent to both mobile number.               Poor service of national insurance, on 03/01/2018 claim lodged online. No servayer ready to visit accident site at kinglr, kumarsen, due to that service center is not starting repair of my car insured from nic.
              Worst servise, poor customer care, i ll not renew my other two cars insurance and not even recommend any relative or friend to opt nic.
              I was regular customer of nic for my vehicles but at the time of need and poor customer service at the time of need.

                I have taken a policy in the name of vadlamani lakshmi age 70 policy no[protected] i made a survey regarding policy amount. At that time united india insurance company limited has quoted for the same sum assured amount of 3, 00, 000/- premium amount is 7977/- but in our company it is 9230/- for the same sum assured. I would like to know the why the discripency between two companies let me know. I asked the same to the concered business center head named r srinivasa rao but he replied in a negetive manner and hurted me with his own language. He does'n considered with the age also. Please clarify in better manner to me awaiting your reply let me know the difference and why. I am expecting the excessive amount i have paid from you. Thank you sir

                  It is intimated to you that, on 20.02.2017 i had meet an accident for which i had been admitted to basu’s clinic, hakimpara, siliguri under dr. Abhishek agarwal, mbbs and on 22.02.2017 i had been operated on my right shoulder. The requisite documents had been submitted by me to national insurance co. Ltd, hill cart road, siliguri, branch – i.

                  On dated 18/04/2017 i had been received a letter from md india health insurance tpa private limited regarding submission of additional investing reports supporting the diagnosis – x ray shoulder/ ct shoulder – pre operative & post operative as well as mlc from hospital, which i had submitted in original.
                  The details are given below:

                  Till date my claim has been not settled which was amounting to rs. 93, 917/- (Rs. Ninety three thousand nine hundred and seventeen) only, and no further information has been received from insurance company till date. However i have communicated with their officials as well as to customer care several times, but no positive response has been received from their end. During my follow up for the claim by personal visit as well as telephonically they had assured me several times that claim will be settled by the end of this month and same commitment remains for the next month also, but claim remains unsettled.

                  Further i had communicated to the officers of irda shri chittaranjan sarkar (Copy enclosed) and shri a. K. Patnaik (Copy enclosed). Further i had also communicated to shri tarak nath, officer of md india health insurance tpa private limited by mobile no. [protected] & e-mail id [protected]@mdindia.com, but yet no response has been received.

                  On 18/10/2017 when i visited to national insurance co. Ltd, hill cart road, siliguri, branch – i, to enquiry about my claim, there they have given the draft repudiation statement in which they states that they have not received any additional documents (Copy enclosed), whereas i have already submitted all supporting additional documents in original to national insurance co. Ltd, hill cart road, siliguri, branch – i, on the date mentioned above and i cannot obtain x - ray & ct scan plats again once it is already submitted with proper received copy obtained from the branch. So, i cannot understand how they are saying that till date they have not received the documents, and i don’t found any fault from my side as i have already submitted all documents. A letter addressing to grievance redressal officer, national insurance co. Ltd, grievance redressal officer – 3, middle town street kolkata – 700071. (Copy enclosed).

                  Now with much hope and getting fair response from your end, i am requesting you to kindly throw light into my case as it is already too much late and do favour to me.

                    My medical claim (Claim id 1707873) got approved from fhpl on december 11, 2017 and i was told that it takes maximum of 10 working days but i didn't get anything as of now. This is really very disappointing and bad services from national insurance company.

                    Please look into the matter and escalate this issue to higher level so that customers could be served better.

                        National insurance company policy claim was approved by medi assist tpa on 23rd november 2017 and i expecting payment to be credited my account in 7 days but not credited. After that i mail about my problem of my claim amount no person from national insurance company replied but only that medi assist is replying that in week, bad me two week, badme monthend mai but still national insurancevis capable to anser me when i get money paid. So i request you follow up my complaint about above claim amount to be paid to me as early as possile i need that money urgently.

                                Since i had submitted the claim of rs.13990/- of my vehicle suzuki access ka09 eq 377 on 7/12/2017, and same was forwarded to the valuator mr. Guruswmy.
                                The valuator had given the report thru his asst. Mr. Rajendra, till today the claim amount was settled.
                                I had visited the branch more than 5 times but of no use. They are telling the reason that report was not received, the concerned staff is on leave.

                                I am fed up with the branch.
                                When i contacted the head office they also told me that they are helpless.

                                  My honda amaze car hr (8) 3327 has been repaired after the accident it met on 23 october 17, claim docs now have been by the loss assessor to insurer on 15 oct, after a gap of almost 02 months, still the delivery order has not been sent to dealer yet. Rj36sg9027 is insured with national insurance policy no.[protected] and accident on[protected] and all documents which required by me submitted same date and my vehicle is repaired[protected], at mangalam automobiles sendra road beawar, but insurance claim is not credited.
