    We would like to inform you that i had taken mediclaim policy through mediclaim insurance tpa pvt ltd of your company.

    I had applied for reimbursement and my intimation no nicmro-3/13604.
    We got letter that our claim has been passed of rs. 240961 /- on 05/08/2017.

    But still we had not received the claim amount yet.

    So please let me know when i would get the claim amount.

        Wrt the above reference number, the reimbursement is accepted and approved but the amount is not credited because of bank details were not provided. Even after sending an email with bank details amount is not credited saying documents sent was not clearly visible.
        However, i am not getting any updates/emails only when i call the person will give the information about pending process/status.
        Please let me know the status of the process for reimbursement [protected]

        We have purchased a motar cycle insurance for years 2016 my motar cycle is theft on date 20/06/2016 we have done all posisure for cleam and deposit all documant in our Jaipur branch but we have not received my cleam Amount till date

        I had renewal my bike policy at National insurance company with policy no[protected] and transition ID no CMES[protected], through SBI credit card, payment deduct my account Rs 1269.00 date 18.09.2017, but not renewal my policy. I have contact with customer care many times but no response. Any quary please my cell no [protected].

          I am leela baby having hero pleasure scooter (Kl-17-j-8346). My existing two wheeler insurance policy is expiring on 29/10/2017, so i made an online renewal of this policy from the national insurance co. Website today 02/10/2017, 7.58 p. M using sbi internet banking option. Money is debited from my account but after that webpage generated error and did not displayed the policy details. Details are given below:

          I want the renewed policy details or a refund immediately.

            Kindly note my father mr. Kamlesh meshram having the policy no[protected] which provide cashless facility at time of hospitalization. But your heritage health tpa pvt ltd is asking for the bank passbook copy as they want to verify as the premium for the same policy is paid or not. As per the agreement between customer and insurance company as receipt no[protected] has been issued only after the full payment of premium via cheque which was honour from your side on 9-1-2017 post all the formality was completed then only your officer's issued the receipt no[protected] to my father. Then was such irrelevant and unethical query are been raised from by your tpa, as you're aware that receipt itself is a legal document that we have made full payment of premium and issued to us only after satisfy the full norms and conditions by your officers to us. As my father denied cashless facility as he is admitted to (Oscar hopsital in charkop kandivali west). I want to seek legal redressal to my grievance which note. I request you to treat this e-mail as notice for initiating legal proceeding against you and your tpa.

            I am enclosing document issued from your side as follows.
            1) collection receipt issued by your company after the full payment of premium.
            2) policy certificate issued by your company after fulfillment of all norms between client and your company.
            3) premium certificate issued by your company after full payment of premium.

It's approx 1 month has been passed when payment was approved. If i call to mediassist than they say it's not pending at their end it's pending from insurance co. Side. Kindly take the matter on priority. I am very annoyed. But no body is giving me solution.

                My name is narendra makwana. My bike hf delux heeo 2016 model registration number is mp13ep0357 has been stolen on 1/10/2017 at 9:30 p. M infront of my uncle's house. I alongwith my uncle went to my mosi house after 5 minutes of parking my bike in front of my mosi house when i saw my bike was not there. I immediately inform near by police station (Nagziri police station). Please lodge my complaint.

                  I have a truck open body having registartion no is hr 66a 4105 in the name of ram avtar. Which is insured by your company policy no 36140/31/16/[protected] was issured from your rewari branch having insurance period from 12/08/2016 to 11/08/2017. My vehicle had got fire on. 31/30/2017. It was total loss declared by the surveyor mr d k sharma. I have completed all the formailties at that time and after some time when i want to know my claim status from your rewari branch than your dealing persons said that it will take some time and after many visit to your office than i was very surprised to see that branch manager mr manoj gupta talked very roughly and absued me and after all discussion said that it will take more than 1year and not give me a proper response and when i told him that your company's webiste shows that 78 hours to be taken for a customer calim settled after comleted all the formalities but it take more 6 months in my case than manager said that get out from my office i have some other work. Agian i requested you to please solve my issue realating in delaying of stettling in my claim. Insured name ram avtar. Mob [protected]

                    Dear sir/madam
                    My name is atul kumar and i am resident o[censored]na town hp state.
                    Last thursday on 21.09.2017, i have visited national insurance office for purchase of new health mediclaim premium plus policy of 30 lak.
                    But without knowing anything office staff told me that they will not issue policy.
                    They also behaved very rude.
                    I told them you can take any medical test in any hospital and than issue.
                    But they said that they don't want to issue any policy.
                    Looking at current hospital scenario, if you admit for even 1 day they make bill of 2 lak so one has to take enough policy so that he can secure his savings.

                    Please guide me what to do, whether i should go to court to file this or any other procedure so that others should not get suffered.

The payment was deducted but due to some failure at your website end, the policy did not get renewed. I dropped a mail regarding this to ' portal. [protected]@nic.co.in' but no response. Please do the need full. Although i renewed my policy to pay again the same amount of rs. 1205.

                          This scooter has meet with accident at 21 spet 2016 and insurance from national insurance company from mukerian branch punjab. This dealer behaviour of talking is so rude. He not even no how to talk with customer. I have 6 vehicle useing your insurance company but first time i need claim and somebody surjit from mukerian is saing it gona take another 5 or 6 months to get your claim. Is that what service is getting from your company. I think i should change all my vehicle to other company if i am getting such a rude behavior and lousy service.

                          Please help me in this matter so i can get my claim on time and keep in touch with your company and get better results on time

                            Since the date i have not received any intimation of policy for the same.
                            Please let me inform the status for the same, since the amount has already been deducted on 31-08-17

                              The policy auto debited for 5years continously.. Now this year premium not deducted by bank of india bank.. Saying did not receive demand.. From national india assurance?? I have sent mail to bank and personally followed with them.. But in vain.

                              Who is at fault? Bank/insurance or me?

                                  Res, sir, my self dr. Kirankumar vaishnav. Had got accident of maruti alto car reg. No. Hr-26-bp2010. A truck driver make accident on right side-backside door and went away. On dt.11/03/2017 at 5.30pm near cheharmata mandir, changodar, ahmedabad, gujarat. I had produced accident claim on the next day. The surviour came and surved. The car repaired in a month, and was on road from dt.12/05/2017. The claim has been sectioned but the officer of ahmedabad office told that they will make payment by net banking withen 7 days. But they did not make. Then i meet officer for 3 times and called for more then 5 times. Now they says that they will issue the chque withen 4 days. Then there was no payment-i called them-now they says that the cheque will be issue by their delhi branchand will communate me withen 7 days, but yet i have not got the payment without my fault. And before 3 days they says that they are not issuing the cheque. Then who will issue the cheque? And when i will got my payment, as it has gone morethen6 months. Pl. Do need full and oblidge.

                                      Me aapko batana chahta hu ki mene apne family k liye bank of india, bapunagar, ahmedabad branch se medical policy purchase ki huyi h. Aur is policy ki renew date 21 september 2017 di gayi thi. But mene yeh policy apne axis bank k credit card se date 08/09/2017 ko online renew karva di thi and transaction rs.4971/- ka successful ho gaya tha. But national insurance co. Ltd. Ki taraf se muje koi receipt ya message nahi mila tha.4-5 din bit jane k baad mene ' national insurance co.' ke tall free no.[protected] par call kar ke inquiry kiya tab call attendant officer ne muje bataya ki yeh policy bank through liya h isiliye aapko is ka premium bank se hi karna padega. Fir mene 14/09/2017 ko bank of india ki bapunagar branch me bank of india k name se amount 4971/- rs. Ka cheque deposit karwaya aur woh amount bhi mere bank account se debit ho chuka h. But abhi tak muje policy renew copy nahi bheji gayi h and aaj jab mene national insurance co. Ne tall free no. Par call karke inquiry kiya tab call attendant officer se pata lava ki merit policy renew nahi huyi h and policy lapse ho chuki hai. Fir mene apne axis bank credit card department me inquiry kiya tab unhone muje bataya ki mene jo 08/09/17 ko national insurance co. Me jo 4971/- ka transaction kiya tha us k liye merchant ki taraf se yani national insurance ki air se 11/09/17 ko claim kiya gaya tha and amount merchant k account me credit ho gayi h. Aur uske baad mene apne bank me inquiry kiya to bank se pata chala ki amount debit ho chuki h.
                                      Ab meri problem yeh hai ki jab mene apni policy ka renewal premium due date se pahele hi deposit kar diya h and woh bhi 2 time to phir meri meri policy lapse kaise ho sakti h...
                                      Meri aapse request h ki aap jald se jald inquiry kare and muje policy copy mail through available karvaye.
