Car insurance
I have purchased renault kwid car from jaipur and insured by national india insurance. After 6 month i have setteled in ludhiana and i have repaired my car from jalandhar renault workshop initally i have paid 14524/- because sarvayer tell me all will be refund within one month and sarveyar was kk dhir [protected]. I have submitted all document to mr. Kk dhir on 18 dec 17 but still now not refunded and sarveyar is not giving proper answer.

      1. DATE OF BIRTH 6th Nov 2000 (Normal birth)
      2. EARLY CHILDHOOD Normal and healthy
      3. EDUCATION School attend normally from childhood to 8th class in MBS International
      School dwarka approx distance 12th km from home, school activity good
      Participate in all games and quiz programmes (Certificate Enclosed)

      4. HEALTH He had in good health up to nov 2012, He had some illness due to acute
      Dehydration and high fever, We admit in Jeevan Jyoti Clinic for treatment
      And discharge on 09.11.12
      But after few days First time on 20.11.2012 at midnight he had some Seizure and Same day we get him Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and consult sr. doctor Dr. C. Agrawal
      Second time on 29.12.2012 same episode happen, we admit him in Jeevan Jyoti Nursing home all previous documents we have submitted For claim and clear with all reports.
      Third time on 10.03.2017 he had high fever and had some seizure and unconscious so we admit him nearest hospital Surya Kiran for treatment where doctor advised for ICU for further treatment, all reports enclosed previously for Re imbursement claim and discharge on 15.03.2017 were discharge summery diagnostics has Written as (seizure disorder –mental retardation). Which you had mark as exclusion clause. But after discuss in hospital they give us letter which was clearly mentioned that Mental retardation means Poor response due to seizure and this problem is not from by birth..
      So kindly we requesting you to Approved my claim. My mediclaim is continueing from 9-10 years, and this problem with my son happen from 4-5 years before, so kindly approved my claim.

        It is already 193 days are over but i have not received any reimbursement from your end. After all how much time you take to settle the reimbursement. I want to know what is the maximum time fixed to settle the reimbursement.

          failed to send or generate online policy after a long period

          I am using national insurance company's insance since 2011, i alredy renewed through online and offline mode

          But on 27th januray 2018 i tried online renewal, at 21:19 hrs through federal bank internet banking of rs. 1162.

          But system could not generate the policy." your transaction number is easi[protected].
          Note: please check your bank account whether the premium amount is already debited. If yes, please do not retry again. Please report this occurrence to
          Nic. [protected]@nic.co.in by providing the transaction id mentioned above for further course of action. Receipt and policy for the payment debited will be sent to you
          Within three working days ”. I already wrote this compliant to these addresses [protected]@nic.co.in, customer. [protected]@nic.co.in, agent. [protected]@nic.co.in, misp. [protected]@nic.co.in, portal. [protected]@nic.co.in etc
          Only nic. [protected]@nic.co.in is giving responses with other mail ids. Please take immediate action to solve this issue. You message showing within three working days
          Yo will solve this issue i paid the insurance on january 27th today (10th feb) didn't receive any mail fon nic or any other custmer cae representitive from nic and also
          I didn't get any refund. When i try to use http://niconline.in/niclive/accounts/loadPage.do?method=getPaymentStatus url showing transaction id format / length is wrong, please enter correct transaction id.
          So please tell details and immediate action. Till today i am waiting to receive the policy. Please solve this also https://nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in/portal/page/portal/Corporate/Home

          Don't try NIC online mode pay offline mode otherwise amount will debited from your account.The following mails

                Sir, i want to change my agent for the existing three policies, the due date of premium is in march 2018. But i am not getting any reply for the formalities to be completed in this regard. Copies of cards are enclosed. I want to change my agent for better customer service. The agent should me very near to my locality at baghajatin/jadavpur for better service, collection of premium etc. As i am a senior citizen, my wife is a pwd, my daughter stays out of state, i am getting handicapped day by day. May i, therefore, request you to please advise me the formalities to be completed in respect of switch over to a local agent from a distance one. Thanking you.

                  Sub : misuse of public fund.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am a resident of gangtok, sikkim and it is seen that almost all the insurance company works in the state of sikkim. It is seen that the insurance company calls the surveyor from the neighboring state/town siliguri for the survey whereas there are surveyor in the state also. The following problems occurred in case the job has been appointed to a surveyor at siliguri.

                  01. The insured have to wait for atleast couple of days to reach the surveyor before and after dismantle.
                  02. The insured called the customer to siliguri, west bengal for settlement of claim.
                  03. The fees of the surveyor comes from siliguri is much more higher than the stationed surveyor that is simply misuse of public money as siliguri is nearly 120kms from gangtok.

                  Sir, it will be highly appreciated if the insurance companies may be instructed to use the local surveyor that is beneficial to all.

                  Your action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                      I have taken parivaar Mediclaim form NIC since 2012. but during the renewal of my policy in this year dated 16.12.2017. NIC has removed the detail of my family members from the policy. my policy Number is[protected]. i have contacted the Branch Head Mr. R.K. Go swami at paonta sahib (H.P). but no solution has been done so far till writing this. this is clearly a harassment to the customers.

                      The insurance co should understand the patronage of old customers and respond with premium services but contrary to above Insurance company, in these cases, has responded very poorly.

                      Hope you will understand our problems and resolve the issue at earliest. Else i will lodge complaint in consumer forum.

                        I am jain dharmaraj from ayur, kollam, kerala. I run an yamaha two wheeler dealership in ayur. One of my customer named naseela beevi with vehicle number kl-24-l-3661 (Yamaha rayz) met with an accident, for registering claim customers son named anshad had gone to your kottarakkara branch and met one of the national insurance staff is shouting and telling bad-words unwantedly to anshad, the boy got afraid and returned to the showroom without registering the claim. The next day i have sent my wife for registering the same vehicles claim, that was ok their was no problem. They informed my wife that after completing the accidental work please come the bill and original license for settling the claim. When we give the bill to customer, they were afraid to go to national insurance, kottarakkara because of the older issue. So that i decided to submit the bill by myself. Today due to no time i asked my wife to submit the bill national insurance kottarakkara office. She arrived the national insurance office and met one mr. Chacko and submitted the documents. Unwantedly he shouted to her and told that if you want to get the claim settled you should bring all the documents one more time. Sir i had already given all the document at the time of registering the claim. This is such a nuisance from national insurance (Certain) staffs of kottarakkara branch. Several times so many customers had complained to about the miss behavior of national insurance company staffs.
                        If their is no further action against my complaint i will decide to file a suit against national insurance company.

                              After frequent visits also my new insurance policy can't be opened. My case is hung between bank and policy office. Kindly assist becoz bank is directig to insurance office and they are redirecting to bank. My insurance was with my parents but as i am 21years hence i got to have individual policy but i am frustrated with unattentiveness of the department. Plz help me and guide me.

                                On 15th augest 2017 i purchased hundai creta carfrom your dealer (Kosomo pragpur jalandhar city).
                                Unfortunotely on 17th oct. 2017 my car met with an accident. My car was under cashless national insurance scheme
                                Assured me that by the end of november 2017
                                My car will be repaired and retuned to me but from then till now i have not receved my car back

                                I am writing to you complaint above the poor service I receved from your company
                                On 15th augest 2017 I purchased HUNDAI CRETA carFROM OYUR DEALER (KOSOMO PRAGPUR JALANDHAR CITY)
                                Unfortunotely on 17th oct. 2017 my car met with an accident. my car was under cashless NATIONAL INSURANCE
                                SCHEME.Mr Ramesh Kapoor(DGM)Kosomo Hundai pragpur jalandhar company.Assured me that by the end of november 2017
                                my car will be repaired and retuned to me but from then till now I have not receved my car back. So many time I
                                visitd the company to keep track of the repair but the car was alaways repaired in odd hours in night.
                                Even my contact number was not registred and I could not receve any repair details. Many times I requseted
                                to register my mobile number but then alaways said that they will call me. NOthing happened like that, when ever I
                                made calls to then they hardly answer any .
                                I bought this car on my wedding ang all my festiwels and functions have passed without my car.AS I rely
                                on my car for transport, apart rfom in-convenience, this problem has caused me to in car additional cost.
                                Now I am very much frastrated as the delivery date has been axtended so many times, In my last visit
                                to the companyisaw some workers just sitting in my car and lislening to the FM radio. It just sparked my anger as the
                                condition of my brand new car is deteriorating
                                the delivery date of my car has baan extended so many times that i am very much disappointed from the service.
                                How it can take four month to repair a carAS I rely on my car for transport, apart from in-convenience,
                                this problem has caused me to in car additional cost.
                                I have been harassed so much by the car dealer and insurance company that in future I will never purchased any product from your company and will never
                                refer to anybody
                                this is my last complaint to you. plase delever my car to me as soon as possible. If you do nat takeany step, i will consider taking further action

                                  I have comprehensive package type insurance[protected] with my bike.in one accident my left eye vison loss so i am disable condition after that accident, but insurer didn't give me this after long conversation national insurance head office verbally confirmed that it is your right to get personal accidental cover in disability condition in comprehensive package type insurance. But they did not able to provide me claim form.

                                  Sir I had paid full premium after that when I claim my car accident they reject my climate saying that it is old one.
                                  The attitude of your surveyor is not co-operative. My claim is genuine but the surveyor is not ready to hear me.

                                    Myself tijo. I have purchased a car reg no - kl -27-c-2552. This car was under national insurance when i purchased. I have given car for inspection on november 10 2017 in palakad branch and paid fee for the name transfer. Today 19 january 2018 still yhe authorities not proceeded the transfer. As am in risk for last 70 days. Still the insurance in previous rc owner name. Please. Get me a solution.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      We have applied for reimbursement to our nation insurance policy and we have replied all quiry raised by him. We have already complaint with you refrence id is 1715697 dated 26/09/2016. My claim no with emeditek is[protected] BANARSI BHATT. We have reply 4 times and submit all the required papers. IN 1st query to 4th query he has demand me last 2 year previous policy I have submit that previous year policy 2015-16 & 2016-17. His call centre call me and ask me to know that I have policy of 2014-15 when I say no I have not policy of year 2014-15. Then in next query they have demand me this 2014-15 year policy. I think that national insurance Ltd cheated with innocent people. I am attaching all the query letter of emeditek.
                                      Kindly look in to the matter urgently beacuse we all pay charges for insurance policy but this insurance company cheated the people .

                                      We have attached last two compliment which I received by emeditek. How many times insurance company raise another another query. Quiry in one claim is only one times when I submit all papers then company query for another this this is wrong. In one claim you can query all your requirement in only one time. When I submit your query then you raise another query this is wrong. In my case I have attached you 2 attachments. In fist query company has demanded 2015_16 & 2016-17 policy copy I have submitted to emeditek already. In another attachment when I submit all the requirements in last query letter the company demand me 2014-15 insurance policy. I have not that policy then how can we submit.
