Last thursday on 21.09.2017, i have visited national insurance office for purchase of new health mediclaim premium plus policy of 30 lak.
But without knowing anything office staff told me that they will not issue policy.
They also behaved very rude.
I told them you can take any medical test in any hospital and than issue.

On sep 21, i applied for renewal of my two wheeler policy through your online portal. The payment was deducted but due to some failure at your website end, the policy did not get renewed.
