I have a motor vehicle insurance from national insurance company. My vehicle up 16 dt 6335 met with an accident and it is difficult to file a claim in national insurance however i have faced everything and i have file complaint and now it time for claim amount then they only give 14000 (Aprox) out 33000 (Aproxx) it is less than 50% so i advice every one do choose national insurance company for any policy. I had worst experience with nic.

    September 16/ 2017 5.57 pm i renewed my vehicle policy through online (Hero corporate online site), first i received one mail stating that "congratulations!! Your transaction is successfull with transaction id hero[protected] for amount rs 1256.0/-".

    After 10mts another mail came stating that "sorry!! Your transaction is failed with transaction id for amount rs 0.0/-".

    But amount is debited from my account i received mail from my bank, amount transferred to national insurence kolkatta seq no is[protected].

    I didn't receive my new policy certificate. If it failed no money is refunded till this time.

    I again checked in hero online site now it states that your policy is already renewed... Then where is my certificate

    Now situation is no certificate and no money... Please check it and let me know???

        Our flood loss dated 14.7.16 is still hanging in air for the last 14 months at your yamunanagar (Haryana) divisional office and chandigarh regional office. Surveyor highly under assessed loss and took one year in release of report. For the last two months ro is not serious in settlement of loss. Irda norms have been grossly and openly violated by surveyor and insurance co. Irda is simply a paper tiger. No one is accountable in insurance company.           With deep marked veneration... I bilal ahmad malik h/o maroof lala a policy holder o[censored]r company want to submit that one employee incordination with one surveyer namely gurmeet sigh has recieved rs 1400 from me on account of survey charges.... However in first instance i totally refused to pay the said amount and i approached to head office for the same issue... The employ namely owias ahmad directed me to submit the same amount to the serveryer in cash... And i accordingly paid the said amount... However the surveyer has submit a bill of rs 1300 in his favour on account of survey charges... A copy lies with me sir... Future i m in doubt that the surveyer having close relation with the owner of workshop and have received more money from me on account of painting... However in report the said amount has been deducted i.. With excuse that the workshop owner has painted ur vehicle more... But my request how the workshope owner has done it with seeking permission from the suryer and why i have been told by the suryer to pay the amount in full.

            My bike was stolen from keshi ghat vrindavan, mathura on 10/04/2017 at 8:30 p. M.. After that i had file the f. I. R. At rangee thana, vrindavan. F. I. R. Number (0297 11/04/2017) under section 379. Thereafter i contacted mr. Naveen (+91
            [protected]) working at laxmi nagar branch office as an agent whom with i had been taking policies from past many years. I had submitted all my legal document as told by him on 14/04/2017. After that i hadn't recieved any call from agent or company. After one and a half month of theft occurred pitambara investigators and associates (+91 [protected]/85) called me to gather more documents an for investigation purpose. With in 5 days i gathered all the remaining documents told by them and thereafter i hand overed (Give) it to them for further process as i was a sufferer. But the investigation company hadn't take any panic and they hadn't submitted the report and the documents to the national insurance company ltd, till 1 month after that i had gone to their office and then one of the employee and me go to the national insurance company ltd mathura branch and he had taken 375 bucks from me saying as it investigation charge, there we had submitted all the documents and reports. There after taking up the follow up of the process they had sent the file to their laxmi nagar branch, new delhi on 27/06/2017 as it was mentioned on the courier reciept. After 34 days on taking the follow up of the case i got to knew that they had sent the file to their head office, jhandewalan, new delhi (As mentioned by them). I called miss vandana malhotra (Claim officer jhandewalan branch, new delhi) she told me that she hadn't recieved any kind of such file. After getting such miserable response i called the branch manager of laxmi nagar branch, new delhi and he told me that he had sent the file to the head office, jhandewalan, new delhi. After than i called another agent of the company sunny and asked for a favour to find out the file at main branch, there he searched and find the file over there. He told me that there is one document missing in that is (Final report fr). On 04/09/2017 i had submitted it along with cancelled check, aadhaar card copy there. Till today i am unable to get response. On regular intervals i am calling and mailing miss vandana malhotra but she is not giving any kind of response either of mail or call.
            Today i called irdai customer care, she gave me the contact number of gro shri vivek kumar das[protected] but unfortunately he is not picking up the call.
            Till now i am mentally suppressed and getting anxiety attacks and not in a state to take more follow ups.
            Kindly help me to get out of this trap of national insurance company ltd.

              Sir this related to my two wheeler policy where my bike got theft claim, post submission of all docs since feb 2017 i came to know that my bike claim repudiated due to reason ncb taken this year where claim was taken last year. Sir firstly i was not remember... Further to this i was confirmed to concern agent involve in my policy for claim in last insurance. Secondly i had not received any intimation for ncb recovery post policy issuance from your company... Now when i claimed for theft of my vehicle on insurance i came to know my claim is being repudiated by your claim team stating ncb taken but not disclosed last claim... Hereby requested to kindly involve in this and do the needful...

                My son name is vihaan goyal and claim id is gini[protected]. I raised a complain around 10 june 2017. I also provide all the documents they asked for. And i was informed the claim will be paid. But i have not received any payment till now. No reimbursement has been done. Please look into the matter and process my amount as soon as possible

                    I have been a customer of your esteemed organisation as having insurance cover of my car swift lxi with you.
                    Recently i have claimed a claim for the accidental damages as i have met an accident recently, but the surveyor has strieghtly denied it and said the damages are not of same accident.
                    But contradictory we claimed for a single claim which includes
                    Front bumper along with fog lamp and driver side fender of the car.

                    This incident is pinching me as a neil and incidents like this also reduces the goodwill of the company.

                    Our money invested as premium is on stake and our hard earned money worth a lot.
                    Thus please look in to the matter...

                      Very bad response on your portal 1) your website is not functioning well 2) online policy purchase is not supported by you 3) toll free numbers are not working. 4) somewhere the website shows that we are very careless about our responsibilities and no one need of people to connect with us. My suggestion is please change the behaviour of response now indian government promoting digital india and you are not the part of it.

                        Hi,

                        I bought a tiago in the last year dec16 and i have never faced any issue with my car till now, but in between, this period, unfortunately i met up with 2 accidents (Not major) and because of that i sent my car to sanghi motors service center and it was a very bad experience for me both of the times with service center as well as insurance company.

                        Case 1st - 3 to 4 months ago my car was at the repair center for denting/painting for 7 days, after repair i paid with my card and submitted all of the documents for clam formalities but after 15 days i got to know that work on my file because of this insurance company delayed my claim by 45 days.

                        Case 2nd - 15 days ago again my car was at service center and this time they took 4 days only to check my car and then 5th day when i was there in front of them they took responsibility for repair and after so many calls finally surveyor came, it has been more then 1 week to make payment and submitted necessary documents but today i got to know they didn't do anything on my file... I contacted them and they replying me - "sir nobody come up here from insurance company to take your file" and insurance company (National insurance) agent saying - "we are waiting for their call when they will contact us we will work on your file"

                            No intimation is received about status of my claim payment for my cataract operation held at bbeye foundation kolkata for rs 40, 950/- against my policy no 101800/48/16/[protected] vide claim id 1537938 dt 27/06/2017.                               Date of final survey - around 15-07-17
                              Final surveyor - mr devesh kumar

                              I came to know from nic branch mirzapur that final survey report of the vehicle is still awaited. Without this report nic will not proceed further for settlement of claim.

                              Approximately 4 months are gone from date of accident.
                              Approximately 2 months are gone from date of final survey.

                              I have submitted all the required and asked papers from nic and mr devesh kumar (Surveyor) now i am not able to understand why this delay??
                              What is the requirement of surveyor or nic.

                              What is the time limit of the claim settlement?
                              Is there anyone is responsible in nic for this or we consumers are here to listen their promises for next day next day and further to next day that never comes.

                              If someone in the system is caring about us please take of ourselves otherwise there is no option other than suicide.

                                Dear sir/ madam,
                                I am bhawna gupta, a lower middle class women staying in mumbai. I got really frustrated with this national insurance company and especially with there tpa “med save health care tpa ltd mumbai “ contact number[protected], contact person: mr. S. N shetty (Regarding the claim of rs 27500/- against my health insurance policy no[protected] which the tpa and the company is delaying for unnecessary reasons. Now finally i decided to write to you and request you to take a strict action against this insurance company and its tpa. The brief of my case are as follows. I have been admitted in a hospital in emergency for 5 days i. E. From 21-dec-2016 at 9.00 pm to 25-dec-2016 because i was suffering from burning and heavy pain in lower abdomen with heavy fever (103 f) (As prescribed by the doctor). I have informed about my admission to the concerned authority by making a call as well as in writing through the mail. After relieved from the hospital i have submitted all the documents on time i. E. My detailed file of hospital, medical report and medical bills. After 25 days of submission of my documents i started following with the tpa med save team and every time i got the answer that the file is under audit. Then finally almost after one and a half month of my follow up i got the answer that my claim has been rejected, when i asked for the reason they have not provided me any proper reason and when i asked them to give the rejection letter in writing, they simply refused to do so. Then by the help of my contacts i finally got the number of mr s n shetty, the senior person over there in tpa, i talked to him about my case and message him all my details on 17-03-17 and went to meet him on 18-03-17 along with my husband. But he was very rude to us, i have again submitted copy of all the related documents which he asked i. E my leave card from my office and a letter assuring that i was absent from the office on the days i was admitted in the hospital signed by the ceo (Mr prakash raut) and director (Mr jimmy parikh) of my company i. E commander watertech pvt ltd. He also made me write a letter in front of him that i have submitted all my documents and was admitted in a hospital and was seriously ill. He also took office card of my husband from him and have also asked me to produce a proof of intimation to national insurance when i was in the hospital and i have produced that also. He assured me that he will look into the matter himself and will help in releasing my mediclaim on asap basis but it has been six months past when i met him and have not received any reply from his side and whenever i call him for the same he either don't take the call or if received by mistake then always reply me by saying that he is in a meeting and will reply me later and that later never comes. My husband has also given him a reminder call for the same in the month of may june and july 2017, but has never received any reply from his side. I request you to, kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the insurance company and help us to get our hard earn money as we are in financial crises. Thanks & regards,

                                I got a call from national insurance on 6-9-17 that my claim will be done within one week and their investigation officer has also investigated the case again on 9-9-17 but I have not got any further reply from them.

                                Please help, I need the money on urgent basis due to financial crises.

                                  A genuine case of money lost in transit has been rejected by branch manager showing the gross negligence from the part of the employee.

                                  However, i do not agree with the reason because this policy was taken to cover such incidences. Therefore, the explanation defies the objective of this policy.
                                  The policy covers 13 authorized persons but the insurance agent never requested the names of those authorized person. The money was stolen by an unauthorized person but he was not carrying the cash. This should be treated as theft case and compensate to the owner. The premium is paid for such incidences.
                                  Please note that our firm pays premium approximately rs.3 lakhs each year for last 10 years. If your company tries find a reason to avoid to settle any claim, why i shall take any premium based on your silly assessment.
                                  I would request the forum to review the fact in depth.in addition, i would like to contact your vigilance department to share my experience regarding how underhand dealings are in practice for claim settlement.

                                      The anmol medicare limited, panjarapol, ahmedabad has sent a query to national insurance co. Ltd, patan branch on august 14, 2017 for late submission of mediclaim file by atan branch to tpa (Anmol), policy no: 300703/48/16/85/00002303, claim no: a1017r4894.in this regard, i would like to inform you that the query has not resolved yet from patan branch side so tpa (Anmol) has not certified my claim, after submission of my mediclaim file to your office on july 13, 2017.

                                      I have sent a mail to national insurance co. Ltd, patan branch on august 31, 2017 but no reply received. No body can receive the landline no i. E[protected] till a month.

                                      You are requested to do need fully. If you require any help from our side, feel free to contact me as my undersigned cell no.

                                      Awaiting your reply in this regard.

                                        Dear sir
                                        I dubmitted all original papers to raksha tpa after my major surgery rightly on given time.
                                        They asked more papers which i sent again on time but now without seeing the genuinity and seriousness of my case i have got a mail saying that my file is being closed and no enquiry will be entertained.
                                        I am 8/9 years old customer of your company amd always served the best on time but surprisingly this time raksha tpa is not dealing well for which i will be bound to approach courts, pmo office and all strong authorities to get my claum back, which may even cost you higher as customer is paid for all court proceedings also after that
                                        Kindly look seriously into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        Sir,
                                        Mediclaim company rules say the patient will be paid pre and post operative expenses. Raksha TPA Faridabad is not even paying that amount other than my several genuine claims.
                                        Their customer support executive Ms. Mala Mandal asked me to mail a demand for whatever the company finds suitable for and even after receiving my request, same mail of the closure of the file has come from their end.
                                        kindly guide me how better I can proceed to fight my case.
